Abstract

Customer service plays a very important role in a business. In addition to the products or services offered by customers, they will also definitely assess the way employees serve them, customer services will not go unnoticed by customers. Business founders are obligated to provide product and services that are able to provide satisfaction to customers.Along with economic and technological developments as well as business competition, companies compete to be able to provide more satisfying products and services for customers.This is done in order to get new customers and retain customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The population used in this study is customers of BCA cabang Roxy Mas. Data collection methods using library research and field research. As for the analysis technique used in this study is multiple correlation coefficient analysis. The test results show that the variables used in this study have a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction of BCA cabang Roxy Mas. This indicates that the better the quality of service, the more customer satisfaction increases.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi otomotif mendorong kebutuhan material yang ringan, kuat, aman, efisien, dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memperluas wawasan mahasiswa vokasi mengenai karakteristik, keunggulan, dan penerapan material komposit pada komponen otomotif melalui kuliah tamu. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh Program Studi Teknologi Rekayasa Otomotif Fakultas Vokasi Universitas Negeri Malang melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, penyampaian materi pakar, diskusi interaktif, dan evaluasi. Sebanyak 30 peserta mengisi 10 butir angket menggunakan skala Likert 1–5. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata skor 4,42 dengan kategori sangat baik. Kegiatan berkontribusi terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai inovasi material, penerapannya pada komponen otomotif, serta kaitannya dengan efisiensi energi dan keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is an important component of the professional competence of automotive workers. This community service activity aimed to strengthen students’ knowledge of OHS implementation through an expert guest lecture entitled “Safety First: Strategies for OHS Implementation in the Modern Industrial Era.” The activity was conducted by the Automotive Engineering Technology Study Program, Faculty of Vocational Studies, Universitas Negeri Malang, using a contextual and reflective learning approach through problem orientation, an expert lecture, work-situation-based discussion, and evaluation. A total of 30 students completed a 10-item evaluation instrument using a 1–5 Likert scale. The evaluation results showed an overall mean score of 4.48, categorized as very good, with the highest score obtained for the relevance of the material to Automotive Engineering Technology (4.57). The activity contributed to strengthening students’ understanding of workplace risks, personal protective equipment (PPE), safe work procedures, safety culture, and readiness to enter automotive work environments.
