Abstract

Abstract STIKI Copy Center is one place of business that provides print, copy, scan and sells office stationery services. Financial reporting process that occurs in STIKI Copy Center is still not in accordance with the financial statements should be and still use Ms.Excel which makes the owner feel difficulty in the process of calculating the current formula. The financial statements made at Ms.Excel can be manipulated by someone or the owner can do inputting with the same data so that it can cause redundancy and can also cause incompatibility of data and data that could be lost or deleted if infected by a virus or accidentally deleted. This research aims to design and build an accounting information system at STIKI Copy Center which begins with the stages of identifying problems, conducting data collection, analyzing system modeling using UML, building systems using the laravel framework and MySQL database. The results of this research are financial applications based website that will process the transaction income and expenses and print reports general ledger, balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in capital and is also equipped with a revenue graph for each month. From the test results by using black box testing can be seen that the system has been going well as expected

Abstract

Pratima is a sacred symbol in Balinese Hindu belief, holding high spiritual value and serving as a medium of worship in temples (pura). The increasing number of pratima thefts has caused not only material losses but also immaterial impacts due to the loss of their sanctity. This activity aims to develop and implement an intelligent system based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and image detection technology for real-time monitoring and tracking of pratima in Desa Adat Bebalang, Bangli Regency. The system integrates long-range RFID with the Centroid Localization Algorithm and AI-based smart CCTV (VGG16), which can detect suspicious activity and automatically send notifications to the mobile application used by traditional security personnel. The program includes site mapping, equipment installation, training, trial implementation, and participatory evaluation with local communities and the Bendesa Adat. The results show that the system operates reliably, accurately, and is user-friendly. Evaluation data indicate that most respondents agreed or strongly agreed with the system’s usefulness. The system is technically effective and culturally accepted, with potential for replication in other temples across Bali. This initiative demonstrates that the integration of modern technology and local wisdom can offer sustainable solutions for the preservation and protection of cultural heritage.

Abstract

Electroencephalogram (EEG) is a non-invasive technology widely used to record the brain's electrical activity. However, noise often contaminates the EEG signal, including ocular artifacts and muscle activity, which can interfere with accurate analysis and interpretation. This research aims to improve the quality of EEG signals related to concentration by comparing the effectiveness of two denoising methods: Independent Component Analysis (ICA) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Using commercial EEG headsets, this study recorded Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Theta signals from 20 participants while they performed tasks that required concentration. The effectiveness of the denoising technique is evaluated by focusing on changes in standard deviation and calculating the Percentage Residual Difference (PRD) value of the EEG signal before and after denoising. The results show that ICA provides better denoising performance than PCA, as reflected by a significant reduction in standard deviation and a lower PRD value. These results indicate that the ICA method can effectively reduce noise and preserve important information from the original signal.

Abstract

Healthcare services in Indonesia currently need to be improved given Indonesia's dense population, which results in patient queues at health service facilities. This is due to several factors, one of which is the manual processing of health data, as is the case at the Sidhi Sai Pratama Clinic. This research aims to improve healthcare services and provide easy access to information for both clinic staff and patients. The stages of this research method are needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. In the needs analysis stage, data was collected through direct observation and interviews with one of the clinic staff. The system design stage was carried out by creating a system flowchart and database model required to ensure the clinic's needs for the system were met. The results of the study showed that the system can run effectively in terms of managing patient data, patient medical records, and managing medication data. Based on the results of testing using the black box testing method, all features in the system are functioning well according to the objectives. With this system, it is hoped that the problem of patient queues can be overcome by providing effective and efficient healthcare services

Abstract

Technology's role in tourism can have a positive effect on attracting tourists. In providing solutions to non-optimal media in supporting alternative entertainment and services for tourists, the service activity's goal of integrating augmented reality (AR) in tourism has given rise to the concept of AR gamification, in which game elements are integrated into the tourist experience to create a more enjoyable and interactive experience. Potential users are assisted in comprehending and optimizing their use of AR gamification applications. The implementation of augmented reality games at The Sila's Agrotourism benefited from the active participation of collaborators in all PKM activities. The results demonstrated that the use of augmented reality (AR)-based interactive games in tourist destinations enhances the destination's appeal and encourages visitor participation in associated activities. The implementation of augmented reality technology makes the tourist experience at The Sila's Agrotourism more engaging and enjoyable for guests, which has positive repercussions for boosting tourist attraction and satisfaction.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang pesat, pengintegrasian teknologi, terutama Artificial Intelligence (AI), dalam pendidikan menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Di SD Negeri 1 Kukuh Kerambitan, meskipun sudah ada pembelajaran komputer dasar, siswa masih belum optimal dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung pembelajaran. Kondisi yang ada menunjukkan rendahnya literasi digital siswa, terutama dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi yang lebih mendalam, seperti aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis AI yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam memecahkan masalah dan mengerjakan tugas-tugas sekolah. Selain itu, penggunaan gadget oleh siswa lebih dominan untuk hiburan daripada sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, program Literasi Pemanfaatan AI dalam Mendukung Pembelajaran Anak Sekolah Dasar akan diterapkan. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan Transfer Knowledge, Technology Transfer (TT), dan Difusi Ipteks dalam pelatihan literasi digital yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan teknologi informasi dan aplikasi berbasis AI yang dapat membantu siswa dalam pembelajaran. Dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang pemanfaatan teknologi, khususnya aplikasi yang berbasis AI, siswa diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk mendukung pemahaman materi pelajaran serta mengerjakan tugas secara lebih efektif. Indikator keberhasilan dari program ini meliputi peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami dan mengoperasikan aplikasi teknologi, serta pengoptimalan penggunaan alat pembelajaran digital untuk mendukung pembelajaran di kelas dan di rumah.

Abstract

Mitra Baliyoni Saguna merupakan perusahaan yang mengelola data transaksi e-commerce Tokodaring sebagai bagian dari aktivitas operasional digitalnya. Seiring meningkatnya volume dan kompleksitas data, perusahaan mengalami kendala dalam proses pengolahan dan pelaporan data yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan terpisah, sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan penyajian informasi, inkonsistensi data, serta keterbatasan dalam menghasilkan laporan yang informatif dan akurat. Kondisi ini berdampak pada menurunnya efisiensi kerja serta kurang optimalnya proses pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdi dari Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Indonesia (INSTIKI) melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra dalam penerapan sistem optimalisasi pelaporan data berbasis metode Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) serta visualisasi data menggunakan Google Data Studio. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara langsung di lingkungan kerja Baliyoni Saguna dengan melibatkan tim IT dan staf operasional sebagai peserta pelatihan. Materi yang diberikan mencakup pengenalan konsep data warehouse, proses ETL menggunakan Pentaho Data Integration (PDI), serta pembuatan dashboard interaktif untuk visualisasi data laporan e-commerce. Setelah pelatihan, sistem ETL dan dashboard visualisasi langsung diimplementasikan dan diintegrasikan dengan data operasional Tokodaring. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diterapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengolahan data, menghasilkan laporan yang lebih terstruktur dan real-time, serta memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan analisis data melalui dashboard yang interaktif. Peserta pelatihan juga menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman teknis dan kemampuan dalam mengelola data secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan pelaporan data mitra, tetapi juga menjadi model penerapan sistem pengolahan data terintegrasi yang dapat diadopsi oleh pelaku usaha lain dalam mendukung transformasi digital yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Higher education institutions are evolving into digital entities that manage critical assets, including sensitive personal data and academic records. However, many universities in Indonesia still lack a structured and legally compliant approach to information security, leaving them vulnerable to cyber threats such as defacement attacks and data breaches. This paper proposes a conceptual model for a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) specifically designed for academic environments. The model integrates international standards ISO/IEC 27001 for Information Security Management Systems and ISO/IEC 27035 for incident handling, with proactive threat detection using honeypot technology. The framework consists of four layers: governance, operational procedures, technology infrastructure, and legal compliance. Designed using a systems-thinking approach and validated through expert review, the model addresses institutional readiness and outlines a roadmap for phased implementation. It aims to support early threat detection, structured response workflows, and digital forensic readiness in alignment with Indonesian cybersecurity law. This honeypot-integrated CSIRT model contributes a strategic reference for universities seeking to enhance their security capabilities in a sustainable and lawful manner.

Abstract

The preservation of Balinese lontar manuscripts has become increasingly important due to their cultural, historical, and religious significance, while physical degradation such as uneven illumination, faded ink, texture interference, and manuscript aging continues to reduce readability and complicate digital preservation efforts. This study proposes an end-to-end Optical Character Recognition (OCR) framework for degraded Balinese lontar manuscripts by integrating Bayesian-optimized image enhancement, adaptive preprocessing, morphology-based segmentation, domain-specific augmentation, and lightweight deep learning recognition using MobileNetV3. The proposed enhancement pipeline combines Multiscale Retinex, adaptive gamma correction, edge-preserving filtering, and hybrid binarization to improve character visibility under degraded manuscript conditions. Bayesian Optimization with Optuna and Tree-structured Parzen Estimator (TPE) was employed to automatically optimize enhancement parameters according to manuscript quality characteristics. Experimental results demonstrated substantial improvements in manuscript image quality, where Laplacian Variance increased from 306.7596 to 6685.7641, RMS Contrast improved from 28.976 to 83.9085, Michelson Contrast increased from 0.8238 to 1.0, and Ink Ratio Score improved from 0.6096 to 0.9847. The MobileNetV3-based OCR recognition model achieved a test accuracy of 80.52% and a best validation accuracy of 83.78% across 102 Balinese script classes. The proposed framework demonstrates that adaptive enhancement optimization combined with lightweight OCR recognition can provide robust and computationally efficient recognition performance for degraded historical manuscripts while supporting scalable digital preservation and mobile-oriented cultural heritage applications.
