Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and employee performance. This research was conducted on permanent employees of the Faculty of Economics, Bandung Islamic University. The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires, processed using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study show that organizational culture has no significant effect on performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on performance and OCB, finally, OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract The Regional General Election Commission (KPUD) of Bandung City always provides news releases to the mass media regarding the implementation of its work program. To make a news release requires expertise in making news press releases according to journalistic rules. The purpose of this community service is to provide news writing training to the public relations staff of the Bandung City Election Commission. This training method was carried out in the Bandung City KPUD meeting room, attended by 20 participants. The implementation of the training began with the provision of general material on public relations, the rules of writing press releases, straight news news, discussions, and exercises. The result of this community service activity is that the speaker explained the role of public relations, strightnews, the relationship between public relations and mass media. In the discussion session, the presenters asked the participants' understanding and expertise in making news releases, as well as the obstacles they faced. Most of the training participants claimed to have understood and had the ability to make news releases for the mass media, while a small portion admitted that they did not really understand. This press release writing training is expected to increase the participants' understanding and expertise in making news releases for the mass media.  Keywords: Jurnalitic news; mass media; news; Press release.  AbstrakKomisi Pemilihan Umum Dearah (KPUD) Kota Bandung selalu memberikan release berita kepada media massa berkenaan dengan pelaksanan program kerjanya. Untuk membuat release berita tersebut memerlukan keahlian dalam membuat press release berita sesuai kaidah jurnalistik. Tujuan pengadian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan menulis berita kepada staf Hubungan masyarakat KPUD Kota Bandung. Metode pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di ruang pertemuan KPUD Kota Bandung, diikuti 20 peserta. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dimulai dengan pemberian materi umum mengenai humas, kaidah penulisan press release, berita stright news, diskusi, dan latihan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah, pemateri memaparkan mengenai peran humas, strightnews, kaitan kerja humas dengan media massa. Pada sesi diskusi pemateri menanyakan pemahaman serta keahlian para peserta dalam membuat release berita, serta kendala yang dihadapinya. Sebagian besar peserta pelatihan mengaku sudah memahami dan memiliki kemampuan membuat release berita untuk media massa, sementara sebagian kecilnya mengaku belum terlalu memahami. Pelatihan menulis press release ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan pemahaman serta keahlian para peserta dalam membuat release berita untuk media massa.Kata-kata kunci: Berita; berita jurnalistik; media massa; press release.

Abstract

Human wants are limitless. Primary needs, secondary needs, and tertiary needs are the three sorts of needs that humans have. All of these requirements, especially basic requirements, are critical to human survival. The fundamental necessities themselves are food, clothing, and shelter, i.e. the need for important goods like clothing, food, and shelter. The most crucial element is the necessity for a place to live, a place to dwell or what we often refer to as home, as a place for us to take refuge and socialise with the environment. As a result, many people desire a suitable place to reside. This study took a quantitative approach, with 195 persons chosen utilising the Accidental Sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis reveals that all independent factors (product quality and price) have a positive effect on purchase intent.

Abstract

Berita-berita yang dipilih oleh media yang satu akan berbeda pengemasannya dengan media yang lain. Perbedaan pengemasan berita akan menyebabkan adanya perbedaan ideologi yang dianut oleh suatu media. Di dalam berita yang sama dapat dimaknai dan didefinikan berbeda. Tingginya jumlah pejabat pemerintah yang melakukan korupsi menyebabkan kurangnya kepercayaan kepada pemerintah. Korupsi adalah masalah global yang meresap dengan efek merugikan pada kinerja ekonomi, stabilitas politik, dan integrasi masyarakat (Hellman, Jones, Kaufmann, & Schankerman, 1999; Mauro, 1995; Nye, 1967). Tidak hanya memiliki efek pada stabilitas politik tetapi juga memiliki efek pada kinerja ekonomi dan integrasi sosial. Peneliti memilih media daring Detik.Com dan Kompas.Com karena kedua media adalah merupakan referensi utama bagi orang-orang Indonesia untuk mencari berita. Selain itu, kedua media dikategorikan sebagai media online terbesar oleh Alexa. Tribunnews.Com menduduki peringkat pertama, peringkat kedua diduduki oleh Detik.Com, dan ketiga diduduki Kompas.com. Tribunnews.Com tidak menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini karena Tribunnews.Com memiliki sub situs di setiap provinsi, sehingga menjadikan Tribunnews.Com sebagai situs yang paling dikenal oleh masyarakat. Peneliti dalam penelitian ini ingin mencari perbedaan framing antara media daring Detik.Com dan Kompas.Com dalam menyajikan berita tentang penangkapan Setya Novanto dalam kasus korupsi E-KTP. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis framing. Analisis framing yang digunakan adalah analisis framing Robert N. Entman. Menurut Entman (1993) framing dalam berita dilakukan dengan empat cara, yaitu: (1) Pendefinisian masalah; (2) Memperkirakan masalah atau sumber masalah; (3) Membuat keputusan moral ; (4) Menekankan penyelesaian. Obyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberitaan seputar penangkapan dan penetapan tersangka Setya Novanto oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi. Peneliti meneliti berita penetapan dan penangkapan Setya Novanto oleh KPK mulai dari tanggal 10 – 20 November 2018 karena penangkapan Setya Novanto terjadi pada tanggal tersebut.

Abstract

The challenge in preventing violence against children in society is the failure of laws that prohibit all forms of violence against children, the law is silent, and its enforcement is often inadequate. Likewise, social attitudes and cultural practices forgiving violence against children, lack of knowledge about good parenting patterns, legal knowledge about violence against children, understanding and causes of violence against children.Until March 2021, there were 40 reports of cases of violence against children and women in Bekasi City (2), by looking at these data, it is necessary to carry out community-based child protection socialization at the sub-district level in Bekasi City.Cases of sexual violence against children still dominate in Bekasi City compared to other cases. The Bekasi City Women and Children Protection Empowerment Service (DPPPA) stated that even out of 75 cases of child violence handled from January to July 2019, around 30 percent were sexual crimes against children. The perpetrator is the closest person to the victim's family.The method of implementing community service is through socialization to cadres in Bantar Gebang and Cikiwul Villages for the next cadres to continue to the community in their environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Nurul Ulum and analyze the factors that influence it. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative research type using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research data were collected using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Nurul Ulum can be said to be quite good in terms of the indicators of the implementation of the maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure, namely coordination, motivation, communication and direction. The implementation that has been carried out has been considered quite good although there are still shortcomings in the implementation of the maintenance of these facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, in the implementation of the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, it should be further improved in order to achieve the previously planned goals. The supporting factors for the implementation of the maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure are school facilities, recording of facilities and infrastructure, the role of school committees, and teacher involvement. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of budget, limited human resources in accordance with their fields, and goals that are less focused.
