Abstract

This study aims to determine the density of macrozoobenthos in Toaya Village River Waters. This study uses a Quantitative Descriptive method with purposive sampling location determination consisting of 3 observation stations and sampling using the line Transect technique with a surber net sampling tool. Data analysis is done by calculating the density of samples that have been obtained in the field using the density formula. The results showed that (1) 5 types of macrozoobenthos were identified in the waters of Toaya Village River with the highest density at Station I (9.17 ind/m²) and the lowest at Station III (6.25 ind/m²). (2) These density differences reflect variations in environmental conditions, such as bottom substrate, water currents, pollution levels, and availability of organic matter. (3) Environmental conditions at station 1 are relatively more favorable for benthic organisms, while stations II and III reflect environmental pressures such as pollution or changes in habitat quality. Thus, macrozoobenthos acts as an effective bioindicator to assess water quality, so these results reflect the health level of the river ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify bivalve species with high microplastic content and the types of microplastics present in those bivalves within the mangrove ecosystem of Desa Tanah Mea, Donggala Regency.  A quantitative descriptive method was used. Sampling locations were determined using purposive sampling, divided into two stations: Station I, a mangrove ecosystem adjacent to a residential area, and Station II, a mangrove ecosystem near the coastline. Bivalve samples were collected using the hand collection method, with 10 individuals per species.  Subsequently, bivalve tissues were processed, and microplastic content was analyzed. Data analysis involved counting the number and types of microplastics from the field samples using an abundance formula. Results showed that Polymesoda erosa, found at Station I, contained 22.2 microplastic particles per individual, comprising 104 fragments, 22 films, 92 fibers, and 4 foams.  Anadara granosa, found at Station II, contained significantly fewer microplastics, with 2.5 particles per individual, consisting of 12 fragments, 5 films, and 8 fibers. Polymesoda erosa was the bivalve species with the highest microplastic content, with fragments, films, fibers, and foams identified.  Therefore, bivalves can serve as bioindicators for assessing microplastic pollution levels in the mangrove ecosystem of Desa Tanah Mea, Donggala Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning learning model using Mind Mapping on student learning outcomes in class VIII of SMP Negeri 5 Bolano Lambunu. This research method is a quasi-experiment (Quasi Experiment) with a Non-equivalent (Pretest and Posttest) Control Group Design. The sample of this study was 34 students, consisting of 17 students in the experimental class who used the Project Based Learning learning model using Mind Mapping and 17 students in the control class who used the conventional learning model. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews, and tests. Data analysis used prerequisite tests, namely, normality tests and homogeneity tests and hypothesis testing using the Independent Sample t-test and N-gain tests. The results of the study showed that (1) there was an effect of using the Project Based Learning learning model using Mapping on student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by a significant increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class, with an average posttest score reaching 73.23, while the control class was only 64.70. The t-test shows a p value < 0.05, which means that the implementation of the Project Based Learning model using Mapping has a positive effect on student learning outcomes. (2) N-gain analysis shows that the experimental class has an average N-gain score of 0.65 (65%), which is included in the fairly effective category, while the control class is only 0.51 (51%), which indicates a less effective category. Thus, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning learning model using Mind Mapping is effective and can affect student learning outcomes in the science subject of class VIII-B SMP Negeri 5 Bolano Lambunu.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bekerja sama dengan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Cendana di Kelurahan Lere, Kota Palu, dengan tujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas mitra dalam mengembangkan produk pangan fungsional dari sumber daya lokal. Biji labu kuning, yang seringkali kurang dimanfaatkan, diolah menjadi snack bar sehat melalui serangkaian kegiatan, termasuk pelatihan, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan teknis. Program ini melibatkan 15 peserta dan dievaluasi menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test untuk menilai peningkatan pengetahuan, serta observasi untuk mengukur penguasaan keterampilan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta yang signifikan, dengan skor rata-rata meningkat dari 60,67 pada pre-test menjadi 85,40 pada post-test. Selain peningkatan pengetahuan, peserta mampu memproduksi snack bar berbahan dasar biji labu kuning secara mandiri dengan kualitas yang baik, rasa yang bervariasi, dan kemasan yang sesuai. Produk ini menunjukkan nilai gizi yang tinggi, kepraktisan, dan potensi pasar yang menjanjikan sebagai pangan fungsional. Secara keseluruhan, program ini memberikan manfaat nyata bagi UMKM mitra, terutama dalam hal peningkatan keterampilan, diversifikasi produk, dan perluasan peluang usaha.

Abstract

Abstract Library information system to facilitate service to library members. MAN 1 Polewali Mandar so far has a library service system that is still in manual form so that in the process of serving library members it is considered slow as well in the process of recording book references and making library reports. Therefore it is necessary to do research to design library information system applications. The purpose of this information system is to provide convenience to library staff in collecting data on books and library members as well as in the process of printing reports. The steps taken in this case are system requirements analysis, system design, and system testing. This implementation uses the FoxPro visual programming language. Based on the research results, several conclusions can be drawn, namely: This software can be used to handle the process of inputting data, changing data, deleting and searching library data. Abstract

Vitamin C cannot be synthesized by shrimp and must be obtained from dietary sources; however, its supply through feed is often insufficient. This study aimed to evaluate the growth performance and oxidative response of juvenile whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) supplemented with dietary vitamin C. Juvenile shrimp at the PL-25 stage, acclimated to a salinity of 20 ppt, were stocked into 16 rearing containers, each filled with 40 L of seawater from a total 250 L fiberglass tank. Each container contained 20 juveniles with an initial average body weight of 0.001 g per individual. The rearing period lasted 60 days, during which shrimp were fed three times daily. The feeding rate (FR) was initially set at 11% of body weight for the first 30 days and then reduced to 7% thereafter. The experimental design followed a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of four treatments and four replicates: A (0 mg/kg), B (150 mg/kg), C (300 mg/kg), and D (450 mg/kg) of dietary vitamin C supplementation. The results showed that supplementation of vitamin C at 300 mg/kg diet produced the best growth performance (RGR, PER, FCR) and survival rate, which were positively correlated with SOD enzyme activity. The oxidative response parameters (HSI and MDA) showed the lowest values in this optimal treatment. The highest growth performance was obtained from the treatment with 300 mg vitamin C/kg diet, achieving a relative growth rate of 4,358.6%, the lowest MDA concentration of 3.58 ± 0.37 nmol/L, and the highest SOD activity of 88.35 ± 2.22 U/mL enzyme. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji kinerja pertumbuhan dan respon oksidatif juvenil udang vaname dengan suplementasi vitamin C dalam pakan. Juvenil udang vaname PL 25, yang telah diadaptasikan di salinitas 20 ppt ditebar pada 16 wadah pemeliharaan yang diisi dengan air laut volume 40 L dari volume total bak fiber 250 L dengan jumlah total juvenil 20 ekor dan rata-rata berat awal juvenile 0,001 g/ekor; waktu pemeliharaan udang;selama 60 hari dengan pemberian pakan tiga kali perhari dan jumlah pakan ditentukan dengan FR 11% dan setelah pemeliharaan 30 hari FR diturunkan menjadi 7%. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan empat taraf perlakuan dan empat ulangan dengan komposisi perlakuan; A (dosis 0 mg/kg), B (dosis 150 mg/kg). C (dosis 300 mg/kg) D (dosis 450 mg/kg). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi vitamin C dosis 300 mg/kg pakan menghasilkan kinerja pertumbuhan (LPR, REP, RKP) dan TKH terbaik dan berkorelasi dengan aktivitas enzim SOD.  Hasil uji respons oksidatif (IHS dan MDA) menunjukan hasil terendah pada perlakuan terbaik di penelitian ini. Kinerja pertumbuhan optimal diperoleh dari trreatment 300 mg vitamin C/kg sebesar 4.358.6% dengan nilai MDA terendah 3,58 ± 0,37 nmol/L dan aktivitas SOD tertinggi 88,35 ± 2,22 Unit/mL enzim. Abstract

Tafsîr bi al-maʾthûr holds a central position in Quranic interpretation as an authoritative approach grounded in transmitted sources. In contemporary Quranic studies, however, renewed debates concerning the reliability of riwâyah, the authority of hadith, and the methodological foundations of classical tafsîr underscore the urgency of reassessing the formative contributions of early scholars. This study addresses the need by examining al-Bukhârî’s role to the epistemological and methodological foundations of tafsîr bi al-maʾthûr, with particular attention to his exegetical practices in the kitâb al-tafsîr section of Șâḥîḥ al-Bukhârî. Employing a qualitative library-based approach, this article analyzes Șâḥîḥ al-Bukhârî as the primary source alongside classical and later tafsîr works grounded in the maʾthûr tradition. Data are examined using a relevance-and-impact analytical framework to assess both the immediate and enduring influence of al-Bukhârî’s contributions on the development of Quranic interpretive sciences. This approach enables an evaluation of al-Bukhârî not merely as a compiler of hadith but as a formative architect of exegetical methodology. The findings demonstrate that al-Bukhârî’s contribution to tafsîr bi al-maʾthûr extends beyond the preservation of prophetic reports. He significantly promoted institutionalizing riwâyah as a source of tafsîr, formulating methodological principles for source selection, and conceptualizing standards of authenticity that continue to inform exegetical practice. His rigorous validation of sanad established a systematic and selective model of Quranic interpretation that profoundly influenced subsequent tafsîr traditions. This study contributes to contemporary Quranic scholarship by clarifying the methodological legacy of al-Bukhârî and demonstrating its continued relevance for evaluating transmitted sources in modern interpretive debates.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the public's perception of the quality of public services in Nagari Manggopoh and to determine the public's perception of the discourse on the division of Jorong in Nagari Manggopoh. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. Respondents came from the Nagari Manggopoh community a research data collection using questionnaires and field observations. Data were analyzed using technique analysis percentage descriptive. The study results show that people's perceptions of the quality of public services in Nagari Manggopoh showed very good and good, reaching 88%. Meanwhile, the community's perception of the village management discourse (Jorong Splitting) in Nagari Manggopoh shows a very high percentage, reaching 93%. This study concluded that public services provided by Nagari Manggopoh occupy an excellent interval value. Meanwhile, the discourse on village arrangement (addition of Jorong) received enthusiastic support from the Nagari Manggopoh Community.
