Abstract

The use of technology in education can simplify the learning process and increase the potential of students in developing interests and potential so that learning objectives can be achieved. Based on observations on the Computer and Basic Networking subjects at SMKN 5 Padang that teachers have not implemented the media in the form of interactive modules in the learning process so that it has an impact on student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to develop an interactive module Computer and Basic Networks. Making this module using Android Studio software. The development method begins with system analysis (Fishbone diagram), analysis of the current system, and analysis of the proposed new system in the form of use cases, activity diagrams, and interface design. The conclusion of the development of this module is to produce an interactive module application Computer and Basic Networks that can be accessed via an android smartphone. In addition this module can also be run on a computer / PC. With the media in the form of interactive modules, it can be easier for students to understand the material and is very practical to be used as a learning medium. Keywords:Interactive Modules, Computers and Basic Networks, Android Studio

Abstract

Pramesti branded is an online store selling bags, clothes and cosmetics, where the sales system still manual and not computerized. Pramesti Branded resellers have had many both inside and outside the city of Bengkulu city. To solve the above problem, namely to increase sales, minimize the work and provide the needs of customers primarily acts as a reseller then Pramesti Branded want to use technology in the marketing and sales strategies by designing an e-commerce system for express orders dropshiper resellers. To build an application e-commrce express order system for resellers dropshiper analysis in the design of systems that are used to describe the system model using tools such as UML (Unified Modeling Language) in order to facilitate the transfer of the concept system designed to be a program in the form of a use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, deployment diagram, components of the diagram, statechart diagram, sequence diargram and in database design using mySQL database. Based on the case study it can be concluded that the application of e-commrce express order system for resellers dropshiper who made ​​this can be a media campaign that helped increase sales, especially for resellers and reduce operating costs for companies and consumers to facilitate the process of booking and payment of a product because it is done online. apply arithmetic with play compared to without playing. Play and child is an inseparable unity. Play activities carried out children and children’s activities always indicate play activities. In childhood the comprehension is very high, more activities a child does, the ability to remember will also be higher. There are several factors make it difficult for children to recite and remember the object, color around them, it is less interested in the media used. Childhood always follows the rhyme of its development. at an early age, language development is very important, because at this age it is a sensitive period for children. The English language is the International language. English language for children starts from introducing vocabulary that is closest to the child, the goals to make it easier for children to remember. One way to maximal comprehension by giving learning fun involves learning with the game. The research resulted in an English game application based on android. In this application, there are education and game features. The education features an exciting good and gets the sound from the lesson that is available. Game features available are guessed pictures, guess sounds, and puzzles. The purpose of English edugame application to teach children vocabulary of English and make children not bored to learn.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of designing expert system applications in career development using entrepreneurship personality inventory. The reason for conducting this research is a) the limited number of instruments that are able to measure the entrepreneurship personality of vocational students, b) the high costs incurred in conducting personality tests in career development of vocational students, c) The need for an application that is able to speed up the process of identifying personality and provide recommendations careers for vocational students. The research methodology used is Research and Development. There are four stages that must be carried out: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The instrument used to measure entrepreneurial personality is inventory (non-test) with four indicators of entrepreneurship personality, namely Extroverted, Leader, Moderate Risk Taker, Ambisious, and tested fit using Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The research sample was 30 vocational high school students in the field of Information Technology and Computers. Bayes Method is used for the process of transferring knowledge from experts to the system and decision making, after Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that a) Career development applications based on Entrepreneurship Personality are valid with a percentage (0.887) and very practical (91.11), the results of product effectiveness are 82.47 (effective). Therefore this application is declared valid, practical and effective in measuring the personality of vocational student entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Pemeliharaan dan pengelolaan dokumen kepengurusan tentu harus dioptimal untuk menghindari kondisi seperti penumpukan berkas berbentuk hardcopy, kerusakan dan kehilangan dokumen karena lemari penyimpanan yang terbatas, ataupun dokumen berbentuk softcopy yang disimpan pada localdisk komputer beresiko corrupt, hilang atau rusak karena virus. Selain itu, BPM FT UNP sebagai Badan Perwakilan Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik, memiliki kewajiban dalam menerima dan mengumpulkan Aspirasi masyarakatnya. Pengelolaan dan pemeliharaan dokumen yang terstruktur sangat dibutuhkan oleh BPM FT UNP untuk mendukung proses pelaksanaan kepengurusan. Oleh karenanya, BPM FT UNP membutuhkan sebuah Aplikasi Pengelolaan Dokumen berbasis Web untuk mendukung hal tersebut. Dalam perancangan Aplikasi Pengelolaan Dokumen BPM FT UNP berbasis Web menggunakan metode Waterfall model, teknik arsitektur MVC (Model View Controller) yang dipadukan dengan framework YII2 untuk menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Badan Perwakilan Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang dalam mengelola dan memelihara dokumen selama menjalankan masa kepengurusannya sekaligus mempermudah masyarakat FT UNP dalam menyampaikan aspirasi.

Abstract

This study aims to produce learning media for the introduction of cameras and lenses in Photography subjects using Augmented Reality technology that can be run through smartphones with the android platform. The research method adopted a research and development method using the ADDIE development model, which consisted of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In this research, the stages were limited to the development stage. In designing this photography learning media, the application was made using Unity software, Blender and for database management Vuforia. The instrument used in the study was a learning device validation sheet consisting of several validation sheets, namely: syllabus validation sheet, lesson plan validation sheet, validation sheet and teaching materials. The technique used in this research was observation, interviews, and collecting questionnaires used in data analysis both quantitatively and qualitatively. Validation used expert judgment for the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the assessment representing strongly agree, agree, disagree and disagree. The final result of this research is an Android-based photography learning media that uses Augmented Reality technology.

Abstract

Sensor and Transducer is one of the subjects that must be followed by students of the Automotive Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University, which weighs 2 credits. In accordance with the RPS for the Sensor and Transducer Course, there are several types of sensors that are the subject of study, one of which is an inductive sensor. Inductive sensor applications are applied in the automotive world such as Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKP), Camshaft Position Sensor (CMP), Vilocity Sensor. To make it easier to understand each sensor applied in the automotive world, students are required to master the basic concepts of the inductive sensor. One of the ways to increase student competence in the field of inductive sensors is the use of teaching aids during the learning process. Inductive sensor learning media in the Laboratory at the Automotive Engineering Department still uses analog processors, to support the development of digital technology today, so the authors provide an alternative by making teaching aids in the form of an Arduino-based Inductive Sensor Mini Trainer. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method which consists of Define, Design, Development, and Desseminate. The assembled inductive sensor mini trainer was tested for accuracy, and repeatibility test as well as feasibility test from media experts and users. The results of the research on the product trials carried out, obtained an accuracy level of 96.21%, the sensor output has linearity, the repeatibility test is obtained with an average of 0.1%. The level of product feasibility from Media Experts, is 94.68% and 96.23% from Respondents. So it can be concluded that the Inductive Sensor Mini Trainer is very suitable to be used as a learning medium.

Abstract

Professional certification is an effort to recognize a person's competence by the required work competency standards. Bung Hatta University Professional Certification Institute (LSP) is an agency implementing competency certification activities that have received a license from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) to certify students from various fields of science and professions at Bung Hatta University. Bung Hatta University LSP has the status of the first party LSP educational institutions. The registration process for certification at the Bung Hatta University LSP is still done manually by filling in several paper forms. This is considered ineffective considering the current technological advances. By developing a website-based information system, this can be overcome. The purpose of designing a website-based information system is to produce an information system that can assist the certification process and can be accessed by any relevant user anytime and anywhere. This information system was developed using the waterfall method. This method has several stages, namely the needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing stage. The design of this information system used Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using the Yii2 framework as a PHP framework and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS). The design of this information system resulted in a web-based Information System for Bung Hatta University LSP, which focused on the initial administrative process.

Abstract

Technological developments are increasingly rapid so that it is no longer something that is not known to the public. The use of computers has developed, especially as an alternative in the assessment of school accreditation administration, including in the management of alumni data known as Tracer study. Tracer Study is an approach that allows institutions or higher education to obtain information about deficiencies that may occur in the educational process and learning process. Data management for alumni of Senior High School 1 Bukittinggi is dominated using paper media and data management is still difficult. By utilizing web technology, information can be accessed without any limitations of space and time. This is intended to facilitate the management of the alumni data list, which was initially still carried out using very commonly used applications, such as Microsoft being the Tracer Study system for Senior High School 1 Bukittinggi which will help manage alumni data. This system is designed using the Python programming language with the Django framework that utilizes the MVT architecture and is combined with the DevOps method, resulting in a system that can be used by schools to manage alumni data. This system provides several services, namely alumni search, filling out questionnaires, verifying reports, and exporting reports.

Abstract

Regulation Government No. 114 of 2021 concerning Agency College _ Law University Padang State (UNP), on November 25, 2021 already official changed status to college high PTN-BH so that UNP can increase quality education . Government give autonomy to on UNP for increase its income generating . Since status service general (BLU), UNP has start commercialize means and existing infrastructure _ for Public general while facility that no disturb activity academic like pool swimming , building meeting , hotel, laboratory even so through activity training (CaKep , Pekerti). Commercialization services at UNP are still using the conventional system . Weakness existing system _ now is no all UNP Income Generating recorded by system , party user often experience difficulty for place an order because not yet existence facility service one door good physique nor integrated system . _ Difficulty user for make an order that is experienced during this because number contact personal contact no can direct obtained . UNP can maximizing Income Generating and enhancement effectiveness service to user through take advantage of digital technology and already should has its own marketplace platform . Article this aim for give ideas and the idea of designing a market place for PTN_BH UNP.
