Abstract

This research aims to analyze the reconstruction of Islamic values in education management through a philosophical approach and a constructivist paradigm. Strengthening values such as trust, fairness, sincerity, deliberation, and itqan is becoming increasingly important because management practices in various Islamic educational institutions still show administrative tendencies that ignore spiritual, ethical, and humanistic dimensions. To answer these problems, this study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA 2020 model, which selects scientific articles published in 2020–2025 from Google Scholar, Crossref, DOAJ, and Garuda. Of the 72 articles identified, eight met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed through thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study show that Islamic values have a fundamental position in building an educational management paradigm that is not only oriented towards efficiency, but also on the formation of organizational character and spirituality. The values of trust and fairness strengthen the integrity and fairness of decision-making, the values of sincerity and deliberation encourage participation and harmonization of working relationships, while the value of itqan emphasizes the importance of professionalism and quality culture in education governance. The integration of these five values philosophically forms an ontological, epistemological, and axiological framework for Islamic education management that is contextual and adaptive according to the constructivistic paradigm. This research contributes to providing a systematic conceptual mapping of the role of Islamic values in education management, as well as offering a philosophical framework that can be used as a basis for the sustainable development of policies, leadership, and governance of Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of price perception on the brand image of used cars at Arengka Automall Pekanbaru. The used car industry is characterized by high information asymmetry and perceived risk, making price perception a crucial factor influencing consumer evaluations and brand image formation. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method. Data were collected from 200 consumers who had purchased used cars at Arengka Automall Pekanbaru through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of statistical software. The results indicate that price perception has a positive and significant effect on the brand image of used cars, with a regression coefficient of 0.705 and a significance value below 0.05. This finding demonstrates that consumers who perceive prices as fair, competitive, and commensurate with vehicle quality tend to form a more positive brand image of the used car showroom. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that price perception explains 49.7% of the variance in brand image, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors beyond the research model. This study contributes theoretically by strengthening marketing literature related to price perception and brand image in the context of the used car industry, which has received limited empirical attention. Practically, the findings provide important managerial implications for used car showroom management in designing transparent and value-based pricing strategies to enhance consumer trust and build a sustainable brand image.

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARI) is a public health problem that remains a major cause of morbidity in Indonesia. Environmental factors, unhealthy lifestyles, and low public knowledge are triggers for the high incidence of ARI. This activity aims to increase public knowledge about ARI through the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS), especially in preventing waste burning and reducing air pollution and implementing coughing and sneezing etiquette training. The method used is health education with a lecture, discussion, and demonstration approach. The results of the activity show an increase in public knowledge after being given education. The implementation of PHBS has proven effective in increasing public awareness of ARI prevention.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) adalah Badan usaha yang ada di desa yang di bentuk oleh Pemerintahan Desa Bersama  Masyarakat  Desa. Pembentukan BUMDes dimaksudkan sebagai  upaya  menampung seluruh kegiatan di bidang ekonomi dan/atau pelayanan umum yang dikelola oleh Desa dan/atau kerjasama antar desa. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di Bumdes Bumi Mulya Desa Gunung Mulya. Potensi pengembangan desa pada BUMDES Bumi Mulya memiliki beberapa permasalahan diantaranya mengenai kurangnya pengetahuan sumberdaya manusia dan manajemen pengelolaan serta kemampuan manajerial yang memadai dalam mengelola BUMDES. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode diskusi tanya jawab antara tim pengabdian dengan direktur dan perangkat BUMDes. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan yaitu perangkat bumdes belum dapat meningkatkan potensi desa dengan maksimal. Hal ini disebabkan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan kurangnya keikutsertaan perangkat bumdes pada bimbingan teknis BUMDes. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan bumdes yaitu dengan mencari peluang usaha lain seperti waduk wisata, pasar desa dan usaha pertanian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari program ini adalah Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang merupakan program sosialisasi tentang bagaimana menciptakan jiwa wirausaha untuk membantu ibu rumah tangga dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang cara membuat, memproduksi, dan memasarkan Home Dekor. dalam rangka meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga, adalah melaksanakan salah satu fungsi Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Pelatihan dan instruksi teknis dalam pembuatan Home Decor adalah metode yang digunakan. 80% mitra yang hadir mampu membuat produk Home Decor dari Bahan Talenan yang digunakan untuk memasak sesuai dengan hasil pre dan post test yang telah dilakukan. Sehingga dengan adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan para ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru mendapatkan pengetahuan lebih tentang membuat usaha sederhana.

Abstract

Usaha  Mikro  Kecil  dan  Menengah  (UMKM)  merupakan  salah  satu  faktor  ekonomi  yang berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Pada masa era tatanan baru, maka terjadi perubahan drastis pada tatanan yang ada dan telah terstruktur dengan baik. Hal ini memberi dampak pada terhambatnya aktivitas usaha termasuk UMKM. Tantangan bagi UMKM untuk tetap dapat bertahan dan terus berkembang, salah satunya dengan memahami dan menerapkan sistem manajemen keuangan. Pengelolaan keuangan melalui pembuatan laporan keuangan akan memberikan dampak positif bagi UMKM dalam mengoptimalisasikan usahanya di tengah pandemi. Pengabdian diselenggarakan di Kelurahan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru. Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan berupa pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan bagi UMKM di Kelurahan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa pembekalan teori dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini memberikan manfaat yaitu: (1) memberikan informasi kepada pelaku UMKM akan manfaat menyusun anggaran usaha; (2) memberikan pemahaman perhitungan anggaran usaha serta laporan keuangan sederhana; (3) pelaku UMKM dapat memisahkan antara pengeluaran usaha dengan pengeluaran rumah tangga. Dampak (impact) dari kegiatan ini adalah menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan pelaku UMKM di di Kelurahan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru mengenai perhitungan pelaporan keuangan yang baik dan tepat serta manfaatnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and optimize the digital marketing strategy of processed moringa leaf products implemented by ‘Dapur Aru’ MSMEs in Kampar Regency to encourage them to move up a class. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations and documentation with MSME owners, business assistants and relevant government agencies. The results show that ‘Dapur Aru’ MSMEs have utilized social media such as WhatsApp and Facebook, but their use is still limited to simple promotions and is inconsistent. The main obstacles include limited digital literacy, minimal training, and low utilization of marketplaces. The proposed optimization strategy includes increasing digital capacity through training, content marketing assistance, and collaboration with external parties such as universities and local communities. This research provides a practical contribution to strengthening the competitiveness of herbal product MSMEs in the digital era and provides empirical evidence of the application of the Marketing 5.0 approach to locally-based MSMEs.

Abstract

Background: Stunting is a condition of growth failure in children under five caused by chronic malnutrition, resulting in children being too short for their age. Malnutrition occurs during the first one thousand (1000) days of life, starting from conception until the child reaches two years of age; however, the condition of stunting becomes visible after the child was two years old. The risk factors contributing to stunting are consumption of sweetendebeverage and unhealthy foods, such as snacks high in sugar, salt, and fat, as well as sweetened and carbonated drinks that are low in nutrients. Such dietary patterns can lead to an imbalance in the intake of macro- and micronutrients that play an important role in a child’s growth. Purpose: To analyze the relationship between the consumption of unhealthy foods and beverages and the incidence of stunting. Method: This study was an analytic observational with a retrospective case control design. The sample in this study were mothers who had toddlers aged 24-48 months with case and control groups. The total sample in this study was 138 with an unpaired categorical comparative formula. The sampling method in the case group was directly carried out by consecutive sampling, while in the control group it was carried out by proportional sampling first and then taken by consecutive sampling. Results: The results of this study show that there were no relationship between the consumption of sweetened beverage (p = 0.232) and the consumption of unhealthy foods (p = 0.086) with the incidence of stunting in the working area of Pagambiran Public Health Center, Padang City (p-value < 0.05). Conslusion: The conclusion of this study are that there are no relationship between the consumption of sweetened beverage consumption and the incidence of stunting in the working area of Pagambiran Public Health Center, as well as no relationship between the consumption of unhealthy foods and the incidence of stunting in the same area
