Abstract

Abstract. This research aim to determine the influence of asset growth, business risk and profitability partially and simultaneously on capital structure. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population used in this research is companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2018-2022 period. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method. The population data in this study was 50 companies and 15 companies were obtained as research samples that met the predetermined criteria. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. The research results show that there is a significant simultaneous influence between asset growth, business risk and profitability on the value of capital structure. The results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that the asset growth variable has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. The business risk variable has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. The profitability variable has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan asset, risiko bisnis, dan profitabilitas secara parsial dan simultan terhadap struktur modal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2018-2022. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 perusahaan dan diperoleh 15 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian yang sudah sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh simultan yang signifikan antara pertumbuhan aset , risiko bisnis dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai struktur modal. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan asset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Variabel risiko bisnis berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of disclosure of sustainability reports and profitability on company value. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population used in this research is companies listed in the IDX30 Index in 2020-2022. For the sampling method in this research, an objective sampling method (purposive sampling) was used and a sample size of 17 companies from 45 companies was obtained during 3 years of observation. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. The results of this research show that the Sustainability Report and Profitability simultaneously influence the value of the Company. Meanwhile, partially the Sustainability Report has no effect on company value, while profitability has an effect on company value. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan sustainability report dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Indeks IDX30 pada tahun 2020-2022. Untuk metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode sampling objektif (purposive sampling) dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 17 perusahaan dari 45 perusahaan selama 3 tahun pengamatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Sustainability Report dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai Perusahaan. Sementara itu, secara parsial Sustainability Report tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to examine the influence of Return on Assets (ROA) and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) on Financial Sustainability, moderated by Institutional Ownership in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. This is a quantitative study with a descriptive-verificative approach. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 16 banks listed on the IDX over a five-year period. This study employs panel data regression analysis and moderation regression analysis. The results of the tests indicate that, simultaneously, ROA, NPL, and institutional ownership have a significant effect on the financial sustainability ratio. However, partially, ROA does not have a significant effect on the financial sustainability ratio, while NPL has a significant effect on the financial sustainability ratio. Institutional ownership insignificantly strengthens the influence of ROA on the financial sustainability ratio. Moreover, institutional ownership can significantly strengthen the relationship between ROA and the financial sustainability ratio. Abstrak. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ROA dan NPL terhadap Financial Sustainability yang dimoderasi oleh Kepemilikan Institusional pada sektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019 – 2023. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 16 perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan periode penelitian 5 tahun. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil dari pengujian menjelaskan secara simultan ROA, NPL, dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial sustainability ratio. Sedangkan secara parsial ROA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial sustainability ratio, sementara NPL berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial sustainability ratio. Adapun kepemilikan institusional memperkuat pengaruh ROA terhadap financial sustainability ratio secara tidak signifikan. Kemudian kepemilikan institusional dapat memperkuat pengaruh antara ROA terhadap financial sustainability ratio secara signifikan.

Abstract

Abstract. This research is conducted to analyze the effect of banking performance using the RBBR method (Risk profile, GCG, Earnings, and Capital) which is promoted using NPL, GCG, ROA, and CAR on the company value (Tobin’s Q) partially or simultanneously on banking companies registered in the IDX which is included in the SRI-Kehati Index for the 2019-2022 period. The method used in this research is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. This research uses purposive sampling techniques in sampling. Population data in this study was 42 companies and obtained as many as 5 companies as a research sample according to predetermined criteria. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it is concluded that NPL, GCG, ROA, and CAR simultanneously have a significant effect on the company’s value. Partially NPL and GCG do not have a significant effect on the value of the company while ROA and CAR have a significant effect on the value of the company. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja perbankan menggunakan metode RBBR (Risk profile, GCG, Earnings, dan Capital) yang diproksikan menggunakan NPL, GCG, ROA, dan CAR terhadap nilai perusahaan (Tobin’s Q) secara parsial maupun simultan pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI yang termasuk Indeks SRI-Kehati periode 2019-2022. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam pengambilan sampel. Data populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 42 perusahaan dan diperoleh sebanyak 5 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa NPL, GCG, ROA, dan CAR secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial NPL dan GCG tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan ROA dan CAR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract. This research focuses on the variables of User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX) and Purchasing Decision. This study aims to test and determine the effect of User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX), Purchasing Decision on Apple IPhone users and customers in Sukabumi City. This research is included in the type of descriptive and verification research with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The data collection method used in this study is a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The object of this research is Apple IPhone users and customers in Sukabumi City and have owned an Apple IPhone in the last 6 months or 1 year with a total of 93 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive and verification analysis, namely by using multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that User Experience (UX) partially has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decision, Customer Experience (CX) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decision. Then simultaneously User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) have a positive effect and on Purchasing Decision. With a good User Experience and Customer Experience (CX), it is expected that it will provide Purchasing Decision to achieve better results. Abstrak. Penelitian ini berfokus pada variabel Pengalaman Pengguna (User Experience/UX), Pengalaman Pelanggan (Customer Experience/CX), dan Keputusan Pembelian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menentukan pengaruh Pengalaman Pengguna (UX) dan Pengalaman Pelanggan (CX) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada pengguna dan pelanggan Apple iPhone di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan instrumen kuesioner. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengguna dan pelanggan Apple iPhone di Kota Sukabumi yang telah memiliki Apple iPhone dalam 6 bulan terakhir atau 1 tahun dengan total 93 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif, yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengalaman Pengguna (UX) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Pengalaman Pelanggan (CX) juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Secara simultan, Pengalaman Pengguna (UX) dan Pengalaman Pelanggan (CX) berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dengan Pengalaman Pengguna dan Pengalaman Pelanggan yang baik, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Keputusan Pembelian untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of sales volume and production costs on net profit in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector in the 2019-2023 period. Based on the criteria using purposive sampling, a sample of 9 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange was obtained. The analysis technique was carried out with a multiple linear regression model. The results of this study show that simultaneously the variables of sales volume and production costs have a significant influence on the net profit of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector with a significance level of 5%. Partially, the result was obtained that the sales volume variable had no influence on net profit. Meanwhile, the variable Production cost has a significant influence on net profit. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh volume penjualan dan biaya produksi terhadap laba bersih pada perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman pada periode 2019-2023. Berdasarkan kriteria dengan menggunakan purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 9 Perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan model regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel volume penjualan dan biaya produksi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Secara parsial diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel volume penjualan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap laba bersih. Sedangkan variabel Biaya produksi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih.

Abstract

Field surveys were used in this Community Service initiative to gain further understanding of customer preferences, market trends, and areas of improvement needed by their companies. The devotion team managed to obtain important information from customers and business owners during the initial interviews to analyze the problems faced. A number of solutions were created to improve Angkringan's business performance once the problems were identified. Improvements in finance, marketing, promotion, expansion of premises and facilities, better sales strategies, product innovation, better customer service, and customer relationship maintenance are some examples of such actions. It is expected that these activities will improve service quality, increase customer satisfaction, and increase market share. This will help the business stay relevant and compete in a competitive market while enhancing customer relationships and improving overall business performance.

Abstract

Digital literacy is an important factor in supporting the implementation of more optimal learning activities in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), more than that digital literacy can have a good influence on the development of early childhood. The purpose of this research is to provide a further understanding of digital literacy and social media interactions in the PAUD Education environment. As well as providing complete counseling on techniques and materials for making interactive learning videos. This service program uses participatory techniques through mentoring and training methods with comprehensive teaching media based on learning videos to meet learning needs in PAUD. Teachers will be given training on various digital applications that can support learning. Teachers and parents will have the ability to make teaching videos for students and children, which will indirectly direct them to become content creators in the field of education.

Abstract

The business world is a zone of uncertainty, to survive we must have value or competitiveness. One strategy to increase competitiveness is to adapt to current developments. In this digital era, we can use e-commerce marketing media as a place to sell. Apart from marketing and sales media, there is also an important thing that attracts customers, namely packaging. A common problem that occurs in the business world in this era of digitalization is not being able to adapt to technology, this is also an obstacle for the business world today. So the aim of this community service activity is to provide assistance and guidance in using the online e-commerce sales platform. Apart from that, to increase product value we will provide insight into packaging design with the ultimate goal for business actors to increase productivity and profitability of course. In this case, the method used is direct counseling and guidance at the Cyqul Food business location in Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang. Guiding the use of e-commerce and developing packaging design is very necessary to improve business.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the application of strategic analysis with the TIROCA (Tangible Asset, Intangible Asset, and Organisational Capability) model as a basis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a company, namely, PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia, Tbk. (PT SPINDO, Tbk.). The company is one of the steel pipe manufacturers in Indonesia. The company has the largest production capacity in Indonesia and has experience in producing various kinds of steel pipes / tubes and various other related products. The company is one of the largest steel pipe manufacturers with the largets production capacity in Indonesia. The paper used a case study research method in order to explore the strategic strengths and weaknesses of the company through its: tangible asset, intangible asset, and organisational capability. The results of the study show the company's superiority come from the following three-resources: (1) tangible resources are derived from the sophistication of machinery and factory equipment; (2) intangible resources are generated from the innovation and creativity of the firm’s HR in creating various products; and (3) organizational capability resources derived from the firm’s competencies and skills in managing product development and the ability to recruit HR.
