Abstract

This study discusses the problems found in SLB Negeri 1 Painan regarding the implementation of the school literacy movement. This study aims to learn how to apply the school literacy movement for deaf children of class VII in SLB Negeri 1 Painan. The method used is descriptive qualitative, research subjects are school principals, class teachers, librarians, students and parents of students. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation obtained are then analyzed and presented by drawing conclusions about the meaning of the data collected. Strategies in the school literacy movement prioritize effective social environments as a model of communication and literacy-friendly environmental conditions. Implementation starts from coaching training towards development and learning training. The benefits of applying the literacy movement can be felt by principals, class teachers, librarians, students and parents of students. SLB Negeri 1 Painan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the perception of the visually impaired on the use of a white cane. The object of this study is visually impaired students in SMK N7 Padang. This study was based on the fact that there were a few visually impaired students who did not use a whire cane to help them walk. This study aims to explorer and describe the perception of the visually impaired on the use of the white cane. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method. The technique of information collection was observation, interview, and documentation. The results show the perception of the visually impaired students on comprehending the use of the white cane is good. The students inclination to use white cane is good, eventhough they are reluctant to use the white cane due to their fear of embarrassment, the readiness of a sighted assistant to guide them.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study disscused about visually impaired student in SMK Negeri 7 Padang, named F. Backgrounds of this study was presence of blind student who did not make any notes when studied. Meanwhile, made the notes was the easier wayfpr students to repeat the subject. The air of this study was want to know how the blind student learn the math subject. This study used case study methods. The techniques of collecting information was using observasion, interview, and documentation. The result of this study can concludedthat this learning way of student F only focused though this her hearing. It was because F can not write the braille the way to repeat and save the subject was through a record that prouded by a special companion teacher. About learning time, F did not givespecial schedule for that, but if there were task and exam, F always study with her special companion teacher. The way asignment to make the asignmentand exam, F helped by her special companion teacher, read the question and wrote down her anwers, but for the answer she spoke lively to her special companion teacher. ABSTRAK      Penelitian ini membahas mengenai seorang siswa tunanetra bernama F di SMK Negeri 7 Padang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya siswa tunanetra yang tidak menulis catatan saat belajar, sedangkan dengan mencatat dapat memudahkan siswa untuk untuk mengulang materi pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara belajar siswa tunanetra dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa cara belajar F hanya memusatkan pendengarannya. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena F tidak bisa menulis Braille. Cara mengulang maupun menyimpan materi pelajaran melalui rekaman yang diberikan Guru Pendamping Khusus. Mengenai waktu belajar, F tidak menjadwalkan secara khusus, namun ketika ada tugas F selalu belajar dengan Guru Pendamping Khusus nya. Cara membuat tugas dan ujian, F dibantu oleh Guru Pendamping Khusus untuk membacakan soal dan menuliskan jawaban, tapi jawabannya disampaikan secara lisan kepada Guru Pendamping Khusus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses meningkatkan keterampilan membuat dendeng daun singkong melalui strategi mastery learning. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah ditemukan 2 orang siswa tunarungu kelas VII Slb Yappat Lubuk Sikaping yang mengalami kesulitan dalam pembelajaran keterampilan memasak, membuat dendeng daun singkong, berdasarkan hasil pengamatan diketahui siswa kurang menguasai langkah-langkah dalam membuat dendeng daun singkong. Beberapa cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan mencoba menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa, strategi mastery learning merupakan salah satu strategi yang cocok diterapkan dalam pembelajaran keterampilan, karena strategi mastery learning menekankan pada ketuntasan hasil belajar, sehingga dirasa cocok digunakan dalam pembelajaran keterampilan yang menuntut penguasaan materi hingga dirasa tuntas atau mampu dilakukan secara mandiri..

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of improving the skill in creating tasbih from beads through task analysis and to determine wheter task analysis method can improve the skill in creating tasbih from beads for students with mild intellectual disability in the 8th Grade of Special School Number 2 Padang. This study is a singgle subject research with desain A-B-A. The data analysis is in the form of visual analysis of graphich displays. The object of the research is an 8th grade student with mild intellectual disability. The target behavior of this reserch is for the student to be able to perform the steps in creating tasbih correctly. The variable measurement was in the form of the percentage of the number of intrument items. The results show that the student's skill in creating tasbih improved. In the baseline (A1) condition, classroom observation was conducted five times, and the persentage of the student's achievement was still low. In the intervention (B) condition, classroom observation was conducted seven times, and the percentage of the student's achievement increased from the percentage in the baseline (A1) condition. In the baseline (A2) condition, classroom observation was conducted five times, and the persentage of the student's achievement increased as compared to the initial ability. Based on these results, it is concluded that task analysis can improve the skill in creating tasbih from beads in a student with mild intellectual disability.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study based on to find out and describe the identification and assessment design, implementation of identification and assessment, evaluation of identification and assessment for children with learning disabilities in 63 Surabayo Elementary School, Lubuk Basung, Agam. This study used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach conducted at 63 Surabayo Elementary School in Lubuk Basung, Agam. The research subjects are Special Education Teachers (SET). The technique of collecting data uses are observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data is tested using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the process of identifying learning difficulties is carried out by classroom teachers, then the problematic identified students are reported to special education teachers, after that special education teachers at the school with the source center special education teachers work together to carry out the assessment. After the assessment process has been completed, the center's special education teacher will prepare an individual learning program which will be given to special education teachers and classroom teachers of each difficulty learning students to carry out. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tentang rancangan identifikasi dan asesmen, pelaksanaan identifikasi dan asesmen serta evaluasi identifikasi dan asesmen  bagi anak berkesulitan belajar di SD Negeri 63 Surabayo Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di SD Negeri 63 Surabayo Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. Subjek peneliitian yaitu Guru Pembimbing Khusus (GPK). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diuji menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses identifikasi anak berkesulitan belajar dilakukan oleh guru kelas, kemudian siswa yang teridentifikasi bermasalah dilaporkan kepada guru pendidikan khusus, setelah itu guru pendidikan khusus di sekolah tersebut bersama guru pendidikan khusus pusat sumber bekerja sama melaksanakan asesmen. Setelah proses asesmen selesai dilaksanakan guru pendidikan khusus pusat sumber menyusun program pembelajaran individual yang kemudian diberikan kepada guru pendidikan khusus dan guru kelas masing–masing anak berkesulitan belajar untuk dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomena pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan pembelajarannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan bagaimana situasi di lapangan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di salah satu sekolah penyelengara pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif guna mendeskripsikan kondisi di lapangan secara apa adanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan tanpa adanya partisipasi langsung dari peneliti. Pemrolehan data melalui tiga teknik yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis secara kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran di SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP masih belum berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini tergambar pada kegiatan pembelajaran yang belum mengayomi seluruh siswa juga belum menggunakan prinsip khusus. Baik dari segi materi maupun tujuan pembelajaran tidak dilakukan modifikasi sehingga siswa berkebutuhan khusus harus mengikuti pelajaranyang sama dengan siswa lainnya. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di sekolah masih belum sempurna ditinjau dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran, serta penilaian dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the problems that exist in the field, a child with mild  mentally retarded at SLB N 1 Kubung who had difficulty in science learning, recognizing members of the body that previously taught by used direct media. This research was an experimental research in the form of a single subject research (SSR) with A-B-A research design. His research subject was a mild mental retardation child. Data collection techniques in the form of action tests and data collection tools used direct observation. Data were analyzed using graphical visual data analysis techniques.Based on the results of the analysis, it was stated that the ability to recognized the body members of children increased positively after being given an intervention using kinect-based learning media. It is evident that the used of kinect-based learning media was effective in improving the ability to know body members for mild mentally retarded children. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang ada di lapangan yaitu seorang anak tunagarhita ringan di SLB N 1 Kubung yang mengalami kesulitan dalam pembelajaran IPA mengenal anggota tubuh dengan menggunakan media konkrit. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan efektivitas  penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis kinect  dalam upaya  meningkatkan kemampuan  mengenal anggota tubuh  anak tunagrahita ringan  di SLB N 1 Kubung.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode single subject research (SSR) dengan disain penelitian A-B-A. Subjek penelitiannya adalah seorang anak tunagrahita ringan. Teknik pengumpulan data meggunakan observasi langsung melalui tes perbuatan dengan format pencatatan data. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data visual grafik.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam kondisi dan antar kondisi didapatkan bahwa kemampuan mengenal anggota tubuh anak tunagrahita ringan meningkat secara positif setelah diberikan intervensi dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis kinect.

Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of the token economy method in reducing class disruption in class V attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) students at SD Negeri 16 Takengon, the aim is to prove the effectiveness of token economy in reducing out-of-class behavior disorders in ADHD children. This research is a quantitative research with an experimental approach, in the form of single subject research (SSR). The study design used A-B-A, where , baseline (A1), intervention (B), baseline (A2). Data collection techniques in this study were direct observation and using instruments for ADHD children. Data collection is done by filling in the frequency during the learning process. Based on the results of the analysis of the student's condition showed up and down in the behavior. In the intervention process, students experienced a decrease in class disruptive behavior in the form of leaving the class when the Economic Token Method was given, indicating that the Economic Token Method was effective in reducing class disruptive behavior in the form of leaving the classroom during the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the discovery of a problem at SDN 15 Pulai Anak Air regarding learning Indonesian for grade IV dyslexic children during the Covid-19 pandemic. This situation makes the learning change to distance learning. So the researchers are interested in knowing more about how to learn Indonesian for fourth grade dyslexic students at SDN 15 Pulai Anak Air during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were homeroom teachers, dyslexic students and school principals. Collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that learning Indonesian for dyslexic children during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out online and offline. The process of learning Indonesian for dyslexic children includes 1) learning planning including assessment, syllabus and RPP; 2) the implementation of learning includes preliminary activities, core activities, closing and assessment/evaluation. Learning constraints during the Covid-19 pandemic are in compiling a syllabus and developing online learning materials for dyslexic children.
