Abstract

Background: Petani mileneal dikenal sebagai petani yang berusia 18-55 tahun, di Kabupaten Aceh Utara Petani Mileneal khususnya di Desa Lhoksukon sangat meningkat pesat di tahun 2023. Para petani mileneal mengalami kesulitan dalam hal pemasaran dan hal pemantauan pertanian mereka secara jarak jauh dan realtime contohnya dalah pemantauan tata kelola air, dan penyiraman tanaman. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah dapat meningkatkan minat para petani dalam pertanian guna menjadikan para petani mileneal maju dan mandiri dan tercapainya ketahanan pangan di Aceh Utara. Metode: Mitra yang menjadi kegiatan ini adalah 100 petani milleneal di Desa Lhoksukon serta Pemerintah Daerah Aceh Utara. Observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner dilakukan untuk pengumpulan data. Workshop, pelatihan, penyuluhan, dan pedampingan kepada petani dilakukan selama 4 bulan. Hasil: Adanya efesiensi jalur distribusi serta pengurangan biaya, peningkatan penjualan produk sebesar 30% dalam tiga bulan pertama penggunaan aplikasi ASSA, biaya produksi berkurang hingga 10%, pengiriman produk menjadi lebih cepat, sehingga produk masih segar saat sampai ke konsumen. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan petani dibidang pemasaran digital, memperluas akses pasar dan penjualan produk, optimalisasi dalam jalur distribusi, dimana hal ini dapat berkontriusi signifikan terhadap ketahanan pangan di Aceh Utara.

Abstract

Puskesmas Dewantara terletak pada wilayah Kampus Utama Universitas Malikussaleh. Yang kita ketahui saat ini mahasiswa di kampus Universitas Malikussaleh sebagai cerminan Indonesia mini yang diisi oleh mahaiswa dari sabang hingga marauke. Hal ini menjadi landasan bahwa perlu adanya optimalisasi pelayanan kesehatan sebagai inovasi pelayanan publik dengan pemanfaatan website sebagai media penyampaian suatu informasi yang terpercaya kepada masyarakat secara umum. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini ialah mendorong pemanfaatan inovasi teknologi informasi dalam program pembangunan desa untuk mendukung terwujudnya smart village pada lingkup pelayanan publik dari optimalisasi pelayanan kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyelesaian masalah ini ialah dengan observasi, koordinasi serta teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif. Hasil inovasi yang diberikan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Malikussaleh yaitu berupa Website kepada mitra yaitu UPTD Puskesmas Dewantara sangat diterima karena ini menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang tepat bagi inovasi yang belum mereka miliki baik bagi peningkatan mutu akreditasi instansi.

Abstract

Health is the most important thing that must always be considered because if health deteriorates then every activity will definitely be difficult to do, but not infrequently due to some conditions we have to fall sick and even have to get intensive care so that it requires further supervision from the hospital or hospital. Puskesmas, especially for elderly family members who require special care and attention. Health monitoring applications in the elderly provide convenience for families in caring for the health of family members who are elderly and also make it easier for the hospital to see progress data from patients. This research is in the stage of making the availability of real-time monitoring features from the puskesmas or hospital in the future and some features are available and there are some real-time medical record features so that the hospital can find out the health history of the patient in real time. The purpose of this research is to implement and build an application for Health Monitoring in the Elderly at High Risk with an Android-Based Genetic Algorithm. then apply the genetic algorithm method in determining health in high-risk elderly. The menu on the application includes patient data, consultation page, examination results page, doctor data, patient data, type of disease, medical records, handling, complaints page, patient profile page, healthy food page. Furthermore, it makes it easier for families and hospitals to treat patients because there are medical record features and Android-based high-risk elderly patient monitoring features. Then the results of this study are smartphone-based health application technology for health surveillance applications in the elderly based on Android. The last is to make it easier for family members and the puskesmas in conducting health surveillance of the elderly

Abstract

Cultivation of food crops has a significant role in the lives of Indonesian citizens, especially to fulfill their daily food needs. Efforts to cultivate rice plants often face obstacles, one of which is in ensuring the suitability of the soil, therefore the determination of the land at the planting stage or the land to be selected is not suitable land (unproductive), so that agricultural yields will not be maximum and will cause losses (financial). which is pretty big. The goal to be obtained in the concept of a classification system for the level of feasibility of rice plant land is to make it easier for farmers, residents and governments to make decisions by determining the feasibility of rice plant land. The method used in the classification system for decision support is the Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor testing methods for comparison in efficient decision making. In rice, it is adjusted by calculating the value of criteria such as land characteristics, namely air temperature, rainfall, humidity, soil texture, pH, drainage and soil height. The results help farmers to make it easier to analyze land conditions for rice plants and increase rice production yields in North Aceh Regency

Abstract

Background: Dengan komiditi hasil panen dan luas area lahan pertanian yang cukup luas di Desa Ulee Pulo Kecamatan Dewantara Aceh Utara, banyak permasalahan yang menjadi situasi yang ada di daerah Desa Ulee Pulo Kecamatan Dewantara. Salah satunya adalah minimnya kemampuan petani dalam berwirausaha terhadap hasil pertaniannya, dan petani banyak menjual hasil pertanian ke tengkulak. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu penerapan IPTEKs di Masyarakat dalam penggunaan teknologi dengan produk berupa aplikasi  marketplace untuk pertanian dengan nama aplikasi BS (Buying and Selling) Farmers. Metode: Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah petani-petani yang ada di Desa Ulee Pulo Aceh Utara, dengan berjumlah sebanyak 30 petani. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu disfusi ipteks, pedampingan, pelatihan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Teknik pengambilan data observasi dan wawancara. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini tersedianya aplikasi BS (Buying and Selling) Farmers yaitu sebagai penerapan Ipteks dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada petani untuk meningkatkan promosi dan pemasaran hasil pertanian di Desa Ulee Pulo Aceh Utara. Sehingga para petani dapat memasarkan secara langsung hasil pertanian yang telah mereka hasilkan kepada pasar dengan cepat dan akurat. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan Pengabdian ini meningkatkan daya saing pasar sebanyak 5% dan para petani menjadi cakap teknologi dikarenakan adanya aplikasi BS (Buying and Selling) Farmers dalam kegiata pemasaran dan promosi hasil pertanian.

Abstract

The problem faced today is the lack of nutrition for children which causes stunting. One way to prevent stunting problems is to provide input to the community in Aceh for the importance of providing adequate nutrition for children. This study classifies toddlers who are identified as stunting with the K-NN model technology which is modeled in machine learning, the results are grouped. The purpose of this study was to determine the detection of malnutrition in toddlers and to classify data on malnutrition in toddlers using the k-means clustering method and the system that was built could be used as a reference to monitor the growth and development of children. Then in classifying malnutrition in children based on the results of the nutritional status criteria in toddlers, it can be known based on the index of Body Weight for Age (W/U), Height for Age (TB/U), and Weight for Height (W/TB). by entering data values ??from weight, height and gender of toddlers. The purpose of this study was to determine the detection of malnutrition under five at the Cut Meutia Hospital Kab. North Aceh. The process in the initial data analysis of Mr. ID, baby's name, gender, age, weight (kg), height (cm), the data to be classified for training data are 40 children in each region / village. In the assessment of nutritional status, it is classified as Malnutrition less than 3 SD or 70%, Malnutrition - 3 SD to < - 2 SD or 80%, Good Nutrition -2 SD to +2 SD, Over Nutrition >+2 SD. The results of the final score obtained are euclidean distance with a value of 1.3 with a ranking of malnutrition, age 1.6 months, weight (weight) 0.852, TB (height) 4.556 with euclidean distance with a value of 1.3 with a low ranking. For the second test data, age is 2.8 months, BB (weight) 0.222, TB (height) 4.556 with Euclidean distance with a value of 1.3 with a good rating of 0.778. The results of this study can be classified in children to children for each region in each region, village and sub-district of each Puskesmas in North Aceh Regency

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan elemen penting bagi mahasiswa, khususnya di Lhokseumawe, di mana layanan transportasi online yang ada belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan Qanun No. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Hukum Jinayat, terutama terkait interaksi antara pengemudi dan penumpang yang berlainan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi transportasi online berbasis syariah yang memungkinkan pemilihan pengemudi sesuai jenis kelamin. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Design Thinking (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Testing), dengan evaluasi User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan skor positif pada aspek Attractiveness (2,16) dan Efficiency (2,10) (Excellent), Dependability (2,03) (Excellent), Perspicuity (1,80) dan Stimulation (1,68) (Good), serta Novelty (1,05) (Above Average). Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa desain UI/UX aplikasi telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna sekaligus selaras dengan nilai-nilai Islam dan budaya setempat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan layanan transportasi yang lebih inklusif dan sesuai syariah.

Abstract

An Augmented Reality application for detecting pests and diseases in rice and corn has been developed to overcome the limitations of visual identification in the field, which still relies on subjective interpretation by users. This system utilises image processing and AR overlay based on smart farming to classify symptoms in real time, improving the precision of diagnosis and consistency in control decision-making. This study aims to design, implement, and evaluate the performance of an augmented reality (AR)-based smart farming system for the visual and interactive detection of pests and diseases in rice and corn crops. The research method uses an evaluative approach by assessing the performance of the Augmented Reality system in the field based on detection accuracy, operational reliability, and the suitability of the results to the predetermined performance indicators. Testing was conducted in Gampong Releut Barat, Dewantara District, North Aceh. The results showed that pest and disease detection accuracy increased from 42.4% to 66.7%, with a system response time of <2 seconds, accompanied by an 18% reduction in crop damage and a 24% increase in productivity, confirming the reliability of the system for field diagnosis. This achievement is significant because it meets the operational performance threshold for smart farming and demonstrates the system's readiness for adoption as an Augmented Reality-based decision support tool at the farmer level. The research conclusion indicates that Augmented Reality-based smart farming has the potential to improve detection accuracy, control efficiency, and crop productivity as a support for precision agriculture and sustainable village food security.

Abstract

Motorcycle-based couriers play an essential role in urban logistics due to their flexibility and efficiency in congested environments. However, limited vehicle capacity combined with simultaneous delivery and pickup activities makes route planning a complex optimization problem. This study addresses the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem with Pickup and Delivery (CVRPPD) for motorcycle couriers by incorporating traffic congestion and weather conditions into the travel cost model. A Tabu Search metaheuristic is proposed to optimize routing decisions while simultaneously determining the optimal number of vehicles under a dynamic load constraint. The objective function is formulated using a lexicographic approach, prioritizing the minimization of the number of vehicles followed by the minimization of total travel cost, which is influenced by distance, traffic level, and weather condition. Computational experiments were conducted on a dataset consisting of one depot and 50 customers, with a maximum vehicle capacity of 30 kg. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach consistently identifies an optimal solution using five motorcycles, which corresponds to the theoretical lower bound derived from total pickup demand. All customers are served exactly once without violating capacity constraints, and the maximum vehicle load reaches the allowable limit of 30 kg. The total travel cost obtained is 1316.262, indicating efficient route construction under dynamic environmental conditions. These results confirm that Tabu Search is an effective and robust approach for solving CVRPPD in motorcycle-based urban logistics, particularly when realistic operational factors such as traffic congestion and weather variability are considered.

Abstract

Pembangunan perumahan beserta sarana dan prasarananya perlu mendapatkanprioritas mengingat tempat tinggal merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar (basic needs) (Maslow). Dalam lingkup pembangunan, masyarakat merupakan pelaku utama pembangunan tersebut. Mengarahkan, membimbing, dan menciptakan suasana yang menunjang pembangunan adalah kewajiban pemerintah Pada penelitian ini, penulis akan mensimulasikan bagaimana merancangan dan mengaplikasikan perangkat lunak system pendukung keputusan untuk pembangunan kompleks perumahan dengan algoritma Tsukamoto. Yang memiliki tujuan untuk merancangan perangkat lunak sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pembangunan kompleks perumahan di daerah Aceh dengan algoritma Tsukamoto dengan bahasa pemograman Java.
