Abstract

Islamic education in the era of globalization faces the challenge of remaining relevant to the times without losing its Islamic identity. Al-Irsyad Satya Islamic School, as one of the leading educational institutions, implements the Cambridge curriculum integrated with Islamic values to provide quality education that is internationally oriented. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum at the preschool level at Al-Irsyad Satya, focusing on the implementation strategy, the challenges faced, and the impact on learning development.This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with teachers and principals, as well as direct observation of the learning process in preschool classes. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing based on qualitative analysis steps. The results showed that the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum at Al-Irsyad Satya is done through the integration of Cambridge-based academic materials with Islamic values, such as noble morals and Islamic manners, which are taught in every learning activity. Challenges faced include adjusting the international curriculum to local needs and training teachers to ensure a deep understanding of both aspects. Nevertheless, the impact is very positive, especially in developing students' academic abilities, Islamic character and social skills as a whole. This study concludes that the integrative approach implemented by Al-Irsyad Satya Islamic School can serve as a model for other Islamic education institutions in adopting the international curriculum without losing Islamic values.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the functions and duties of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) in assisting council members in carrying out their duties. According to the Mayor Regulation Number 34 of 2019, the Secretariat of the DPRD of Palangkaraya City consists of the following divisions: Secretary, General Affairs, Legislation Affairs, Sessions, Public Relations, and Budgeting and Supervision Facilities. Based on Law No. 32 of 2004 and Government Regulation No. 41 of 2007, the Secretariat of the DPRD is considered a "regional apparatus" that provides "administrative services" to the DPRD. This includes managing the DPRD's financial administration, supporting the duties and functions of the DPRD, and providing and coordinating the necessary experts for the DPRD. As explained earlier, the Secretariat of the DPRD plays a crucial and vital role in determining the effectiveness of the DPRD's services. Based on the research objectives outlined, the research method suitable for understanding the functions and duties of the Secretariat of the DPRD in assisting council members is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This approach will allow the researcher to describe and analyze the empirical reality in-depth regarding the role of the Secretariat of the DPRD.

Abstract

. Ideology is an idea, concept, or view of life held by a country. Pancasila as the ideology of the Indonesian state means that Pancasila is a teaching, idea, theory or knowledge that is believed to be true and is used as a way of life for the Indonesian people and is a guide in solving the problems faced by Indonesian society. . As stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Currently, we have entered an era where everything is digital. Digital is electronic technology that is capable of storing, generating and processing various data contained in two states, namely positive and negative. With this digital era, everyone can communicate more closely even though they are hindered by great geographical distances. The role of Pancasila is very important in this digital era to maintain the character of Indonesian society and the state. Implementation of the Pancasila ideology in this digital era can be done by utilizing social media as an intermediary to preserve the noble values ​​contained in Pancasila.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rampant moral decadence that needs attention. Underlining the responsibility of parents and educators in educating children, including the importance of the right method to shape children's faith, morals, knowledge, mentality, and social. Sheikh Nawawi Al Bantani and Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwan were appointed as the main focus because of their influential thoughts in the context of children's education. The purpose of this study is to describe, compare, and analyze the relevance of the thoughts of the two figures regarding children's education in the context of contemporary Islamic education. This study uses a Qualitative Descriptive-Analytical approach with a literature review nature. The data obtained are sourced from primary data as the main reference obtained from a book entitled Tarbiyatul Aulad Fil Islam by Dr. Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwan and the book Tanqih Al-Qaul by Sheikh Nawawi Al-Bantani. While secondary data is obtained from journals, expert books, and previous scientific articles. Descriptive in explaining the arguments and comparison of the two concepts and methods, analysis to describe the contents in depth. In this study it was found that the educational methods proposed by Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani and Abdullah Nashih have similarities even though the approaches and implementations are different, both discuss Islamic education that prioritizes noble morals which are very relevant considering the contemporary era which is full of moral crises.

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of tax avoidance in Indonesia through transfer pricing by taking various data in the form of financial statements and other relevant information from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2018-2020 period. This study also uses the transfer pricing methods established by the OECD to calculate fair market prices as a reference to assess the fairness of transfer prices. The results showed that most of the companies listed on the IDX practiced transfer pricing in various ways, such as setting transfer prices that are higher or lower than fair market prices, or by conducting improper transactions. The transfer pricing practices carried out by these companies are influenced by several factors, such as leverage, profitability, tunneling incentive, bonus mechanism, and tax avoidance. The practices carried out by these companies have a significant impact on taxable profit, tax expense, and state tax revenue.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menjelaskan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an dengan berfokus pada penafsiran QS. Al-Jumu’ah ayat 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melibatkan pemanfaatan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dalam perspektif Q.S. Al-Jumu‘ah ayat 2 tidak hanya terbatas pada kemampuan menyampaikan materi akademik, tetapi juga mencakup tanggung jawab moral dan spiritual seorang guru dalam mendidik peserta didik. Guru memiliki peran strategis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai skeimanan, akhlak mulia, dan pemikiran yang sehat. Proses pendidikan yang ideal menurut ayat ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan yang penuh kelembutan dan kasih sayang dalam membina karakter siswa, bukan dengan cara yang keras atau menyudutkan. Selain itu, guru juga dituntut mampu menyampaikan ilmu syar’i secara sistematis dan sesuai dengan kemampuan peserta didik, dengan pendekatan yang logis dan metodis. Dengan demikian, temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan dalam Islam harus berlandaskan pada wahyu ilahi dan nilai-nilai akhlak, menjadikan guru sebagai sosok pembimbing yang tidak hanya cakap secara intelektual, tetapi juga menjadi teladan moral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of Islamic public finance according to Abu 'Ubaid al-Qasim bin Salam in Kitab al-Amwal and its relevance to the implementation of zakat-based fiscal policy in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach and library research method, the study reveals that Abu 'Ubaid emphasized three main principles in public finance management: justice, transparency, and public benefit (maslahah). He viewed zakat as a public financial instrument that must be managed by the state to ensure fair and equitable distribution of wealth. The implementation of zakat-based fiscal policy in Indonesia still faces challenges such as low public awareness, lack of integration into the national and regional budgets, and uneven zakat distribution. Based on Abu ‘Ubaid's thoughts, the proposed solutions include strengthening regulations, improving transparency in zakat institutions, and optimizing the use of technology. Integrating zakat into the public financial system can be an effective strategy to reduce social inequality and promote sustainable public welfare.

Abstract

Paranoid schizophrenia is a condition of mental and behavioral disorders characterized by impaired thoughts, perceptions, feelings and consciousness of the patient is fully conscious and intellectually can still be maintained. According to WHO, the prevalence of schizophrenia in 2021 reached 24 million people, and the prevalence of schizophrenia experiencing from 2019-2021 has increased by 54%. Patient Mr. Mr. Z said he was brought to Cut Meutia Hospital because he had a fight with his wife, and he had divorced his 3 wives. The patient said he did not want to eat because there was dirt in his food. The patient said that he heard whispering voices from his wife. The patient said he wanted to divorce his wife but she kept pursuing him. The patient said that he was beaten by his wife's brother. The patient said that he was taken for breaking the glass of a woman's house who insisted on having him. The patient said that he was a Messenger of Allah and he was upset because his power was taken away by a woman. The patient broke the glass because he was taking revenge on the woman who first broke the glass of his house and cellphone. The patient also said that he was given a lethal injection yesterday and his hand now hurts. Fluent speech, verbal and relevant contact, euthymic mood and dulled affect. The patient was given psychopharmacological therapy in the form of anti-psychotic drugs and the family was also given education about supportive therapy to the patient.

Abstract

Makalah ini membahas peran pendidikan Islam dalam membentuk kesadaran kewarganegaraan siswa melalui sudut pandang sosiologi pendidikan. Penelitian ini dimotivasi oleh berbagai tantangan seperti globalisasi, digitalisasi, dan kurangnya integrasi nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode telaah pustaka digunakan. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai literatur ilmiah yang relevan dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa PAI memiliki potensi yang signifikan dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran kewarganegaraan melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam seperti tanggung jawab, keadilan, dan empati. Namun, diperlukan upaya revitalisasi, termasuk reformasi kurikulum kontekstual, integrasi teknologi, dan peningkatan kompetensi guru, untuk memastikan bahwa PAI tetap relevan dengan tuntutan kontemporer. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi secara konseptual terhadap pengembangan pendidikan Islam yang tidak hanya memelihara religiusitas pribadi tetapi juga warga negara yang beretika, kritis, dan terlibat.

Abstract

Instilling the value of honesty in muamalah (social and economic interactions) is an essential component of Islamic character education, particularly in shaping students' moral foundation. This study critically examines the teaching materials used in the subject of Qur’an and Hadith for Grade IX students at MTs Hidayatul Falah, focusing on the theme “Honest Behavior in Muamalah.” The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data were obtained through the examination of teaching documents, classroom observations, and interviews with educators. The findings reveal that the materials used address three key learning domains: cognitive (knowledge-based), affective (attitudinal), and psychomotor (behavioral). However, the content tends to overemphasize the cognitive domain, often presenting honesty and the importance of keeping promises merely as theoretical constructs without sufficient contextualization. While the materials are based on authentic Qur’anic verses and hadiths, they fall short in connecting those teachings to real-life scenarios that are relatable to students’ daily experiences, particularly in the context of modern adolescent challenges such as academic integrity, social media behavior, and financial transactions. Additionally, the dominant instructional method is still conventional, with limited use of interactive and student-centered strategies. As a result, students are less likely to internalize and practice these moral values meaningfully. The study underscores the need to develop more dynamic and contextualized teaching resources that incorporate active learning techniques, such as case studies, role-playing, and reflective discussions. These methods can enhance student engagement, critical thinking, and self-reflection, thereby fostering a deeper understanding and genuine application of honesty in everyday muamalah. Strengthening the relevance and delivery of religious character education is vital for preparing students to become ethically responsible individuals in both personal and social contexts.
