Abstract

Priority issues of partners according to mutual agreement to be resolved during the implementation of the independent village - campus project program are: (1) Determining the base price and selling price; (2) The recording of the results of sales / orders by consumers / buyers is still done; (3) The sales / marketing process still relies on a direct sales system and has not yet served requests from outside the region. The solution is: partners will be given a website, and website hosting for free by implementing partners will be given training on financial management. The output is: partner sales have increased, because they can serve purchases online. The goal to be achieved in implementing the project program activities in independent villages is to increase production and partner income through the use of information technology-based applications. The methods that will be used in achieving these goals are training and mentoring (lectures and practices) as well as evaluation of the achievement of targets for the implementation of project program activities in independent villages.

Abstract

Recent trends of studies on technology acceptance in local government had recently been popular; the studies focused on identifying the predictors of human behavior in potential acceptance or rejection of technology. This study investigated the use of information technology/information system (henceforth, IT/IS) acceptance in government as a means to improve the quality of public service and strive for transparent governance. A mixed-methods (quantitative and qualitative) study was conducted, and data were collected through questionnaires involving 125 respondents, interviews, and observations. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used as a theoretical framework for behavioral information systems and Smart Partial least square (Smart PLS) analysis was employed in elaborating the complex correlation between the determinants. The result showed that the perceived ease-of-use (PEOU) contributed positively to the perceived usefulness (PU) and attitude towards using technology (ATUT). Moreover, the ATUT significantly contributed to Behavioral Intention of Use (BITU); further, the BITU also contributed to actual technology use (ATU). The PU, however, possessed a negative impact on the ATUT. These results further the information regarding the quality and performance of IT/IS services that can be used as a basis for higher-level decision-making.

Abstract

Desa adalah kesatuan masyarakat hukum yang memiliki batas wilayah kewenangan untuk mengatur urusan pemerintahan, pelaksanaan pembangunan desa, pembinaan kemasyarakatan desa, serta pemberdayaan desa berdasarkan prakarsa masyarakat, hak asal usul, dan adat istiadat desa (Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri RI Nomor 114 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pembangunan Desa). Konsep pembangunan desa akan dapat lebih dipahami oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat desa dengan adanya peran serta keterlibatan Perguruan Tinggi (PT) sebagai tulang punggung yang menjembatani program percepatan pembangunan desa, salah satunya melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik Desa Membangun Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka. Oleh karena itu melalui program pengabdian masyarakat KKN Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, diharapkan dapat membantu menganalisis program-program kerja yang tepat sasaran dan benar-benar dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Desa Hayahaya untuk dilaksanakan dengan pengembangan inovasi dan teknologi terbaru sehingga dapat berguna secara langsung bagi masyarakat untuk peningkatkan informasi. Berdasarkan RPJMdes Desa Hayahaya mahasiswa kkn memiliki program Kerja yaitu : (1).Workshop Aplikasi Perkantoran (Ms.Microsoft Office), (2). Pembuatan Aplikasi KIM dan didukung dengan beberapa program tambahan lainnya seperti Workshop Design Grafis.Kata Kunci: Pembangunan Desa, KIM, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Minutes of Meeting are notes that function to record the things discussed in a meeting agenda. Minutes of Meeting are important and must exist so that agreements and decisions can be saved, so that they can be discussed again on the agenda of the next meeting. With the development of current technology, it is hoped that it can be implemented in various ways, one of which is that Minutes which were previously only written in books can be presented on the website so that it can facilitate monitoring and evaluation quickly, precisely, anywhere, and anytime. This study aims to realize a Web-based E-Notulen system by utilizing the Laravel framework and the Waterfall method for design which includes Analysis, Data Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation. Based on the method used, the E-Notulen system can be designed by utilizing the existing Laravel Framework library using the Waterfal method. The Waterfall method can be applied in system development, especially systems that require fast time from design to implementation such as the E-Minutes system.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan awal, proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran basis data masih monoton, situasi belajar siswa belum kondusif dan siswa kurang memahami materi yang disampaikan. Hal ini terjadi karena siswa hanya berfokus pada mencatat materi yang telah disampaikan guru yang membuat menurunnya minat belajar siswa sehingga berakibat pada hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil ulangan harian siswa pada materi aplikasi DBMS terdapat beberapa siswa yang belum memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yaitu 75, dari jumlah siswa 24 orang terdapat 62,5% siswa yang tidak memenuhi KKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Basis Data dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Direct Instruction pada siswa kelas XI RPL di SMK Negeri 5 Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran berupa Silabus, RPP, Bahan Ajar, LKPD, Observasi Aktivitas Guru, Observasi Aktivitas Siswa dan Tes Hasil Belajar yang sudah dilakukan validasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan telah berlangsung selama 1 siklus dengan 3 kali pertemuan, dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata - rata presentase aktivitas guru mencapai 100% dengan kriteria sangat baik, rata  - rata aktivitas siswa mencapai 88,88% dengan kriteria sangat baik, rata - rata ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa mencapai 95,83% siswa telah mencapai kriteria tuntas dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 95,83% dengan kriteria baik sekali, dengan demikian penelitian pada siklus 1 dinyatakan berhasil karena telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditetapkan.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Direct Instruction, Hasil Belajar Siswa, Basis Data.

Abstract

Sistem pelaporan pengaduan yang saat ini masih secara konvensional seringkali mengalami permasalahan seperti kehilangan berkas aduan dan pelapor yang tidak mengetahui mengenai laporan yang telah diadukan. Hal ini terjadi disebabkan sistem yang belum real time. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan pemanfaatan sistem dalam mekanisme pengelolaan laporan pengaduan dan meminimalkan resiko masalah yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengelolaan laporan pengaduan berbasis web mobile di pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Prototype. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem untuk mengelola laporan pengaduan yang memberikan hak akses bagi admin, pelapor, pengelola, dan pimpinan. Sistem ini juga dapat mempermudah pembuatan laporan pengaduan sehingga dapat di akses dimanapun dan kapanpun. Selain itu, pelapor dapat dengan mudah mengajukan pengaduan, pengelola dapat dengan mudah mencari data mengenai laporan pengaduan dan pimpinan dapat dengan mudah memonitor laporan pengaduan yang masuk. The conventional complaint reporting system often experiences problems; one of them is losing the complaint file. It is worsened by the condition in which informants might not know about the report that has been filed. This condition happens due to the non-real-time system. Based on this problem, it is necessary to use the system in the complaint report management mechanism and minimize the risk of the occurred problems. This study aimed to develop a mobile web-based complaint report management system for the government of Gorontalo Province. This research uses the Prototype method. This research designed a system for managing complaint reports that provide access rights for admins, informants, managers, and leaders. Further, this system provided easier access to make complaint reports to be accessed anywhere and anytime. Moreover, it would be easier for informants to file complaints, managers to find the data regarding complaints reports, and leaders to monitor the incoming complaints reports.

Abstract

This study investigates the human, organizational, and technological aspects of successfully implementing the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) in Bone Bolango District, Gorontalo. This study adopted PLS-SEM to test the hypothesis model of the influence of the three aspects on the benefits obtained by users in using SIAK. The hypothesis model was tested on 122 respondents, including staff at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bone Bolango Regency and SIAK operators at each village office in Bone Bolango Regency. The data has been validated using a measurement model to determine internal consistency reliability and convergent validity with Smart PLS. The results showed that system quality, information quality, and organizational structure positively affected SIAK's success. Meanwhile, system usage and user satisfaction still need to be improved. Human factors, such as user expertise and motivation, also significantly influenced the success of SIAK implementation. This study provides recommendations to improve the quality of user training, improve information technology infrastructure, and adjust the organizational structure to support SIAK implementation better. The findings of this study can serve as input for other local governments in optimizing SIAK implementation in their respective implementing units.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran informatika. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa adalah kurangnya penggunaan model pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran informatika kelas X di SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pre-experimental dengan design One Group Pretest Posttest yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo Utara. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas X-A dengan jumlah 28 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket untuk minat belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didasarkan pada analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis, didapat bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran informatika kelas X di SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo Utara

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media using Canva as a tool to help students improve their learning outcomes in the subject of Algorithms and Programming by creating Canva AI learning media that contains content capable of visualizing the material. The method used in this research is the Research and Development development method with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. The results of the feasibility test by content experts showed a feasibility score of 4.6 with the category "very valid" and by media experts with a feasibility score of 4.7 with the category "very valid." The practicality test based on teacher response data showed a percentage of 90.5% with the category "very practical" and student response data showed a percentage of 91.2% with the category "very practical." The effectiveness test showed a post-test learning outcome mastery of 82.1 with the category "very good." The effectiveness test based on the correlation sample test results from the post-test and pre-test showed 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference in student learning outcomes. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Canva AI learning media is feasible, practical, and effective for use in the learning process.Keywords: Learning Media, Canva AI, ADDIE, Informatics

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of creative thinking of students in informatics subjects. One of the factors that influences creative thinking is the lack of use of learning models. This research aims to determine the application of the Project Based Learning learning model. There is an increase in students' creative thinking abilities in class x informatics subjects at SMA N 2 Gorontalo. This research uses a quasi-experimental research method with a nonequivalent control group design, pretest posttest and observation. The samples for this research are class X-1 with a total of 31 students as the experimental class and class X-2 with a total of 31 students as the control class. The posttest in the experimental class had an average score of 80.16 and the average posttest score in the control class was 72.74, then the hypothesis test showed a significant 2 tailed value of 0.01<0.05. The observation results show that the aspect of students' creative thinking abilities, namely elaboration, reached 84% and an N-gain of 0.3960 was obtained in the medium category because students were able to complete projects according to schedule, so it can be concluded that there is an increase in creative thinking abilities by using the Project Based Learning model.Kata kunci: Model Project Based Learning, berpikir kreatif
