Abstract

Community service activities were carried out to address the problem of low utilization of interactive technology in mathematics learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Digital Content Class, Padang Bandung, Dukun District, Gresik Regency. The purpose of this activity is to improve the competence of teachers and students in designing innovative learning media thru the development of artificial intelligence-based educational games. The implementation methods include workshops, hands-on practice, group discussions, and intensive mentoring. Participants are trained to design game flow, integrate simple artificial intelligence concepts, and apply mathematical logic in Scratch. The evaluation results show an average increase of 35.8% in participants' knowledge scores between the pre-test and post-test. Additionally, based on the satisfaction survey given to teachers and students. From 92% of teachers who felt the training was very beneficial for the development of their teaching skills, and 88% of students stated that this activity was fun and made them more interested in learning mathematics, showing high enthusiasm and being able to produce educational game prototypes relevant to mathematical material. This activity is expected to serve as a model for sustainable training in optimizing the use of artificial intelligence-based technology for more engaging and practical mathematics learning.

Abstract

Visitor management at PT Swabina Gatra Travel still relies on a manual paper-based system, which hinders operational efficiency. This conventional recording is prone to errors, data loss, and is time-consuming, especially during the recapitulation process for management. These weaknesses directly affect the speed of service and the accuracy of visit information. This study aims to design and implement a web-based digital guest book information system at PT Swabina Gatra Travel to automate data recording and enhance visit management efficiency. The Waterfall Method was used for development due to its systematic, linear, and structured workflow, suitable for projects with stable, defined requirements. The system is designed with digital guest data input features, a monitoring dashboard, and automated report generation. Implementation results show that the system is proven to reduce queuing time and facilitate instant data access, which is a significant improvement compared to the manual system. This study concludes that the implementation of the digital guest book using the Waterfall method successfully modernizes visit administration at PT Swabina Gatra Travel and improves operational efficiency.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pengelolaan risiko dalam rumah sakit memainkan peran krusial untuk menjamin kualitas pelayanan dan keamanan pasien melalui identifikasi serta pengendalian risiko yang sistematis. Kajian ini bertujuan merancang dan menerapkan sistem manajemen risiko berbasis web di PT Cipta Nirmala dengan memanfaatkan kerangka kerja Laravel dan database PostgreSQL. Sistem ini dibuat sebagai alternatif dari pencatatan risiko manual yang sebelumnya bergantung pada Excel, yang sering menyebabkan penundaan dan potensi hilangnya data. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Research and Development (RD) dengan model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) berjenis Waterfall, mencakup fase analisis kebutuhan, desain, penerapan, uji coba, serta perawatan. Temuan dari pengujian mengindikasikan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat menyederhanakan proses pelaporan, evaluasi, dan persetujuan risiko melalui fitur akses bertingkat sesuai jabatan pengguna, seperti karyawan, pengawas, pimpinan, dan dewan direksi. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan manajemen risiko di rumah sakit menjadi lebih terpadu, efektif, dan mendorong implementasi transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan organisasi.Kata kunci: Manajemen Risiko; Rumah Sakit; Laravel; PostgreSQL; Waterfall; Sistem Informasi; Abstract - Hospital risk management is crucial for upholding service standards and safeguarding patient well-being via a systematic approach to identifying and mitigating risks. This research seeks to create and deploy a web-based risk management system at PT Cipta Nirmala, leveraging the Laravel framework alongside a PostgreSQL database. The system serves as a substitute for the prior manual risk documentation process reliant on Excel, which frequently led to setbacks and potential data disappearance. The study employs the Research and Development (RD) methodology with a Waterfall-type System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, covering phases such as needs assessment, planning, execution, evaluation, and upkeep. Evaluation outcomes reveal that the constructed system streamlines risk reporting, assessment, and endorsement procedures by incorporating tiered access functionalities aligned with user positions, including employees, overseers, executives, and board members. Abstract

Abstrak - Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi proses pelaporan menuju sistem yang lebih cepat, akurat, dan terintegrasi, termasuk dalam kegiatan pengamanan di rumah sakit. Prosedur pelaporan satpam yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual melalui grup WhatsApp seringkali menyebabkan keterlambatan penyampaian informasi, kehilangan data, dan kesulitan dalam menelusuri laporan lama. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta membangun aplikasi sistem pelaporan satpam berbasis web guna meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan akurasi proses pelaporan keamanan di Rumah Sakit Petrokimia Gresik. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang diterapkan adalah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall, yang terdiri atas tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan ReactJS untuk antarmuka pengguna (frontend), Node.js dan Express.js pada sisi server (backend), serta MySQL sebagai sistem basis data. Proses perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang mencakup Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Class Diagram untuk menggambarkan struktur dan alur sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu mendukung proses pelaporan keamanan secara digital dengan fitur pembuatan laporan, unggahan foto kejadian, dan pemantauan status laporan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing, seluruh fungsi utama berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses penyampaian informasi, meningkatkan transparansi, serta memperkuat efektivitas kinerja satuan keamanan di lingkungan rumah sakit.Kata kunci : Sistem Pelaporan; Satpam; Web; Waterfall; ReactJS; Node.js; MySQL; Abstract - Advancements in information technology have encouraged a shift toward faster, more accurate, and integrated reporting systems, including in hospital security operations. The manual reporting process previously carried out via WhatsApp groups often led to delayed communication, data loss, and difficulties in tracking past reports. Based on these challenges, this research aims to design and develop a web-based security reporting application to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of security reporting processes at Petrokimia Gresik Hospital. The system development process applies the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, consisting of the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using ReactJS for the frontend, Node.js and Express.js for the backend, and MySQL as the database. The system modeling employed the Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Class Diagram to describe the workflow and data structure. The findings indicate that the developed system effectively facilitates digital security reporting with features such as report submission, incident photo uploads, and status tracking. Based on Blackbox Testing, all major functionalities operate correctly according to user requirements. Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem penggajian adalah prosedur penting dalam manajemen karyawan dan membutuhkan ketepatan, kecepatan, serta tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Namun, banyak perusahaan masih menggunakan proses penggajian manual yang berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan perhitungan, duplikasi data, keterlambatan pembayaran, serta rendahnya transparansi. Penelitian ini bermaksud merancang sistem informasi penggajian berbasis website dengan metode Extreme Programming (XP) yang menekankan iterasi pendek, fleksibilitas, dan keterlibatan intensif pengguna. Proses pengembangan dilakukan melalui tahapan planning, design, coding, dan testing, serta didukung dengan pemodelan UML meliputi use case, sequence diagram, dan diagram aktivitas. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan sistem yang dirancang mampu mendukung pengelolaan data pegawai, jabatan, kehadiran, potongan, serta pembuatan laporan dan slip gaji secara terstruktur dan efisien. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dan mampu meningkatkan akurasi serta efisiensi proses penggajian. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode XP terbukti berhasil dalam mengembangkan sistem penggajian yang adaptif, mudah dikembangkan, dan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.Kata kunci: Sistem Penggajian; Extreme Programming; Sistem Informasi; UML; Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak; Abstract - Payroll systems are essential components of employee management and require a high degree of accuracy, speed, and reliability. However, many organizations still rely on manual payroll processes that are prone to calculation errors, data duplication, payment delays, and low transparency. This research focuses on developing a web-based payroll information system utilizing the Extreme Programming (XP) approach., which emphasizes short iterations, flexibility, and intensive user involvement. The development process follows the stages of planning, design, coding, and testing, supported by UML modeling that includes use case, sequence, and activity diagrams. The results confirm that the designed system enhances the structured and efficient handling of employee data, attendance, job positions, deductions, and the creation of salary slips and related reports. System testing indicates that all core features operate according to user requirements and significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing. Therefore, the application of XP proves successful in developing an adaptive, scalable, and user-oriented payroll system that meets organizational needs.Keywords: Payroll System; Extreme Programming; Information System; UML; Software Development;

Abstract

Abstrak - Manajemen risiko berperan penting dalam menjaga mutu layanan serta keberlanjutan operasional organisasi, khususnya pada sektor kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah bagaimana penerapan sistem manajemen risiko berbasis ISO 31000:2018 di PT Cipta Nirmala sebagai pengelola Rumah Sakit Semen Gresik. Metode yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus dengan melibatkan observasi, wawancara, serta telaah dokumen internal untuk memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh terkait praktik manajemen risiko di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini mengikuti tahapan dalam kerangka ISO 31000:2018 yang meliputi penetapan konteks, identifikasi, analisis, evaluasi, dan perlakuan risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Cipta Nirmala telah mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen risiko secara efektif dengan fokus utama pada risiko klinis, seperti kesalahan pemberian obat dan infeksi nosokomial yang memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi. Risiko non-klinis seperti gangguan sistem informasi dan kebocoran data pasien tergolong sedang. Penerapan ISO 31000:2018 terbukti memperkuat efektivitas pengendalian risiko, memperbaiki tata kelola organisasi, dan menumbuhkan budaya kesadaran risiko di seluruh unit kerja. Implementasi berkelanjutan diharapkan dapat semakin meningkatkan mutu layanan dan keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit Semen Gresik.Kata kunci: ISO 31000:2018; Manajemen Risiko; Rumah Sakit; PT Cipta Nirmala; Studi Kasus; Abstract - Risk management plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and sustainability of healthcare operations. This study aims to examine the application of the ISO 31000:2018-based risk management system at PT Cipta Nirmala, which manages Semen Gresik Hospital. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied using a case study design, involving observations, interviews, and the analysis of internal documents to gain an in-depth understanding of risk management practices within the organization. The research followed the ISO 31000:2018 framework, including the stages of context establishment, risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment. The findings indicate that PT Cipta Nirmala has implemented risk management effectively, focusing on high-level clinical risks such as medication errors and hospital-acquired infections. Non-clinical risks like information system disruptions and patient data breaches were classified as moderate. Implementing the ISO 31000:2018 framework has enhanced control effectiveness, improved organizational governance, and fostered a stronger culture of risk awareness across departments. Abstract

Abstrak - Pengelolaan gudang yang masih dilakukan secara manual di PT Petro Oxo Nusantara Gresik menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti ketidaktepatan data persediaan, keterlambatan laporan, dan sulitnya pemantauan stok secara langsung. Penelitian ini mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Gudang berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan MySQL melalui model Waterfall untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi proses pencatatan. Sistem yang dibangun menyediakan fitur pengelolaan data barang, transaksi masuk dan keluar, perpindahan lokasi, laporan stok, dan pengaturan pengguna. Hasil pengujian dengan metode black-box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Implementasi sistem ini mampu meminimalkan kelemahan pencatatan manual dan mendukung proses operasional gudang secara lebih cepat dan terstruktur.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi; Manajemen Gudang; PHP; MySQL; Waterfall; Abstract - The warehouse operations at PT Petro Oxo Nusantara Gresik are still handled through manual Excel-based recording, resulting in inaccurate stock information, delayed reporting, and limited real-time monitoring. This study develops a web-based Warehouse Management Information System using PHP and MySQL, designed through the Waterfall model to improve data accuracy and streamline warehouse processes. The system provides item management, inbound and outbound transaction recording, location transfer tracking, stock reporting, and user administration features. Black-box testing confirms that all system functions operate according to specifications. Abstract

Abstrak - Informasi teknologi yang lagi ngeboom ini udah mentransformasi banyak sisi kehidupan manusia, terutama di bidang pendidikan. Salah satu penerapan utamanya adalah sistem informasi berbasis web, yang ternyata efektif banget buat ngecepatin proses administrasi dan layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini fokusnya ke perancangan dan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Siswa Baru dengan penerapan model spiral di platform web di MINU 22 Al-Falah Sangkapura Bawean. Kenapa pilih model spiral? Karena pendekatannya yang iteratif dan adaptif dalam mengembangkan perangkat lunak, plus bisa mengurangi risiko kesalahan melalui evaluasi berulang di setiap fase. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript untuk membuat antarmuka pengguna, ditambah MySQL sebagai sistem manajemen basis data. Hasil dari penelitian dan magang ini adalah sistem pendaftaran informasi siswa baru yang membuat proses pendaftaran online menjadi lebih lancar, efisiensi operasional administrasi sekolah naik, dan kesalahan entri data berkurang. Sistemnya diuji menggunakan metode black-box testing, dan hasilnya nunjukin kinerja optimal di semua fungsi.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi; Pendaftaran Siswa Baru; Model Spiral; Website; Pendidikan; Abstract - The booming information technology has transformed many aspects of human life, particularly in education. One of its primary applications is web-based information systems, which have proven to be highly effective in accelerating administrative processes and educational services. This research focuses on the design and development of a New Student Registration Information System using the spiral model on a web platform at MINU 22 Al-Falah Sangkapura Bawean. Why choose the spiral model? Because of its iterative and adaptive approach to software development, plus it can reduce the risk of errors through repeated evaluation at each phase. The system was developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages to create the user interface, plus MySQL as the database management system. The result of this research and internship is a new student registration information system that streamlines the online registration process, increases the operational efficiency of school administration, and reduces data entry errors. Abstrak - Transformasi digital mendorong perusahaan untuk menyediakan wadah yang mampu mengelola ide karyawan secara efektif sebagai bagian dari pengembangan inovasi internal. PT Petrokimia Gresik sebelumnya telah menerapkan sistem pengajuan gagasan, tetapi fitur dan keluwesannya masih belum memadai dalam mendukung kebutuhan organisasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan ulang Sistem Informasi Gagasan Transformasi (SIGAT) dengan menggunakan model Rapid Application Development (RAD). Model tersebut dipilih karena proses pengembangannya memungkinkan keterlibatan pengguna sejak tahap awal melalui pembuatan prototipe yang dievaluasi secara berkala. Kolaborasi ini mempercepat tahapan implementasi sekaligus memastikan kesesuaian sistem dengan alur bisnis yang berlaku di perusahaan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa SIGAT mampu meningkatkan aksesibilitas, mempercepat pemeriksaan usulan, serta memberikan kejelasan status bagi pengusul maupun pengelola gagasan. Secara keseluruhan, SIGAT menjadi solusi digital yang mendukung pengelolaan ide secara lebih efisien dan transparan serta memperkuat budaya inovasi di lingkungan perusahaan.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi; SIGAT; Transformasi Digital; RAD; Manajemen Gagasan; Abstract - Digital transformation encourages organizations to provide systems that can manage employee ideas effectively as part of internal innovation development. Although a suggestion platform previously existed at PT Petrokimia Gresik, its functionality was limited and did not fully support operational needs. This research focuses on redesigning the Sistem Informasi Gagasan Transformasi (SIGAT) using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. RAD was selected because it facilitates user involvement from the early stages through iterative prototype creation and continuous evaluation. This collaborative process shortens development time while ensuring system alignment with existing business workflows. The results demonstrate that SIGAT improves accessibility, accelerates suggestion evaluation, and offers clearer status information for both submitters and reviewers. Overall, SIGAT provides a digital solution that promotes efficient and transparent idea management while strengthening the company’s innovation culture.Keywords: Information System; SIGAT; Digital Transformation; RAD; Idea Management;

Abstract

Abstrak - Dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan perusahaan untuk operasi pemeliharaan yang lebih cepat, akurat, dan terpusat, sistem manajemen pemeliharaan berbasis komputer (CMMS) berbasis seluler semakin penting. Studi sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa teknisi dapat memperbarui pekerjaan pemeliharaan langsung di lapangan dengan menggunakan CMMS mobile, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi work order, meningkatkan pelaporan real-time, dan mengurangi kesalahan data. Studi ini berfokus pada pengembangan aplikasi mobile CMMS menggunakan React Native sebagai solusi untuk pemantauan aset dan manajemen work order. Metodologi Scrum diterapkan karena sifatnya yang iteratif, yang memungkinkan perbaikan terus-menerus sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur utama seperti pemantauan aset, pengajuan dan pembaruan work order, pemindaian kode QR untuk akses aset yang cepat, dan pemberitahuan status pekerjaan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini meningkatkan efisiensi alur kerja pemeliharaan, memberikan aksesibilitas data real-time, dan mengurangi risiko kehilangan informasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa solusi mobile CMMS merupakan alat yang efektif untuk mendukung proses pemeliharaan aset modern.Kata kunci: CMMS; React Native; Mobile Application; Work Order; Maintenance Management; Scrum; Abstract - The development of mobile-based Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) has become increasingly essential as organizations demand faster, more accurate, and centralized maintenance operations. Previous research demonstrates that mobile CMMS significantly improves work order efficiency, enhances real-time reporting, and minimizes data entry errors by enabling technicians to update maintenance activities directly from the field. Furthermore, maintenance management is a complex process that is nearly impossible to execute effectively without structured digital support tools such as CMMS. This study focuses on developing a mobile CMMS application using React Native as a solution for asset monitoring and work order management. The Scrum methodology is applied due to its iterative nature, which allows continuous refinement according to user needs. The application provides key features such as asset monitoring, work order submission and updates, QR code scanning for rapid asset access, and job status notifications. Evaluation results show that the application enhances maintenance workflow efficiency, provides real-time data accessibility, and reduces the risk of information loss.
