Abstract

Education aims to improve the quality of human resources. One of the efforts to enhance the quality of education is by changing the learning patterns. In schools, the learning process still revolves around the teacher with a conventional model. Therefore, the learning pattern needs to be shifted towards student-centered learning. One of the efforts to improve students' learning outcomes is for teachers to implement a cooperative learning model, such as the Student Teams Achievement Division model. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of the Student Teams Achievement Division model on students' learning outcomes. The researcher used a quantitative research method with simple linear regression analysis by distributing questionnaires to 38 eighth-grade students. Based on the research results, it is evident that the influence of the Student Teams Achievement Division model on students' learning outcomes is 57.8%. Hence, 42.2% of students' learning outcomes are influenced by variables outside the scope of this study. In this research, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, indicating that variable X (the Student Teams Achievement Division model) significantly affects variable Y (Students' Learning Outcomes) by 57.8%, categorized as a strong influence.

Abstract

Discussion of education will not be separated from the core activity, namely learning. Therefore, in the teaching and learning process, various methods or learning models are delivered that aim to make it easier for students to absorb the knowledge delivered and be motivated to learn. One of the educational learning methods in Indonesia is Problem Based Learning (PBL), this method is also used in Islamic Religious Education subjects. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method on students' analytical abilities. The approach used is quantitative to collect and analyze data through numerical forms. The type of research uses a survey. This study will use data from observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The technique used for data analysis uses a simple linear regression technique so that SPSS chi square is needed to analyze it. Based on the results of the chi square analysis test on the data obtained by the researcher, it explains that the Pearson chi square value is 4.649 with a significance of 0.031 <0.05, indicating that there is a significant relationship between the PBL learning method and students' analytical abilities. The conclusion obtained based on the research conducted is that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning method on the analytical skills of students at SMAN 1 Glagah in the PAI subject, which means Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence is very important for human life. Efforts to develop this intelligence must start from the parents, because parents are the first to be known by a child, parents are the first madrasah for their child. Objectives: 1) What is the role of parents in developing children's spiritual intelligence in Gambirono Village, Gambirono Kulon Hamlet) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of parents in developing children's spiritual intelligence in Gambirono Village, Gambirono Kulon Hamlet. Method: The approach and type used in this research is descriptive qualitative field. The research subjects are: Parents, children, TPQ teachers, religious figures in Gambirono Village, Gambirono Kulon Hamlet. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, verification, while data validity uses technical triangulation and source triangulation. Conclusion: The role of parents is very important for human life, in developing children's spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to map the learning styles of students so that they can be found in 1 class what learning styles are owned by students and what learning methods are suitable for their learning styles. The method used is a mix method by combining the quantitative method of distributing questionnaires to identify students' learning styles and qualitative methods to describe learning methods that are suitable for each existing learning style. The results of this study show that there are 4 learning styles, namely visual, auditory, kinesthetic and mixed (auditory visual and visual kinesthetic). Learning methods that can be used for visual learning styles are: Learning videos, concept maps (Mind Mapping) and Visual presentations. For auditory learning style methods, namely: Class discussions and debates, podcasts and audio recordings and interactive lectures. For kinesthetic learning style methods, namely: Project-Based Learning, simulation and role-playing and field practice. And for mixed learning styles, namely: 1) visual auditory learning styles using multimedia presentation methods and interactive webinars. 2) the kinesthetic visual learning style uses 3D model and simulation methods and practical demonstrations.

Abstract

Religious moderation constitutes a popular terminology in the field of social and religious studies in Indonesia. The key point of this term concerns the manifestation of tolerance in social life, in addition to the equality of rights and humanity. The popularity of religious moderation is inseparable from the multicultural life of Indonesian society which is characterized with different religious beliefs. Muhammadiyah as a large religious organization in Indonesia has an important role and contribution in developing religious moderation in the life of many Muslims in the country. Many schools established by this organization have been designed and constructed on Islamic values as their philosophical basis for developing the curriculum. Hence, a number of subjects such as aqidah, akhlaq, and muamalah are always included as core content in these schools with the aim of fostering both knowledge and understanding of religion for students. The present study aimed thus to examine the influence of the dimensions of aqidah, akhlaq, and muamalah on students' religious moderation attitude in Muhammadiyah schools. The objectives of this study were simultaneously formulated in 4 hypotheses testing, 3 partial hypotheses, and one hypothesis. This research employed quantitative methods involving a multiple linear regression model. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire containing 40 questions on the Linkert scale. Respondents were 255 students from 3 Muhammadiyah junior high schools. The results showed that the hypothesis was partial in that only the dimension of aqidah showed a significant effect. As for the simultaneous hypothesis testing, the f-count value is 31.319 > f-table 2.64, with an influence value of 0.522 and a significant contribution of 27.2 percent on the R-square value.

Abstract

The terms al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan used by Muhammadiyah schools for learning Islamic religious education are in line with the educational objectives contained in the national education law. Developing the potential of students to have religious spiritual strength is a concrete form of achievement to be realized through the implementation of education. This context has an equivalent to the hierarchy of self-transcendence which is the final level of Maslow's theory of needs. This qualitative-based research with a case study uses a content analysis model on student answers in the form of a description with 1 single question. Respondents used as many as 379 students in Muhammadiyah schools at the junior high school level. The results showed that 53 students' answers lead to a desire to achieve the hierarchical dimension of self-transcendence which is reflected in changes in behavior. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the perspective of students learning al-Islam to achieve the ideal dimension, namely self-transcendence.

Abstract

Purpose – The complexity of Islamic religious education learning, with its dogmatic and doctrinal patterns, can be a driving factor in students' boredom and passive attitude toward learning activities. This context requires teachers to be able to innovate and be creative in designing active, innovative, creative, and fun learning plans. Steps that can be taken include using cooperative learning models, with various types of existing methods, such as Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS).Method – This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses percentages to determine the level of student perception of the learning model used.Findings – The results of the research prove that, from a student perspective, these two methods, which are part of the cooperative learning model, are very effective in improving student achievement and learning outcomes in Islamic religious education. The effectiveness of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) method from the student perspective reached 83.9 percent. The percentage value for the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) is 85.5 percent. Research Implications – Using the TSTS and STAD models, which are part of the cooperative learning approach, has very good implications for increasing the effectiveness of Islamic religious education learning in schools. The adaptive nature of these two models can bridge the characteristics of Islamic religious education, which has dogmatic and doctrinal aspects. The results of this research confirm that TSTS and STAD can concretely and effectively improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education.

Abstract

Teknik think pair share ( TPS ) membantu membangun keterampilan berpikir kritis, berkomunikasi efektif, serta berkolaborasi di antara siswa dengan mendorong siswa untuk berpatisipasi aktif dalam diskusi dan berbagi pemikiran, metode ini menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pertukaran ide – ide dan pemahaman yang mendalam di antara para siswa. Metode kooperatif ini yang sedang digunakan di SMPN 03 Purwpharjo. Tujuan dari pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode kooperatif teknik think pair share terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Pendekatan kuantitatif yang berjenis kausal komparatif dengan mengumpulkan data dengan membagikan kuisioner pada siswa sebanyak 38. Penelitian ini melewati 4 uji dari uji validitas, reabilitas, linieritas dan normalitas yang mana keempat uji ini diukur dengan aplikasi spss 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode kooperatif teknik think pair berpengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa sebesar 0.433 atau 43,3%. Disimpulkan bahwasanya hasil dari penelitian ini pada pengaruh metode kooperatif teknik think pair terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 43,3% yang berada dalam tingkatakn cukup berpengaruh.

Abstract

Increasing student learning activities requires effective learning. One learning strategy that can increase student activity is learning using the e-learning method. The PAI learning strategy at SMPN 03 Purwoharjo has implemented e-learning methods based on Google Classroom. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the e-learning method learning strategy can increase student learning activities in the field of study of Islamic religious education in class VII B at SMPN 3 Purwoharjo. The research conducted aims to determine learning strategies for e-learning methods in increasing student learning activities. The qualitative method is descriptive type by collecting three data through observation, interviews and documentation. There are three stages used to analyze data, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The triangulation technique was used to check the validity of this research. The results of this research are that the Google Classroom-based e-learning method learning strategy in increasing student activity at SMPN 03 Purwoharjo is quite effective and more conducive. The e-learning method based on Google Classroom media has a positive impact on the effectiveness of the learning achieved. Students are more enthusiastic and active in participating in learning activities, both in paying attention to explanations of lesson material, doing assignments, and having the courage to express experiences and opinions regarding lesson material.
