Abstract

Economic growth is the main indicator of a country's ability to produce goods and services, measured by the increase in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Gross National Income (GNI) in a certain period. GDP reflects the value of domestic production of goods and services, while GNI measures the total income received by the population, including from abroad. Both indicators are important for assessing people's welfare, where GNI per capita is often used to compare prosperity between countries. Indonesia is projected to have great potential for economic growth and could even become the world's fourth largest economy by 2045, supported by a demographic bonus that increases the number of productive-age population. However, to achieve this potential, Indonesia must overcome the middle-income trap and optimally utilize the demographic advantage by improving the quality of human resources and appropriate economic policies. This study analyzes the effect of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Human Capital Index (HCI), Government Effectiveness Index, and Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) on GNI per capita in Indonesia. The study uses a quantitative descriptive method with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) approach to determine the effect of independent variables simultaneously and partially on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that FDI and HCI have a significant effect on GNI per capita, while government effectiveness and labor force participation have no significant effect. This model explains 94.5% of the variation in GNI per capita through the variables studied. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of increasing foreign investment and the quality of human resources, as well as the need for government policies that focus on investment incentives, strengthening education, and job training to encourage sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Ecological folklore is a part of literature that is widely developed by raising environmental themes through theme responses and moral messages conveyed as an effort to save the environment. One example of ecological literature in the form of Balinese folklore that also tends to convey character education values to save the forest is Balinese oral literature entitled "I Swarnangkara". The purpose of the study is to examine the existence of oral literature "I Swarnangkara" in Pramoedya Ananta Toer's view in the perspective of Socialist Realist Literature. The method used is descriptive qualitative to facilitate the delivery of the results of the analysis elaborated with the theory of Ecological Literature and Socialist Realist Literature. The object of the research is the oral literature "I Swarnangkara" which represents the message of saving the forest by a young man who grew up in Watukaru Village, precisely in Watukaru forest in Wongaya Gede Village, Tabanan Regency. The results show that the existence of oral literature "I Swarnangkara" contains social realist values that highlight efforts to save the forest environment as a strategy to balance the role of humans and nature for survival. The existence of ecological literature "I Swarnangkara" in the perspective of Social Realist Literature shows that oral literature can function as an educational medium to foster responsibility in protecting nature, especially forests which are the axis and source of oxygen for the world.

Abstract

Makepung merupakan salah satu tradisi yang terdapat di Kabupaten Jembrana. Tradisi ini puncak kegembiraan kaum petani dalam mensyukuri hasil panen raya mereka. Pencipta bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan tradisi makepung ini pada wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Kabupaten Jembrana, melalui fotografi essay. Fotografi essay dalam genre foto seri yang disusun dari karya fotografi murni, menjadi foto yang memiliki tulisan yang bertujuan menceritakan tradisi tersebut. Pencipta menerapkan teknik fotografi dengan ide yang dituangkan kedalam karya foto dan dapat menyampaikan pesan melalui karya foto essay tradisi makepung di Kabupaten Jembrana. Metode yang pencipta gunakan ialah metode observasi dan wawancara dan proses penciptaan karya fotografi ini bermula dari perancangan konsep yang didalamnya terdapat ide atau gagasan, tema dan objek yang akan diciptakan yaitu tradisi makepung dalam fotografi essay. Penerapan teori EDFAT yaitu entire, detail, frame, angle, time sebagai landasan teori penciptaan. Berdasarkan hasil penciptaan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman baru kepada pencipta maupun orang lain dalam upaya membuat karya foto essay atau foto berseri di Kabupaten Jembrana. sehingga mengatahui rangkaian acara tradisi makepung dari awal hingga akhir.

Abstract

Banjar Binoh Kaja merupakan Banjar yang terletak di kelurahan Ubung Kaja wilayah kecamatan Denpasar Barat. Perajin gerabah di Banjar Binoh Kaja sebagian besar perempuan dengan umur yang relatif sudah tua untuk bekerja sebagai perajin gerabah. Kurangnya peminat generasi muda untuk mempertahankan kerajinan gerabah di Banjar Binoh Kaja menjadi sebuah inspirasi bagi pencipta untuk menciptakan karya fotografi yang berjudul Kehidupan Perajin Gerabah Banjar Binoh Kaja Desa Ubung Kaja Kota Denpasar Dalam Fotografi Story. Penciptaan karya ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara pembuatan foto story Kehidupan Perajin Gerabah Banjar Binoh Kaja dengan menerapkan unsur-unsur visual dan teknik fotografi dalam mewujudkan ide dari pencipta dalam karya foto, dan selain itu untuk mempromosikan gerabah Banjar Binoh Kaja untuk menjadi pusat wisata kerajinan di Kota Denpasar. Penciptaan karya fotografi ini berawal dari melakukan observasi yang merupakan pengamatan langsung ke lapangan, dan melakukan wawancara terhadap perajin gerabah agar mampu mendapatkan data yang lengkap. Dari hasil pemotretan dilanjutkan dengan proses pemilihan foto yang terbaik, dan pada tahap akhir dilakukannya proses editing dan pencetakan. Melalui karya fotografi Story mengenai Kehidupan Perajin Gerabah Banjar Binoh Kaja ini, diharapkan kepada generasi muda agar mampu melestarikan dan mempertahankan kerajinan gerabah di Banjar Binoh Kaja sebagai kerajinan tradisional Bali yang harus dijaga.

Abstract

Lengis Tandusan is coconut oil that is traditionally processed and has a distinctive aroma, since the COVID-19 pandemic the production and distribution of lengis Tandusan has been slow. However, this home-based business is still running, it can even continue to grow so as to provide creative ideas by visualizing the Process of Making Lengis Tandusan in Dawan Klod Village, Klungkung Regency in Story Photography and aiming to develop creativity and apply photography techniques in the creation of works. The creation of this photographic work began with collecting data through scientific books, journals and news. The creation process carried out direct observations in the field, conducted interviews on the manufacture of barren lengis in order to obtain complete data and took photos. From the results of the photo shoot, it is continued with the process of selecting the best photos, followed by the editing and printing process and the final stage, namely the exhibition. The result of the creation of the process of making barren lengis in the arrangement of 15 photographic works with the title A Coconut Picker, Coconut Middleman, Separating Coconut Shells, Peeling Coconuts, Grated Coconut Flesh, Grated Coconut Flesh, Coconut Squeezing, Woman Taking Saang, Nandusin, Stirring Coconut Milk, Filtering Klengis, Final Process, Lengis Tandusan, Mepes Klengis and Saur. The techniques used in the creation of this work include frog eye view, eye level, bird eye view, high angle, framing and lighting utilizing natural light from sunlight and artificial light from external flash as fill in light or additional light in the process of shooting the work. photography. Abstract

The limitation social is a tactical move that is applied by the government in the prevention of transmission of the virus Covid-19. The time duration of the entry into force of the social restrictions that are long enough, so that people trying to find positive activities that can be done at home respectively. Maintain betta fish ornamental is one of the positive event that the author did. Ornamental betta fish is a kind of freshwater fish that can be found and spread in tropical waters. Ornamental betta fish has the form type of the fins and tail are unique and colorful. This is the basic idea for the author to explore imajination the beauty of betta fish ornamental in art photography. In the process of the creation of masterpieces of photography the author uses the method of creation by making observations of the object so created an idea. Of the idea continued stage design with imagination and collection references. After that, further to stage a photo shoot and stage image processing by combining the theory of aesthetic and color theory to produce photographic works in accordance with the theme that is created. Betta fish have the beauty of fin shapes and colors that are very interesting unique if visualized in art photography with obstacles are looking poses betta fish which is in accordance with the wishes of the author. The result of the creation of this work the author is steeped in the beauty of betta fish decorative from a variety of fins and the color is unique. Abstract

Proyek kemanusiaan ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas konten fotografi media sosial Bunga Bali Craft (Yayasan Bunga Bali), sebagai media publikasi kepada masyarakat. Media sosial merupakan sarana berkomunikasi di era digital yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk promosi usaha dan media publikasi. Instagram, dengan fiturnya dapat memudahkan setiap orang untuk ber swafoto maupun upload video. Instagram dapat dipergunakan untuk memajang produk dengan konten berupa foto yang menarik, video dengan visual yang indah dan caption (deskripsi) produk tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan ilmu pengetahuan fotografi yang diperoleh selama di bangku perkuliahan sebagai solusi permasalahan kualitas konten fotografi di media sosial Bunga Bali Craft. Publikasi foto produk di Instagram bisa menjadi sebuah usaha promosi untuk mempertahankan eksistensi maupun meningkatkan penjualan kerajinan oleh penyandang disabilitas Yayasan Bunga Bali. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif, melakukan wawancara kepada informan, observasi, analisis data, menentukan ide, konsep dan teknis pemotretan fotografi. Hasil wawancara dan observasi di analisa permasalahannya untuk kemudian di cari solusi. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini berupa akun Instagram baru Bunga Bali Craft disertai konten visual menarik, pemotretan katalog produk dan edukasi pemanfaatan Instagram kepada Bunga Bali Craft. Adapun pesan yang disampaikan dalam penelitian ini, agar setiap usaha baik kecil maupun besar dapat terbuka wawasannya untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai alat berkomunikasi maupun publikasi kepada masyarakat luas sebab cara tersebut relatif murah dan efisien. Konten berupa foto dengan visual menarik, merupakan bagian penting yang tidak bisa dilewatkan begitu saja. Sebab, apa yang kita tampilkan di media sosial adalah yang kita komunikasikan kepada publik.

Abstract

The author visualizes cosmetic products into commercial photos. Commercial photos are photos that have a selling value and commercial photography is made according to commercial purposes, for example for advertisements of a product, for posters, or others. The concept raised by the author composes the Natural Creative theme that utilizes creative ideas from the author in order to produce interesting photos by utilizing natural concepts through light, color, and the technique of taking each photo. In this work, there are several applications of concepts, accessories and lighting formed by the method used by the author, some examples such as methods of exploration, experimentation, creation of works to finishing. Experimentation makes the source of exploration practicable through the materials used by the author so that it can proceed to the stage of forming the work. The stage of making the author's work tries to apply what has previously been conceptualized through exploration and experimentation. The author tries to sort out the works that have been shaped through the method and determine some of the best photos which will then enter the editing or editing stage. The work appointed by the author is the experience and guidance during an Independent Study/Project at SP Digital Marketing Agency. The author wants the work created in the future can be used to make teachings and fulfill the need for promotion of a product to promote producers who make interest to buy the product.

Abstract

This study discusses Creative Filter Experiments in Pre-wedding Photography at Maxhelar Photography. This creative filter experiment in Pre-wedding Photography aims to show innovations about creative filters that can be used in Pre-wedding Photography. The purpose of this research is to find out how the results of creative filters are used in Pre-wedding Photography. This study also explains how to make creative filters and how to use creative filters in Pre-wedding Photography, this research also aims to be a reference and also hone creativity when doing prewedding photo shoots for writers and other photographers. The source studies used in this research are from journals, books and articles related to Pre-wedding photography, creative filters and understanding of work. The implementation method used when conducting the research is the method of observation, interviews, and work practices as well as several sources of data used, namely primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that creative filters in pre-wedding photography are new innovations that can be applied in pre-wedding photography, and as a support for beautifying the results of the photo shoot.

Abstract

study entitled visualization of construction workers in expression photography. The author realizes that the stigma of construction workers is still very attached to the community, this has made the promotion of construction workers as a visualization of construction workers in expression photography. The creation of this work aims to broaden students' knowledge of expression photography. Expression photography is a photographic work that is conceptualized with the chosen object and which is presented and presented for the benefit of the photographer with an overflow of his artistic expression, then the work can become a work of expression photography. In this case, the photographic work is interpreted as a medium of expression that displays the identity of the photographer in the process of creating artistic photographic works. His photographic work is more of a pure artistic work of photography (fine art photography) because the form of his appearance focuses on the expressive-aesthetic value of art itself. (Soedjono, 2006) In doing this photographic work, the author wants to change the public's view of construction workers and also change the stigma that exists in society, so that construction workers can be more valued and appreciated in any form. Why did the writer choose expression photography using the collage technique, because the author wanted to experiment with other shapes and objects and the author also wanted to develop himself as an artist in the field of photography with the aim of finding his identity.
