Abstract

PT. Taspen is engaged in the field of Pension Insurance and Old Age Benefits with financial management and reliable services as well as quality insurance products. The purpose of this service is to assist the pension archive management process at Malang Branch. This service is descriptive using observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The analysis uses literature studies and direct observations in the field. Administrative activities in the service division are managing, receiving, producing and storing files into archives. Pension archive management plays an important role so that it must be in accordance with established procedures. Pension archives consist of submissions of pension participant rights claims that are stored so as to determine the smoothness of the service process for pension participants. The more files that are collected and stored, the more important archive management is in its role as a source of information that is orderly and neat, making the tasks of the service section for pension participants able to run smoothly and on time. The result of the service is a pension archive management system including receiving archives in the form of file sorting, sorting archive numbers, sterilizing archives, weeding files, scanning, Compressing and ELO (Electronic Leitz Ordner), and storing archives. The storage of archives is carried out by arranging the file boxes on the archive rack according to the archive number listed on the map. The activities of borrowing and rediscovering archives are carried out according to the archive number needed in the participant service process. And another activity is the destruction of pension archives carried out by the general section if they are no longer needed.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh PDB Ekspor Barang Non Migas dan PDB Ekspor Jasa, terhadap PDB Riil di Indonesia secara timbal balik. Selain itu untuk mengetahui reaksi atas ketiga variabel tersebut tatkala terdapat guncangan beserta kontribusinya. Model yang digunakan menggunakan VECM dengan metode pengolahan data menggunakan beberapa langkah, yaitu: Uji Stasioneritas, Uji Lag Optimum, Uji Stabilitas, Uji Kointegrasi, Uji Kausalitas, analisis model VECM, Analisis Impulse Respons, dan analisis Varian Decomposition. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel memiliki hubungan jangka panjang yang stabil dan timbal balik dengan variabel PDB Riil sebagai variabel terikat yang signifikan. PDB Riil dipengaruhi oleh PDB Ekspor Barang Non Migas dan PDB Ekspor Jasa sebesar 79,4% dan 20,6% dipengaruhi dari variabel yang tidak diteliti. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran kekuatan ekspor non migas di Indonesia terhadap PDB Riil Indonesia secara komprehensif dan mampu memberikan prediksi terhadap PDB Riil tatkala mengalami guncangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh jumlah produksi telur di desa Sukolilo Kecamatan Wajak sebagai salah satu sentra telur dikabupaten Malang yang masih rendah dibanding dengan jumlah permintaan akan telur sangat tinggi, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan daerah di Kabupaten Malang masih bergantung pada pasokan telur dari luar daerah. Oleh karena itu, usaha ini menjadi peluang usaha yang menguntungkan bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Malang khususnya Kecamatan Wajak untuk berkecimpung dalam produksi ternak ayam petelur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis laporan keuangan suatu perternakan bernama Hadi Yunanto yang berada di Desa Sukolilo Kecamatan Wajak Kabupaten Malang. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menganalisis kelayakan usaha obyek penelitian yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan usaha peternakan Hadi Yunanto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), dan R/C Ratio (Revenue Cost Ratio). Data yang digunakan adalah data langsung hasil wawancara kepada narasumber dari Peternakan Hadi Yunanto dan data tidak langsung berupa data yang berasal dari dinas yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek keuangan usaha peternakan Hadi Yunanto dinyatakan layak; (NPV) Net Present Value sebesar Rp1.490.303.000 dan dinyatakan layak, (IRR) Internal Rate of Return sebesar 301% dinyatakan layak, (R/C) Revenue Cost Ratio tahun 2021 sebesar 1,011, tahun 2022 sebesar 1,014, dan tahun 2023 sebesar 1,029, yang juga dinyatakan layak.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan selalu menginginkan adanya pertumbuhan dan pengembangan operasional dalam usahanya secara profesional. Hal tersebut dapat di dukung dengan karyawan yang mempunyai kemampuan dan pengalaman sesuai bidang operasional dalam pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan pembuatan serta adanya perkembangan struktur organisasi sederhana kepada kinerja karyawan swasta di kota Malang. Metode kualitatif dilakukan dengan mengamati peran pelatihan terhadap keberhasilan kinerja karyawan. Obyek penelitian adalah tim karyawan swasta di kelas kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini selain mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan pembuatan dan pengembangan struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja, juga menganalisa manfaat dan keterbaruan struktur organisasi perusahaan, serta kemampuan karyawan dalam pembuatan struktur organisasi pada bagian masing-masing. Penelitian ini memberikan dukungan terhadap pembuatan dan pembaharuan struktur organisasi yang telah dijalankan maupun yang baru ditetapkan dengan harapan mampu menyumbang hasil kinerja lebih baik sesuai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan membantu dan mengendalikan peta kinerja masing-masing departemen maupun perusahaan secara general serta minimalisir kesalahan penempatan SDM sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Usaha kue olahan berupa kue basah dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup keluarga sebagai bisnis keluarga. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan usaha mengenai pembenahan dalam manajemen produksi pembuatan kue olahan dan manajemen penyimpanan bahan baku, pelatihan pencatatan keuangan agar tidak tercampur antara keuangan usaha dan keuangan keluarga serta penyusunan program promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan untuk dapat tercapainya peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga. Kegiatan PkM yang dilakukan diarahkan untuk memberikan solusi alternatif terhadap beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu Usaha Kue Windy Collection milik Ibu Wiwin Mardiana yang berlokasi di Dusun Kagrengan, Desa Ngijo, Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang, agar dapat memberikan semangat berusaha dan tambah berkembang menjadi usaha kreatif yang menjanjikan serta menjadi contoh untuk usaha sejenis yang digeluti oleh masyarakat serta menjadi solusi dalam peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan berikut, yaitu: tahap observasi dan analisis situasi, tahap pembagian tugas untuk tim pengabdian masyarakat, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan melakukan pembenahan dalam manajemen produksi pembuatan kue olahan dan manajemen penyimpanan bahan baku agar hygenis, serta melakukan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan dengan tujuan agar tidak tercampur antara keuangan usaha dan keuangan keluarga dan membantu penyusunan program promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan agar tercipta peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga.

Abstract

The companies strive to achieve their goals through the individuals who are part of them. Having productive, enthusiastic, highly disciplined, and hard-working employees with a strong track record will accelerate the organization's progress toward its goals. In order to create a productive and high-performing workforce, companies need to provide commensurate rewards. Job satisfaction serves as one of the key indicators in measuring the effectiveness of human resource management. This study aims to analyze how salary, work facilities, and leadership are related to job satisfaction. Using quantitative research, data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 174 employees of PT MIFA Bersama as the research sample. The data was compiled, processed, and analyzed using SPSS to detect relationships through multiple linear regression equations. The results of the study prove that there is a significant relationship between salary, work facilities, and leadership with job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The implications of this study suggest that companies should ensure that their salary system is competitive, always considering industry standards and employee living needs. Management needs to invest in providing comfortable work facilities and training and leadership development activities for managers or supervisors need to be carried out regularly

Abstract

Ngadisari Village features distinctive natural and cultural attractions that hold significant potential to draw both local and international tourists. Nonetheless, this potential is impeded by various internal and external factors. This study seeks to identify the factors influencing the performance of Pokdarwis in Ngadisari Village, the community institution tasked with maintaining tourism attractions and sustainability. The research uses an associative quantitative method with 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS, resulting in the rejection of Hypotheses 3 and 4, while the remaining hypotheses were supported. The performance of Pokdarwis in Ngadisari Village is influenced 85.4% by exogenous variables, whereas Religiosity is influenced 58.9% by endogenous variables. The findings suggest that Pokdarwis’ performance in Ngadisari Village is centered on achieving goals with a strong Dharma culture but lacks adequate attention to the socio-economic aspects of sustainable tourism programs.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of change management on organizational adaptability in the technological era. Using quantitative methods and data collection methods using questionnaires involving 110 respondents from various organizations, the results of the analysis show that change management has a significant influence on organizational adaptability. This shows that an organization's ability to manage change, including readiness to face change and a supportive organizational structure, contributes significantly to improving adaptability. By developing a strategy that includes training, an adaptive culture, and cross-functional collaboration, organizations will be better prepared for a complex and fast-changing environment. These findings provide important insights into the role of change management in creating a responsive work environment and open up opportunities for further exploration of factors that can improve organizational adaptability. towards social responsibility and sustainability, contributing to broader economic growth and a better society.

Abstract

The growth of the tourism sector as an economic driver has increasingly been accompanied by environmental and social pressures, highlighting the need for sustainable green tourism approaches. However, sustainability claims in tourism are often not supported by structured economic performance evaluation frameworks aligned with sustainable development objectives. This study aims to analyze the economic performance of the green tourism sector using the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as an evaluative framework. The study adopts a qualitative descriptive–analytical approach by examining the alignment between SDG-based economic indicators, green tourism policies, and implementation practices. The analysis is conducted through mapping relevant SDG economic indicators, reviewing tourism policy documents and official reports, and identifying gaps between economic performance outcomes and sustainability principles. The findings indicate that the SDGs framework enables a more comprehensive evaluation of green tourism economic performance than conventional approaches, particularly in assessing the quality and sustainability of economic impacts. The study also reveals misalignments between economic growth orientation and the achievement of sustainability goals in green tourism practices. This study concludes that SDGs provide a critical analytical framework for evaluating and guiding green tourism development toward sustainable economic outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract Modernization and globalization have shifted the pattern of community participation in regional development from community-based to more formal structural mechanisms. This shift increases the effectiveness of regulation and distribution of resources, but also limits the flexibility and room for community movement. Social values that shift from collectivism to individualism also influence the level of political awareness, although not always accompanied by an increase in active participation. The main obstacles to community participation include low education, limited access to information, complex bureaucracy, and minimal trust in the government due to corruption. On the other hand, transparency of information and the use of technology, such as e-Musrenbang, have the potential to increase citizen involvement in the development process. Other challenges include the dominance of political elites and unequal access to public policies, which often limit deliberative democracy. Therefore, bureaucratic reform and more effective coordination between agencies are needed to encourage meaningful participation. Openness of information and increased political and digital literacy are key factors in creating a more inclusive space for participation. With the right strategy, community participation can grow substantially and contribute to more transparent, democratic, and sustainable regional development.
