Abstract

The teacher's strategy is a general teaching approach that applies in various fields of material and is used to meet various learning objectives in schools. The process of teaching and learning also needs a strategy in learning Islamic religious education at SMKN Pasirian Lumajang so that it can convey learning in class according to the teacher's strategy. The background of the problem in the teacher's strategy in learning Islamic religious education, planning in learning, implementing and evaluating learning in the classroom during learning (2) In this thesis research, the author uses a qualitative approach because this research is a form of descriptive research. qualitative. It is said to be descriptive qualitative because this study aims to describe the results of data processing in the form of words, general descriptions that occur in the field. In the method I took, the qualitative research method used three stages, namely the interview, observation and documentation methods. Abstract

The head of madrasa supervisor has a role to coordinate and guide the teachers to be able to improve their professionalism as educators. The purpose of this study is  find out: madrasah head’s programs, strategies, and obstacles in improving teacher professionalism. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by observations, interviews, and documentations. The subject of the study were the head of the madrasa and the teachers. The results showed that. Planning a program in improving teachers professionalism prepared by the madrasah’s head and documented, which includes the RKM, RKAM, RKTM and the work program of the madrasah’s head. Madrasah’s haad as supervisor continues to carry out supervision teacher competency improvement activities, conduct services and add facilities, increase teachers discipline. Implementation of supervision in improving teachers professionalism, the activities carried out include classroom supervision, supervision of learning tools, training and workshops. Provision of supporting facilities for learning. Controlling the presence of teachers, controlling the hours of learning, and discipline of dressing. Evaluation of the madrasah’s head in improving the professionalism of teachers in MA Miftahul Ulum is the final result of the research with interviews, observations, and documentations that have been done.

Abstract

In educational process, learning model is an important component. One of that can help educators in the PAI learning process is to apply a learning model. One of the learning models applied by PAI teachers at SMAN 5 Malang in order to develop student skills is problem-based learning. Here the researcher chose SMAN 5 Malang as the place for the research action. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. Regarding the results obtained, in the learning planning process the teacher makes a syllabus and lesson plans in the process of making lesson plans, the institution facilitates teachers by holding workshops for preparing lesson plans at the beginning of each semester. The implementation of teacher learning creates a lively class using a problem-based model that makes students excited in learning process and can achieve learning goals. Educators carry out reflection and assessments that are carried out not only at the end of the lesson but also at the mid-semester and end-semester assessments using both written, oral and practical tests.

Abstract

In the process of character building is not enough with formal education only, but also need to be supported and cooperate with institutions outside the formal school, such as Pesantren. Pondok Pesantren is known as the oldest educational institution. Pondok Pesantren is also known with the characteristic in shaping the character of students into students who have the character Akhlakul Karimah. The same is also sought by Pondok Pesantren Sabilurrosyad Gasek Malang in shaping the character of students. This research was conducted to know the character of the planned, the process of character building students, and the results of the establishment of students at Pondok Pesantren Sabilurrosyad Gasek Malang. This research uses qualitative descriptive approaches using several data collection processes including observations, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, researchers use qualitative analysis to study the results of research, data reduction, data display, and draw conclusions. The results of the research that has been done are students have discipline, religious, Tawadhu ', and nationalists using a variety of methods such as habituation, reward and punishment, discourse and motivation and supported by activities in boarding schools.Kata Kunci: Pembentukan Karakter, Santri, Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is a form of social neglect, which results in deviations from a person's behavior. Lately, there have been many cases of delinquency committed by teenage boys and girls. This delinquency causes many negative impacts for themselves, as well as for others. This study aims to prevent juvenile delinquency behavior at SMPN 2 Gondang, by planning, implementing Islamic religious education teachers in learning activities in the classroom or outside the classroom. This study uses a qualitative research method that puts forward the subjective interpretation of the researcher. Researchers used data collection instruments through the process of observation, interviews, and documentation. Using case study research, observation and in-depth interviews with Islamic religious education teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Gondang Tulungagung. The results of this study are; 1) Planning for Islamic religious education teachers is to compile learning rankings with the aim that the implementation of learning is more structured and easier; 2) Implementation of prevention of juvenile delinquency by conducting intracurricular activities, namely teaching and learning activities in the classroom, and extracurricular activities, namely activities of developing skills and interests of students' talents; 3) The results of the PAI teacher's efforts are that juvenile delinquency behavior in SMP Negeri 2 Gondang is reduced in the sense that students do not commit serious delinquency, students follow the rules set by the school, and students win many competitions at the provincial and district levels. Kata Kunci: Juvenille Delinquency, Kenakalan Remaja

Abstract

PAI learning which is still shrouded in indifference, boredom, loss of focus, lack of enthusiasm, sleepiness, and even falling asleep in class is the same problem in some schools. Of course, there are various ways to deal with this. Likewise at SMAIT Ulil Albab Batam, based on a preliminary study conducted on teachers and students, researchers found the same problem and the need for learning media that was more interesting, more exciting, and not boring. Thus, the researchers developed an audio-visual learning media based on Powtoon animation. This research is a type of development research using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. But here, the researcher only stops at the fourth stage, namely product implementation. As obtained, the average score from Media Experts is 3.7 and Material Experts is 3.5 with a maximum scale of 4, as > 3.4 belongs to the very valid category. And the results of teacher and student responses to learning products show the results of the degree of achievement of 86.82% for the group test with 10 students, 90.63% for the field test of 32 students, and 86.36% for the teacher's response to the field test. As 80-89% is classified as practical and 90-100% is classified as very practical. From this it can be seen that the media is feasible and practical in its use.

Abstract

The In MTS Negeri Batu there are still some challenges in the learning process of jurisprudence, such as the lack of motivation to learn students in MTS Negeri Batu on fiqh subjects. especially students of class VIII, learning activities are still centered on the teacher, namely conveying material with conventional methods, namely the lecture method which is the mainstay of the teacher in delivering lessons, as a result of the learning model seen in the teaching and learning process of jurisprudence, students do not pay attention to the lesson ie in students' interest in learning and motivation low learning. To increase students' motivation in class VIII, in this study the researchers applied the mind mapping method, through the mind mapping method students were expected to increase their active learning motivation. By making a summary of their own learning, students will be interested in the activity and will learn the learning they made themselves with pleasure. Kata Kunci: mind mapping, student motivation learning, fiqh.

Abstract

Based on information in the field, some educators ignore small things that can increase students' motivation and enthusiasm for learning. The existence of Islamic religious education teachers is expected to be able to overcome student problems in learning, learning motivation also plays a major role in shaping the character of students. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of Islamic religious education teachers in PGRI 08 Malang junior high school. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and case studies. The data analysis used is interactive data analysis. The form of classroom management in increasing students' learning motivation at PGRI 08 Junior High School Malang, among others, is providing continuous direction, providing material reinforcement after each lesson, and all things that aim to increase student learning motivation in PGRI 08 Junior High School. Poor. The supporting factors in managing the class include the facilities and infrastructure used, while the inhibiting factors in managing a class include inadequate learning media, and the lack of awareness of students in learning. Therefore, in this study researchers tried to find in Pondok Modern Al-Rifa'ie Gondanglegi with formula problem: 1) how education education education education education Islam KH. Abstract

This research is backed by the achievement achieved by the class and the motivation achieve such achievement, especially on the subject of Islamic religious education and aims to know there is a correlation between achievement motivation with students’ learning achievement in the subjects of Islamic religious education in Al-Rifa’ie Gondanglegi SMA Malang. The results of this study showed that the motivation of achievement and achievement of lerning students Islamic Education Al-Rifa’ie Gondanglegi Malang in general is quite good, this is seen from the results of a questionnaire with a category of 19 students, the category is consist of 18 students, and from the middle of high category semester exam is 17 students, while the medium category is 20 students The correlation is categorized as an accomplished motivation and student learning achievement in the learning outcomes of Islamic education obtained using the product moment statistical formula approach in the count of IBM SPSS version 20, namely correlation coefficient (Rcount) of 0,448 > 0,325, R table with significant level 0,05. In conclusion there is a positive and significant moderate level relationship between achievement motivation and student learning achievement in Islamic religious education in Al-Rifa’ie Gondanglegi Malang.
