Abstract

Fruits Up designed as Agro-Industrial businesses with social business platform. Furthermore, this business is designed to provide a broad impact by connecting value chain and benefits from the village to the city. In its efforts, there are many key partners involved in the business model. Reinforcement of key partners is very important to keep the business sustainable. This research aims to find out the social impact brought by the business. The method used is descriptive with interviews in depth. To illustrate the social impacts of Fruits up Business used Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC). This research also produced a map that describe the distribution of impacts in qualitative and quantitative results from observations that done for 2 years. SBMC ripeness level measured through social impact measurement tools that designed specifically through Forum Group Discussion with stakeholders. Based on the analysis of the Social Business Model Canvas, Fruits Up successfully deliver measurable impacts to the community. Although financially fruits Up still needs to be much improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test a model to predict antecedents and consequences of relationship quality in online purchases. Novelty: The importance of this research for the online community is to provide a series of the quality of online relationships factors and the consequences for the quality of online relationships so that e-marketplaces can choose suitable guidelines to maintain their relationships with online customers and ultimately gain customer participation in creating value and strengthen competitive status. Research Methods: This research used explanatory survey method. The hypothesis was tested using the Partial Significance Test. Finding/Results: The results showed that the online system quality and social ties have a positive effect on the online relationships quality. While the results of the research variables of online service quality, online information quality, financial influence, structural ties and vendor reputation have no influence on the online relationships quality. The results also show that the online relationships quality has a positive effect on electronic word of mouth, online customer loyalty, and online customer reviews. Limitations / implications in this research, the online relationships quality is considered a construct that includes trust, commitment and satisfaction with the relationship. However, to achieve more accurate results, further researchers can investigate the separate impact of each dimension of relationship quality (commitment, trust, and satisfaction).

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of organization culture, leadership, and work motivation on employee performance of banking organizations in Southeast Sulawesi. The methods used in this research are a descriptive survey and explanatory survey. Hypotheses testing was conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Meanwhile, data processing was done using Lisrel 8.72 program. The first hypotheses test result showed that organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on leadership. The second hypotheses test result showed that organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on employee work motivation. The third hypotheses test result showed that organizational culture and leadership have significant effects, both partially and simultaneously, on work motivation. The fourth hypotheses test result showed that organizational culture, leadership, and work motivation have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance.

Abstract

Labor pain can be controlled by two methods, pharmacological and non-pharmacologicaL. In the nonpharmacolgismethod there are various methods, one of which is deep breathing relaxation techniques.The purpose of this study was todetermine the effect of deep breathing relaxation techniques on labor pain in the first phase of the active phase in VKTebing Tinggi Regional General Hospital, Empat Lawang Regency. This study used a Pre-Experimental Pretest-PosttestDesign method and the sample was taken by accidental sampling with a total sample of 35 respondents. Analisis yangdigunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. The results of the study showed that of 35respondents, before breathing relaxation techniques were done in there were severe pain of 11.4% and moderate pain in88.6% whereas after breathing relaxation techniques in light pain there were 62, 9% and moderate pain in 37.1%. Basedon the results of the study there is the effect of deep breathing relaxation techniques on labor pain in the first phase ofthe active phase as evidenced by the Wilcoxon statistical test value of Z = -5.245 with a p value of 0.000 <0.05 whichmeans that Ha is accepted. It is expected that the results of this study midwives can provide the best service and play anactive role in applying deep breathing relaxation techniques in first-phase maternal mothers in the active phase of VKHospital inebing Tinggi, Kab. Empat Lawang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse digital readiness of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), especially in Sumedang district, as well as what factors must be optimized for SMEs to be able to adopt the development of digitalization. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used simultaneously in this research. Questionnaires were distributed offline and online through exhibitions, communities, community service activities, and social media. However, the data has been collected and valid is 182 data. As for calculating the level of digitization, it was adapted from the calculations carried out by previous researchThe results of data processing show that level of digital readiness of SMEs in Sumedang is still low, it’s at level 1 (Digital outsider). The results showed that from 5 variables: people, strategy, process, integration, and technology, the majority of SMEs in Sumedang were more prepared in terms of process and integration. The findings of this study indicate various parties who support development of SMEs towards digitalization must pay attention to readiness of SMEs and optimize assistance and/or training on aspects that hinder the adoption of digitalization such as lack of knowledge about service providers and technology, increase collaborating, etc.

Abstract

This study will examine how sustainable consumption values, which consist of functional values, social values, and emotional values influence the purchase intention of green products. Based on the theory of consumption value, this study will examine the antecedents of green purchasing intentions among young adults (Millennials) in West Java Province, as the Province with the largest population in Indonesia. Structural equation modelling technique, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is applied to data collected from respondents through online surveys. Overall consumption value which consists of functional value, social value, and emotional value has an influence on the intention to buy green in generation Z and millennial generation in West Java with social value is the highest factor of consumption value which has an influence on consumption value, so that it can influence buying interest in green products in West Java. Therefore, there are several rooms for improvement in this research for further researchers. As the sample of the currents study was collected from a specific region, West Java and will have a broader results by taking larger region other than West Java.

Abstract

Social media applications provide convenience with the features available but can also cause problems, such as security and privacy, in their use, which is also possible in WhatsApp. The condition of security and privacy awareness among WhatsApp users can be an illustration of how users are aware of minimizing various kinds of risks that can arise when using WhatsApp. This study provides an overview of WhatsApp usage, security awareness, and privacy data from respondents, and sociodemographic relationships with the synthesis framework of data security and privacy in WhatsApp usage. The study was conducted quantitatively, with WhatsApp users in West Java Province serving as the unit of analysis and the locus. The questionnaire instrument was distributed online through time sampling within a certain period and accidental sampling. The results of the study provide an overview of WhatsApp usage. The perspective on data security and privacy in West Java Province also shows that many respondents have this awareness. The relationship between sociodemographic variables and the use of WhatsApp shows significant results in several main areas, namely the information security area, the perceived mobile apps area, the perceived control area, and the disclosure information detection area.

Abstract

This research is based on a phenomena of teachers in Indonesia who are still found to have no nable character, so that it does not reflect the morals of a good teacher. This research aims to determine: (1) The teacher’s character towards oneself according to K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari in the book of Adabul ‘Alim Wal Muta’allim, (2) The teacher’s character when teaching according to K.H. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses run by individuals, families and small businesses. MSMEs are usually classified based on the limitation of annual sales volume and number of employees. However, MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) still face various problems related to financial reporting and financial reporting, including information containing the record of transactions that take place in a company, be it purchase or sales transactions. The purpose of this study is to understand how many financial statements are made by a resume. Barotech Poultry Equipment whether it be to include financial statements provided by the CV. Barotech Poultry Equipment complies with SAK EMKM standards and with the problems encountered when recording financial statements. This research uses a qualitative descriptio n through interviews and observations. The results of this investigation indicate that the MSME SAK has not been fully implemented in the preparation of the financial statements, and this is due to a lack of understanding of the SAK EMKM.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of consumer engagement, which consists of likes, comments, and views, on purchase intention and consumer acquisition. This research is of a verificative nature using a quantitative method. Secondary data from the engagement reports in the SGM engagement division are used in this study. The research has one dependent variable, which is consumer engagement (X), consisting of sub-dependent variables, likes, comments, and views. There are two dependent variables, purchase intention (Y1) and consumer acquisition (Y2). Hypothesis testing is conducted using SPSS version 25. The research results show that consumer engagement has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at 85%, with the remainder influenced by other factors. When looking at the impact of each sub-variable, likes and comments have a positive effect on purchase intention, while views do not. This indicates that different engagement behaviors can create different effects. Meanwhile, the influence of consumer engagement has a positive and significant effect on consumer acquisition at 59.8%, with the remainder influenced by other factors. When looking at the influence of each sub-variable, likes and views have a positive effect on consumer acquisition, while comments do not. This also suggests that different engagement behaviors can create different effects. In conclusion, higher consumer engagement leads to higher purchase intention and consumer acquisition. However, to assess performance, the level of metrics used needs to be considered. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh consumer engagement yang terdiri dari likes, comment, dan views terhadap purchase intention dan consumer acquisition. Jenis penelitian ini adalah verifikatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu menggunakan data laporan engagement pada divisi engagement SGM. Penelitian ini memiliki 1 variabel dependen yaitu consumer engagement (X) yang terdiri dari subvariabel dependen yaitu likes, comment, dan views. Terdapat 2 variabel dependen yaitu purchase intention (Y1) dan consumer acquisition (Y2). Selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa consumer engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention sebesar 85% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Jika melihat pengaruh dari setiap sub variabel, likes dan comment berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention sedangkan views tidak. Hal ini menunjukan perbedaan engagement behavior dapat menciptkan efek yang berbeda. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh consumer engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap consumer acquisition sebesar 59,8% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Jika melihat pengaruh dari setiap sub variabel, likes dan views berpengaruh positif terhadap consumer acquisition sedangkan comment tidak. Hal ini menunjukan perbedaan engagement behavior dapat menciptkana efek yang berbeda. Jika disimpulkan maka semakin tinggi consumer engagement maka semakin tinggi pula purchase intention dan consumer acquisition.
