Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of STEM-based learning to train Z generation students' 21st century skills in science learning. This research is a kind of meta-analysis research. The research sample came from an analysis of 16 reputable national and international journals. Data search was obtained through the Google Scholar database, Springer, Hindawi and Eric. Data screening was carried out strictly and thoroughly. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique. The data used as the research sample has a relationship with the independent variable and the dependent variable, namely the effectiveness of STEM-based learning on the 21st century skills of Generation Z students in learning science. Data analysis is a qualitative and quantitative data analysis technique by calculating the value of the effect size (ES), the average value and the N-Gain assisted by the JSAP application with the sig value criteria. 0.05. The results showed that the application of STEM-based learning was effective in training the 21st century skills of Genera Z students in science learning with an effect size (ES) value of 1.47 and an N-gain of 0.86 in the high category

Abstract

In Indonesia, character education first appeared since 2010 to be implemented at all levels of education, from elementary school to university. This is indicated by the presence of character value content in the Lesson Plan (RPP) and learning syllabus. However, these efforts are considered to have not been able to fully deliver the nation's generation into dignified individuals, because the output of educational graduates produced is only limited to giving birth to a high intellectual level but good character values and personality attitudes have not been seen in the life of the nation and state. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were school principals, deputy heads of student affairs and teachers. The research data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the organization, implementation, evaluation and follow-up of the implementation of policies to strengthen character education related to efforts to instill nationalism values have been carried out with an integration process through intra-curricular, co-curricular, extra-curricular and school culture activities. Suggestions from this study are to continue to increase the intensity of supervision of the implementation of PPK (Strengthening Character Education), improve the quality of PPK activities in an effort to instill character values in students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain the impact of employing student worksheets based on creative problem solving on students' problem-solving abilities and mastery of concepts. This study was carried out at a high school employing a nonequivalent control group design and a quasi-experimental methodology. Purposive sampling was used to do the sampling. Two classes of senior high school students made up the study's sample, with the control class having 30 individuals. The written test, which included up to 15 essay questions, was used to collect the data. The findings indicated that the use of creative problem-solving student worksheets did not affect problem-solving abilities but did affect mastery of the concept of the circulatory system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesional guru matematika dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian meta-analisis. Sumber data dalam penelitian berasal dari analisis 18 jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang terbit dari tahun 2013-2023. Sumber data dalam penelitian diambil melalui database google scholar, Eric, Wiley dan Taylor of  Francis.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah observasi langsung melalui database jurnal. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam penelusuran sumber data yaitu guru profesional, kompetensi siswa dan pembelajaran matematika. Teknik Analisis data adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan bantuan aplikasi OpenMEE. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perofesional guru matematika mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi siswa di Indonesia. Nilai effect size sebesar 1.19  kriteria sangat tinggi, Standar deviasi sebesar 0.36 dan N-gain sebesar 0.57. Jadi, untuk memperbaiki kualitas guru matematika harus perlu dilatih profesionalitas yang tinggi  dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the SETS learning model on students' 21st century thinking skills in physics learning. This type of research is a meta-analysis study. The population in this study came from elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP) and high school (SMA) level students in Indonesia. The research samples came from 11 national and international journals that have been published from 2018-2023. Data source searches come from google scholar, sciencedirect, eric and proquest. Data collection techniques in the form of direct observation through online databases. The results showed that the average value of Effect Size (ES = 0.82) with high criteria. This finding shows that the science environment, technology and society (SETS) learning model has a huge influence on students' 21st century skills in physics learning, this SETS learning model helps teachers in encouraging students' 21st century thinking skills in learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perubahan Etika Profesi, Sistem Manajemen K3, dan Kebijakan Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Patiware Kalimantan barat. Pengumpulan data sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampling dilakukan pada populasi seluruh karyawan PT Patiware, dengan variable penelitian Etika Profesi (X1), Sistem Manajemen K3 (X2) dan Kebijakan perusahaan (X3) dipilih sebagai variabel bebas serta kinerja karyawan (Y) sebagai variabel bebas. Analisis Data dilakukan mulai dari pengujian validitas data dari hasil tabulasi kuisioner (uji validitas) dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment, indikator data dinyatakan valid apabila lebih bersar > 0,3. kemudian dilakukan uji kehandalan variable yaitu uji realibilitas dengan nilai alfa Cronbach > 0,6, untuk diskripsi diperoleh dari hasil oleh statistik summary serta hasil wawancara dan observasi sebagai data pendukung. Hasil penelitian adalah Etika profesi dan Sistem Manajemen K3 berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan Kebijakan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Vocational schools are specifically designed to produce graduates ready for the job market and industry. In vocational schools, teachers have an important position. Therefore competency development is a must related to ICT. This study describes the effectiveness of ICT competency development training and its correlation to vocational teachers' competence. The research method is carried out by reviewing relevant previous studies and then drawing a result and conclusion. There are two main results of this research. First, ICT-related training has a positive influence on the competence of teachers as participants. Second, the positive impact of training is only felt on a small scale, so that teacher competence on a large scale (Indonesia) still needs to be improved.

Abstract

Rasau Jaya 2 is a village in the Rasau Jaya District which has a variety of agricultural products. Agricultural products include coconut, hybrid coconut, oil palm, biopharmaceutical crops, fruits and vegetables. The purpose of this activity is to help the community of Rasau Jaya 2 Village market their agricultural products based on e-marketting. The method used is to provide training for the youth of Rasau Jaya 2 Village with e-marketting based marketing. The result of the training is that all participants are satisfied with the online-based product marketing training. Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide an understanding of the current state of education, with a focus on quality education, equity and equality. Information was obtained from respondents using surveys and questionnaires. The research results show that although public access to education has increased, there has been a decline in academic achievement, this shows the importance of quality in the formulation of education policies. Even though there are still disparities in the quality of education based on socio-economic background, there has been an increase in equal distribution of opportunities to obtain education. To ensure educational equality, it is suggested that it is necessary to increase literacy and expand access to information. The government must also ensure that every child has fair access to the best education, and requires a more comprehensive and long-term education policy.

Abstract

  Singkawang City is a major vegetable producer with significant trade potential. Opportunities for processing vegetables into dried products in Singkawang City are still open and prospective. Vegetable chips can be used as souvenir products for tourists who stop by in Singkawang. The prospect of vegetable chips has not yet been well captured by the farmers of Roban Village. The community service activity (PPM) was done to educate and socialize about diversifying horticultural processed products) to the Roban villagers. This activity was attended by 13 participants who were members of women farmers and Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) Movement, using the lecture method followed by demonstrations of spinner usage. In this activity, spinner was also distributed. Monitoring and evaluation of activities is carried out throughout the activity through two-way discussions, pretest and posttest. Referring to the results of the pretest and posttest, the level of public understanding of entrepreneurship, marketing management as well as how to package the chips, indicate improvement.
