Abstract

The goal of the research on the effect of beam conductor distance on power losses on the 275 kV Kiliran Jao to Payakumbuh SUTET's 126.4 km long line is to determine the inductive reactance value based on power losses on inductive resistance and reactance rather than distance. The inductive reactance value is not based on the beam conductor distance of XL= 0,3111 km with a total inductive reactance value of Xtotal= 39,323Ω/km , according to the findings of the calculations performed. Based on the beam conductor distances of XR=0.238 km on distance (s)=0.06m, XL=0,3111 Ω/km on phase distance(s) = 0.26m (distance at system),and XL=0,2931 Ω/km on distance (s)=0.46m, the inductance reactance value is calculated. In the meantime, inductive reactance has a value of 34,8 MW in power loss, resistance has a value of 122 MW in power losses and capasitive reactance has a value 31,5MW in power loss. According to the calculation's findings, large currents and resistance can affect the amount of power lost in resistance, whereas the radius of the conductor wire, the spacing between conductors, and the number of layers of conductor wire can affect the amount of power lost in inductive reactance.Keywords : Conducting wire, Inductive reactance value, Power losses

Abstract

Electricity is a major need today, power companies must ensure the availability of good and sustainable electricity. The continuous and good availability of electric power depends on the reliability of the electric power distribution system. The Section Technique method is a method of assessing system reliability by first dividing the system into several parts and then performing calculations on each part. The RIA-Section Technique method is a combination of RIA techniques and parts that produce results that are close to field data. The reliability indices calculated using this method are SAIFI, SAIDI and CAIDI. The calculation of the 20 kV distribution network reliability index of the Feeder Pakis calculated by the Section Technique method is SAIFI 15.20760 inter / year, SAIDI 17.71123 hours / year and CAIDI is 1.16463 hours / year. For the reliability value of the Feeder Pakis calculated by the RIA-Section Technique method of SAIFI 15.43541 inter / year, SAIDI 17.97542 hours / year and CAIDI of 1.16456 hours / year. The target KPI ULP Menggala in 2023 is SAIFI Value of 6.26 hours/year, SAIDI of 8.43 hours/year and CAIDI of 1.346 hours/year. Meanwhile, the realization of the reliability value of the Feeder Pakis during the period January to December 2023 is SAIFI 3.79 inter / year, SAIDI 3.2 hours / year and CAIDI of 0.845 hours / year

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh suhu dan kelembapan terhadap fenomena flashover pada isolator polutan lumut di Koto Panjang, Payakumbuh. Analisa perhitungan dilakukan dengan variasi suhu dan kelembapan yang berbeda berdasarkan hasil eksperimen pada isolator polutan lumut untuk mengamati terjadinya flashover. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu dan kelembapan memiliki peran penting dalam mempengaruhi kemungkinan terjadinya flashover. Suhu yang tinggi dan kelembapan yang rendah cenderung meningkatkan risiko flashover pada isolator polutan lumut. Oleh karena itu, pemantauan kondisi suhu dan kelembapan di daerah tersebut penting untuk menjaga kinerja isolator polutan dan mencegah potensi gangguan listrik akibat flashover.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi performa jaringan serat optik di wilayah Padang Baru, Sumatera Barat, dengan fokus pada perbandingan antara hasil perhitungan matematis redaman dan hasil pengukuran lapangan. Jaringan serat optik terdiri dari titik-titik penting seperti ODC (Optical Distribution Cabinet), ODP (Optical Distribution Point), dan ONT (Optical Network Terminal). Pengukuran dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan redaman yang terjadi akibat sambungan serat optik menggunakan teknik fusion splicing serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas transmisi sinyal optik dan kecepatan internet. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa pada ODP, nilai pengukuran lapangan sebesar -9,15 dBm lebih tinggi dari hasil perhitungan matematis yang sebesar -8,17 dBm, sementara pada ONT, pengukuran lapangan menunjukkan nilai -23,12 dBm, lebih tinggi dari perhitungan matematis yang sebesar -19,55 dBm. Perbedaan ini disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor seperti kondisi fisik kabel, kualitas sambungan, dan kelonggaran kabel (slack). Upaya perbaikan, seperti merapikan kabel dan optimasi sambungan, berhasil mengurangi redaman hingga nilai -20,80 dBm pada ONT, meskipun redaman masih terdeteksi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemeliharaan dan optimasi jaringan serat optik untuk memastikan kualitas layanan yang lebih baik bagi pengguna akhir.

Abstract

As a result of a decrease in the mass flow rate at the inlet section of a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) cooling system, the refrigerant flow system performs poorly. To increase efficiency the steam injection cycle method is used. The effects of steam injection are theoretically explored in this study over a wide range of medium pressures and ambient temperatures, and the findings are supported by experimental data. Compressor heating capacity, input power, coefficient of performance (COP), and isentropic efficiency are all affected by pressure. At low ambient temperatures, the increase in COP by steam injection is remarkable. In this study, the performance of the cooling system with the injection cycle was evaluated, the system with this injection cycle resulted in an increase in cooling capacity of 3.26% and an energy efficiency ratio (EER) of 2.32%.

Abstract

Studies of the existence of these secondary flow structures are based on the effect of the emergence of secondary flows in the wing-body configuration on aircraft, i.e. the presence of wingtip-vortex on the tip region and the creation of several elements of the vortex flow on the endwall region, both of which together will cause the blockage of the main flow. The existence of this blockage effect will affect the aerodynamic characteristics of the lift and drag, where it directly affects the effectiveness and efficiency of the wing. In the endwall area the phenomenon can be observed is the shift of the position of the saddle point towards the pressure side. Whereas from the isobar contour the movement of the minimum pressure point on the upper surface is found to be closer to the leading edge, and the area of maximum pressure on the lower surface moves towards the press side. The research will be conducted experimentally on a wing geometry variation modeled on a flat plate with an angle of attack variation (α) = 0o.

Abstract

The reliability and continuity of electric power supply are heavily reliant on the maneuverability of existing feeders. To enhance this capability, the installation of LBSM (Load Break Switch Motorized) devices is essential for feeders lacking the ability to maneuver to alternative feeders. This LBSM installation will be implement on the Riyal and PKR 16 feeders at ULP Pulung Kencana. The Riyal feeder receives power from the Mesuji Substation, while the PKR 16 feeder is supplied by the Pakuon Ratu Substation. Both feeders currently lack switches for maneuvering in the event of disturbances or maintenance, which significantly contributes to high SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) rates. To determine the optimal installation points for the LBSM, a thorough analysis was conducted, prioritizing the closest proximity between the two feeders and incorporating topologic calculations using the Digsilent PowerFactory 15.1 software. This approach ensures optimal performance of the distribution network. The installation of the LBSM loopring is anticipated to significantly improve network maneuverability, thereby reducing the SAIDI rates at ULP Pulung Kencana.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan energi listrik yang ada harus diimbangi dengan menjaga kualitas dan keandalan energi listrik itu sendiri, salah satunya adalah tegangan yang sampai ke pelanggan tidak mengalami drop tegangan atau tegangan turun di bawah standarisasi dari PLN. Kondisi saat ini yang menjadi kendala dan permasalahan dalam sistem kelistrikan PT PLN (Persero) ULP Mukomuko yaitu drop tegangan atau susut jaringan yang sangat tinggi pada Penyulang Retak Mudik dengan tegangan Ujung sebesar 17,73 kV. Dimana kerugian yang timbul akibat daya yang hilang terlalu besar, untuk itu dilakukan pembangunan Jaringan Express Feeder sepanjang 10 KMS demi memperbaiki kualitas tegangan, setelah dihitung nilai drop tegangan pada penyulang Retak Mudik sebelum pembangunan Express Feeder sebesar 10,78%. Setelah dilakukan pembangunan Express Feeder maka penyulang Retak Mudik mengalami penurunan drop tegangan sebesar 7,36 %. Untuk memperoleh hasil yang maksimal, dilakukan perbandingan hasil perhitungan menggunakan simulasi aplikasi ETAP.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing strategy through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. AI has shown a transformative impact by outperforming traditional methods, especially in optimizing big data-based marketing strategies. With the ability to analyze consumer behavior in depth, AI enables businesses to personalize marketing efforts and improve user experiences more efficiently and responsively. However, challenges such as data privacy, high initial investment, and reliance on data quality remain major concerns that must be addressed. This study also evaluates the effectiveness of using AI across marketing channels, which shows significant differences in their impact on business strategy. In addition, the integration of AI-based fitness equipment is considered to have a major contribution in increasing consumer satisfaction while driving online business growth. The results of this study provide valuable insights into the effective implementation of AI, as well as highlight the importance of maintaining data security and implementing AI strategically to provide optimal benefits for consumers and business development.
