Abstract

Saat ini banyak masyarakat yang telah menganggap menjaga hewan peliharaan sebagai salah satu hobi yang populer, hal ini dikarenakan hewan peliharaan mampu menjadi teman yaang setia bagi mereka. Di antara berbagai pilihan hewan peliharaan, kucing menjadi pilihan favorite di kalangan masyarakat karena kucing dikenal sebagai hewan mamalia yang mudah bersahabat dan mampu beradaptasi dengan baik. Meski demikian hal tersebut tidak diimbangi dengan pengetahuan pemeliharaan kucing. Banyak dari para pemilik kucing belum sepenuhnya memprioritaskan pengawasan terhadap kondisi kesehatan kucing peliharaan mereka, yang mengakibatkan renta terhadap risiko penyakit. Langkah pencegahan yang efektif untuk melindungi kucing dari penyakit dan mengenali gejalanya adalah dengan menjadwalkan kunjungan rutin ke dokter hewan. Namun banyak pemelihara kucing yang mengabaikan hal tersebut dikarenakan kuangnya biaya dan keterbatasan waktu. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya media yang dapat diakses dengan mudah dari dimana saja dan kapan saja, yaitu melalui sistem pakar. Supaya pemilik kucing dapat menangani penyakit yang dialami oleh kucing dengan baik dan benar. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem pakar berbasis website dengan mengadopsi metode Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) sebagai kerangka kerja pengembangan sistem dan Forward Chaining yang menjadi metode inferensi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah pemilik kucing dalam proses mendiagnosis penyakit pada kucing.

Abstract

Virtual reality tour is a technology that allows users to interact with the virtual world, which is a visualization of the real environment presented online. in the field of education this technology can be used to introduce schools by providing visual experiences including being able to see locations with a 360o view, the use of Virtual Reality Tour technology can be used as a solution as a supporting technology for promotion and introduction at a school. With the Virtual Reality Tour users can see by not coming directly to the School. To build a Web-Based School Introduction Virtual Reality Tour Application implements the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) development method with six stages, namely concept, design, material collection, manufacture, testing, and distribution. This research produces a web-based school introduction virtual reality tour application. Beta testing obtained results in accordance with expectations. As well as testing the results of beta testing using the usability testing method with a total of 20 respondents who produced a score of 4.52, this includes very good measured on a scale of 1 to 5.

Abstract

One of the obligations of a Muslim is to read the Qur'an correctly, therefore it is important to learn how to read the Qur'an since childhood. Based on research by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Nuonline, an article was released that randomized research of approximately 10 thousand Muslims in 32 provinces in Indonesia found that 38.49% did not have Quran literacy. In an effort to reduce this problem, it is necessary to diversify the delivery of learning to read the Qur'an by utilizing information technology such as Mobile-based Games. Based on these reasons, the purpose of this research is to design a game to help learning Makhroj and Sifat. The game development uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. The method has 5 stages, namely, Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, and Distribution. The Alpha test results show that the game has successfully performed all the functions tested. The value of the Beta test results from seven questions given to 15 respondents is 89% which states that users are ‘Very Satisfied’. Therefore, it is hoped that this game can help children related to good and correct reading of makhroj.

Abstract

This study was conducted precisely in Lebakjaya Village, Karangpawitan District, an area that will be traversed by the construction of the Gedebage-Tasikmalaya-Cilacap (Getaci) toll road. The soil in this location exhibits clay characteristics with a Plasticity Index (PI) value of 21.13%. The research aims to determine significant changes in CBR and consolidation values obtained from various mixture compositions.The methodology employed in this study was experimental, involving a series of laboratory tests for observation. These tests included physical soil property testing, CBR testing, and consolidation testing, all conducted to evaluate changes in soil bearing capacity and settlement behavior.The results showed that, according to the AASHTO classification system, the soil falls under group A6, indicating a clayey soil type with a high plasticity index. The CBR test demonstrated an optimum improvement at a 5% mixture variation, yielding a CBR value of 10.37%. Meanwhile, consolidation testing revealed that mixture variations of 5%, 10%, and 15% reduced the consolidation settlement (Sc), while the coefficient of consolidation (Cv) increased at 5% and 10% variations.These findings suggest that the use of aluminum sulfate (alum) as an additive is feasible. However, the selected mixture percentage must carefully consider the moisture content, as this significantly influences the chemical reaction between water and aluminum sulfate.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 masih berlangsung di seluruh dunia khususnya di Indonesia membuat berbagai aktivitas masyarakat dalam bidang ekonomi, sosial dan pendidikan menjadi terganggu. Tindakan pencegahan penyebaran virus harus dilakukan secara berkala oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat, di pihak lain kegiatan ekonomi harus tetap berjalan. Salah satu solusi masalah ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas teknologi informatika yaitu menggunakan pembelajaran daring dan penggunaan aplikasi electronic Commercial. Sebagai upayaa menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, Kuliah Kerja Nyata ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan sosialisasi lawan covid-19 dan literasi digital di Desa Sukamaju. Sosialisasi dilakukan terhadap masyarakat Desa Sukamaju meliputi guru madrasah, siswa sekolah dasar dan sekolah lanjutan yang belajar bersama di madrasah. Materi yang diberikan terdiri dari materi mengenai cara menghindari penyebaran Covid-19 dan materi literasi digital berupa cara menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran daring serta aplikasi komersial. Hasil sosialisasi diukur menggunakan pretest dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat dengan signifikan.

Abstract

The Coronavirus Disease 19 pandemic caused by the SARS COV 2 Virus in 2021 has not yet been completed, the emergence of a new Delta variant whose spread has accelerated has prompted the government to impose restrictions on emergency community activities in the Java and Bali regions. Making many people have to lose their jobs again for some time, including Hegarmanah Village, Bungbulang District, which also felt the impact of the implementation of the imposition of restrictions on emergency community activities. Previously, the village had carried out the Village Internet program, for each RW it had been facilitated with the internet, it was hoped that this would keep the community productive in completing work with Work From Home. The Work From Home method in Hegarmanah Village is still not well understood by the village community so that the community still has difficulty implementing this method. The Real Work Lecture Group from the Garut High School of Technology took the opportunity to increase the ability of the community to apply the Work From Home method and at the same time increase the ability of the community to prevent coronavirus disease 19. Activities are carried out every week for a total of 4 weeks. Activities carried out with the stages of preparation, implementation, and results. The results obtained from this real work lecture activity are that the community understands more about the Work From Home method as an alternative to working during a pandemic and the community is also more aware of the spread of the corona virus.

Abstract

Standardization of work systems is necessary both for companies and for workers, standardization makes it easier for companies to make company plans and targets. For workers, standardization is a guide in making it easier for workers to do their work. This study aims to integrate the results of research conducted from 2022 and try it out, resulting in standardization of work systems in the shoe industry at CV. Civani which includes the specifications and physical form of the facilities used, work methods for each work station and the physical work environment that meets the job requirements. By standardizing the work system, it is hoped that workers will be more comfortable and safe in doing their jobs and help in achieving targets.

Abstract

Amidst the rapid development of urbanization and increasing population, the challenges in regional planning and management are increasingly complex, especially in rural areas such as Dawungsari Village. This study aims to map the distribution of small businesses and public facilities, such as places of worship, sports facilities, educational facilities, and other village infrastructure. Data were collected through direct observation and local sources, then visualized in the form of a regional map. This mapping provides a comprehensive representation of the distribution of public facilities and services in the village, and provides a basis for supporting more effective development planning. The evaluation shows that the mapping method used is able to produce relevant information for regional management, although there are constraints related to data accuracy and limited local resources.

Abstract

Reporting or complaints are communications made to convey conditions that can be used for consideration in making decisions about services. Drinking Water Services (PAM) is managed by the Mekarwangi Village Owned Enterprise. When a problem occurs with the service, the customer must make a report to the officer by coming directly to the BUMDes office, which sometimes records the complaint being lost so it is not conveyed to the technician and results in the problem report not being handled immediately. . Based on these problems, the aim of this research is to build a Village PAM problem reporting system so that customers can report directly their complaints, so that the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology is the choice which has Inception, Elaboration and Construction stages, while for modeling Unified Modeling is implemented Language (UML) and black box testing as system testing. The results of this research were successful in developing a web-based system by applying the Customer Satisfaction Index method to the problem reporting system to reveal customer expressions. Knowing the customer's condition can help PAM Desa to immediately handle problems, so that service quality can be maintained and the service provided meets customer expectations. The problem reporting service system can run well based on the results of the functional suitability calculation which obtains a percentage value of 100%, or in the sense that it meets the criteria.

Abstract

Diseases in plants affect the yield of the plant itself. Agriculture is essential in human life, and if plant conditions are left unchecked, it will result in crop failure, which can affect the economy. Many researchers have developed methods to detect plant diseases, ranging from expert systems to deep learning algorithms. Machine learning is particularly effective for this task as it relies on datasets composed of plant images, making image processing crucial for the identification process. This article reviews the current literature and identifies several research gaps, opportunities, and challenges that must be addressed. Specifically, the article outlines potential avenues for future research in detecting plant diseases using image processing techniques. A significant opportunity exists to develop more effective algorithmic models for detecting plant diseases.
