Abstract

This study aims to analyze parenting patterns in shaping children's morals in Krajan Hamlet, Glundengan Village, Wuluhan District, in 2024/2025. The background of this study is concern about the behavior of children who show symptoms of moral decline, such as lying, contradicting parents, and not practicing Islamic attitudes in everyday life. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of parents and children in the environment. The results of the study showed that the parenting patterns applied varied greatly, but the majority did not fully refer to the principles of Islamic education. Internal factors such as parents' busyness and lack of understanding in the family, as well as external factors such as environmental influences and digital media, are obstacles to the implementation of effective parenting patterns. This study emphasizes the importance of the active role of parents as primary educators and the need to strengthen moral values ​​in child care to create a generation with noble morals.

Abstract

                Siswa merupakan bagian didalam suatu lembaga pendidikan yang dimana terjadi proses belajar mengajar, proses belajar inilah didalam nya berisi tentang kewajiban sebagai siswa yaitu tugas sekolah tetapi tak jarang ada beberapa siswa yang tidak mengerjakan tugas sekolah, seperti sering bermain handohone, malas, lupa, tidak mengatur waktu dengan baik fenomena tersebut disebut dengan prokrastinasi yang dimana prokrastinasi adalah bentuk penundaan segala aktvitasnya dalam hal ini siswa menunda tugas sekolahnya, oleh sebab itu dalam penelitian ini peneliti ingin mengetahui apa faktor yang menyebabkan siswa tersebut melakukan perilaku prokrastinasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini ingin mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan siswa melakukan prokrastinasi, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran fiqih, waka kurikulum, dan siswa sebanyak tiga siswa yang punya pengalaman dalam hal prokrastinasi. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada guru  yang bersangkutan dan tiga siswa dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat beberapa penyebab siswa melakukan perilaku prokrastinasii diantaranya adalah karna sering bermain handphone, malas, lupa, tidak mengatur waktu dengan baik. Tentu masalah tersebut memerlukan penanganan lebih lanjut yaitu perlunya seorang guru berkoodinasi dengan guru untuk bisa memberikan pencerahan tentang bahaya prokrastinasi dan guru BK dapat memberikan pemahaman secara psikologis tentang bahaya prokrastinasi dan orang tua juga butuh ekstra pengawasan terhadap proses belajar  anak disekolah.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan merupakan pilar utama dalam membentuk generasi bangsa yang cerdas dan berakhlak mulia. Dalam konteks tersebut, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan ekosistem pendidik yang profesional, khususnya di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, yang diwujudkan melalui fungsi manajerial, supervisi akademik, dan pembinaan profesional, berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan kompetensi guru secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah yang visioner, komunikatif, dan konsisten dalam mengimplementasikan program peningkatan kompetensi guru mampu membangun budaya belajar yang kolaboratif, reflektif, dan berorientasi mutu. Dukungan kepala sekolah terhadap pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan—melalui pelatihan, komunitas belajar, dan evaluasi berkala—terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berperan sebagai katalisator utama dalam pembentukan ekosistem pendidik yang profesional di lembaga pendidikan Islam tingkat menengah. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional, kepala sekolah, ekosistem pendidik, profesionalisme guru, pendidikan Islam Abstract: Education serves as a fundamental pillar in shaping a generation that is intellectually capable and morally grounded. Within this context, the leadership of school principals plays a strategic role in cultivating a professional educator ecosystem, particularly in Islamic secondary education settings such as SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember. This study examines how transformational school leadership—manifested through managerial functions, academic supervision, and professional development initiatives—contributes to the continuous growth of teachers’ competencies. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that a visionary, communicative, and consistent principal, who effectively implements teacher development programmes, is able to foster a collaborative, reflective, and quality-oriented learning culture. Furthermore, the principal’s support for continuous professional development—through training, learning communities, and periodic evaluations—has proven effective in enhancing teaching quality. In conclusion, transformational school leadership functions as a key catalyst in shaping a professional educator ecosystem within Islamic secondary education institutions.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out to improve teachers' understanding of the Love-Based Curriculum (KBC) concept, and to help them design learning that is in accordance with the four main pillars, namely hablum minallah, hablum minannas, hablum bi'ah, and hubbul wathan, as well as to overcome implementation obstacles at the madrasah level. These four principles are the foundation for fostering harmonious relationships between humans and God, fellow humans, the environment, and the homeland. These obstacles include limited resources and resistance to change. This activity was implemented using training methods to strengthen teacher competency in implementing the Love-Based Curriculum and also teacher understanding of learning models in its implementation. All teachers have responded positively to this training. They understand that a love-based approach can be an effective strategy for building a more humanistic, character-based, and sustainable education. Thus, this training has contributed to implementing the love-based curriculum (KBC) which has been launched by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

The application of a learning method is very much needed by students, especially in Islamic Religious Education subjects which are often considered boring due to the lack of student involvement, therefore, a discussion method is needed that can create an active and effective learning atmosphere. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the discussion method in Islamic Religious Education subjects in improving the learning activities of 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Mayang. The research approach uses a qualitative with a descriptive research type, in this study the Islamic Religious Education teacher and 7th grade students became the research subjects. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed with the stages of data reduction and presentation, then conclusions were drawn so that an overview of the application of the discussion method in improving student learning activities was obtained. The application of the discussion method was carried out in several stages, namely, interactive lectures and interviews, where both stages can involve students in the learning process, train them to interact and communicate well. The existence of this method can improve student learning activities in understanding the material, daring to express opinions, express ideas, think critically and not passively. Student learning activities can increase because the teacher uses a discussion method that makes students involved in the learning process. Thus, the increase in student learning activities is closely related to learning methods, especially discussion methods that contribute to the learning process.

Abstract

The importance of maintaining the quality of Quranic memorization amidst the naturally elusive nature of memory. The primary challenge frequently faced by students (santri) at Rumah Tahfidz Al Kifach is the difficulty in balancing the addition of new memorization (ziyadah) with the retention of previously memorized verses (muraja’ah). This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the takrir (repetition) method as a solution to enhance students' memorization achievements. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicated that the implementation of the takrir method was highly effective in improving students' memorization outcomes. Through consistent repetition, students were able to transfer their memorization from short-term memory to long-term memory, rendering the memorization more fluent (mutqin) and less prone to forgetfulness. Furthermore, this method was proven to help students develop tongue reflexes and memory sharpness, thereby making the process of adding new memorization faster and more stable. This study concludes that the takrir method serves as the primary foundation in the learning system at Rumah Tahfidz Al Kifach, where discipline in repetition is directly proportional to the quality and quantity of memorization achieved by the students.

Abstract

Humans grow and develop in their environment. The environment is inseparable from human life. The environment always encompasses humans from time to time, so there is a reciprocal relationship between humans and the environment where the environment affects humans and vice versa humans also affect the environment. The environment also affects the development of students' creativity. The approach carried out in this study is a quantitative approach that focuses on the influence of the Islamic environment on the development of student creativity at the Bina Insan Cemerlang Integrated Islamic Junior High School Bondowos. This type of research uses a survey method. The research instruments that will be used by the researcher in this study are observation sheets that contain statements related to the variables of the Islamic education environment and questionnaires that contain statements related to the variables of Islamic character. The questionnaire to be used is first tested for validity and reliability with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 program. Instruments that have passed the validity and reliability tests can be used to collect data. The results of the data analysis show that the hypothesis proposed can be concluded, namely that there is a negative relationship between the free variable (X), namely the Islamic environment, and the bound variable (Y), namely the creativity of students at the Bina Insan Cemerlang Integrated Islamic Junior High School, with a correlation/relationship value (R) of 0.089. From these outputs, a determination coefficient (R Square) of 0.008 was obtained, which means that the influence of the free variable (Islamic environment) on the bound variable (Student Creativity) was 8%. Thus, to answer the researcher's question with the answer "there is an influence of the Islamic Environment on Student Creativity at the Bina Insan Cemerlang Integrated Islamic Junior High School, Bondowoso".

Abstract

This research was motivated by the ineffectiveness of the lecture method in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMPN 04 Genteng, particularly during afternoon class sessions that trigger student saturation and hinder the internalization of character values. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of transforming the learning method from the lecture pattern to the cooperative model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) in shaping students' religious character at SMPN 04 Genteng. The main problem raised is the low effectiveness of the lecture method during afternoon class sessions, which causes a decline in student focus and hampers the internalization of religious values. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research type focused on evaluating the learning process. Data were collected through in-depth observation, interviews with PAI teachers, and documentation of student character learning outcomes. The results show that the use of the lecture method during critical hours tends to make students passive and bored, making character values difficult to implement. Conversely, the application of the TSTS model proved effective in enlivening classroom dynamics through visiting and receiving guests activities that encourage students to actively move and communicate. This transformation significantly strengthened students' religious character dimensions, particularly in the aspects of responsibility, cooperation (ta'awun), and honesty. This study concludes that replacing the lecture method with the TSTS model is an appropriate managerial strategy to optimize the formation of students' religious character at school. Abstract

This study examines the learning outcomes of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyah in students, which can be related to the image of prophetic intelligence as an indicator. The paradigm of prophetic intelligence is closely related to the dimensions of intelligence. It can be understood as a continuation of the meaning of intelligence initially based on intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and collaboration into ESQ to prophetic intelligence. This perspective is closely related to the ideal desire that the purpose of education is not only intellectually intelligent but also emotional and spiritual and is currently popular with the term prophetic intelligence as an identity attached to the output produced. The balance of human/social dimensions with divine/religious dimensions is an inherent characteristic of the terminology of prophetic intelligence. This study aims to link the learning outcomes of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah as an image of prophetic intelligence to students as ordinary people. The basis of the research method used refers to a qualitative approach with research instruments in the form of a questionnaire with structured answer options. The study found that Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan learning can develop and improve on the human/social dimension, which includes tolerance, critical and creative attitudes, maturity in attitude, and communicativeness as an indicator of the image of prophetic intelligence that can be relied on several events in the life of the Prophet Muhammad such as Hudaibiyah agreement, laying of the Black Stone, and leadership in the state of Medina. As for the divine/religious dimension, the learning outcomes of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah, such as faith, understanding of the Qur'an, and the totality of implementation of the halal-haram aspects, although they have improvements and results, cannot be pinned on the dimensions of prophetic intelligence, due to differences in the position of students as ordinary people.
