Abstract

Environmentally Friendly Sustainable Development or Sustainable Development Goals is a policy program scheme agreed upon by world leaders to reduce poverty, inequality and end the impact of global climate change. This article discusses how the Sustainable Development Goals go hand in hand with Islamic development. The research method used in this literature review is descriptive qualitative. The study results show that the Islamic concept is in line/sustainable with the SDGs goals. Islam also has a way to fight poverty with zakat, fasting, and a simple lifestyle, providing equal rights between women and men and emphasizing that there is no equal position between the two; and orders humans to manage the environment wisely and maintain natural balance. Mobilizing the Islamic masses to help in achieving the SDGs as a form of their devotion to Allah SWT is a challenge for the government, community organizations and academics in socializing the SDGs and Sustainable Science to society and to higher education, especially Islamic religious universities (PTKI).

Abstract

Border infrastructure has an impact on trade and economic growth for communities living on the border. This method of investigation uses the study of literature by searching for references that fit the context of the research. The results of the research show that the improvement of the infrastructure in the border area has a significant positive impact on the volume of trade, with reduced logistics costs and improved efficiency of the flow of goods and services. Better infrastructure is strongly correlated with higher levels of foreign investment and closer regional economic integration. Further analysis shows that increased access to education, health care, and public services, catalysed by infrastructure investment, significantly contributes to economic and social development in the border areas. The research also found that strong border infrastructure increases economic resilience to external disturbances and drives long-term growth through economic diversification and innovation.

Abstract

This study evaluates the factors that influence the broad money of five ASEAN countries. Global economic uncertainty due to financial crises, geopolitical conflicts and pandemics has affected the region's economic stability. Central banks have a role in controlling broad money through monetary policy, but its effectiveness is affected by other factors such as GDP, interest rates and inflation. Moreover, the relationship between GDP growth, inflation, and interest rates with broad money is a major concern, as the trend of broad money growth in the 5 ASEAN countries continues to increase every year. The balance between broad money and price stability is crucial to prevent economic stress that could lead to a recession. Therefore, this study focuses on an in-depth analysis of the factors that influence money supply to help the government make decisions. The research sample consists of 100 data with five ASEAN countries, namely Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Malaysia with a time series of 2004-2023. This methodology uses a mixed approach, namely quantitative with secondary data from the World Bank & IMF with LSDV analysis. It was found that the adjusted r square value was 97%, which means that GDP, interest rates, and inflation used were able to explain the money supply of 5 ASEAN countries by 97% and 3% was influenced by other factors outside this study. GDP was found to have no significant effect while interest rates have a significant negative effect and inflation has a significant positive effect on the broad money of 5 ASEAN countries. The government is expected to better analyze the policies and actions taken, such as managing monetary policy wisely, especially in maintaining the stability of inflation and interest rates so that the money supply can be well controlled.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on research to the nineteenth, twentieth, and twenty-first as the main material for building research foundations, building hypotheses, and proving hypotheses in this study. The data used in this study is quantitative data that researchers obtain directly or are also commonly referred to as primary data obtained from Zuri Group hotel employees spread throughout Indonesia as many as two hundred and fifty employees. The data obtained by the researcher were distributed through an online questionnaire containing ten questions with five choices including the choice of strongly agree, the choice of agree, the choice of so-so, the choice of disagree, and the choice of strongly disagree. The data obtained by the researcher were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Human Resource Information System variable can have a positive relationship direction and significant influence on Employee Performance and the Resonant Leadership Style variable can strengthen the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance. The results of the second row of the third table above show that the Human Resource Information System variable can have a positive relationship direction and significant influence on Employee Performance can be accepted because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.004. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the Human Resource Information System, the higher the Employee Performance. In the next row, the Resonant Leadership Style variable can also moderate the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, more significant than direct testing of 0.004. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.
