ABSTRACT: Training activities in West Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara, aimed at: (1) to provide understanding among the senior high school teachers in Mataram City west Nusa Tenggara related subjects popular scientific writing, and the publication in mass media; (2) to train the senior high school teachers in Mataram west Nusa Tenggara related writing variety of scientific popular, so that they have a skill in this field. Target by the people of this activity is the senior high school teachers in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara, as many as 20 people. The activity was done in two important matters that are strongly associated with the popular writing techniques, which is the characteristic of scientific writing popular and strategies pierce the mass media. These are the activities of 20 May 2017. Early sessions, participants related to the understanding of articles, articles and scientific articles are popular. Next session, teachers learned how to write the interesting and lure editor. Instructors peel completed how to make leads but also tempting editors to choose articles and puts it. Based on the results of the training, the scientific writing of the article a supporting an increase in professional competence. ABSTRAK: Kegiatan Pelatihan teknik menulis ilmiah populer bagi guru-guru SMA di Kota Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat, bertujuan: (1) untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada para guru SMA di Kota Mataram Nusa Tenggara Barat terkait aneka teknik menulis ilmiah populer, dan celah-celah publikasi di media massa; (2) untuk melatih para guru SMA di Kota Mataram Nusa Tenggara Barat terkait menulis ragam ilmiah populer, sehingga mereka memiliki keterampilan pada bidang tersebut. Khalayak sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah para guru SMA di Kota Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat, sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam dua materi penting yang sangat terkait dengan teknik penulisan ilmiah populer, yaitu karakteristik tulisan ilmiah populer dan strategi menembus media massa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama satu hari, yaitu tanggal 20 Mei 2017. Pada sesi awal, peserta diberikan pemahaman terkait apa itu artikel, artikel ilmiah dan artikel ilmiah populer. Pada sesi selanjutnya, para guru diajari bagaimana mengemas tulisan menjadi menarik dan memikat redaktur. Instruktur mengupas tuntas bagaimana membuat lead yang tidak hanya menarik, tetapi juga menggoda redaktur untuk memilih artikel dan menerbitkannya. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan yang sudah dilakukan didapat beberapa kesimpulan di antaranya para guru sudah memiliki pemahaman dan terampil menulis artikel ilmiah populer sebagai penunjang peningkatan kompetensi profesionalisme mereka.

This research is conducted to determine the process of how economic education shapes students’ learning creativity in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of AMOS 25 were employed as the method of research, while primary data was gathered through a survey using a questionnaire. The sample involved 120 students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The results show that (1) economic education significantly and positively affects digital economic literacy (2) economic education positively and significantly affects students' learning creativity (3) digital economic literacy positively and significantly affects students' learning creativity (4) digital economics literacy mediates positively and significantly the effect of economic education on students' learning creativity.Keywords: digital economic literacy, economic education, students' learning creativity, industrial revolution 4.0

This study aims to develop a model for leadership appointment positions in the Regional Government of Nusa Tenggara Barat. Using Yin multi case study method, data collection was carried out through observation, tracing and document analysis as well as in-depth interviews with informants consisting of two clusters (K-I and K-II). This research found that competence supports meritocracy, because the higher the competence, the better the meritocracy value. Meritocracy get the most dominant element, and political intervention has a negative role on employees and hinders the implementation of meritocracy, however, political functions in policy formulation and political control over the bureaucracy are needed. Local wisdom strengthens values of morality and integrity so as to fortify the unfair competition between civil servants and the discretion of regional heads. Talent management as urgent factor considering that more than half of the human resources are in a critical age. The study recommends developing a model for leadership appointment position with local wisdom and talent management elements that reinforce competence and meritocracy and inhibit political discretion towards superior performing leaders.

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemasaran digital bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Cisaat kecamatan Ciater, Subang, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Melalui PKM ini diharapkan produk UMKM di Desa Cisaat dapat cepat dikenal dan sampai pada konsumen yang berimbas pada peningkatan laba atau keuntungan produksi. Kegiatan berlangsung secara kondusif, di mana semua peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan dari awal hingga akhir kegiatan. Kendala yang dihadapi pada saat PKM di Desa Cisaat adalah ketidaktersediaan perangkat pendukung seperti sound system yang memadai, sehingga apa yang disampaikan oleh pemateri tidak didengar jelas. Kegiatan PKM berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan pemasaran UMKM berbasis digital di Desa Cisaat harus terus dilakukan sehingga keberlanjutan pendampingan bisa terus berlangsung dan dievaluasi. Kegiatan PKM perlu melibatkan lintas jurusan atau prodi. Bukan saja kolaborasi tersebut menghasilkan model yang lebih baik dan inovatif, akan tetapi juga lebih berkontribusi positif terhadap pengetahuan serta keterampilan pemasaran digital para UMKM di Desa Cisaat.

This paper traces how the Islamic values drive entrepreneurship education and intention for entrepreneurship, as well as examines the moderating role of the entrepreneurial mindset. We adopted structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) to gain detailed information on how the connectivity among variables. This study involved 381 students in several Islamic boarding schools who incorporated entrepreneurial practices. The findings indicated that Islamic values are highly incorporated with entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial mindset of Islamic boarding schools. This study also confirmed that there is a rigorously significant between entrepreneurship education, mindset, and students’ entrepreneurial intentions. Lastly, this paper notes that the mindset of entrepreneurship plays a pivotal role in mediating Islamic value and entrepreneurship education with regard to students’ entrepreneurial intention. This work offers Islamic values as a contextual factor that greatly influences the enhancement of Islamic boarding school students’ intentions.

The goal of this study was to ascertain how economic literacy and learning outcomes affected consumption. The research method employed quantitative surveys. The population of this study consisted of 686 students from SMAN 30 Jakarta, with 145 students from class XI IIS being the affordable population. Stratified Proportional Sampling Technique 101 respondents were counted by random sampling. The study used tests, questionnaires, and documentation as its sample methods. The data had a linear connection and was normally distributed, according to the analysis requirements test. The tolerance from economic literacy and economic learning result of the multicollinearity test is 0.538 0.01 based on the classical assumption test, and the VIF value is 1.85910. This study found that economic learning results and economic literacy had a significant detrimental impact on high school students' consumption behavior.

Escalating entrepreneurs is expected to provide more job opportunities that contributes in diminishing social and economic issues. This study aims to analyze the interconnectedness between teacher creativity and entrepreneurial intention as well as investigate the role of entrepreneurship education. This research adopted a descriptive correlational study that aims to analyze the nexus between variables using a quantitative approach study. This current study engaged primary data from an online questionnaire that was performed online to vocational students with five Likert scale choices. Furthermore, the statistical analysis was conducted using partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the use of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The outcomes of this study indicate that teacher creativity takes a crucial role in determining students’ intention of being entrepreneurs. These results imply that teachers’ creativity in classroom learning to inspire, motivate, and encourage students can support entrepreneurship education as well as students’ entrepreneurial intention. The basic rationale is that entrepreneurship education is subjected to several aspects including cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The integrity of these employees is important because Wantannas is an agency that contains employees from various institutions such as the TNI and Polri. Of course, with this difference, it is necessary to have a unified institution, namely Wantannas, regardless of the origin of the institution.This research aims to improve work integrity at Wantannas. To improve work integrity, this research examines the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and work motivation on work integrity at Wantannas. In this study, a sample of 115 Wantannas employees was used based on the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant effect on integrity in Wantannas. However, the findings of this study indicate that organizational culture has no significant effect on work discipline. Meanwhile, work motivation can have a direct effect on work discipline at Wantannas. Suggestions for further research are presented in this study So that further researchers can add other variables as intervening such as employee satisfaction

Kajian tentang literasi keuangan kaitannya dengan kewirausahaan berkembang sangat signifikan hingga saat ini. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengakses aneka sumber daya keuangan memungkinkan pelaku usaha untuk berinvestasi secara strategis guna mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Cibitung Tengah, Kecamatan Tenjolaya, Bogor, bertujuan mengedukasi pentingnya pemahaman keuangan atau literasi keuangan mereka. Selain itu, PKM juga dibarengi dengan bimbingan inklusi keuangan mengenai pemenuhan kebutuhan permodalan dan akses dana untuk kegiatan usaha para pelaku UMKM. Secara keseluruan, kegiatan PKM terlaksana sesuai target. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari animo peserta kegiatan yang sangat tinggi, sejak pembukaan PKM sampai dengan penutupan. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain: ketidaktersediaan perangkat suara yang sesuai, sehingga penyampaian materi tidak terdengar jelas oleh peserta, dan internet yang tidak lancar, menjadikan praktik online tidak berjalan efektif. Kegiatan PKM perlu melibatkan banyak pihak dari kalangan perguruan tinggi, maupun pemangku kepentingan terkait. Kolaborasi ini akan berkontribusi positif bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Cibitung Tengah, baik dari sisi kebijakan maupun pengembangan usaha.

Publication is one of the tridharma of higher education that can demonstrate the achievements of lecturers and enrich knowledge. However, many students still face difficulties in writing high-quality scientific papers and publishing them in national and international journals. To address this issue, the author conducted training using VOSviewer and Zotero applications to assist students in writing and publishing scientific papers. The results of the training showed an improvement in participants' knowledge and skills, and the participants expressed satisfaction with the success of the program. In conclusion, this training effectively enhances students' knowledge and motivation to publish their scientific work, and it is hoped that such activities can be conducted regularly to increase the number of student publications in reputable journals.
