Abstract

The spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia has had a crucial impact on educational institutions. To contain the spread of COVID-19, the government has decided to close schools and implement distance education (online). The impact is that not all schools can carry out distance learning activities due to various obstacles and constraints. The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth investigation of the formulation of school principal policies in the implementation of Education to deal with the COVID-19 Pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with this type of case study. Data is collected through observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis with interactive techniques. The study results concluded that the formulation of the principal's policy includes the following stages: problem formulation, policy agenda, alternative selection, strategic, operational, and determination.

Abstract

Dengan adanya pemakaman ini Kampung Gribig menjadi kampung yang cukup strategis dalam pengembangan wisata religi di kota Malang, masyarakatnya yang cukup agamis dan lokasinya berdekatan dengan pemakaman ki ageng gribig menjadi cukup potensial apabila dijadikan sebuah kampung santri. Untuk menjadi kampung santri masyarakatnya memerlukan kemampuan berkomunikasi bahasa arab yang baik. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah menjadikan masyarakat kampung gribig memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi bahasa arab sederhana dengan baik dengan diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait trik khusus berkomunikasi cepat dalam bahasa arab bagi masyarakat sekitar kampung gribig. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) yaitu suatu metode pendekatan dalam proses pemberdayaan dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, yang tekanannya pada keterlibatan masyarakat dalam keseluruhan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah setelah dilakukan pelatihan dengan pemberian trik-trik khusus dalam mempercepat berkomunikasi bahasa arab pengetahuan masyarakat sekitar kampung Ki Ageng Gribig semakin meningkat walaupun masih terdapat beberapa kesulitan dalam pengungkapan kalimat masih belum mengerti artinya dan belum terbiasa dalam pengungkapan kalimat dalam percakapan.  Kata kunci— Pelatihan, Trik Cepat, Komunikasi Bahasa Arab Abstract Kampung Ki Ageng Gribig Kedungkandang Malang is a village located in the burial area of the first Islamic propagator in Malang, East Java. With this cemetery, Gribig Village has become a strategic village in the development of religious tourism in the city of Malang. The community is quite religious, and its location is close to the Ki Ageng Gribig cemetery. To become a Santri village, the community requires good Arabic communication skills. The purpose of this service is to make the Gribig villagers have the ability to communicate well in simple Arabic by being given training and assistance related to special tricks to communicate quickly in Arabic for the people around the Gribig village. PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) is the method used in this service, which is an approach method in the process of empowerment and increasing community participation that emphasizes community involvement in all activities.The result of this activity is that after training by giving special tricks for accelerating Arabic communication, the knowledge of the people around the village of Ki Ageng Gribig is increasing, although there are still some difficulties in expressing sentences because they still do not understand the meaning and are not accustomed to expressing sentences in conversation. Keywords— Training, Quick Tricks, Arabic Communication.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This scientific article uses library research. Data is collected through text review and relevant research results. then the data were examined qualitatively by using content analysis. based on the results of the analysis and interpretation of the data, conclusions are drawn which are complemented by suggestions. Besides that, a literature study was carried out by examining various scientific journals and reading books that have a relationship with the visionary leadership of madrasa heads in the digital era. Visionary leadership emphasizes the importance of vision for the organization in realizing an effective and competitive organization. The power of leadership results in various policies and operationalization of work that are guided by the vision of the organization. A visionary leader is highly required to have clear goals and vision in the Institution he leads so that it becomes an advanced and competitive Institution. Thus, a visionary leader must be able to meet the progress that can be realized with full optimism even though there are many obstacles and obstacles. Effective Islamic education leadership can create many indications of achievement in Islamic education institutions, even at the same time the willingness of leaders who make changes and reforms using effective leadership patterns triggers reforms in a better direction. Abstract

Abstrak Berkomunikasi Bahasa arab tidak akan tercapai dengan baik tanpa adanya trik jitu dalam pembelajaran percakapan bahasa arab, maka dibutuhkan trik-trik khusus dalam mempercepat komunikasi bahasa arab. Kampung Ki Ageng gribig kedungkandang malang merupakan kampung yang berada di area pemakaman tokoh penyebar islam pertama di malang. Untuk menjadi kampung santri masyarakatnya memerlukan kemampuan berkomunikasi bahasa arab yang baik. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah menjadikan masyarakat kampung gribig memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi bahasa arab sederhana dengan baik dengan diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait trik khusus berkomunikasi cepat dalam bahasa arab bagi masyarakat sekitar. Abstract

Background: the Religius courts of Malang city is a Judicial Instution that intended for Muslims in seeking justice because Malang Including areas with high cases than that was the background of rapid trial in addition it is also influenced by deficiencies related to limited courtroom and a small number of judges and in the trial practice there is something new, namely the trial process by examining two direct witnesses without being summoned one by one and related to the legal status of the decision in a speedy hearing, it is valid and legally binding. Methods: In this study using descriptive research with qualitative methods that are more inclined to the analysis. The data collection process was carried out in several ways, namely by Interviewing, Documentation and Observation with 4 research subjects. Results: The results of the study showed that there was a fast trial practice in the Malang Religious Court related to the background, practice and legal status of the verdict in the trial with the fast system. Conclusions: the conclusions include the reasons behind the quick trial, their practice and the legal status of the decisions in them.Keywords: Background, Practice, Legal Status of the Verdict in a quick trial
