Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan merupakan pilar utama dalam kehidupan manusia saat ini, dimana setiap manusia dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan dalam berpikir dan membangun kualitas yang baik sesama manusia terutama dalam daya saing.  Pengabdian ini mengatasi kelemahan pada literatur sebelumnya dengan merumuskan tiga tujuan khusus: 1) Menyediakan strategi pembelajaran berbasis videografi yang sesuai untuk diferensiasi; 2) Meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menghasilkan konten videografi interaktif di MGMP Kimia Kabupaten Bireun; 3) Mengembangkan model evaluasi yang mengukur efektivitas videografi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep kimia abstrak. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Universitas Malikussaleh dan SMAN 1 Bireuen mulai dari September sampai November 2024. Adapun tahapan pengabdian menggunakan metode FGD (Focus Group Discussion) dalam sosisalisasi, pelatihan model project based learning dengan 3 pertemuan, penerapan pelatihan menggunakan strategi blended learning dan hybrid learning. Kemudian pendampingan yang dilakukan dalam 3 sesi menggunakan strategi blended learning dan yang terakhir adalah evaluasi untuk meninjau hasil pengabdian. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu peserta MGMP mendapatkan respon positif dalam mempelajari seluruh materi pengaturan kamera hingga mampu mempraktikan secara langsung penggunaan kamera dalam pembelajaran diferensiasi. . Secara keseluruhan, penerapan pembelajaran digital berbasis videografi dalam Kurikulum Merdeka ini menunjukkan hasil yang positif, dengan tercapainya peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran yang adaptif dan relevan, serta mengoptimalkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep-konsep kimia yang abstrak. Kata kunci: kurikulum merdeka; pembelajaran digital; videografi. Abstract Education is a fundamental pillar in human life today, where every individual is required to possess the ability to think critically and build good quality relationships with others, especially in terms of competitiveness. This service addresses the gaps in previous literature by formulating three specific objectives: 1) To provide a videography-based learning strategy suitable for differentiation; 2) To enhance teachers' competence in producing interactive videography content within the MGMP Kimia in Kabupaten Bireun; 3) To develop an evaluation model that measures the effectiveness of videography in improving the understanding of abstract chemistry concepts. This community service program was conducted at Universitas Malikussaleh and SMAN 1 Bireuen from September to November 2024. The implementation stages followed a structured approach, starting with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for socialization, followed by training sessions on the Project-Based Learning model over three meetings. The training was implemented using blended learning and hybrid learning strategies. Subsequently, mentoring was conducted in three sessions utilizing a blended learning approach. Finally, an evaluation was carried out to assess the outcomes of the community service program. The results indicate that the MGMP participants received positive feedback while learning all aspects of camera settings, eventually being able to directly practice using the camera in differentiated learning. Overall, the implementation of videography-based digital learning in the Kurikulum Merdeka has shown positive results, with an increase in teachers' competence in managing adaptive and relevant learning and optimizing students' understanding of abstract chemistry concepts. Keywords: digital learning; kurikulum merdeka; videography.

Abstract

The National Education System in Aceh is organized in an Islamic and integrated manner to achieve educational goals. Initial research findings found several factors causing the less than optimal implementation of integrated education in Aceh, including: 1) minimal socialization, communication, and coordination between various stakeholders; 2) schools do not understand the concept of implementing integrated education; 3) there are no technical instructions; and 4) low participation of parents and the community with schools in supporting integrated education. Based on these problems, knowledge and skills are needed from schools in implementing an integrated education system based on Islamic, national and Acehnese values ​​as an educational model in Aceh. The concept of an integrated education model was then developed into an educational model that can be used by all schools in Aceh. In order for these problems to be overcome, a priority scale is needed in building and making changes in various aspects as part of educational reform, namely in the regulatory, professional aspects; and management aspects. The purpose of the research in the first year was to identify the potential and implementation of the implementation of integrated education in Aceh and the form of efforts by the Aceh Government in maximizing the implementation of integrated education as a reinforcement of the implementation of the independent curriculum using a SWOT analysis. This study uses a Mix Method approach using a descriptive method. The research stages were carried out by following The Exploratory Sequential Design. There is a sequence in the research stages, starting from qualitative research and continuing with quantitative. The priority of qualitative data collection and analysis was carried out in the early stages (first year). Building on the results of the exploratory analysis in the first stage, the researcher continued the next stage with a quantitative method to test or generalize based on initial findings. The researcher then interpreted how the results of qualitative research were built by initial findings (qualitative data). The results of the study have produced recommendations for a more objective and applicable integrated education implementation model as input in the framework of formulating education policies. The novelty in the study is a model for implementing education based on Islamic values, Pancasila and local wisdom of Aceh as a reinforcement of the independent curriculum which culminates in the creation of humans who have the strength of NATIONALISM, IPTEKS and IMTAQ in supporting Advanced Indonesia so that it will produce intelligent, healthy, brave and highly competitive human resources in the 4.0 era. The output of this research in the first year was 1 (one) scientific paper in an accredited national journal and 1 (one) article in a reputable international journal and 1 (one) intellectual property rights (IPR) ownership in the form of a research report.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education policy in elementary schools in North Aceh District, focusing on four key aspects: communication, resources, implementers' disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The subjects consisted of nine key informants, including officials from the Education Office, school principals, special education teachers, homeroom teachers, and school committee members from two inclusive elementary schools. The findings reveal that the implementation of the inclusive education policy still faces various challenges. Communication among stakeholders is not yet optimal, resources such as teaching personnel and facilities are still limited, the disposition of policy implementers is not supported by an adequate system, and the bureaucratic structure lacks proper coordination. The study identifies that the ineffectiveness of policy implementation is caused by a lack of socialization, training, incentives, and the fragmentation among schools. The study concludes that stronger policy integration, improved resource capacity, and reinforced bureaucratic structures are needed to achieve a high-quality and sustainable inclusive education system

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya informasi dari alumni seperti penempatan kerja, lama masa tunggu dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan, dan kesesuaian profesi kerja alumni. Data tentang kontribusi perguruan tinggi terhadap kompetensi yang ada di dunia kerja juga masih kurang sehingga diperlukannya profil lulusan Program Studi seperti besarnya tingkat daya serap lulusan di dunia kerja serta jumlah pengangguran lulusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase jenis pekerjaan dan kesesuaian profesi kerja dengan kompetensi lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Teknik Mesin, untuk mengetahui berapa persentase masa tunggu alumni, dan untuk mengetahui besar keberhasilan alumni setelah lulus dari Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Teknik Mesin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif evaluatif. Hasil penelitian Tracer Study jumlah alumni yang dapat terlacak 116 dari 116 alumni dengan persentase 100%. Masa tunggu alumni mendapatkan pekerjaan dalam waktu kurang dari 6 bulan dengan rata-rata 60%. Tingkat kesesuaian profesi kerja dengan bidang keahlian adalah 51% dengan latar belakang guru profesional SMK, pekerja industri, mekanik, praktisi pengelasan dan wirausahawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa jenis pekerjaan alumni yang sesuai dengan kompetensi lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Teknik Mesin adalah 51% dengan kategori sesuai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam memahami sistem dari cara kerja transmisi manual dengan menggunakan media alat peraga. Dikarenakan untuk media alat peraga transmisi manual tidak tersedia maka “peneliti” melakukan pembuatan media alat peraga tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui: (1) proses rancang bangun alat peraga sistem transmisi manual, (2) tingkat kelayakan dari media alat peraga transmisi manual, (3) respons siswa terhadap media alat peraga transmisi manual. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D). Instrumen yang digunakan ialah: Observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Metode penelitian ini meliputi potensi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, dan uji coba produk. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini ialah: validasi ahli materi dan validasi ahli media, analisis kualitatif persentase. Untuk menentukan alat peraga ini “layak” digunakan atau “tidak layak”, maka dilakukan validasi. Berdasarkan validasi dari kedua ahli media dapat disimpulkan hasil dari media alat peraga dapat digunakan hal ini telah terbukti berdasarkan skor yang diberi sebesar 97,91% dan 95,02% dengan persentase “sangat layak”. Dan hasil dari responden siswa terhadap media alat peraga transmisi manual mendapatkan skor 81.59% dengan persentase “layak”.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) at CV. Prima Nusantara as an effort to prevent workplace accidents and improve employee safety. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the implementation of SMK3 at CV. Prima Nusantara has been carried out effectively, as evidenced by safety policies, regular training, and the provision of personal protective equipment for employees. However, some challenges remain, including limited worker understanding of safety procedures and insufficient supervision in field practices. These results indicate that while SMK3 implementation is relatively successful in reducing potential accident risks, continuous efforts are still needed to strengthen workers’ awareness and compliance. This research contributes by providing practical insights into SMK3 implementation strategies within medium-scale enterprises, which can serve as a reference for vocational education institutions and practitioners in fostering a stronger safety culture in the workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) How schools contribute to improving the quality of education 2) How families contribute to improving the quality of education 3) How communities contribute to improving the quality of education 4) How is the synergy between schools, families, and communities in supporting the improvement of the quality of education. This research method uses qualitative research. The subjects of this study are schools, families and communities. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. While data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study indicate that the quality of basic education in Aceh Tamiang Regency can improve significantly if the relationship between elements of the Tripusat Pendidikan continues to be strengthened through a planned, trust-based collaboration strategy and supported by policies that facilitate educational partnerships.
