Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan guna mengetahui perbedaan metode analisa keuangan dengan memakai rasio Risk Based Capital dan Early Warning System terhadap kinerja keuangan PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Studi ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisa diskriftif. Metode ini memakai tolok ukur Risk Based Capital dan Early Warning System sebagai pendukung dalam analisa laporan keuangan. Penulis memakai 12 rasio dari 14 rasio keuangan yang dimiliki metode Early Warning System (EWS). Rasio Risk Based Capital (RBC) menunjukkan hasil yang fluktuatif, namun masih dalam batas indikator kesehatan yakni batas minimum 120%, EWS berada dalam dua parameter yang tidak sehat, dengan nilai luar biasa kurang dari lima. Hal ini tidak memperlihatkan bahwasanya kinerja perusahaan buruk, sebab masih dalam parameter yang ditentukan. Berlandaskan temuan studi, tidak ada perbedaan substansial. Hasil penilaian dari kedua metode menunjukkan PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia pada periode 2017-2021 berada dalam kondisi sehat.

Abstract

Analog attendance systems are still widely used in various companies as a tool to record employee attendance. This study aims to analyze the level of work discipline among employees using analog attendance systems. The research data was collected through interviews with several employees, direct observation, and analysis of employee attendance reports at PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood over a specific period. The results of the study show that analog attendance systems have several major weaknesses, such as being prone to data manipulation like proxy attendance, inaccuracies in manual recording, and the loss or damage of attendance cards. Moreover, this system is considered inefficient as the manual recording process takes more time and does not support real-time monitoring of discipline. These weaknesses negatively impact employee discipline levels and the overall productivity of the company. The conclusion of this study is that the use of analog attendance systems is not effective in improving employee work discipline or in optimally managing attendance data. Therefore, the company is advised to consider upgrading to modern technology-based attendance systems, such as face recognition, to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall management of employee discipline.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge, abilities and work experience on the performance of Gresik Regency BPBD employees. The research method used is correlational with linear regression techniques to see the relationship between variables. The research sample consisted of 44 employees. The research results show that knowledge, ability and work experience have a significant influence on employee performance with regression coefficient values ​​of 0.541 for knowledge, 0.382 for ability and 0.298 for work experience. These findings indicate that these three variables contribute 61.3% to the performance of BPBD employees.

Abstract

This research was carried out at PT SDF. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of discipline (X1), motivation (X2) and job satisfaction (X3), which influence employee performance (Y) at PT. SDF partially. The population in this research is all employees at PT SDF, totaling 49 employees. The sampling technique method uses a saturated census technique with a sample size of 49 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that the Discipline variable (X1) has no effect on Employee Performance. Motivation (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) partially influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.639 shows that the influence of the three independent variables together on the dependent variable is 63.9%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, rewards, and work environment on employee performance at PT Metal Hitech Engineering. In an era of ever-changing business, it is important for companies to improve the quality of human resources in order to compete effectively. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees. The sample taken was 64 respondents with a nonprobability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis and partial hypothesis testing (t-test) using SPSS 25. The results of the study showed that the independent variable, namely training (X1) partially did not have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), while the Reward (X2) and Work Environment (X3) variables partially had a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The conclusion of this study confirms that to improve employee performance, companies need to optimize training programs, provide appropriate rewards, and create a conducive work environment. This study is expected to be a reference for companies in formulating strategies to improve employee performance and provide insight for further research that is relevant to this topic.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidkan dasar dan menengah dalam kategori sekolah-sekolah swasta harus mampu berinovasi kegiatan pemasarannya untuk mendapatkan peserta didik baru yang sesuai dengan daya tampungnya. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya peningkatan kemampuan (kompetensi) tim pemasar atau tim PPDB agar lebih dapat mampu meningkatkan perolehan siswa disetiap tahun ajaran barunya. Permasalahan utama yang ada pada tim PPDB sekolah biasanya adalah kemampuan memetakan dan mengidentifikasi pola komunikasi yang dilaksanakan setiap tahunnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dengan metode pelatihan terbatas dan seminar dalam kelas yang bersifat interaktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa para peserta dari mitra telah dapat memahami materi yang diberikan terkait dengan push and pull communication strategy. Pemetaan bersama disetiap kategori baik yang push maupun yang pull telah dilakukan. Sebagai tahap akhir hasil pemetaan kategori telah dilakukan sehingga diharapkan setiap tahun terdapat inovasi kegiatan PPDB yang dapat menjaring calon peserta didik baru menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to identify educational tourism promotion strategies in Jember which were opened by PT X. The educational tourism area was inaugurated in 2016. However, at the beginning of 2020, the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic which hit Indonesia caused the tourism industry's visit statistics to decline. and one of the tours that was affected, namely the edutourism area managed by PT X. This resulted in social restrictions/lockdowns and restrictions on tourist visits resulting in a decrease in the number of visitors. Researchers are interested in studying the promotion strategies used for recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used was descriptive qualitative analysis, namely the researcher explained the various promotional tools used by PT X. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with data analysis techniques using data triangulation. The results of this study are the promotion strategies used include sales promotion, personal selling, word of mouth, direct marketing. Among the four promotional tools, the most effective is personal selling, where a face-to-face approach is optimal for persuading potential visitors.

Abstract

Klinik adalah fasilitas kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan medis, berupa medis dasar atau medis spesialis. Keberhasilan mengembangkan dan menumbuhkan klinik tidak terlepas dari peran pimpinan yang dapat mempengaruhi bawahannya dengan memberikan contoh positif dengan menerapkan budaya 5R supaya menciptakan lingkungan kerja secara nyaman juga aman, kemudian bisa meminimalisir terjadinya penurunan kinerja. pertunjukan. Tujuan melalui penelitian ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan peran pemimpin dalam mengembangkan budaya kerja 5R. Metode yang dipergunakan penulis ialah deskriptif kualitatif dalam bentuk dokumentasi, wawancara, juga observasi. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwasanya peran pemimpin terletak terhadap komunikasi. Komunikasi di klinik ialah unsur berpengaruh yang haruslah diberikan perhatian oleh pimpinan, dikareanakan komunikasi ialah sarana untuk pimpinan guna melaksanakan budaya 5S sesuai standar yang telah ditentukan.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor sentral dalam suatu organisasi, yang memiliki peranan penting dalam perusahaan sebagai faktor penggerak, perencanaan dan pengendalian dalam seluruh aktivitas perusahaan. Perlu diperhatikan dan terciptanya kerja yang efektif dan efisien, organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin dan Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas kerja pada PT. Latexco Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 80 responden. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Latexco Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode linear berganda. Dari hasil perhitungan menunjukan Disiplin (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Produktivitas (Y) di PT. Latexco Indonesia .
