Abstract

Background - Currently, job prospects or careers for management students, especially those interested in human resource management, need to be evaluated whether they are still promising. In the context of the world of work, individuals who want a career in this field will specialize in managing the workforce in various types of organizations. This includes various topics, such as employee management, employment law, business ethics, HR data analysis, organizational development, and HR management strategies. Aim - obtain empirical evidence of the sustainable career interests of students interested in human resource management concentrations which are effected by locus of control, knowledge, motivation, self-efficacy. Design /Methodology /Approach - Quantitative research design with a sample of management students concentrating in human resource management at UMG, with a target sample carried out in a saturated manner. The analysis method used is path analysis with the help of WarpPls. Findings - That locus of control has no effect on self-efficacy, motivation has an effect on career self-efficacy, knowledge has an effect on self-efficacy, locus of control has no effect on interest in a sustainable career, career motivation has an effect on interest in a sustainable career, knowledge has an effect on interest in a sustainable career, self-efficacy has an effect on interest in a sustainable career, locus of control has no effect on interest in a sustainable career through self-efficacy, career motivation has an effect on interest in a sustainable career through self-efficacy, and knowledge has no effect on interest in a sustainable career through self-efficacy. Research Implications - That if students want to have a career in the field resource humans must increase their knowledge and literacy rules- labor regulations that act as the initial foundation for pursuing a sustainable career and need to continue to increase knowledge and capabilities. Theoretical implications can use self-efficacy as a mediator between career motivation and sustainable career intentions in the field of human resources. Research Limitations - This research only explores data from student sources who chose an interest in human resources, as well as the expected sample target which was not met, so that in the future research can make comparisons of career interests in the field of human resources involving many students as respondents.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, rewards, and work environment on employee performance at PT Metal Hitech Engineering. In an era of ever-changing business, it is important for companies to improve the quality of human resources in order to compete effectively. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees. The sample taken was 64 respondents with a nonprobability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis and partial hypothesis testing (t-test) using SPSS 25. The results of the study showed that the independent variable, namely training (X1) partially did not have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), while the Reward (X2) and Work Environment (X3) variables partially had a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The conclusion of this study confirms that to improve employee performance, companies need to optimize training programs, provide appropriate rewards, and create a conducive work environment. This study is expected to be a reference for companies in formulating strategies to improve employee performance and provide insight for further research that is relevant to this topic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Pacific Angkasa Abadi, a manufacturing company engaged in the iron pipe and pipe fitting industry. The background of this study is based on the problem of declining employee performance as seen from work output that does not meet the set targets. The method used in this study is quantitative analysis with data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees. The number of samples used in this study was 56 respondents with a saturated sampling technique. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and partial hypothesis testing using SPSS 25 to determine the effect of each variable on employee performance. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect between compensation and employee performance, which is in line with previous studies showing that compensation contributes to increased performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, in addition, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. All variables play an important role in improving employee performance, which is a key factor in achieving company goals. The conclusion of this study confirms that companies need to pay attention to aspects of compensation, motivation, and the physical work environment to improve overall employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik pada kerja karyawan KCU Pos Indonesia Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan Miles and Huberman yang diharapkan bisa membantu untuk menunjang penelitian dan untuk melengkapi data yang berkaitan dengan dampak lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik pada kinerja karyawan KCU Pos Indonesia Malang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik KCU Pos Indonesia masih kurang baik sedangkan lingkungan kerja non fisik meskipun terdapat kendala perbedaan pendapat tetapi masih dikatakan baik. Semakin baik lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik maka kerja karyawan juga akan lebih optimal.

Abstract

Karyawan menjadi peran yang penting dalam keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan perusahaan dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kinerja yang maksimal dalam menghadapi persaingan dunia bisnis yang semakin ketat. Studi ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT Karya Sidorukun Sentos. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner yang kemudian diuji dengan menggungakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Karya Sidorukun Sentosa sebanyak 32 responden. Hasil studi menyimpulkan bahwa : kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memiliki pengaruh singnifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang1 singnifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memiliki pengaruh singnifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh singnifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh singnifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the effects of Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Hillwood. A quantitative approach was adopted, with a sample size of 65 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings indicated that while Work Discipline has a significant influence on employee performance, it exhibits a negative relationship. In contrast, both Work Environment and Work Motivation were found to have a positive and statistically significant impact on employee performance at PT Hillwood.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of product quality, brand image, and influencer endorsement on purchasing decisions for Skintific products. The population for this research consists of all consumers who have used Skintific products at least once in the Gresik region. The analysis method involves primary data collected from 150 respondents using accidental sampling. The tests conducted include validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test. The study concludes that product quality, brand image, and influencer endorsement have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions when analyzed individually.

Abstract

Aim: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the four heuristic biases Anchoring, Overconfidence, Representativeness as well as availability on the investment choices of female SMEs entrepreneurs in Banyumas, Cilacap and Purbalingga, and to analyze the moderating influence of financial literacy on these relationships.Methodology: Conducted with a sample size of 64 respondents, using quantitative methodology with a structured questionnaire survey andanalyzing the data using Smart PLS.Findings: The results prove that there is a strong relationship between financial literacy and investing decision-making, especially in terms of Anchoring and Overconfidence bias. However, financial literacy does not affect the relationship between the four heuristic biases and investing decisions. Overconfidence is proven to have a considerable effect on investment decisions.Implications/Novel Contribution: The research underscores the need to strengthen financial literacy among women entrepreneurs so that they do not fall into the traps of biased investment decisions, while also suggesting further exploration into the scope of financial literacy’s role in overcoming other heuristic biases

Abstract

The low level of financial literacy and inclusion of Indonesian society, especially among parents with lower-middle educational and economic backgrounds, is a challenge in managing family finances. This condition influence parents' ability to meet children's educational needs and build long-term family welfare. This community service activity aims to strengthen the capacity of family financial management and investment through education and training for parents/guardians of students at AUM Sekolah Majelis Dikdasmen PNF Gresik. The method used is Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) which emphasizes active community participation from the planning, implementation to evaluation stages. The activity was carried out through an interactive seminar discussing three main topics: financial planning, budget management, and family investment. The results of the activity showed that out of 81 targeted participants, 20 parents attended and showed active participation. The training material was considered very relevant and applicable. The participants expressed an increase in understanding and high interest in more systematic family financial management, including the desire to continue advanced training related to investment and the use of digital budgeting tools. This activity shows that community-based educational interventions are able to increase parents' awareness and capacity in managing family finances wisely, so that they are worthy of being replicated in other communities with local adjustments.

Abstract

Increasing the capacity of human resources (HR) in elementary schools is urgent, especially amidst the challenges of low initiative, weak institutional vision, and minimal character training for teachers and education personnel. This community service activity aims to strengthen HR competency and work culture at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Gresik through training based on The 7 habits of highly effective people. The methods used include three main stages: initial discussion with partners through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to map problems; participatory and reflective training that integrates seven effective habits into educators' work routines; and evaluation based on questionnaires and personal reflection. The training was delivered contextually and interactively through case studies, simulations, and group discussions. The results of the activity showed positive changes in the way of thinking, time management, and collaboration patterns between participants. Teachers became more proactive, had long-term planning, and were better able to work in teams synergistically. The evaluation also showed increased motivation and awareness of the importance of balance between professional duties and self-development. This activity concluded that the 7 Habits training was effective in building productive and collaborative work characters in elementary education environments. It is recommended that this training be conducted periodically and accompanied by follow-up mentoring to ensure the sustainability of the impact and the formation of an adaptive work culture.
