Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kemampuan gerak manipulatif anak usia dini, dengan permasalahan yang muncul yaitu kemampuan gerak manipulatif yang belum optimal pada anak kelompok A di RA Al Istiqomah Kota Tasikmalaya. Dalam pembelajaran motorik kasar terutama dalam gerak manipulatif di PAUD, permainan yang digunakan yaitu menangkap dan melempar bola dilakukan berulang-ulang. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan indikator kemampuan gerak manipulatif anak dalam melempar dan menangkap bola yang masih rendah. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, peneliti memilih dan menggunakan permainan bowling botol.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif dengan desain penelitian Kemmis dan Taggart. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A, guru RA Al Istiqomah Kecamatan Cihideung Kota Tasikmalaya dan observer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan persentase dan data kualitatif menggunakan catatan lapangan. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dan hasil analisis, disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran dan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran hasilnya baik, ada perkembangan dari setiap tindakan siklus I sampai siklus III. Kemampuan gerak manpulatif anak melalui permainan bowling botol dari setiap siklus I sampai siklus III hasilnya baik

Abstract

Melihat penyebaran COVID-19 yang saat ini semakin luas di Indonesia dan menyebabkan dampak yang negatif bagi siswa menjadi permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan survey tentang psikologis siswa saat melakukan pembelajaran penjas berbasis online. Metode yang dterapkan dalam penelitian ini berupa deskriptif survei. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di SMP PGRI 1 Ciawi yang berjumlah 30 orang dengan penggunaan sampling jenuh dengan demikian sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen untuk mengukur motivasi, kecemasan dan sikap tanggung jawab menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan bantuan Ms. Excel 2010 untuk mencari nilai rata-rata, frekuensi, persentase dari masing-masing variabel. Temuan pertama dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar dari siswa termasuk ke dalam kriteria tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata persentase 78.89%. Temuan kedua dalam penelitian menunjukan bahwa tanggung jawab belajar dari siswa termasuk ke dalam kriteria sedang dengan nilai rata-rata persentase 68.89%. Temuan terakhir dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kecemasan dari siswa saat belajar penjas termasuk ke dalam kriteria sedang dengan nilai rata-rata persentase 62.22%. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa aspek psikologis siswa yang meliputi motivasi, tanggung jawab dan kecemasan memiliki tingkat yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is community service to carry out tests and measurements of the physical condition of Porprov athletes in 2022. The research method used is in the form of community service through test surveys and physical condition measurements. There are several stages of the activity carried out, namely the explanation of the chairman of the implementation of the activity to the athletes, an explanation of the procedure for carrying out the sit and reach test, vertical jump, sprint run, push up, sit up, squat jump, back up, side step test and beep test, collection test result data, evaluation. The results of the community service research conducted by the Tri Dharma College between the Physical Education, Health and Recreation Study Programs from Suryakancana University and the Cianjur Indonesian National Sports Committee on 378 athletes from 38 sports branches found that the physical conditions possessed by the athletes varied from low to low, moderate to good. It is hoped that this activity will continue to be carried out and synergized from year to year, so that it can become a training for athletes to achieve achievements in the future

Abstract

Volleyball matches can be very long, especially if the two teams are evenly matched. Physical endurance is essential to maintain high performance during matches that may last up to five sets. Athletes who have good endurance can continue to move, jump, and perform fast movements throughout the game without experiencing excessive fatigue. Tabata training and circuit training are two types of training that focus on improving physical fitness with different methods, such as training duration and training format. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of tabata training and circuit training on increasing the endurance of volleyball athletes. In this research, researchers applied an experimental method with a pre-test post-test control group design. The research samples consisted of 30 athletes from the Tectona club in Cianjur Regency. The instrument for measuring the endurance of volleyball athletes was the yoyo test. Samples were receiving treatments 3 times a week with a total of 18 meetings. Hypothesis testing used paired sample-test and independent sample-test analysis. The research results showed that both tabata training and circuit training had an effective influence in increasing endurance of volleyball athletes, but the circuit training showed a more effective result compared to the tabata training. The study concludes that both of the training models have positive effects on increasing endurance of volleyball athletes, but the circuit training model has a more effective influence on increasing endurance.

Abstract

In this study looking for how much the level of teacher ability in the development of physical education As for the stages of research as follows: (1) Conduct initial identification and analysis of the needs of the object and location of research and conduct preliminary studies, and also literature studies relating to research, (2) Arranging program plans regularly, (3) Arranging instructional, books or activity evaluation tools, (4) Developing research instruments to reveal the ability of physical education teachers in developing Physical Education learning (5) Conducting small group trials to Physical Education teachers; and (6) conducting field trials on physical education teachers. So the conclusion of this research is the experience factor which consists of teaching experience of children with special needs and contact experience with children with special needs. Third, knowledge factors consisting of teacher education background, training, knowledge, and teacher learning needs. Fourth, educational environment factors consisting of resource support, parent and family support, and the school system.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomesunderpassing volleyballthrough peer zoom based video learning during the Covid 19 situation.The method used is experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design.The subjects in this study were students in class V in SDN Perumnas Karangtengah Cianjur, amounting to 20 people.The research instrument is a test passing down to the wall for 1 minute.Intervention programs in this study as many as 12 meetings with the intensity of learning 3 times a week.Statistical analysis using IBM SPSS version 20 with a significance level of α 0.05.The results showed that there was an increase in the results of under-passing learning after the provision of peer teaching interventions based on zoom video, even in the Covid 19 situation (P-value 0.000 α 0.05).The conclusions in this study provide evidence that peer teaching based on zoom video as many as 12 meetings when the Covid 19 situation is able to provide a significant influence on improving learning outcomes under passingvolleyball. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli melalui pembelajaran peer teaching berbasis zoom video saat situasi Covid 19. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimen dengan one group pretest-postest design.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V di SDN Perumnas Karangtengah Cianjur yang berjumlah 20 orang.Instrumen penelitian yaitu tes passing bawah ke dinding selama 1 menit.Program intervensi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 12 kali pertemuan dengan intensitas pembelajaran seminggu 3 kali. Analisis statistik menggunakan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 20dengan taraf signifikansi α 0.05.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar passing bawah sesudah pemberian intervensi peerteaching berbasis zoom video, meskipun dalam situasi Covid 19(P-value 0.000 α 0.05). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini memberikan buktibahwa pembelajaran peerteaching berbasis zoom video sebanyak 12 kali pertemuan di saat situasi Covid 19 mampu memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli.
