Abstract

Community health center is a community that has a vital role in the growth of human resources. If health services are low, it will greatly affect all sectors of community growth, including the economy in the area. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of psychological workload and work culture on performance with job satisfaction as a mediator. The population is all employees of the UPTD Puskesmas Banjarangkan I Klungkung with total of 78 people. The analysis technique used is SEM–PLS. The research results show that psychological workload has no significant effect on employee performance, work culture has a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, psychological workload has no significant effect on job satisfaction, and work culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that community health centers must continue to improve the performance and satisfaction of their employees so that employees can provide excellent service to the community.

Abstract

Using organizational commitment as a mediating variable, this study looks at how transformational leadership and organizational culture affect worker performance at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights' Bali Regional Office. Utilizing SEM-PLS 3.0 for data analysis, the study included 169 employees with a sample size of 168. The findings indicated that organizational culture had a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while transformational leadership had no discernible effect. Furthermore, organizational culture and transformational leadership both improved organizational commitment, which in turn improved performance. The impact of organizational culture on employee performance was partially mediated by organizational commitment, while the effect of transformational leadership was fully mediated by it. These results suggest that since a positive organizational culture directly improves performance, enhancing it may be necessary to improve employee performance at the Bali Regional Office. Despite not having a direct impact on performance, transformational leadership is essential for increasing organizational commitment, which eventually improves worker performance. Therefore, initiatives to improve commitment and culture may be important tactics for improving employee results.

Abstract

This study was carried out at Asri Jewellery engaged in a craft of bone carving, located at Br. Mantring, Tampaksiring Village, Bali. The training, mentoring, and evaluation methods for the sustainability of service activities. The results were the installation of wifi and neon boxes, website creation, product catalogs and brochures, business cards and business stamps, and online promotion assistance and through social media and marketplaces. The activities that have been carried out have provided the benefit of increasing a wider market share which resulted in the income maintained during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Sekar Dewata is a non-formal arts institution, and has become one of the activities for diffable children. The problems faced by Sekar Dewata studio are the lack of uniforms for dance and painting practice, the absence of dance clothes for staging, the quality of folding tables used for painting practice are still relatively low, and do not yet have dance teaching standards for deaf children. The results obtained from this dedication activity are the process of dancing and painting practice running more effectively and comfortably, dance staging clothes do not need to be rented anymore, the quality of the tables used in painting exercises are not perishable, and there are operational standard dance procedures that facilitate dance instructors in training deaf child.

Abstract

This study carried out in the cricket farming business in Sudimara Village, Tabanan, Bali. The purpose of this study is to help mintra in preventing Covid-19, to manage the production and marketing processes of cricket business in order to generate increased sales turnover during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method of this study was carried out by making prior observations about partner activity units. After that, mapping the problem in order to find the solution. After the activities were carried out, there was an increase in the quality of production and promotion, additional cages were available that could increase the yield of crickets, and business owners had understood how to use and maintain social media Facebook and Instagram and were able to operate them.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Toko Emas Notina Klungkung yang merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan dan pembelian perhiasan emas maupun perak yang berlokasi di Jalan Diponegoro No. 36, Semarapura Kelod-Kangin, Kec. Klungkung, Kab. Klungkung. Usaha ini telah berdiri sejak tahun 1980-an dan masih beroperasi hingga saat ini. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, pengelolaan keuangan masih terdapat kendala, terutama pada pengeluaran operasional harian. Mitra belum memiliki sistem kas kecil, sehingga setiap pengeluaran seperti kebutuhan operasional atau biaya lainnya langsung diambil dari uang yang dipegang oleh masing-masing kasir di setiap toko. Selain itu, dalam aspek pemasaran, mitra telah memiliki akun media sosial Instagram sebagai sarana promosi, namun pemanfaatannya masih belum optimal karena belum didukung oleh strategi pemasaran digital yang terencana. Terkait hall tersebut kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan meliputi observasi, pelatihan pencatatan kas kecil menggunakan Microsoft Excel, pelatihan optimalisasi Instagram sebagai media promosi, serta pendampingan terkait penerapan Microsoft Excel dan penggunaan Instagram. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan pentingnya penerapan pencatatan kas kecil berbasis Microsoft Excel membantu dalam meningkatkan kerapian dan ketepatan pencatatan keuangan, sedangkan optimalisasi media sosial Instagram mampu meningkatkan efektivitas promosi digital pada mitra Toko Emas Notina Klungkung.
