Abstract

The purpose of researche is to know the effect of store atmosphere and price discount on impulse buying with intervening variable is positive emotion of fashion product (study on consumer Ramayana Plaza Andalas Padang city). This research used causative form, the population in this research were society of Padang. The sample of this research as many 100 respondents that choose by using purposive sampling technic with consideration consumer impulse buying fashion product in Ramayana Plaza Andalas. It used primary data that obtained through distributing questionnaires to people in Padang with particular criteria. Analysis method was used is path analysis with SPSS 16. The result of this research shows (1) store atmosphere has significant effect and positif on impulse buying, (2) price discount has significant effect and positif on impulse buying, (3) store atmosphere has significant effect and positif on positive emotion,(4) price discount has significant effect and positif on positive emotion,(5) impulse buying has significant effect and positif on positive emotion,  (6) store atmosphere has significant effect and positif to impulse buying with variable intervening as positive emotion (7) price discount has significant effect and positif to impulse buying with variable intervening as positive emotion. Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) The effect of the product on buying interest, (2) The effect of prices on buying interest. This type of research is causative. The population in this study was the people of Padang City who knew about Cimory's products. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The data analysis technique uses descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. The hypothesis is tested by F test and t test at α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Product has a significant effect on buying interest, (2) Price does not significantly influence buying interest.Keyword: Buying Interest, Product, Price

Abstract

thecompetition intransportation services industry, especially in theonline transportaffect customer satisfaction and loyalty through variable pricing and quality of service. Competition inonline transport makes TBI Go-jek percentage decline. This study was conducted to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer loyalty Go-jek with satisfaction variable as a mediating variable in Padang State University student. Associative type of research is quantitative. Padang State University student who had used the Go-jek is a population in this study with the sampling technique used purposive sampling.The samples used were 100 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation with the Likert scale ratings to measure the respondents' answers. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SPSS version 21.0.The results of this study indicate that partial price and service quality affects customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction further partially significant effect on customer loyalty while price and service quality partially no effect on customer loyalty. Go-jek suggested creating a strategy that can improve customer satisfaction and moving obstacles.Keyword: price and,  service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product attributes and price on brand switching on Samsung smartphone products at Padang State University. This research used causative form.The population in this research were students of State University of Padang. The Number of samples were decided base on William Cochran's. As many as 100 people and were chosen by using non probability sampling method and purposive sampling technic.Data were used is primer data were provided through questionnaire shared to students of State University of Padang based on predetermined criteria. Analysis method was used is multiple regression by using spss 26. The results showed that (1) product attributes had a significant effect on brand switching of Samsung smartphone products to other brands, (2) price had a significant effect on brand switching of Samsung smartphone products to other brands, (3) product attributes and prices had a significant effect on brand switching products Samsung smartphones to other brands. Keywords : product attributes, price, brand switching

Abstract

This reseachaims to analysze product’s innovation strategy at Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang. This reseach is a descriptive qualitative reseach. The data which are used in this reseach are primery and secondary data. The resources of the data are informen. The data of this reseach are collected by doing observation, interview and documentation. The data are analyzed qualitatively. The data of this research are validated by using source triangulation.The result of this research shows that Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang has not innovated all of their products attributes such as packaging, brand and guarantee. Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang has done innovation in term of motif and service. In the research the research find some obstacles at Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang. The obstacles are marketing, difficulties in finding raw materials, the lack of people’s knowledge about Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang difficulties in finding skillful employees in making batik, the uncompatible consumens demands and the lack of government’s attention.Keywords: Strategi, Innovation, Product, Batik Tanah Liek

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of product, price, promotion, place, physical evidence, employee, process, productivity and quality to decision of tourist visiting at Waterboom tourist object. This type of research is causative. The population in this study is all tourists who visit the tourism object that is Waterboom in Sawahlunto city. The number of research samples was determined based on Cochran formula of 100 people and was chosen by using accidental sampling technique. The data that are used are the primary obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to selected tourists. The analytical method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis through path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The product has a significant influence on the tourist visiting decision on Waterboom tourism object, (2) Price has no significant effect on tourist visiting decision at Waterboom tourist object, (3) Promotion has no significant effect on tourist visiting decision on Waterboom tourism object, (4) Place  has no significant effect on the tourist visiting decision on the Waterboom tourist object, (5) Physical evidence has a significant effect on the decision of tourists visiting the tourist object, that is Waterboom, (6) Employees have no significant effect on tourist visiting decisions on Waterboom tourist object, (7) The process has a significant influence on the decision of tourists visiting the tourist object that is Waterboom, (8) Productivity and quality significantly influence the decision of tourists visiting the Waterboom tourist object.Keywords: Visiting Decision, Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Physical Evidence, Employee, Process, and  Productivity and Quality

Abstract

This study aims to know and prove how much influence perceived trustworthiness, perceived risk, and perceived ease of use to purchase intention at online shop JD.id in Padang City.This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padang City. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 21.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Perceived trustworthiness has a positive significant effect on purchase intention (0,003<0,05), 2) Perceived Risk has not significant effect on purchase intention (0,665>0,05),  3) Perceived Ease Of Use has a positive significant effect on purchase intention (0,008<0,05).Keywords: Perceived Trustworthiness, Perceived Risk, Perceived Ease Of Use, Purchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to know 1) the influence E-Word of Mouth to E-Trust toward E-Purchase Decision Universitas Negeri Padang students on marketplace Lazada, 2) the influence E-Word of Mouth toward E-Purchase Decision Universitas Negeri Padang students on marketplace Lazada, 3) the influence E-Trust toward E-Purchase Decision Universitas Negeri Padang students on marketplace Lazada. The type of study is causal research. The population in this study are Universitas Negeri Padang students who once using marketplace Lazada. The sampling techniques using non probability sampling with purposive sampling method and sample size of 100 respondens by using the formula of Cochran’s. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of the path (path analysis) using SPSS version 21. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, trust and corporate image on customer loyalty of the Kurnia otobus (PO. Kurnia) company in the Padang-Medan route. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were all PO service users (passengers). Kurnia Padang-Medan route. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula with 100 respondents and selected by purposive sampling technique. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to Kurnia bus passengers with predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: (1) price, trust, company image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (2) price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (3) trust positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (4) company image positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: price, trust, corporate image, customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on the typical purchasing decisions of Padang City products. This research is a causative descriptive study. The population in this study were people who had used a special embroidery in Padang City using primary data. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is to use path analysis in the SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that: (1) the product has a significant positive effect on the purchase decisions of a typical City of Padang embroidery, (2) the price has a significant positive effect on the purchase purchase of typical City of Padang decisions, (3) the location has a significant positive effect on the purchase decision of Padang, (4) promotion does not have a significant effect on the purchase decision of a typical Padang embroidery.Keywords: products, prices, location, promotion, and purchasing decisions
