Abstract

The teacher has an important role in the role of the teacher (PAI) in efforts to form the character of students' discipline and responsibility at MTs Miftahul Ulum Tanjungarum. The formation of this character itself has the aim good behavior in this case has noble character and family relations with the community or social sphere. This study is motivated by our nation's declining discipline in terms of punctuality, and also the problem of student disorder in learning which results in failure to achieve good grades. In addition, the current sense of human responsibility towards the environment and nature that does not improve is the background of this research. This has led researchers to carry out research at MTs Miftahul Ulum Tanjungarum which has attempted to make Islamic teachings a foundation in educating students including this character of discipline and responsibility through school activities and programs.

Abstract

The character of discipline is a very important asset for students, where in this casediscipline is very lacking, starting from the number of students who are not able toobey school rules, which later if this is not taken immediately action will causeproblems that will arise. will interfere with the teaching and learning process.Therefore, here the researchers carried out research actions related to how theconcept, implementation, and results of the role of PAI teachers in the formation ofstudents' discipline character, here the researchers chose SMAN 9 Malang as a placefor research actions. In this case, the researcher uses descriptive qualitative method.Regarding the results obtained, the concept was carried out by emphasizing studentsto be more familiar with ubudiyah Islamiyah, and also carrying out a charactereducation program in which students were given materials related to charactereducation. Regarding the implementation, the teacher controls or supervises directlythe students, the teacher also participates in running these programs

Abstract

Nowdays, in an era that is all digital and can do all things without having to interact direcly, it makes many people neglect that they are social beings and will need each other and will forget that in increasingly widespread with the fading of that understanding. Individualism not only attack public worker but also infects social volunteers. So that in this study aims to determine the role of an Islamic philanthropic institution (Lembaga Manajemen Infaq Malang) in growing empathy for volunteers, especially to vulnerable groups (orphans). This study uses a qualitative approach using interview, documentation, and observation data collection techniques. The result showed that the Islamic philanthropic institute (Lembaga Manajemen Infaq Malang) played a role in fostering empathy for volunteers by conceptualizing various social activities involving several volunteers from various backgrounds. In previous studies many have discussed this, but have not seen it from the point of view of Islam and matching social theories with Islamic theories. The findings in this study will look at phenomena that occur from a social and Islamic perspective. So the result will be able to complement previous research.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of aqidah akhlaq learning based on aswaja values in grade VII students at Al Maarif Singosari Islamic Junior High School, Malang Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the teacher’s planning in implementing aswaja values in aqidah akhlaq learning. The focus of the research used includes; how teacher’s plan in implementing aswaja values, how the application of aqidak akhlaq learning based on aswaja values and how the supporting factors, inhibiting, advantages and disadvantages of applying that. The data sources were provided by the aqidah akhlaq teachers, deputy head of curriculum and students. Data was collected through three methods: ) Interview, 2) Documentation, and 3) Observation. The results of this study indicate that, 1) The implementation of learning aqidah morals based on aswaja values comes from the Almaarif foundation module, 2013 curriculum, syllabus and learning implementation plans 2) The aswaja values including the values of: Tasamuh (tolerance), Tawazun (balance), Tawasuth (moderate), Ta’adul (fair) and amar ma'ruf nahi munkar.  3) supporting and inhibiting factors, a) socializing outside of school, b) poor communication with parents, c) lack of motivation and interest in learning. Strengths, habituation activities applied to students. Weaknesses, Students ability to accept teacher material.

Abstract

The moral aqidah teacher has a goal, namely to make students become human beings who are faithful, devoted, independent, creative and have noble character. In this modern era, many students wear tight clothes, wear revealing clothes, wear clothes but their nakedness is still visible. The position of the researcher here is as a key instrument that collects data by themselves though observation, interviews, and documentation. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach and the type of research is case study. The result of the research that has beeb carried out are that at MTs Al- Ma’arif 02 Singosari Malang, the planning of teachers of moral aqudah in fostering dress ethics is that the teacher prepares himself as a supporter in carrying out ethicas guidance to students, beside that the teacher only support the existing regulation by way of do crosschecks every morning. Then for the application of dress ethics for class VII students, many students use uniforms according to schedule, many students wear polite and polite clothes, then for the role of teachers of moral aqidah in fostering dress ethics for class VII students in this scholl, there are three roles that teachers have, including teachers as supervisors, teachers as educators, and teachers as models or role modelas. Kata Kunci: The role of the teacher of moral aqidah, Fostering, Dress etiquette.

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are still mostly Muslim teenagers who are less interested in reading the Qur'an as well as in the school environment. The lack of interest in reading the Qur'an in these circles is caused by several factors. So that the phenomenon is the duty of PAI teachers to try to increase the interest in reading the Qur'an to students. So in this case the researcher wants to do research that is the case study at SMP Islam Al-Maarif located in Singosari sub-district, Malang Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative in the form of a case study approach. Where this research is more systematically directed at certain objects as a case. In the case study approach, data collection techniques can be sourced from the parties concerned or from various sources.. Based on data collection techniques carried out by researchers, is observation, interviews and documentation, the researchers conclude the results of the research obtained, namely: a) Less than the maximum teacher in guiding reading al-Qur'an so that there are still some students who are less able to read the Qur'an. b) The state of the class is less efficient so that makes students lazy when directed to read the Qur'an. c) The teacher is still not firm enough to make students accustomed to reading the Qur'an whether it is done at school or at home. d) the attitude of students who still have to read the Qur'an by being forced to read it every day.

Abstract

In this study, it was taken from a problem that was found at the time of the study, namely the problem of the hijrah phenomenon that exists among students of the faculties of Islamic Religion, Islamic University of Malang.  Furthermore, this study uses qualitative research methods with the type of case studies, research conducted with several research techniques including interviews.  field observations and documentation.  from the results of the study, researchers found several results, namely: 1) female students in interpreting different migrations and diverse views because they were born from the experience and background of each of them. 2) There are several reasons for them in migrating, such as wanting to live a better life and get closer to Allah and indeed it has become self-awareness to do hijrah.  3) there is an impact in carrying out the hijrah both impacts internally and externally as a whole which has a positive impact  .

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the efforts of parents to motivate students' learning in relation to the learning process in the era of the covid 19 pandemic in class VII MTs NEGERI 1 Pasuruan, 2) To find out the model of parents motivating students' learning in relation to the learning process in this era.  covid 19 pandemic in class VII MTs NEGERI 1 Pasuruan, 3) To find out student learning outcomes in relation to the learning process in the era of the covid 19 pandemic in class VII MTs NEGERI 1 Pasuruan.  This study uses a qualitative research that is a case study.  Researchers used data collection instruments with the process of observation, interviews, documentation.  The results of this study are 1) the efforts of parents in motivating students who are still closely related to the role of parents such as guiding their children, educating their children, accompanying their children's learning, fulfilling their children's needs, giving love and attention to their children.  2) parental models in motivating students include a) approach model that is between parents and children having good closeness by maintaining communication with children or with other businesses.  b) exemplary models, namely parents become role models in the eyes of children by always getting used to doing good things as a form of teaching children.  c) a motivator model, namely parents motivate children with things that make children motivated.  d) a model of law application, namely parents punish children who make mistakes, this is a warning to children not as parental revenge.  3) the results of parents after motivating students are a) Children are more enthusiastic in learning activities, b) Achieve good grades with high learning enthusiasm, c) Children are more disciplined in doing school assignments, d) There is a positive attitude change from children.

Abstract

Moral decadence is a problem in society, especially for students in this modern era.Students need a strong understanding and a continuous process in instilling PAI values. The focus of this research: 1) How is the process of internalizing PAI values to students through the flagship program at Mts Almaarif 02 Singosari? 2) What are the PAI values that are internalized to students through the flagship program at Mts Almaarif 02 Singosari? 3) What are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in efforts to internalize PAI values to students through the flagship program at Mts Almaarif 02 Singosari?. The research method uses qualitative case studies, with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Analyzed by data condensation, data presentation, data withdrawal or verification of conclusions. Checking the validity of the data with the testcredibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The end result: 1) The process of internalizing PAI values to students through the flagship program of MTs Almaarif 02 Singosari, contains 3 things, namely the strategy stage, the value internalization stage, and the method of internalizing PAI values. 2) PAI values that are internalized include the values of faith, worship, and morals. 3) Supporting factors, namely the comfort of the situation and condition of the place, as well as the completeness of the facilities. The inhibiting factor is the disgraceful behavior of students and guardians of students who do not pay attention to their children in worship or other matters.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Islamic boarding school education in shaping the independence of the students of the Nur Muhammad Islamic Boarding School, what kind of independence is possessed by the Nur Muhammad Islamic Boarding School students, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in forming the independence of the Nur Muhammad Islamic Boarding School students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study of students at the Nur Muhammad Islamic Boarding School. The results showed that the role of Islamic boarding school education was as a control and learning curriculum. Santri are also able to complete their own tasks and are able to divide time or manage time such as prayer times, Koran, school, study, murojaah, picket assignments, and time to participate in activities in the pesantren. The supporting factors for the independence of students at the Nur Muhammad Islamic boarding school are the full support of the kiai or boarding school caregivers, the cohesiveness between the ustadz and ustadzah, murobbi, and the administrators at the Islamic boarding school. While the inhibiting factors are in the students themselves, the different backgrounds of students, and the lack of awareness of students in Islamic boarding schools in carrying out their duties and obligations in Islamic boarding schools.
