Abstract

This research is to describe how the Management of Madrasah Heads in Improving the Quality of Educators in Private Madrasah Aliyah Insan Kesuma Madani Namorambe Deli Serdang Regency is one way to develop the quality of teaching staff to improve the quality of educational institutions. Madrasah heads and teachers are free to take disinitiative and be creative in carry out the projected programs to achieve the set targets. Principal leadership is a way or effort to influence, encourage, guide, direct and mobilize teachers, staff, students and parents as well as other parties related to the madrasah to work together/play an active role in achieving the goals that have been set together. The type of research used is a type of qualitative research with a naturalistic approach. Collection of research evidensi obtained by observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The evidensi analysis step is to collect data, reduce evidensi and then conclude the data. To test the validity of the data, credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability were carried out. The findings of this study reveal three related findings regarding: 1) The strategy used by the madrasa head is to use the Normal-Reeducative Strategy approach, namely the process of innovation and training for parties with direct or indirect interest according to a certain time unit. 2) The madrasa head facilitates and encourages teachers in madrasas to be more productive, proactive in utilizing existing resources. 3) Readiness for pedagogic competence, readiness for personal competence, readiness for social competence, readiness for professional competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) dalam meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di MTs Al-Ihsan Medan, kewajiban kepala madrasah dalam Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah untuk mengembangan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di MTs Al-Ihsan Medan, faktor yang mempengaruhi penghambat dan Pendukung dalam pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) dalam menunjang sarana dan prasana pendidikan di MTs Al-Ihsan Medan Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksploratif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah swasta Al- Ihsan Jalan Jemadi No. 18.A. Pulo Brayan Darat-II. Kecamatan Medan Timur 20239. Adapun hasil penelitian hasil penelitian mengenai Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Sarana dan Prasarana di MTs Swasta Al-Ihsan Medan yaitu; 1) Pelaksanaan administrasi dana BOS di MTs Al-Ihsan Medan selama masa peredaran dan dana BOS tidak mengalami kendala serta sesuai pedoman khusus BOS untuk Madrasah; 2) Komitmen kepala sekolah pada dana bantuan oprasional Sekolah untuk membina lembaga dan kerangka kerja di MTs Al-Ihsan Medan Kepala Madrasah MTs Al-Ihsan Medan memiliki beberapa hal, yaitu persiapan, koordinasi, perolehan; 3) Pengelolaan dana BOS di MTs Al-Ihsan Medan tidak menemui kendala yang krusial.

Abstract

This research is to describe how Management Improves the Quality of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Kesuma LKMD Namorambe Deli Serdang Regency The development of madrasah quality is one of the duties and functions of the madrasah head as a leader is one of the determining factors in developing quality in madrasas. The principal of the madrasa as the highest leader in the school, the patterns and strategies in leading have a very large influence on the progress of the madrasa. Control over the use of existing resources in the madrasa by the head of the madrasa is by utilizing the facilities and infrastructure and resources in the madrasa. Collection of research evidensi obtained by observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The evidensi analysis step is to collect data, reduce evidensi and then conclude the data. To determine the validity of the data, it is necessary to check the validity of the data, including: credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Madrasah heads in developing the quality of madrasah required: Madrasah head performance, Adequate madrasah facilities and infrastructure, Increased teacher competence in madrasas, Student extracurricular activities. 2) Control of the madrasah head to develop the quality of the madrasah is needed: Control of education financing, Scheduled and unscheduled controls, Control of facilities and infrastructure. Madrasa quality assurance carried out by madrasa heads in improving the quality of madrasas are: Education report cards, Student Graduate Improvement, Teacher Career Improvement.

Abstract

Dalam lembaga pendidikan, manajemen sumber daya manusia harus selalu dilakukan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan standar pengajaran yang diberikan oleh lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Namun, masih banyak lembaga pendidikan yang gagal mengelola sumber daya manusianya secara memadai, sehingga kualitasnya rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan merupakan jenis penelitian studi kasus subjek penelitian dengan tehnik purposive. Sebuah metode purposive digunakan untuk memilih peserta untuk penelitian. Prosedur pemilahan informasi adalah: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan informasi model intraktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknis, dan membercheck, kredibilitas data dievaluasi untuk menentukan validitasnya. Berikut ini adalah temuan penelitian: 1) Pendaftaran dan pilihan, dilaporkan secara terbuka. Panitia dibentuk pada saat rekrutmen dan seleksi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan baru. 2) Ada beberapa prasyarat dan pilihan untuk guru baru dan staf pelatihan. 3) Evaluasi pelaksanaan mulai dari pengaturan dan pelaksanaan pengambilan, pembukaan dan penutupan realisasi, terdapat variasi dalam dorongan belajar dan mensurvei kemampuan menyimak siswa dan pendidik. Poin ini dijadikan sebagai indikator ujian presentasi yang akan berdampak pada hasil belajar di MAN Asahan agar visi dan misi madrasah tidak melayang begitu saja. Ujian Eksekusi merupakan penilaian terhadap pelaksanaan pekerjaan pendidik dalam mendidik. Jika pembelajaran cocok atau melampaui gambaran pencapaian prestasi yang menjadi fokus, pendidik telah bekerja dengan baik.

Abstract

This study examines leading school and college improvement, the research method uses the type of library research, which is a series of activities related to library data collection methods. The results of the study found that to improve the quality of education in schools, various management models and quality improvement strategies could be taken, including Total Quality Management Theory, Organizing Business For Excelency Theory, Four Factor Quality Improvement Models, and Education Quality Improvement through School-Based Management. The strategy to improve the quality of education in schools can be done in the following ways: namely a strategy that emphasizes the results (the output oriented strategy), a strategy that emphasizes the process (the process oriented strategy), and a comprehensive strategy (the comprehensive strategy). As for the challenges in efforts to improve the quality of education in schools, there are many but in essence the inadequate resources of education actors in schools, political will from policy holders and the education policy itself. Some things that must be considered in connection with the strategy to improve the quality of education in universities include Students Who Are Educated, Lecturers as Educators and Teachers, Facilities and Infrastructure

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Islamic supervision and communication at the State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) and the Insan Cendekia State Islamic Senior High School in South Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra. The study was conducted qualitatively from January to September 2024. Informants consisted of the head of the school, the deputy head of curriculum, teachers, and students. The results of the study show: (1) Supervision of curriculum management and learning in both schools is carried out systematically, with well-organised plans and documentation, and the active role of the school's deputy head for curriculum. (2) Student supervision focuses on monitoring students' academic and social development. (3) Supervision of facilities and infrastructure is managed well, through inventory, periodic maintenance, and adequate budget support. (4) Supervise personnel, clearly divide tasks, monitor performance, and train and develop professional education personnel. (5) Implementing Islamic communication shows a positive relationship between the school and the community, as evidenced by active partnerships through joint activities such as social services and school committee meetings. Effective communication between the school and parents supports improving the quality of education. Overall, Islamic supervision and communication played an important role in enhancing mutual management and community involvement in education in both madrasahs.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to analyze the leadership of madrasah principals in planning, implementation, and evaluation activities in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum that integrates it with Digital Madrasah innovations then analyze the impact of leadership models and digital innovations in the Merdeka Curriculum on the learning process at State Islamic Junior High School. Methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design, which focuses on two state madrasahs in Aceh Tamiang Regency. Data sources include the madrasah principal, deputy head of curriculum, teachers, supervisors, and students. Main Findings: The results of this study offer novelty in the form of mapping two leadership patterns of madrasah principals in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum that integrates digital innovations, namely the reflective-open model at State Islamic Junior High School 1 and the systemic-digital model at State Islamic Junior High School 2 which result in different strategies in planning, implementation, evaluation, and impact. This study formulates a new model in the form of a cultural-pedagogical versus systemic-pedagogical change pathway, as well as a hybrid reflective-digital evaluation model, which overall form the 'Contextualized Digital-Merdeka Leadership' framework as a significant theoretical and practical contribution. Novelty/Originality of this study: The research novelty was formulates a new model in the form of a cultural-pedagogical versus systemic-pedagogical change pathway, as well as a hybrid reflective-digital evaluation model, which collectively form the Contextualized Digital-Merdeka Leadership framework as a significant theoretical and practical contribution previously undiscovered in madrasah leadership studies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respons guru terhadap pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri 8 Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah dan guru-guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan kolaboratif oleh kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan profesionalisme guru. Meskipun terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu dan perbedaan kompetensi antar guru, supervisi tetap berjalan efektif dan mampu memberikan umpan balik konstruktif. Guru memberikan respons positif terhadap kegiatan supervisi dan menjadikannya sebagai sarana untuk memperbaiki metode mengajar, pengelolaan kelas, serta interaksi dengan siswa. Supervisi ini berdampak pada peningkatan kompetensi guru dan terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang lebih kondusif. Supervisi akademik memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang berkualitas dan berkelanjutan di SMP Negeri 8 Percut Sei Tuan.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Project Management Competence, Agile Methodology, and Digital Technology on Project Quality within the framework of modern project management. The research is motivated by the growing organizational demand to enhance project success through strengthened human resource competencies, adaptive working methodologies, and effective digital transformation. Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilizes Structural Equation Modeling to analyze the relationships among the proposed variables. The goodness-of-fit indices indicate that the structural model meets acceptable criteria, as reflected by Chi-square/df = 2.347, RMSEA = 0.073, GFI = 0.918, AGFI = 0.902, CFI = 0.935, and TLI = 0.928. The findings reveal that all independent variables exert positive and statistically significant effects on project quality. Project Management Competence demonstrates the strongest influence (? = 0.412), followed by Agile Methodology (? = 0.367) and Digital Technology (? = 0.289). These variables collectively enhance project quality by improving planning effectiveness, execution flexibility, and efficiency in control and monitoring processes. The study argues that the integration of managerial competence, Agile practices, and digital technologies constitutes a critical determinant of high-quality project outcomes, offering strategic implications for organizations seeking to strengthen modern project management performance.
