Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya. The method used is a quantitative approach with a reserch sample of 51 respondents from employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the leadership style felt by employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya had very good criteria. Organizational culture on employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya has good criteria. Simultaneously leadership style and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study first is to know how the intellectual intelligence, second is to know how performance, third is to find the influence of intellectual intelligence to the employee performance. Methodology in this research is explanatory research, the researcher does not only describe empirical facts found in the field, but also intends to analyze and explain the influence between variables. This research was conducted on Civil Servants in the Agriculture Service of Pangandaran Regency, which amounted to 47 people within eight months. The result in this research is Intellectual intelligence in the Agriculture Service of Pangandaran Regency includes a good classification. In this way the Pangandaran District Agricultural Service communicates intellectual intelligence through good numerical intelligence and deductive reasoning. The performance of Civil Servants in the Agriculture Service of Pangandaran Regency includes a good classification. The performance of Civil Servants is closely related to Intellectual intelligence. The results of the analysis show that Intellectual intelligence has a significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants in the Agriculture Service of Pangandaran Regency, so that the hypothesis is acceptable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the commitment and work environment will affect the engagement of YASBU Al-Qomariah Vocational employees. The research method used in this research is explanatory research. The use of this method is because the researcher does not only describe empirical facts found in the field, but also intends to analyze and explain the influence between variables. Data collection is obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study were employees of YASBU Al-Qomariah Vocational High School. Methods Analysis of the data used is the Multiple Regression Analysis, where data is processed with the help of SPSS. The results of testing the data using the regression equation showed the results of a positive and significant effect of commitment to engagement variables with a significant value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05, while the work environment was not significant with a value of 0.563.Keywords: Commitment, work environment, employee engagement.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan variabel biaya pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dalam meningkatkan volume produksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh langsung melalui wawancara dengan pemilik perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan data berkala dengan skala bulanan yaitu 36 bulan. Apa yang diteliti oleh penulis terdiri dari satu variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat maka alat analisis yang paling tepat adalah regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana diketahui bahwa biaya pengendalian persediaan bahan baku memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap volume produksi. Hali ini juga dapat dilihat dari data perusahaan bahwa setiap kenaikan pada biaya pengendalian persediaan bahan baku maka volume produksi juga mengalami peningkatan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat erat antara variabel biaya pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dalam meningkatkan volume produksi.Kata kunci: Biaya pengendalian persediaan bahan baku, volume produksiAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship between the cost of controlling raw material inventory variables in increasing production volume. The research method used is a qualitative method and the data used is secondary data obtained directly through interviews with company owners. In this study, sampling used a periodic data approach on a monthly scale, namely 36 months. What the writer examines consists of one independent variable and one dependent variable, so the most appropriate analysis tool is simple linear regression. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it is known that the cost of controlling raw material inventories has a significant effect on production volume. This can also be seen from company data that each increase in the cost of controlling raw material inventories, the production volume also increases. The calculation results show that there is a very close relationship between the variable costs of controlling raw material inventories in increasing production volume.Keywords: Cost of controlling raw material inventory, production volume

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis biaya bahan baku serta biaya tenaga kerja langsung pada CV Jamal Handycraft Rajapolah Tasikmalaya. Biaya bahan baku serta biaya tenaga kerja langsung secara simultan mempengaruhi biaya produksi pada CV Jamal Handycraft Rajapolah Tasikmalaya. Biaya produksi CV. Jamal Handycraft Rajapolah Tasikmalaya secara parsial dipengaruhi oleh biaya bahan baku serta biaya tenaga kerja langsung. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode hubungan kausal dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa, biaya produksi CV Jamal Handycraft Rajapolah Tasikmalaya secara simultan dipengaruhi oleh biaya bahan baku serta biaya tenaga kerja langsung, biaya produksi CV Jamal Handycraft Rajapolah Tasikmalaya secara parsial dipengaruhi oleh biaya bahan baku serta biaya tenaga kerja langsung.

Abstract

Tujuan utama yang ingin dicapai berkaitan dengan program Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna (PTTG) di Perumahan Bumi Asri Dirgantara adalah memberikan pemahaman perpajakan kepada subjek. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pajak dalam Manajemen Bank Sampah dan bagaimana tata cara pelaporan pajak dan pengisian laporan pajak untuk semua kegiatan Bank Sampah. Luaran dari Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah terbit di Jurnal Nasional tidak terakreditasi. Kata kunci: bank sampah, manajemen bank sampah.

Abstract

The reseach aim to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the promotion and brand image to the purchasing decision product yaki bread of tasikmalaya city. The methods used in this study is a quantitative methods with a survey.analysis of the data in this study used SPSS Version 26 software. The result showed that the simultaneous promotion and brand image had a significant role in the consumer purchasing decision yaki bread. Partially, the promotion has significant effect on the consumer purchasing decision yaki bread. Partially, the brand image has significant effect on the the consumer purchasing decision of yaki bread.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of CV. Sri Rasa. Respondents in this study were employees of CV. Sri Rasa. Based on the sample method, the total sample in the study was 37 respondents. In this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed was 37 copies and which could be returned and processed were 37 copies. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that compensation had no a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance and compensation and work discipline simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that when compensation and work discipline are high, employee performance increases.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Divisi Promotor CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya. Sampel yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya di Bagian Divisi Promotor yang berjumlah 39 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner, kemudian melakukan pengujian data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Divisi Promotor CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya. Ada pengaruh pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Divisi Promotor CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya. Ada pengaruh kompensasi dan pengawasan secara simultan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Divisi Promotor CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on non-manager employees performance at Amaris Hotel on Tasikmalaya City (Case Study on non-manager employees at Amaris Hotel on Tasikmalaya City). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 32 respondents who are a non-manager employee at Amaris Hotel on Tasikmalaya City. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially intellectual intelligence has an unsignificant influence on employee performance. Partially spiritual intelligence has a significant on employee performance.
