Abstract

Expert systems are a branch of artificial intelligence that studies how to adopt an expert's way of thinking in solving a problem and making a decision to draw conclusions. In this case the expert system is used to diagnose anemia. What is discussed is how to determine the type of disease, how to overcome anemia in the community and designing expert systems using technology. nemia caused by a lack of red blood cells or malfunctioning red blood cells in the body. This causes reduced oxygen flow to the organs of the body. Vitamin B supplements can be used for low vitamin levels. The Bayes method is a method for producing parameter estimates by combining information from samples and other information that has been previously available. Bayes' theorem is used to calculate the probability of an event occurring based on the effects of these observations. From several studies that have been done, it is found a solution to prevent anemia. Anemia can cause weakness and dizziness due to lack of blood, which can lead to complications. The objective is to provide information to assist the general public in diagnosing anemia and getting a preciseand accurate diagnosis.

Abstract

Data-based planning training is carried out online based on various sources which can be used to carry out or prepare an agenda for future activities and budgets. The data-based planning training activity was carried out online for two days. This implementation started with the experience of the school principal sharing his experience with the education unit in planning and compiling activities and making budgets at the school, then the facilitator provided reinforcement for data mining from the independent teaching platform (PMM ), Education Report Card Platform as well as through data sourced from the North Sumatra Education Quality Assurance Center (LPMP). Then the facilitator reflects on the training on the material that has been explained. On the second day of implementation, each educational unit grouped to discuss and fill in the evaluation sheet, then carried out identification, reflection and improvement in planning activity plans and preparing budgets for the unit, then apart from that, the educational units held discussions to make follow-up plans starting from the date, unit involved and the media used. Next, reflect on your experience at school, then work on an evaluation worksheet that is synchronized with the Identification worksheet, then a reflection worksheet and a fix worksheet, then the education unit finishes working on an activity plan that comes from several data and can prepare a budget that is planned for the long term.

Abstract

Bullying is a verbal or non-verbal bullying activity through the media (cyber bullying) or directly, carried out by a child or group of children against other children. Aggressive behavior such as bullying among teenagers results in problems such as anxiety. The problem at SMKN 2 Binjai in 2024 is the difficulty of identifying children's anxiety about bullying disorders because there is no strong reference as evidence for cases of bullying carried out by perpetrators against victims. So research is needed to cluster gender, type of bullying and children's anxiety levels, with many parties still not monitoring children's activities enough to see how big the impact is on children who experience bullying. The aim of this research is to determine gender, type of bullying and different levels of anxiety among children who experience bullying. Based on the results of grouping bullying cases using the K-Means algorithm, 3 clusters and 3 iterations were obtained, where cluster 1 contained 9 data. , cluster 2 has 4 data and cluster 3 has 7 data, so it can be concluded that bullying cases tend to occur in women who experience types of bullying in the form of cyber and psychological with a mild level of anxiety.

Abstract

In Indonesia, people keep a lot of animals, such as dogs. Dogs are one of the favorite animals commonly kept by humans. Dogs are usually favorite animals that can be used as companions, guarding the house, hunting and so on. Alvi Deiectiones (Diarrhea) disease is caused by eating food errors (such as eating leftover or stale food), changing types of food without a transition period, viral, bacterial, or parasitic infections. One of the problems often encountered at the Binjai Petshop clinic is diarrheal disease in dogs. The lack of knowledge in people who keep dogs about diarrhea disease and the limited existence of veterinary clinics, time and money make many cases of improper treatment that worsen the dog's condition. To help overcome this problem is to create an Expert System that can diagnose diseases based on the symptoms that occur to detect the disease experienced. Expert System can be interpreted as a collection of facts that have been collected to show the symptoms of a disease and can provide an explanation based on consultation with the expert.

Abstract

Crime is a problem experienced by humans from time to time, crime often occurs because of several factors, one of which is due to the lack of security of the address so that many criminal acts occur. Hamparan Perak Police is trying to increase its commitment to safeguard and protect the community through efforts that are organized consistently and continuously. The rise of criminal acts that occur, such as motorcycle theft, persecution, and the rise of robbery in the middle of the road makes residents feel unsafe and always feel threatened at certain addresses. Therefore, to determine the vulnerable pattern of crimes committed, it is necessary to determine the group to determine the vulnerable area or not using the clustering method, which aims to be able to assist the police in conducting socialization and actions for public security by combining objects in a group with each other and different from objects in other groups. From the tests carried out using the clustering method with the K-Means algorithm, it can be seen that the group of criminal data that has the highest group and most often appears when processed is the criminal act of theft, the pattern of criminal acts in quiet areas, has been monitored and planned in klambir village.

Abstract

Regarding assistance from the recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) because there are so many prospective recipients of PIP assistance who volunteered to get the assistance, the process of delivering aid is sometimes not on target. Invalid data causes errors in the distribution of PIPs given to recipients who are entitled to receive them. Special Decision Support System (SPK) was built to support the solution of a problem or for an opportunity, one of the PIP aid recipient's approval in the Binjai City Education Office so that it is right on target for students who will get PIP assistance. The role of decision support systems is needed to improve the efficiency of decision making in determining students who are eligible for PIP assistance. The method used in this system uses the Multi-Objective Optimization method on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) and by using 7 (seven) criteria, namely family conditions, report card scores, parental work, number of dependents, number of dependents of children who attend school, home conditions and parents' income as well as 10 (ten) alternatives that are student data. Based on the results of calculations using the MOORA method, students on behalf of MM (A9) are the best alternative to be given PIP assistance with a value of 0.2843

Abstract

Livestock has an important role in the structure of the rural economy, where small livestock is an ideal choice to support the local economy and ensure food security. In Lalat Regency, there is no accurate prediction system to find out the trend of small livestock populations in the future, both increasing and decreasing. To answer this need, this study uses the Artificial Neural Network (JST) technique with the Backpropagation method to predict the small livestock population in the region. This study develops a JST-based prediction system using available training data, training targets, and small livestock population test data. The prediction results for 23 sub-districts in 2023 show that in the first experiment, 18 sub-districts are in accordance with the prediction and 5 sub-districts are not in accordance with the prediction; In the second experiment, 17 sub-districts were compliant and 6 sub-districts were not compliant; And in the third experiment, 21 sub-districts were compliant and 2 sub-districts were not compliant. The prediction process was carried out with a target error of 0.00001, with each experiment using 20 iterations in the first experiment, as well as 4 iterations in the second and third experiments, and the training time was recorded for 00:00 seconds. This system was successfully developed using Matlab software, provides accurate prediction results of small livestock populations, and can be used by the Langkat Regency Agriculture and Food Security Office for better planning in the future.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology (ICT) have revolutionized various aspects of life, including the education sector. The application of technology in education enables more flexible, interactive, and personalized learning, as well as expanding access for students in various regions, including remote areas. SMK Negeri 2 Binjai is one of the vocational education institutions in Binjai City that is currently facing challenges in the process of determining recipients of educational assistance, particularly the Indonesia Pintar (PIP) Program, which is intended for underprivileged students. Until now, the selection mechanism for PIP recipients has been carried out manually, making it prone to subjectivity, lack of transparency, and limited integrated data. To overcome this problem, a decision support system is needed to help schools determine the recipients of educational assistance objectively and structurally using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method, which is an effective multi-criteria decision-making technique for processing various assessment criteria to produce the best alternative ranking. The results of the calculation using the WASPAS method produced different preference values (Qi) for each student alternative. The highest score was obtained by Ilyas Ramadhanu with a Qi of 0.6899, followed by Binar Sembiring with a Qi of 0.5963, and Dimas Dwi Andika with a Qi of 0.5790. The lowest value was obtained by Adit Rahmazi with a Qi of 0.3852.
