Abstract

Karyawan merupakan asset yang dimiliki oleh sebuah organisasi, pengelolaan organisasi yang baik dan benar melalui gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja akan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebagaimana penelitian yang telah diadakan dengan judul “Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan”. Dengan dimensi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional mencakup, Inspirational Motivation, Idealized Influence, Individualized Consideration, Intelectual Simulation, dimensi motivasi kerja mencakup, Need for Achievement, Need for Power, Need for Affiliation, dan dimensi kinerja karyawan meliputi, Quantity, Quality, Cost Effectiveness, Timeliness, Interpersonal Impact, Need for Supervision. Jenis penelitian ini ialah eksplanatori yang bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan 33 sampel karyawan M3 Vision Malang. Metode pengambilan data dengan observasi, interview, dan kuesioner, serta telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap 41 butir pertanyaan dengan hasil valid (r hitung > r tabel 0,334) dan reliabel (Croncbach Alpha dengan koefisien ≥ 0.6). Untuk berikutnya, diadakan serangkaian proses analisis dengan metode analisis linier regresi berganda diperoleh hasil persamaan , uji asumsi klasik, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji normalitas, uji T partial, uji F simultan, uji multikolinieritas, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R²), dimana proses pengolahan data mempergunakan software IBM SPSS versi 25 dan diperoleh hasil terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Usaha kue olahan berupa kue basah dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup keluarga sebagai bisnis keluarga. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan usaha mengenai pembenahan dalam manajemen produksi pembuatan kue olahan dan manajemen penyimpanan bahan baku, pelatihan pencatatan keuangan agar tidak tercampur antara keuangan usaha dan keuangan keluarga serta penyusunan program promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan untuk dapat tercapainya peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga. Kegiatan PkM yang dilakukan diarahkan untuk memberikan solusi alternatif terhadap beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu Usaha Kue Windy Collection milik Ibu Wiwin Mardiana yang berlokasi di Dusun Kagrengan, Desa Ngijo, Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang, agar dapat memberikan semangat berusaha dan tambah berkembang menjadi usaha kreatif yang menjanjikan serta menjadi contoh untuk usaha sejenis yang digeluti oleh masyarakat serta menjadi solusi dalam peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan berikut, yaitu: tahap observasi dan analisis situasi, tahap pembagian tugas untuk tim pengabdian masyarakat, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan melakukan pembenahan dalam manajemen produksi pembuatan kue olahan dan manajemen penyimpanan bahan baku agar hygenis, serta melakukan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan dengan tujuan agar tidak tercampur antara keuangan usaha dan keuangan keluarga dan membantu penyusunan program promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan agar tercipta peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga.

Abstract

 Performance appraisal is a way of determining the work results of employees and work groups that are useful if used the right methods on target and produce the desired conclusions according to output targets and performance standards. This research method is qualitative, namely observing performance appraisals that are already in effect with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative by comparing work standards and output targets. Qualitative is assessed from skills (competence, physical abilities, coordination and teamwork); character (discipline, ability to make decisions and speed of response); and accuracy (supervision, control and the presence of work solutions).  Assessment data from January to April 2019. The time limit was chosen because the performance appraisal had stopped starting in August 2019, and required a remedial analysis. The results of the study show that performance appraisal provides an efficiency of 14% and makes assessments more noticed by all production employees. Methods collaborate in generating a more complete and mature assessment, as well as other suggestions for improvement. And prove that performance appraisal is useful for efficiency and effectiveness, controlling and monitoring performance, and being able to motivate employees to work even better.

Abstract

To realize business continuity in public hospital institutions, an analysis is needed to be related to the green accounting practices in public hospitals considering the environmental and social impacts caused by their business activities, in addition to the different types (classes) of public hospitals, an analysis is needed regarding the size of the organization of the house. So, this study aims to analyze the effect of green accounting practices and organizational size on business sustainability in public hospitals in Malang Raya. This research is a survey research using descriptive and correlational quantitative approaches. The questionnaire was used to collect data from public hospitals in Malang District, Malang City, and Batu City. A probability sample is used in sample selection with a cluster random sampling technique. The results show that partially the green accounting practices affect business sustainability, while the size of the organization does not affect business sustainability. Simultaneously, the green accounting practices and organizational size has no effect on business sustainability, and this is indicated by the small contribution of the effect of only ten point five percent

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of change management on organizational adaptability in the technological era. Using quantitative methods and data collection methods using questionnaires involving 110 respondents from various organizations, the results of the analysis show that change management has a significant influence on organizational adaptability. This shows that an organization's ability to manage change, including readiness to face change and a supportive organizational structure, contributes significantly to improving adaptability. By developing a strategy that includes training, an adaptive culture, and cross-functional collaboration, organizations will be better prepared for a complex and fast-changing environment. These findings provide important insights into the role of change management in creating a responsive work environment and open up opportunities for further exploration of factors that can improve organizational adaptability. towards social responsibility and sustainability, contributing to broader economic growth and a better society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara PDRB, TPAK, dan pengeluaran masyarakat terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Rentang waktu penelitian bersifat tahunan mulai tahun 2018-2022 dengan data berbentuk panel. Data yang diambil adalah data survei masyarakat yang diambil dari seluruh kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur sejumlah 190 data melalui portal BPS Jawa Timur. Model terbaik pada penelitian ini adalah FEM. PDRB, TPAK, dan pengeluaran masyarakat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan masyarakat Provinsi Jawa Timur baik secara parsial maupun simultan. R Square senilai 93,6%, sehingga terdapat 6,4% dari variabel lain di luar penelitian yang diprediksi mempengaruhi tingkat kemiskinan masyarakat di Provinsi Jawa Timur pada rentang tahun tersebut.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of financial compensation and non-physical work environtment on employee job satisfaction at PT Hirfi Studio, a consulting firm in the transportation sector. Financial compensation, which includes salaries bonuses, allowances ada incentives is considered crucial for retaining skilled employees facing technical challenges and tight deadlines. A supportives non-physical work environtment, characterized by good relationship with supervisors anda colleagues, workplace culture, as well as recognition and rewards, can enhance job satisfaction. This research employed a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 70 employees, with data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The findings indicate that financial compensation does not affect job satisfaction, whereas the non-physical work environtment significantly influences employee satisfaction. Nonetheless, both independent variables, financial compensation and non-physical work invirontment, simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The result underscore the importance of fair compensation and a positive work asmosphere in supporting employee productivity and work quality. Abstract

Stunting is a health problem caused by a lack of nutritious food intake that the body needs. Stunting occurs from the womb, and is visible when the child develops at the age of two years. Literacy about healthy living environments and nutritious food to prevent stunting is very important for families, parents, caregivers, BKB administrators, and community service instructors themselves. Superior human resources come from the formation of character and way of life at an early age in the family. Optimizing the formation, improvement, understanding and role of parents in a healthy living environment and nutritious food needs to be fulfilled to provide the best stunting prevention that can be done.At this moment, the extension team provides assistance in delivering material on a healthy environment and nutritious food to prevent stunting. The delivery of this material serves to provide knowledge and experience related to stunting prevention. And the benefit is that participants get material, knowledge, knowledge and share experiences and solutions so as to produce participants who understand and understand more about a healthy environment and nutritious food to prevent stunting.This service is carried out for BKB participants in the RW. 05 Bandulan subdistrict, Sukun sub-district, Malang city, with around 40 participants. The aim of implementing this service is to help provide environmental literacy programs for healthy living and nutritious food to prevent stunting and change it. It is hoped that this service will also provide benefits for consideration, adding information and insight related to stunting prevention and the performance of BKB RW 05 Bandulan sub-district.

Abstract

Abstract Modernization and globalization have shifted the pattern of community participation in regional development from community-based to more formal structural mechanisms. This shift increases the effectiveness of regulation and distribution of resources, but also limits the flexibility and room for community movement. Social values that shift from collectivism to individualism also influence the level of political awareness, although not always accompanied by an increase in active participation. The main obstacles to community participation include low education, limited access to information, complex bureaucracy, and minimal trust in the government due to corruption. On the other hand, transparency of information and the use of technology, such as e-Musrenbang, have the potential to increase citizen involvement in the development process. Other challenges include the dominance of political elites and unequal access to public policies, which often limit deliberative democracy. Therefore, bureaucratic reform and more effective coordination between agencies are needed to encourage meaningful participation. Openness of information and increased political and digital literacy are key factors in creating a more inclusive space for participation. With the right strategy, community participation can grow substantially and contribute to more transparent, democratic, and sustainable regional development.

Abstract

Anemia in pregnant women is a significant health problem, with adverse effects on the health of the mother and baby. This study aims to identify social and economic factors that affect the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in certain regions. Quantitative approach with cross-sectional design was used to collect data through questionnaires and structured interviews on 200 pregnant women. Factors analyzed include education, family income, type of employment, access to health services, and diet. The results showed that low levels of education, low family income, and limited access to health services were significantly associated with an increased risk of anemia in pregnant women. In addition, social support factors also play an important role in preventing anemia. These findings suggest that social and economic factors interact, with lower education associated with lower incomes, which in turn hinders pregnant women's access to good nutrition and adequate health care. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that the health policy of pregnant women more emphasis on nutrition education, increased access to health services, and economic empowerment, especially among low-income families. This study provides an important contribution in formulating intervention programs that can reduce the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia.
