Abstract

Kehadiran siswa merupakan salah satu hal yang penting diperhatikan, demikian disampaikan oleh Kepala Sekolah SMAS Muhammadiyah 01 Medan. Rekapitulasi kehadiran saat ini dilakukan secara manual dan diperoleh di setiap akhir semester pada saat pembagian rapor. Pelaksanaan rekap data ini membuat interaksi antara guru dan orang tua terkait kehadiran siswa menjadi kurang rutin, sehingga permasalahan siswa terkadang terlambat ditangani. Selain untuk memantau keaktifan belajar siswa, kehadiran juga memiliki relasi yang dekat dengan nilai sekolah dan kemampuan pembelajaran. Menurut beberapa jurnal, kedekatan ini telah diteliti menggunakan berbagai metode Analisa data seperti product momen dan spearman correlation ratio. Untuk melakukan pencatatan terhadap kehadiran siswa, akan dibangun dan disusun sebuah sistem informasi kehadiran. Pencatatan kehadiran dilakukan dengan menggunakan pembaca qrcode yang akan membaca kartu siswa. Setiap siswa akan diberikan kartu yang dapat dicetak dari sistem dengan kode qr yang unik. Kode ini akan diterjemahkan ke dalam sistem saat siswa akan hadir/keluar dari sekolah. Dengan sistem informasi ini, maka data kehadiran siswa dapat tercatat dan terrekapitulasi dengan cepat bila dibandingkan dengan metode manual.

Abstract

Rekapitulasi kehadiran di sekolah SMK Hamparan Perak saat ini dilakukan secara manual dan diperoleh di setiap pertengahan dan akhir semester pada saat pembagian rapor. Pelaksanaan rekapitulasi data ini membuat interaksi antara guru dan orang tua terkait kehadiran siswa menjadi kurang rutin, sehingga permasalahan siswa terkadang terlambat ditangani. Selain untuk memantau keaktifan belajar siswa, kehadiran siswa di sekolah memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kemampuan belajar mereka. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem untuk melakukan pencatatan terhadap kehadiran siswa. Pencatatan kehadiran dilakukan dengan menggunakan pembaca QR code yang akan membaca kartu siswa. Setiap siswa akan diberikan kartu yang dapat dicetak dari sistem dengan QR code yang unik. Kode ini akan diterjemahkan ke dalam sistem berbasis web saat siswa akan hadir maupun keluar masuk dari dan ke lingkungan sekolah. Dengan sistem ini, maka data kehadiran siswa dapat tercatat dan terrekapitulasi dengan cepat bila dibandingkan dengan metode manual.

Abstract

Pengembangan Game sangat berbeda dengan pengembangan aplikasi komputer yang hanya membutuhkan algoritma, bisnis proses dan basis data. Game membutuhkan aset multimedia berupa gambar, animasi, audio, dan pemrograman yang berbasis thread. Pengembangan game dan pengembangan perangkat lunak merupakan dua bidang yang berbeda meskipun keduanya berfokus pada pengembangan aplikasi komputer. Pelatihan pembuatan game berbasis UNITY di SMK PAB 2 Helvetia Medan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam teknologi pengembangan game. Workshop ini diadakan pada tanggal 28 September 2024 dan bertujuan agar para guru dapat mengajarkan siswa untuk membuat game berbasis 2D dan 3D. Pelatihan ini memfokuskan pada penguasaan dasar-dasar UNITY, mulai dari antarmuka pengguna, pembuatan objek, hingga pemrograman interaksi game. Kegiatan ini diakhiri dengan evaluasi melalui hasil karya siswa yang dihasilkan setelah guru mengimplementasikan materi yang telah diajarkan. Pelatihan ini menunjukkan hasil positif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan guru, serta meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui media pembelajaran berbasis game.

Abstract

The best service includes providing fast service so that customers can arrive quickly. The service here can be in the form of improving the queuing system. Queues can occur if the need for a service exceeds the available demand. One service sector with a queuing system is the Community Health Center. The Community Health Center is a functional implementing unit that is a health development center for fostering community participation in the health sector. So, research was carried out to evaluate the queuing system at the Unter Iwes Health Center registration counter in Sumbawa District to optimize queuing services. The study results show that the queuing system currently used at the registration counter at the Unter Iwes Health Center, Sumbawa sub-district, namely Single Channel-Single Phase, is still optimal, as indicated by a steady state value of less than one. On Monday, it was found that the average queue in the system (????s) was one person, the average queue in the queue (????q) was one person, while the probability that the number of patients in the queue would not occur (????o) was 0%. The average waiting time in the system (????s) is 0.24 minutes, while the average waiting time in the queue (????q) is 0.15 minutes, the server busy level (K) is 64%, and the server unemployment level (W) is 36%.

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a serious pregnancy complication characterized by high blood pressure, potentially leading to organ damage, making early risk prediction crucial to reducing maternal morbidity and mortality. This study aims to develop a preeclampsia risk prediction model using medical and clinical data from 80 patients at Rumah Bersalin Sadan. The data include demographic profiles, blood pressure, weight, maternal age, preeclampsia history, body mass index, number of previous pregnancies, as well as genetic and environmental factors. The dependent variable is the risk of preeclampsia, either as a binary outcome (yes/no) or as a continuous risk score. The predictive model was built using multivariate linear regression and the Random Forest algorithm. The results showed that the Random Forest model achieved an accuracy of 65.22%, with an F-statistic of 7.345 and a very small p-value (1.908e-06), indicating that the model effectively explains data variability. However, the low Kappa value suggests room for improvement through feature refinement, hyperparameter tuning, or exploring other algorithms. Although these findings suggest that Random Forest is a promising method, further evaluation and model optimization are needed to enhance predictive performance and determine whether this method is the most suitable for the dataset used.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance soft skills in customer service for students of SMK Perkantoran (Office Vocational School) PAB 3 Medan Estate. Soft skills are as important as skills in communication skills, empathy, service ethics, and emotional management are essential competencies for prospective administrative office workers. There are interactive workshops, group discussions, and customer service simulations as part of this community service activity. In this event, it can be found that participants demonstrated improved understanding and practical skills in customer interactions. This activity is expected to positively contribute to the students' readiness to enter the workforce

Abstract

The development of artificial neural networks is related to statistical and biometric analysis which is one of the applications that can require artificial neural network models. Recognition of facial patterns is an important part of identifying a person. The face can be divided into areas such as the nose, eyes and mouth. Face pattern recognition is a research area that can be applied to the principal component analysis (PCA) method. The training process carried out by the eigenface calculation uses PCA and the results of this study show that facial pattern recognition based on the proportion of memorization and generalization for the use of the method without PCA is better than facial pattern recognition using PCA. Pattern recognition without using the PCA method, the level of memorization and generalization reaches 100% at the 40th iteration and 0.0099 error with a learning rate and momentum of 0.8, while facial pattern recognition using the PCA method, the memorization and generalization level reaches 100% in the iteration. to -1000 and error 0.00103 with learning rate and momentum 0.9.

Abstract

A driving License (SIM) is a card that a motorized vehicle driver must own to prove the eligibility to drive a motorized vehicle. There are still many drivers who do not have a SIM. One of the reasons drivers don't apply for a driving license is because they object to follow every procedure in making a driver's license, which takes a long time and causes long queues every day. The application for a driver's license in a city or district is only in one place, namely at the City Police. As a result, many applicants apply for a driver's license in the queue system. This problem also occurs in the SIM-making service system at the Sumbawa Police Station. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the queuing system for SIM-making services at the Sumbawa Besar Resort Police using the queuing theory method. There are two types of submissions in applying for a SIM, namely a new application and an application for an extension of a SIM, and the queuing system model used is Single Channel-Multi Phase. There are three phases in applying for a new SIM: the registration phase, photo phase, and test phase. Meanwhile, the application for a SIM extension has two steps: registration and photos. Based on the results of the analysis, the use of one service in each phase has not been optimal in overcoming the number of queues in the new SIM application process because there is still a steady-state (ρ) greater than one and the number of applicants is still queuing in the system, namely on Monday (phase test), Wednesday (test phase) and Friday (photo phase and test phase). Therefore, it is proposed to add one more service on that day and phase so that the stadium condition (ρ) is less than one and there is only one applicant in the queue (Lq).

Abstract

Air juga menjadi faktor yang utama dalam pembudidayaan ikan air tawar, dengan sistem konvensional/tradisional dibutuhkan tidak kurang dari 2000 liter air untuk budidaya ikan air tawar yang harus diganti sekurangnya setiap 3 bulan agar air kolam tidak bau dan berwarna, sedangkan dengan terbatasnya ketersediaan air di hampir sebagian besar wilayah Medan Selayang tepatnya di jalan Abdul Hakim, Medan Selayang membuat warga kesulitan air untuk membudidayakan ikan dalam kolam air tawar. Pengembangan melalui percobaan konstruksi kolam beton sederhana diharapkan akan menghemat ruang dimana setiap 1 lahan akan mampu dibudidayakan ikan lebih dari 2000 ekor lele dengan penggunaan air dimana setiap 0,5 air mampu dibudidayakan 2000-3000 ekor ikan lele melalui sistem airasi. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana membuat desain dan konstruksi kolam ikan air tawar dilahan pekarangan yang sempit namun padat menampung ikan lebih banyak 2) Bagaimana membuat sistem kolam ikan air tawar yang dapat menghemat penggunaan air 3) Seberapa luas pengematan lahan dan volume air yang dapat dihemat pada kolam ikan air tawar.
