Abstract

Abstrak - Transformasi digital mendorong perusahaan untuk menyediakan wadah yang mampu mengelola ide karyawan secara efektif sebagai bagian dari pengembangan inovasi internal. PT Petrokimia Gresik sebelumnya telah menerapkan sistem pengajuan gagasan, tetapi fitur dan keluwesannya masih belum memadai dalam mendukung kebutuhan organisasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan ulang Sistem Informasi Gagasan Transformasi (SIGAT) dengan menggunakan model Rapid Application Development (RAD). Model tersebut dipilih karena proses pengembangannya memungkinkan keterlibatan pengguna sejak tahap awal melalui pembuatan prototipe yang dievaluasi secara berkala. Kolaborasi ini mempercepat tahapan implementasi sekaligus memastikan kesesuaian sistem dengan alur bisnis yang berlaku di perusahaan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa SIGAT mampu meningkatkan aksesibilitas, mempercepat pemeriksaan usulan, serta memberikan kejelasan status bagi pengusul maupun pengelola gagasan. Secara keseluruhan, SIGAT menjadi solusi digital yang mendukung pengelolaan ide secara lebih efisien dan transparan serta memperkuat budaya inovasi di lingkungan perusahaan.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi; SIGAT; Transformasi Digital; RAD; Manajemen Gagasan; Abstract - Digital transformation encourages organizations to provide systems that can manage employee ideas effectively as part of internal innovation development. Although a suggestion platform previously existed at PT Petrokimia Gresik, its functionality was limited and did not fully support operational needs. This research focuses on redesigning the Sistem Informasi Gagasan Transformasi (SIGAT) using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. RAD was selected because it facilitates user involvement from the early stages through iterative prototype creation and continuous evaluation. This collaborative process shortens development time while ensuring system alignment with existing business workflows. The results demonstrate that SIGAT improves accessibility, accelerates suggestion evaluation, and offers clearer status information for both submitters and reviewers. Overall, SIGAT provides a digital solution that promotes efficient and transparent idea management while strengthening the company’s innovation culture.Keywords: Information System; SIGAT; Digital Transformation; RAD; Idea Management;

Abstract

Abstrak - Dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan perusahaan untuk operasi pemeliharaan yang lebih cepat, akurat, dan terpusat, sistem manajemen pemeliharaan berbasis komputer (CMMS) berbasis seluler semakin penting. Studi sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa teknisi dapat memperbarui pekerjaan pemeliharaan langsung di lapangan dengan menggunakan CMMS mobile, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi work order, meningkatkan pelaporan real-time, dan mengurangi kesalahan data. Studi ini berfokus pada pengembangan aplikasi mobile CMMS menggunakan React Native sebagai solusi untuk pemantauan aset dan manajemen work order. Metodologi Scrum diterapkan karena sifatnya yang iteratif, yang memungkinkan perbaikan terus-menerus sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur utama seperti pemantauan aset, pengajuan dan pembaruan work order, pemindaian kode QR untuk akses aset yang cepat, dan pemberitahuan status pekerjaan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini meningkatkan efisiensi alur kerja pemeliharaan, memberikan aksesibilitas data real-time, dan mengurangi risiko kehilangan informasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa solusi mobile CMMS merupakan alat yang efektif untuk mendukung proses pemeliharaan aset modern.Kata kunci: CMMS; React Native; Mobile Application; Work Order; Maintenance Management; Scrum; Abstract - The development of mobile-based Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) has become increasingly essential as organizations demand faster, more accurate, and centralized maintenance operations. Previous research demonstrates that mobile CMMS significantly improves work order efficiency, enhances real-time reporting, and minimizes data entry errors by enabling technicians to update maintenance activities directly from the field. Furthermore, maintenance management is a complex process that is nearly impossible to execute effectively without structured digital support tools such as CMMS. This study focuses on developing a mobile CMMS application using React Native as a solution for asset monitoring and work order management. The Scrum methodology is applied due to its iterative nature, which allows continuous refinement according to user needs. The application provides key features such as asset monitoring, work order submission and updates, QR code scanning for rapid asset access, and job status notifications. Evaluation results show that the application enhances maintenance workflow efficiency, provides real-time data accessibility, and reduces the risk of information loss. Abstract

AbstrakKemunculan berbagai game online di smartphone, pasar game online terus meningkat hingga saat ini. Industri game di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sejak tahun 2016 - 2020. Di mana, mampu meraup pendapatan sebesar USD 1,1 miliar atau sekitar Rp 15,7 triliun. Indonesia dengan pencapaian tersebut, saat ini merupakan pasar Industri game terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Selain itu, juga menduduki peringkat ke-17 dunia, di mana tercatat sebanyak 52 juta penduduknya merupakan gamer. Oleh sebab itu, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat program studi Teknik Informatika melakukan kegiatan berupa pelatihan, pengembangan, pendampingan dan workshop pembuatan game android untuk siswa SMK YPI Darussalam. Tujuannya mereka dibekali pengetahuan dan keahlian tersebut supaya mereka dapat menjadi creator game atau developer game lokal. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan tersebut berupa metode workshop dan pelatihan (ceramah dan diskusi-informasi). Dari hasil kegiatan pelatihan, pengembangan, pendampingan dan workshop pembuatan game android didapatkan bahwa siswa-siswi SMK YPI Darussalam Cerme memahami dengan baik dan dapat membuat rancangan scenario game dan kemudian membangun game dengan framework Unity. Kata kunci: game; unity; workshop; artificial intelligence Abstract The emergence of various online games on smartphones, the online game market continues to increase to this day. The gaming industry in Indonesia has experienced a significant increase from 2016 - 2020. It was able to generate revenue of USD 1.1 billion or around IDR 15.7 trillion. Indonesia, with these achievements, is currently the largest gaming industry market in Southeast Asia. Apart from that, it is also ranked 17th in the world, where 52 million people are gamers. For this reason, the community service team for the Informatics Engineering study program carries out activities in the form of training, development, mentoring and workshops on making Android games for YPI Darussalam Vocational School students. The goal is that they are equipped with this knowledge and expertise so that they can become game creators or local game developers. The methods used in this activity are workshop and training methods (lectures and information discussions). From the results of training, development, mentoring and Android game creation workshops, it was found that YPI Darussalam Cerme Vocational School students understood well and were able to design game scenarios and then build games using the Unity framework. Keywords: game; unity; workshop; artificial intelligence

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem presensi karyawan Lazismu Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik (UMG) berbasis geolocation sebagai solusi atas keterbatasan metode manual yang kurang efisien, rawan manipulasi, dan lambat dalam rekapitulasi. Model Waterfall digunakan dalam proses pengembangan sistem, yang terdiri atas tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi program, pengujian fungsional, serta tahap pemeliharaan. Teknologi geolocation diintegrasikan untuk memvalidasi lokasi absensi dalam radius tertentu, sehingga meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan kehadiran. Pengujian black box membuktikan bahwa seluruh fungsi telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan, sementara uji usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor rata-rata 87 yang dikategorikan sebagai excellent. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dinilai layak dan efektif digunakan untuk mendukung digitalisasi manajemen kehadiran karyawan di Lazismu UMG.===================================================Abstract : This study aims to design and develop an employee attendance system for Lazismu Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik (UMG) based on geolocation as a solution to the limitations of the manual method, which is less efficient, prone to manipulation, and slow in data recapitulation. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, program implementation, functional testing, and maintenance stages. Geolocation technology was integrated to validate attendance locations within a specific radius, thereby improving the accuracy of attendance records. Black box testing demonstrated that all functions operated according to requirements, while usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) achieved an average score of 87, categorized as excellent. Therefore, the system is considered feasible and effective to support the digitalization of employee attendance management at Lazismu UMG.

Abstract

Koperasi sekolah merupakan sarana pendukung kegiatan ekonomi di lingkungan pendidikan yang berperan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan warga sekolah serta melatih siswa dalam berorganisasi dan berwirausaha, namun proses pencatatan dan pengelolaan transaksi penjualan masih banyak dilakukan secara manual yang menimbulkan permasalahan seperti laporan keuangan yang diperhitungkan secara manual dan mengalami keterlambatan, kehilangan data, dan kesalahan pencatatan. Penelitian pada koperasi sekolah bertujuan untuk merencanakan dan membangun sistem informasi koperasi sekolah yang terkomputerisasi menggunakan metode sistem Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem yang dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat membantu pengelola koperasi dalam pencatatan transaksi penjualan, pengelolaan data barang dan anggota, serta penyusunan laporan secara lebih cepat, akurat, dan terintegrasi, sehingga diharapkan dapat mendukung pengelolaan koperasi sekolah yang lebih tertib, transparan, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Room management plays an important role in supporting academic and non-academic activities in higher education institutions. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Room Loan Information System (SIPINRU) that facilitates the room borrowing process in a more efficient and transparent manner. The system is developed using the PHP programming language with MySQL as the database and applies the Waterfall development method. SIPINRU allows students and lecturers to submit room loan requests online without requiring prior login, making the submission process simpler and more accessible. In addition, the application provides real-time updates on the submission status, enabling applicants to quickly obtain clear information regarding approval or rejection without prolonged waiting times. Administrators are responsible for managing room data and verifying loan requests through the system. Black box testing results indicate that all system functions operate as expected according to the defined requirements. Therefore, SIPINRU is expected to improve the effectiveness of room loan management in higher education environments.

Abstract

The security and integrity of medical record data is a crucial issue in the era of healthcare service digitalization. Traditional systems still face risks of manipulation, information leaks, and issues with interoperability between healthcare institutions. Blockchain technology has emerged as a promising solution to address this issue thanks to its features of decentralization, openness, and difficulty in modification. One consensus method that can be applied is Proof of Work (PoW), which has proven to maintain the authenticity of transactions on a distributed network. This research aims to design and evaluate a blockchain-based medical record application using the PoW consensus algorithm to ensure the security, transparency, and reliability of medical data storage. The approach used is experimental, involving the development of a blockchain-based application prototype. The PoW algorithm is applied to ensure the validity of medical record data transactions. The evaluation was conducted by measuring the security aspect (resistance to data changes), performance (time to verify transactions), and scalability (number of transactions that can be handled). The results of the experiment show that implementing PoW in a medical record system can maintain data integrity with a high level of resistance to unauthorized changes. The average time for transaction verification is 2.4 seconds per block, with the ability to handle up to 150 transactions per minute. Although the performance of PoW requires significant computational resources, the level of security it offers suggests potential for implementation in larger healthcare systems. The application of blockchain with the PoW algorithm to medical records has proven to improve the security and transparency of medical information. This research successfully met the established objectives, although computational efficiency issues still need to be addressed. Further research is suggested to explore other consensus algorithms such as Proof of Stake (PoS) or Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance (PBFT) to improve performance without sacrificing security aspects. Abstract

Extracurricular activities are an integral part of every educational institution throughout a year of learning. In the current era where information is demanded at an accelerated pace, this research aims to develop a web-based extracurricular attendance information system for SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The current extracurricular attendance system at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng is manual, prompting the need for this research to construct a website-based information system to facilitate students, supervising teachers, and staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The extracurricular website serves as a source of information for the school principal, class teachers, and extracurricular supervisors. It provides information about students participating in extracurricular activities, the schedule of extracurricular sessions, and generates attendance reports for students over a semester and a full academic year. The system is designed using the waterfall method, implemented through (PHP) and MySQL. This research has successfully created a web-based platform for the management of extracurricular attendance. It is anticipated that this system will offer support to stakeholders responsible for overseeing extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Di era digital, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi kebutuhan yang penting bagi usaha ritel, salah satunya termasuk toko sembako. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah ketidakpastian dalam memprediksi ketersediaan stok, khususnya pada toko sembako yang berada di luar pulau jawa. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Monte Carlo untuk memprediksi ketersediaan stok telur di Toko Subur Abadi melalui sistem web. Metode ini meliputi pembangkitan bilangan acak menggunakan Linear Congruential Generator (LCG), perhitungan distribusi probabilitas berdasarkan data penjualan telur historis, serta simulasi Monte Carlo untuk menghasilkan estimasi kebutuhan stok di masa mendatang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan efektivitas model yang diimplementasikan memperoleh rata-rata akurasi sebesar 82.85% dengan MAPE sebesar 17.15%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu membantu pengelolaan stok telur secara lebih akurat dan efisien.
