Abstract

This study aims to further understand the influence of compensation, punishment, and occupational safety on employee performance at PT. XYZ. Compensation is seen as an important element that can motivate employees to increase work productivity, while punishment or appropriate and fair punishment serves as a tool to control behavior to comply with company rules and standards. In addition, occupational safety is also a crucial factor because a safe work environment will encourage employees to work more calmly, comfortably, and optimally. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to a number of PT. XYZ employee respondents. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Providing appropriate compensation that is in accordance with employee contributions can increase work motivation and encourage the achievement of company targets. Furthermore, punishment also has a significant effect, where a punishment system that is applied consistently, fairly, and transparently has been proven to reduce the level of disciplinary violations and increase employee responsibility. Occupational safety factors have also been shown to have a significant influence on performance, as a safe and healthy work environment provides a sense of comfort and reduces the risk of workplace accidents that can decrease productivity. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that compensation, punishment, and occupational safety simultaneously or partially contribute significantly to improving the performance of PT. XYZ employees.

Abstract

Bank XYZ mengalami pertumbuhan laba secara signifikan setiap tahunnya meskipun terdapat beberapa pegawai yang masih mengabaikan kedisiplinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 40 responden. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai tetap Bank XYZ. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan hasil analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa variable disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bank XYZ.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumda XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penyebaran angket (kuesioner). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap Perumda XYZ yang berjumlah 80 karyawan, dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling, maka yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh jumlah populasi yaitu 80 responden karyawan Perumda XYZ. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Dari olah data melalui aplikasi SPSS memperlihatkan hasil uji t bahwa pada variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000, variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 dan variabel kompensasi (X3) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,005.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the leadership analysis whose job is to direct and improve employee discipline at PT. ITK which is located in Dradah Blumbang Village, Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency, East Java. Leadership in the company is expected to be a driving force that has an important role in the continuity of organizational activities so that the level of employee discipline increases and avoids work accidents. This type of research is qualitative research with interviews, documentation and field observations. The results of the analysis show that the leadership style applied is a democratic leadership style where employees are involved in making decisions. The leadership strategy implemented by making written regulations, conducting K3 training and providing strict sanctions for violators of disciplinary rules.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the effects of Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Hillwood. A quantitative approach was adopted, with a sample size of 65 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings indicated that while Work Discipline has a significant influence on employee performance, it exhibits a negative relationship. In contrast, both Work Environment and Work Motivation were found to have a positive and statistically significant impact on employee performance at PT Hillwood.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of product quality, brand image, and influencer endorsement on purchasing decisions for Skintific products. The population for this research consists of all consumers who have used Skintific products at least once in the Gresik region. The analysis method involves primary data collected from 150 respondents using accidental sampling. The tests conducted include validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test. The study concludes that product quality, brand image, and influencer endorsement have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions when analyzed individually.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Karya Sidorukun Santosa. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with data obtained through distributing questionnaires which are then tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method where the total sample in this study was all employees of PT Karya Sidorukun Santosa. The results of data analysis show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has no effect on employee performance, work discipline has no effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

XYZ, is a company engaged in land transportation, distribution of building materials, production of mining materials, and trading of industrial goods. In the current era of globalization, it brings changes to all aspects of life. The development of information technology encourages people to use technology, one of which is the use of online attendance system technology implemented by PT. XYZ is the “Hadirr” application. This research discusses the implementation of the use of the presence application at PT. XYZ aims to find out how disciplined employees are in taking online attendance. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, research involving 5 informants through observation, interviews and documentation, this identifies factors such as lack of employee discipline, misuse of applications so that employee discipline that has been implemented by the company is less effective. Employee work discipline can be seen from employee compliance in complying with applicable regulations, including punctuality and responsibility for their work. To overcome this problem, companies can provide rewards as a form of appreciation for work, provide additional intensive work, and provide intensive supervision.
