Abstract

Information technology (IT) governance plays a crucial role in an organisation's success in leveraging Information Technology as a strategic asset. The COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) framework has been widely recognised as an effective guide for Information Technology governance. One of the main domains in the COBIT framework is APO02 on Manage Strategy, which focuses on managing IT strategy in the context of holistic IT governance. The method used in writing the journal is a literature study of both books and journals related to the COBIT Framework. The purpose of writing this journal is to provide an overview and benefits of implementing the APO02 domain. These benefits include increased alignment between business and IT strategies, a better understanding of the value generated by IT, and improved data-based decision making and technological innovation. In addition, challenges that may arise in the implementation of APO02 domains, such as limited resources, rapidly changing business needs, and the complexity of developing a sustainable IT strategy.

Abstract

Abstract: PTI Study Program (Information Technology Education) STKIP Taman Siswa Bima which really needs supporting facilities in terms of learning and improving students' abilities in the learning process. The availability of IT asset services can support and progress the STKIP Taman Siswa Bima Institute in the process of increasing accreditation in terms of institutional facilities. Investment in the procurement of IT Assets Requires a lot of money to support the continuity of pre-learning, therefore the process of purchasing, maintaining and maintaining IT assets will make it easier for parties to procure IT Assets. This will have an impact on reporting on organizational goals. This study uses the COBIT 2019 framework. The results of this study determine the current capability level conditions in the PTI STKIP Taman Siswa Bima Study Program, namely the average activity in the BAI09 subdomain is at the level that is carried out by the process. The target capability level which I hope to be at level 3 for the next year. Recommendations for improvements are made in stages according to the 2019 COBIT reference.

Abstract

Peran pengadaan alat pada suatu instansi dapat membantu suatu perusahaan atau organisasi dalam memutuskan jenis alat yang dibutuhkan guna mendukung suatu akitvitas organisasi maka perlu ditentukan secara akurat sehingga pelayanaan masyarakat dapat dipenuhi. Urgensi pengadaan alat diikat dalam Peraturan Presiden RI No 54 tahun 2010. Ditambah lagi jika alat disesuaikan dengan kegiatan yang spesifik tentu akan menambah efektivitas kegiatan operasional yang dalam hal ini adalah kegiatan belajar mengajar. Oleh karena itu, untuk keberlangsungan pembelajaran dan praktikum berbasis kejuruan tentu sekolah harus mampu memilih perangkat operasional yang tepat serta kemampuan dalam merencanankan pemilihan spesifikasi peralatan yang dapat diukur ke dalam sebuah dokumen hasil. Metode Penelitian yang ditargetkan adalah penelitian berbasis Kuantitatif seta COBIT 2019 sebagai framework tata kelola. Berdasarkan uraian yang telah dipaparkan, peneliti tertarik untuk menyajikan temuan yang didapatkan dari proses audit menggunakan cobit 2019 untuk disajikan kepada pengambil kebijakan  lebih komprehensif dan berimbang. Hasil yang didapat dari audit ini disampaikan bahwa  audit berhasil berada pada level 3 namun diperlukan penelitian lanjutan agar proses tata kelola bisa berada pada level selanjutnya dengan melengkapi GAP pada capability level berupa pembuatan pernyataan nilai yang menguraikan perubahan potensial pada kemampuan bisnis dan  TI, layanan I & T, dan arsitektur perusahaan, dampak dari tidak membuat perubahan,  definisi yang lebih baik dari lingkungan target, dan  manfaat dari lingkungan target yangi mengubah tujuan menjadi hasil  yang terukur.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create a good method to assist in making the right decision in selecting tertiary majors for class XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Donorojo, and also to help agencies, especially SMK Negeri 1 Donorojo and other SMK, to be able to make decisions to determine the potential of each student. The limitation of the problem is to determine college majors for class XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Donorojo based on report cards and interests and talents, and the solution to be produced is a method that can provide an overview of college majors according to students' potential so that they can help agencies schools in guiding students who will continue on to higher education. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires (questionnaire), while for data analysis using the stages of Algorithm C4.5. The results showed that accuracy was 45.21%, Class Precision for English was 33.33%, Mathematics was 14.29%, Indonesian was 66.67%, Islamic Religious Education was 36.36%, and Citizenship Education was 0.00%. while for Class Recall English 27.27%, Mathematics 18.18%, Indonesian 70.59%, Islamic Religious Education 30.77%, and Citizenship Education 0.00%. The conclusion from this study is that students' interest in choosing majors in tertiary institutions is not always based on subject scores but more based on other unknown variables or attributes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan COBIT 2019 dengan Kebijakan Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Bank di Indonesia menggunakan teknik ontological mapping. Dengan mengadopsi bahasa ArchiMate, penelitian ini menganalisis dan menggambarkan hubungan antara konsep-konsep dalam COBIT 2019 dan faktor-faktor penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank. Metode analisis yang digunakan mencakup identifikasi tujuan dalam domain COBIT, pemetaan faktor penilaian TKB, dan pembuatan model COBIT 2019 dengan faktor penilaian TKB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa domain COBIT 2019 memiliki relasi yang dengan faktor-faktor penilaian TKB, termasuk profil risiko, GCG, earning, dan capital. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memperkuat pemahaman mengenai keterkaitan antara kerangka kerja tata kelola TI (COBIT 2019) dan praktik penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank di Indonesia.

Abstract

Samarinda sarongs are one of Indonesia's traditional fabrics that are famous for their beautiful motifs and textures. This fabric is made using traditional weaving techniques using non-machine looms (ATBMs), resulting in a unique and distinctive diversity of textures. The difference between the loom, namely the machine and the non-machine, resulting in a difference in the texture of the Samarinda sarong. This difference can be seen from the thread density, texture smoothness, and sharpness of the motif. On certain Samarinda sarong motifs that do not require special details. This study aims to develop a classification model of Samarinda sarong texture based on the loom (machine and non-machine) using the Deep Learning method. This model is expected to help, increase the selling value of Samarinda sarongs, preserve and promote traditional fabrics In this context, the choice between DenseNet121 and VGG16 can depend on user preferences or specific needs, such as computing speed or model size.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing the impact of social media on society, particularly addressing the issue of cyberbullying on the Twitter platform. Based on statistics, the majority of internet users in Indonesia actively utilize social networks, with Twitter being the most dominant platform used for communication and interaction. Therefore, cyberbullying cases often occur on this social media platform. In this study, two classification methods, namely Decision Tree and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), were employed to classify cyberbullying-related messages on Twitter. The aim of this research is to compare the performance of these two methods and to identify early signs of cyberbullying as relevant digital evidence for legal proceedings. The dataset used in this study consists of 650 comment records from the period 2019 to 2021, with predefined labels. The analysis results indicate that K-Nearest Neighbor achieved the highest accuracy, reaching 75.99%, compared to Decision Tree with 65.00%. Hence, K-Nearest Neighbor is considered a more effective method for cyberbullying analysis on the Twitter platform. Additionally, the identification of early signs of cyberbullying in comment id 2 can serve as relevant digital evidence for legal purposes. This research provides better insights into the effectiveness of classification in addressing cyberbullying issues on the Twitter platform.

Abstract

SPBE is a mandatory IT Governance framework implemented by all government agencies in Indonesia. Since its implementation in 2018, the national average maturity level remains very low, with the main obstacle being in the fundamental domain of IT Governance, as identified during the 2022 evaluations. An evaluation was conducted on government agencies facing similar challenges using COBIT 2019 as the framework, providing the best practices and widely used standards for IT Governance. This was combined with the principles of ISO/IEC 38500:2015, an international standard for IT Governance. Maturity level measurements were taken to assess the current conditions of the agencies and provide improvement recommendations linked to indicators in the SPBE maturity level evaluation guidelines. The improvement recommendations provided were able to enhance maturity levels holistically, not only in the IT Governance domain but across the entire management processes and product services of the agencies, aiming to achieve sustainable benefits and objectives.

Abstract

Cybersecurity threats are constantly evolving, making it crucial for organizations to maintain a robust and maturing cybersecurity posture. According to the 2022 Annual Report of the Honeynet Project of the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), there were 370,022,283 cyber attacks against Indonesia.  One of the strategies that can be implemented is to conduct a cybersecurity maturity assessment to determine the organization's current level of cybersecurity implementation. This paper proposes a design for a cybersecurity maturity assessment framework leveraging two established standards: the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) v1.1 and the Center for Internet Security (CIS) Controls v8. The proposed framework utilizes a mapping between the NIST CSF v.1.1 subcategories and the CIS Controls v8 subcontrols, enabling a comprehensive assessment of an organization's cybersecurity maturity. The assessment methodology focuses on evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of controls aligned with each NIST CSF function. This approach allows organizations to identify strengths and weaknesses in their cybersecurity posture and prioritize areas for improvement. This research developed a mapping between the NIST CSF framework and CIS Controls v8. The mapping aligns 23 integrated cybersecurity categories from NIST CSF (including 64 subcategories out of a possible 108) with 124 subcontrols from CIS Controls v8 (out of a total 153). This combined framework serves as a tool to help organizations improve their cybersecurity maturity and capabilities.

Abstract

Palm oil has an important role as a source of foreign exchange in the economy in Indonesia. Oil palm is one of the vegetable oil-producing plants that has the highest economic value compared to other crops such as soybeans, olives, coconuts or sunflowers. Palm oil quality is also influenced by water content, dirt content, free fatty acid content and the level of maturity of the palm fruit. Maturity of palm fruit is a very important factor in determining the quality of crude oil produced by palm fruit. In determining the maturity of oil palm, sorting is necessary to get quality palm fruit with the appropriate level of maturity. The use of image processing technology (ImageProcessing) can facilitate the process of analyzing objects. Meanwhile, the implementation of deep learning using the Convolutional Neural Network method can help identify the maturity level of oil palm fruit with a high level of accuracy. The results showed a very good effectiveness with an accuracy reaching 99% and a precision level reaching 99.8%.
