Abstract

The price of a product is a measure of the exchange rate used to obtain it in the form of money or goods. In order to achieve the desired business goal and profit, a company must exercise caution when determining the price of a product, service, or good. Pricing must take into account a variety of factors, as well as the best strategy. In this way, the set price can pique consumer interest and influence consumer purchasing power. The purpose of this research is to determine how the company's pricing affects consumers' purchasing power or purchasing interest. This study employed a qualitative approach in the form of literature reviews in the field of marketing management. Writing scientific articles necessitates the use of qualitative methods as well as literature studies or library research. The price of a company's product or service has a positive effect on consumer purchasing interest, so it is closely related to consumer purchasing power. Consumers' increased purchasing power at company-set prices has an impact on meeting company targets and increasing profits.

Abstract

Many marriages have been made difficult by the phenomenon of prohibiting large-scale gatherings in order to halt the spread of Covid-19. To survive and grow, wedding planners must change their marketing communication strategy. The goal of this study is to look into Hanan's TikTok marketing communication strategy for increasing sales during the Covid-19 pandemic. To obtain concrete information, this study used descriptive qualitative data collection techniques such as interviews, documentation, and literature studies involving key informants and expert informants. Hanan's marketing communication strategy for increasing sales, according to the study's findings, is carried out using TikTok as the primary media in marketing communications in the pandemic era, with three types of content: education, entertainment, and promotion, all packaged in a creative message with an informational and emotional approach. Using TikTok's prime time is an attempt to select the most popular videos.

Abstract

Creating conditions for good governance is the dream of every Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD), including the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bandung Regency. However, to make this happen, support from qualified human resources is needed to be able to produce better organizational performance. Organizational performance can be achieved with the condition that high employee performance is the prime mover in the Regional Apparatus Organization or other organizations. The increase in employee performance is thought to be influenced by leadership and communication styles. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine and explain whether leadership and communication styles have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance. The population used was all employees of the Bandung Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, with a sample of 100 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of partial and simultaneous analysis show that leadership and communication styles have an effect on improving employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bandung Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision, work skills, and salary simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Persada Indonesia in Sukabumi Regency and analyze the dominant influence among the variables of supervision, work skills, and salary which have a dominant effect on employee performance in PT. Persada Indonesia in Sukabumi Regency. This type of research is quantitative research based on hypothesis testing. The population and sample of this research are all employees of PT. Persada Indonesia who have worked for more than 2 years are 99 employees with a sample of 99 people. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that supervision has no significant effect on employee performance. Work skills have had a significant influence on employee performance. Investment has had a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Persada Indonesia in Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational justice on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at a manufacturing company located in Bandung, West Java. The study used 85 respondents who were employees of a manufacturing company in Bandung. In this study the sampling technique used non-probability sampling with the quota sampling method. Tests carried out in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, model tests, and hypothesis testing. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This research has theoretical and practical implications.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product design, and celebrity endorsement on the repurchase intention of consumers of soccer shoes. The object of this research is the consumer of soccer shoes in Pangandaran Regency. The sampling method of this study was an accidental sampling technique with 97 respondents. The data analysis technique was the multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that brand image has no significant effect on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, product design and celebrity endorsements have a positive effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Student productivity in higher education is still a problem. In the digital era, technology is increasingly developing and provides convenience for doing various things, including in terms of learning. The purpose of this study will be an analysis of the role of ChatGPT in helping to improve the quality of student productivity. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study concludes that ChatGPT can make a significant contribution in improving the quality of student productivity. This language model can help students in various ways, such as providing useful information and resources, helping to improve language skills, facilitating collaboration, increasing time efficiency and effectiveness, and providing support and motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the relationship between employee performance and discipline. This research was conducted at PT. Barokah Putra, Jatinangor District. Qualitative research techniques were used in this study. data gathered from speaking with informants. The leaders and staff of PT. Barokah Putra, a total of 7 people, serve as informants in this study. The results of the study show that employee discipline and performance are good enough, but the company still needs to increase the types of compensation given to employees, because it will greatly affect employee discipline. In order to improve performance, training is needed for employees, besides that leaders must carry out better supervision to maintain the quality of the products produced

Abstract

This study aims to investigate to optimize the synergy of social capital and human capital to influence economic empowerment in a traditional marine tribe, the Bajo Topa tribal community. The relevance of social capital and human capital that contribute to economic empowerment in the Bajo ethnic community was investigated. The social structure both in the micro and macro spheres and how relationships are established between them based on values, norms, sanctions, beliefs, and social networks as reliable forces in solving problems or social needs. The research was conducted using qualitative methods using interviews and observations. The results reveal that the Bajo Topa tribal community is homogeneous both ethnic and occupation which consists of a large family community (dansihitang). Social capital bonding performance is high both in the trust and networking aspects. The relevance of human capital and social capital are most likely to be anchored to the social structure of the Bajo Topa tribal community. Intermodal synergy can be applied to increase the Bajo Topa society economic empowerment in the form of complete synergy, including; social capital, human capital, physical capital and economic capital

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship has emerged as a significant force in addressing societal challenges through entrepreneurial approaches aimed at creating sustainable solutions. Despite its growing interest, the conceptual framework of social entrepreneurship remains complex and multifaceted, with diverse interpretations and applications. This paper conducts a systematic bibliometric analysis to map the landscape of social entrepreneurship concepts, elucidating key themes, trends, and intellectual connections within the literature. Through advanced bibliometric techniques, including network analysis and thematic clustering, the study identifies seminal works, influential authors, and emerging research topics in the field. The analysis reveals shifts in research focus over time, from foundational concepts to the integration of technology and crowdsourcing methods. Furthermore, potential emerging research areas are identified, offering opportunities for future inquiry. The findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of the conceptual landscape and intellectual structure of social entrepreneurship research, informing scholarly inquiry, policy formulation, and practical interventions in the field.
