Abstract

The culture that exists in each region often makes people, even those with different beliefs, unite and protect one another. It is inevitable that the Indonesian nation is a multicultural country. The motto Bhineka Tunggal Ika is a symbol that this country is a different country but will still be one. There are three elements in the religious system, namely the system of beliefs, the system of religious ceremonies, and the people who adhere to that religion, in every culture you will find these elements even in different forms. Inter-Religious Harmony Harmony is an accurate depiction of inter-religious harmony, the relationship is usually generally between adherents of one religion and another. The diversity that exists in Indonesia is very characteristic, starting from skin color, ethnicity, and language which will eventually unite and form peace. The research used in this research method is a qualitative method. This qualitative research will use a survey method in which this method will be used to obtain data directly and obtained through interviews.

Abstract

In general to find out verbal abuse in Jozeph Paul Zhang's youtube content. And specifically to find out about verbal violence against the Islamic religion in Jozeph Paul Zhang's Youtube Content. The research method uses a qualitative approach to content analysis with the research subject, namely Jozeph Paul Zhang's YouTube content, data collection techniques using coding sheets. Data analysis techniques use content analysis using the Roland Barthers method. The results of the research are: 1. The contents of Jozeph Paul Zhang's youtube content are hate speech (Head Speech). 2. As for verbal violence in Joseph Paul Zhang's youtube content, it can be found in videos that aired in April 2021 and February 2023 with verbal abuse sayings including: "Speaking of a prophetic voice because there are many injustices against minorities", "He said God is thirsty blood killed one thousand two hundred people", "Islamic Allah punishes his own people", "Muslims are repeatedly punished by Allah SWT, he says it's a trial" and "Muslims who are bastards and cant believe in gebleg teachings". The aims of this study are: 1. To find out the contents of Jozeph Paul Zhang's YouTube content. 2. To find out verbal violence against Islam in Jozeph Paul Zhang's YouTube content.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak memonton video dakwah di media social Tik Tok terhadap pengalaman agama remaja di Masjid Medan Krio. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Data dalam   penelitian   ini   diperoleh   dari   sumber   data primer  yaitu  hasil  wawancara  mendalam,  observasi mengenai  tinjauan  yang  dijadikan fokus    penelitian    ini.    Format    pengolahan    data menggunakan  analisis  deskriptif  dimana  data  yang dikumpulkan berupa kata-kata. Sedangkan,   untuk   sumber   data   penunjang   dalam penelitian ini adalah buku dan jurnal terdahulu yang selaras dengan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada dampak pengguna pengguna aplikasi Tik Tok akan berusaha mengubah perilaku keagamaan remaja yang terabaikan, seperti shalat, mengaji, menaati orang tua, dan menjaga lingkungan sosialnya. Dari semua hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan para remaja masjid mengaku menonton video dakwah di Tik Tok sangat berpengaruh untuk pengamalan agama mereka, karena setiap menonton konten dakwah dimedia sosial Tik Tok mereka jadi tertarik untuk melakukan hal-hal yang disampaikan video tersebut. Dengan adanya konten dakwah tersebut mereka akan mengikuti apa yang disampaikan oleh para da’i jika itu sesuai dan apalagi da’i tersebut adalah orang yang mereka sukai. Seperti sholat, ketika konten dakwah tidak masuk ke beranda mereka pastinya mereka akan mengulur waktu untuk sholat, tetapi dengan adanya konten dakwah pada media sosial Tik Tok akan meningkatkan pengamalan agama mereka. Banyak hal yang mereka awalnya tidak tahu dengan menonton konten dakwah menjadi tahu, seperti tuntunan doa-doa sehari-hari yang bisa diamalkan, efek apabila mereka melakukan sedekah, berperilaku baik, berkata-kata-kata baik.     This study aims to analyze the impact of da'wah videos on Tik Tok social media on the religious experience of adolescents at Medan Krio Mosque. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of field research (field research). The data in this study was obtained from primary data sources, namely the results of in-depth interviews, observations about the review that was the focus of this study. The data processing format uses descriptive analysis where the data collected is in the form of words. Meanwhile, the supporting data sources in this study are previous books and journals that are in line with this study. This research is based on the impact that users of the Tik Tok application will try to change the neglected religious behavior of adolescents, such as praying, reciting, obeying parents, and maintaining their social environment. From all the interviews that have been conducted, mosque teenagers claim to watch da'wah videos on Tik Tok is very influential for their religious practice, because every time they watch da'wah content on Tik Tok social media they become interested in doing the things conveyed by the video. With the content of da'wah they will follow what is conveyed by the da'is if it is appropriate and moreover the da'i is the person they like. Like praying, when da'wah content does not enter their homepage, of course they will buy time to pray, but with the da'wah content on Tik Tok social media will increase their religious practice. Many things that they initially did not know by watching da'wah content became known, such as the guidance of daily prayers that can be practiced, the effects if they do alms, behave well, speak good words.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of participatory management in community empowerment and religious moderation in Tebing Linggahara Village, Bilah Barat District. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data condensation, data display, conclusion drawing, or verification. The results of the study show that: (1) the condition of community empowerment and religious moderation in the village is still unsatisfactory, (2) the implementation of participatory management in community empowerment and religious moderation in the village is still not optimal, (3) there are some challenges and opportunities in the implementation of participatory management in the village. This study contributes theoretically and practically to the development of knowledge, especially in the fields of participatory management, community empowerment, and religious moderation. This study also provides input for the government, community, and other stakeholders in formulating appropriate strategies and policies to improve the welfare and harmony of Tebing Linggahara Village.

Abstract

In general, the aim of this research is to determine the role of the Department of Industry and Trade in developing small and medium industries in the economy of the people of Serdang Bedagai Regency. As well as what the condition of SMEs there is, and also the challenges faced by the department and industry players in developing the community economy in Serdang Berdagai. This type of research is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach method to obtain an in-depth picture (description). Data was obtained through interviews, documentation studies and observations. The research informants consisted of five, namely: the Head of the Department of Industry and Trade, Serdang Berdagai Regency, his Secretary, Industrial Staff, and two SMEs. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the role played by the Department of Industry and Trade is quite influential in developing the Small and Medium Industry community in Serdang Berdagai Regency. With the state of Small and Medium Industries recorded in 1985 there were industries in Serdang Berdagai Regency. There are many roles created by the Department as facilitators, regulators and catalysts, where these roles include helping SMEs to improve the community's economy. However, it is inevitable that there will be obstacles that occur, the obstacles found in the field are a lack of insight into technology, limited community personnel from the Department of Industry and Trade and limited sources of capital.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan zaman, cara menyampaikan nilai-nilai Islam semakin modern dengan dukungan media baru. Media dakwah, seperti TikTok, efektif menyebarkan pesan Islam dengan kreatif dan relevan bagi Generasi Z seperti pada akun @msalbaniquotes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa, aktivitas sosial, sikap, kepercayaan, persepsi, pemikiran orang secara individual maupun kelompok. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui gaya komunikasi yang digunakan pada akun TikTok @msalbaniquotes.  Dengan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa gaya komunikasi @msalbaniquotes terbukti menarik dan efektif, menghasilkan konten yang banyak disukai dan dibagikan di kalangan Gen-Z. Konten-konten tersebut tidak hanya menghibur, tetapi juga memotivasi dan membentuk sikap positif. Dari hasil penelitian, gaya komunikasi ini terbukti berhasil membangun pengaruh besar di kalangan Gen-Z, membuktikan bahwa media sosial bisa menjadi sarana efektif untuk menyebarkan pesan yang positif.

Abstract

Youth is a valuable asset in community development, including in the context of ukhuwah Islamiyah. Building ukhuwah Islamiyah among youth requires collaborative efforts from various parties, and preachers have an important role in this effort. This research discusses the role of preachers in building youth Islamic ukhuwah in Belawan I, Medan city. This research was conducted with the aim of understanding how Islamic preachers can contribute to building strong, mutually supportive relationships and strengthening bonds between young Muslims. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with preachers who were actively involved in da'wah activities and youth development in the Belawan I environment. The results of the interviews were analyzed to identify the specific role of the preachers in building youth ukhuwah Islamiyah. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the Da'i's role in enhancing Ukhuwah Islamiyah in the Belawan I neighborhood of Medan city has been successful with the Da'i opportunity to convey da'wah to the community so that the Da'i is able to change the mindset of the community towards Ukhuwah Islamiyah and is able to apply good attitudes among brothers and sisters.

Abstract

This study is focused on the early process of the arrival of Islam in Binjai City and its development process. To find out the influential figures in the development of Islam in the city of Binjai, to find out the heritage buildings of the Binjai Islamic community and to find out the Islamic heritage that still exists today. This discussion was carried out with a historical approach using the Library Research method (library research method) and Field Research (field research method) by conducting interviews in addition to data collection by means of literature review. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting documentation on the traces of Islam in Binjai City. . The results obtained from this research on the spread of Islam in the city of Binjai are inseparable from the large role in the spread of Islam from the Langkat Sultanate which is domiciled in Binjai City because Binjai was part of the Langkat sultanate before finally forming its own region. That the role of the leaders is very high in the process of Islamization through educational institutions as evidenced by the Islamic heritage in the City of Binjai in the form of mosques, tombs, Islamic schools and the work of the scholars.

Abstract

The challenge of da'wah is what a da'i will face later when carrying out da'wah in any era. It also means preaching in the era of minority Muslim communities. This challenge does not only come from the environment, but even face to face. Taking the wrong step will cause a conflict when visiting the village to be visited. That's why the preachers before preaching must first go to the place and see what the people who will be preached about are like that can see what must be avoided so that something unwanted doesn't happen. It is important to look at the aspects contained in the environment, so that it does not offend the people of Kutalimbaru village. Da'wah there by teaching them what they need. Because, the delivery of da'i messages must be in accordance with what is needed. The people in Dusun 1 village of Kutalimbaru have a strong passion to gain knowledge. However, the narrow network results in limitations in religious knowledge so that what is forbidden to do or touch they do and casually tell the volunteers that's the children there who need special education to be able to get religious learning.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the communication strategies used by Islamic Religious Counselors in realizing sakinah, mawaddah, and warahmah families in Siempat Nempu Sub-district, Dairi Regency. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with religious counselors, participatory observations, and analysis of related documents. The findings indicate that effective communication strategies include using language that is easily understood by the community, personal and familial approaches, and utilizing local media such as community radio and WhatsApp groups. Counselors also apply participatory methods by involving the community in discussions and religious activities. Supporting factors such as support from community leaders and cooperation with local government institutions also play a significant role in the success of these communication strategies. Thus, appropriate communication strategies can help in achieving harmonious and prosperous families in accordance with the principles of sakinah, mawaddah, and warahmah.
