Abstract

To reduce unconsistenly of nutrition sensor data, an analysis which consists of mathemathical model and new control technique is required. In this paper, a simulation of smart garden is performed to simulate a smart green campus. However, the problem appears in this activity, the data form sensor is not consistent and it may harm the plant because sometime the plant may get a much nutrition and another time the plant will get less nutrition. Our propose is on the sensor circuit, we use additional circuit to our TDS meter so the data is normalized using this circuit.

Abstract

One aspect of learning media technology sustainability is the level of user acceptance of the learning media itself. It is related to the user loyalty or willingness to continuously use the learning media application. For primary school age children, analyzing the level of acceptance of learning media using the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) is challenging. In its application, the formulation of the questions is carried out in a simple way therefore children can understand each meaning of the questions. In this study, the object of technology used is a mixed reality-based learning application, which contains introduction to Indonesia Native fauna material. To ensure that the inter-view questions meet the children’s psychological, the reliability and validity measure were taken as the initial step. Secondly, hypothesis testing was carried out to analyze the children behavioral intentions based on the variables contained in UTAUT. The results of this study indicate that students do not find difficulties in using this mixed reality-based learning media application, both on the technical and psychological (techno-stress) sides.

Abstract

Road accident has been serious case in Indonesia, the big number of the cases is not decreasing for six years. Many ways have been done, one of example is exploiting smart camera or CCTV to observe mocement estimation explicitly or implicitly. One problem is when explicit-based technique is applied, the computation process would take more resource. Implicit-based technique like exploitting processing-based frequency domain must be tried to make a better study and produce more knowledge in this study field. Color magnification can helpful information to support better movement estimation. This eulerian-based technique may be the one useful method to help this study. This paper implements eluerian video magnification to get color magnification on road as observed environment. This technique produces unexpected result that unknown black color appears, it still ambiguous because some scene can be described as black color object magnification result and another is shocking camera effect so that the technique is difficult to obtain color magnfication result. PSNR results quite better value because in spite of color magnification result distraction, the scenery of the road is not covered fully. SSIM shows that some mapping in each video data can not results same pattern, it is suspicious that SSIM mapping is affected by this color magnification result.

Abstract

Internet of things (IoT) application needs to be evaluated to gain better improvement and innovation. The evaluation can be examined from user acceptance. The unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) can be used as a model to identify user acceptance in using technology, including IoT application. However, the ease of use of technology must be included, so the determining of easy of use from negative aspects must be included, so the 5th hypothesis of UTAUT (hindering condition) must be included. Before this hypothesis is formulated and included in evaluation by the user, obtaining data to identify the real condition of the user is performed using forensic analysis and ACO based classification. To evaluate this activity, this 5th hypothesis is measured by reliability and validity test, also hypothesis testing itself.

Abstract

Malaria is one of the serious diseases that require rapid handling, otherwise it can lead to death. One of the causes of malaria parasites is plasmodium falciparum which can cause severe or fatal malaria. Handling a medical late can increase the risk of death. Therefore, it takes a rapid identification system with a high percentage of accuracy to reduce the risk of death. This research aims to build an identification system of plasmodium falciparum in thick blood film using Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The GLCM is used to get texture feature values such as contrast, correlations, energy, and homogeneity from images. Those values is processed and as an input of classification using SVM. The research result using SVM for accuracy value of  plasmodium falciparum identification can reach 93.33%.

Abstract

Analysing basketball player movement is not performed conventionally recently. Combining science and technology in sport has made a great impact. Basketball player movement analysis using latest technology can achieved by many ways such as retrieving information from video. A video that contains basketball match can be valuable resource to be analysed by computer vision technique. Player movement estimation can be separated into two categories such explicitly or implicitly. Player movement estimation that is performed implicitly is assumed more efficient than explicitly one, but in consequent, it has exploiting series computation like Lagrangian or Eulerian to the pixel color value and it is not easy to be seen by human visual system. This paper uses Eulerian series because of its succest in the previous research activity that called eluerian video magnification technique. That technique is implemented to basketball player in the field and it is not easy task because it is the object is formed as group in certain environment.
