Abstract

The aim of this program is to improve the skills and sensitivity of the team of practitioners in the design of concepts and strategies in the management and use of mangrove forest ecosystems as a field of community-based ecotourism. Output targets include; Increased knowledge about the potential of mangrove ecosystems that have the value of environmental services that can be managed and used as an ecotourism field in accordance with community participation and empowerment. With the implementation of this program, a form of strategy is obtained in the management and use of community-based mangrove ecosystems and assistance for local government programs in the context of mangrove ecosystem preservation that have been regulated in regional regulations on the management and preservation of mangrove ecosystems. The method of implementing the program concerns the potential of forest areas that can be used as ecotourism areas in this case, the village government of Serang Regency, Tirayasa District, direct observation and documenting the location of mangrove ecosystem areas, plan interviews concerning the management and use of mangrove ecosystems as a field of community-based ecotourism, and socialization of mangrove ecosystem management and use as an ecotourism field based on community strengthening and  Institutional. The results of the program obtained consist of a plan to manage and use the mangrove ecosystem as a community-based ecotourism field. This design will be a model that can be used by partners in this case the Lontar village government in Tirayasa District, Serang Regency in the development of mangrove ecosystems as an ecotourism area. The design to explore the management of plans and the use of mangrove ecosystems as ecotourism areas has been socialized by community leaders, youth leaders and village governments

Abstract

Makalah ini merupakan hasil penelitian lapangan tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia di bidang pendidikan. Variabel yang diamati: perencanaan, rekrutmen, pengembangan dan pelatihan, kompensasi, evaluasi, dan pemeliharaan karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, responden survei adalah manajemen sekolah dan karyawan. Temuan penelitian antara lain perencanaan rekrutmen pegawai di Sekolah Pelita Harapan, Sekolah Tunas Muda, dan Sekolah Tzu Chi, sistem rekrutmen untuk rekrutmen pegawai untuk menunjang jalannya pendidikan Sekolah Pelita Harapan, Sekolah Tzu Chi, dan Sekolah Tunas Muda, pengembangan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh agar lebih banyak calon pegawai, santunan pegawai tetap setiap bulan santunan pegawai musiman di Sekolah Pelita Harapan, Sekolah Tzu Chi, dan Sekolah Tunas Muda, penilaian pegawai atas dasar pelayanan dan cara kerja, serta pemeliharaan pada setiap pendidikan dalam mengembangkan karyawannya. Abstract

Perawat merupakan salah satu profesi kesehatan yang memberikan jasa pelayanan. Untuk itu, seorang perawat dituntut dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pasien. Sebab kualitas pelayanan perawat kepada pasien menunkukkan citra pelayanan sebuah Puskesmas. Sehingga pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan kecerdasan emosi yang dimiliki perawat merupakan sumber daya manusia yang sangat penting artinya bagi Puskesmas. Karena dengan kecerdasan emosi itulah perawat mampu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik kepada pasien. Fokus kajian dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah peningkatan kecerdasan emosi perawat dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan pada pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Yaitu penelitian yang penekanannya pada usaha menjawab pertanyaan penelitian melalui cara-cara berfikir formal dan argumentatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan alat analisis di atas, diperoleh bahwa pentingnya kecerdasan emosi perawat dalam melayani pasien menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosi lebih berperan dalam kesuksesan seseorang daripada kecerdasan intelektual. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kecerdasan emosi perawat, pihak Puskesmas telah berupaya meningkatkan kecerdasan emosi perawat dengan mengirimkan delegasi pada pelatihan-pelatihan yang diadakan Dinas Kesehatan. Selain itu, upaya peningaktan kecerdasan emosi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pada pasien lebih banyak dilakukan perawat dengan upaya pengendalian diri (factor menahan diri/mengelola emosi). Dimana pengelolaan emosi yang baik ini akan berdampak positif kepada pelaksanaan tugas, peka terhadap kata hati, dan sanggup pulih kembali dari tekanan emosi.

Abstract

The Walantaka District Office is one of the sub-districts in the city of Serang. Quality human resources are very important to achieve the goal. In addition, the work environment and motivation are important for agencies to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and motivation on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative. The population of Walantak sub-district employees. The sample used is the saturated sample technique. The sample in this study were all employees of the Walantaka sub-district totaling 30 people. Data processing using SPSS 26 software. Hypothesis testing was carried out by descriptive statistical tests, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and statistical hypothesis testing T test and F test. The results obtained from this study that the work environment affects employee performance while motivation does not affect employee performance, and simultaneously work environment and motivation affect employee performance

Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global development agreement that is very important to deal with very high and constantly changing economic conflicts such as the impact of strong political interests and foreign intervention. This study aims to examine how the Sustainable Development Goals approved by the United Nations in 2015 have an impact on Indonesia, especially in the economic sector. This study uses the literature study method to describe international economic conditions that have an impact on economic conditions in Indonesia through the results of research that has been conducted in several countries, especially in Asia. The research results show that a number of innovations and policies are needed in order to achieve the SDGs in the field of economic growth and employment. One of the strategies is to create a digital economy platform that uses the principle of collaboration from all parties and strengthens the management of policies, infrastructure and the consumer sector. This rationale is inseparable from the strong foreign intervention which is a consequence of the state debt which always increases every year

Abstract

This social service discusses cross-cultural communication between the Baduy people and tourists from different cultural backgrounds. The constant meeting of people from different cultural backgrounds affects both sides. The Baduy tribe is one of the tribes that still defends itself from the influence of modernity. They live around the Kendeng Mountains, Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak and Banten Regencies. Tourists from various cultural backgrounds continue to come to visit the Baduy tribe. In a long process, the Baduy tribe has adapted to a situation where their lives are closely related to travelers. However, the proximity and intercultural communication that emerged brought change to the Baduy people, whether they realized it or not. The results of community service during Baduy observation activities and interviews obtained information from outside the Baduy, the Baduy Regional Government, tourists and researchers. Cultural differences between Baduy and tourists can be considered as a fact, and verbal and non-verbal communication is a phenomenon that can be found. This phenomenon is the result of continuous and long-lasting intercultural communication. Some of the existing obstacles change the behavior of the Baduy people

Abstract

The tourism sector is a contributor to state revenue in the form of foreign exchange and plays a role in increasing productivity and reducing unemployment. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the tourism sector to be paralyzed and die so that it cannot contribute to the economy. Pagelaran Village, Malingping District is one of the villages that has beach tourism affected by Covid-19. Karang Nawing Beach, which is usually crowded with tourists, has become deserted, this has led to a decrease in the income of the local community. The method used in devotion consists of three stages. First, the preparatory phase includes preliminary observations. The second step is the stage of implementing the program in the form of a discussion. The third step is the evaluation step. This service activity can be called tourism branding, which is an option as an effort to restore the post-pandemic tourism sector in Pagelaran Village, Malingping District. Tourism branding can be done by utilizing existing social media such as Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, and Facebook. Social media is expected to be able to reach local and foreign tourists, by disseminating information about existing tourism so that the wheels of the local community's economy come to life. Abstract

Higher education leaders play an essential role in the progress of the organization. The ability of university directors is needed to lead organizations, both in university policy, guiding students, motivating staff, and working with various parties. This research aims are: (1) How is the university's management strategy in developing researchers? (2) How is the implementation of university administration in the development of academic culture? (3) What are the factors in building an academic culture? This research used a qualitative approach conducted at Bina Bangsa University. Data collection techniques with interview techniques, observation, documentation. The data analysis step is carried out by summarizing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study: 1) The strategy implemented by management has goals, objectives, stages and time. a) The aim of building an academic culture is based on the competitive and religious vision and mission of Bina Bangsa University. b) The purpose of building an academic culture is; lecturers and students. c) The stages of developing academic and religious culture are short term, long term and long term. d) time to build an academic culture; at the beginning, middle and end of the semester. 2) During the implementation of the academic program, namely: a) Implementation of an academic culture through recruitment, training and evaluation programs.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the main center in carrying out a job in a company or organization.PT. Esta Dana Ventura is a center and training center, which is engaged in non-bank financial institutions, with a venture capital model / microfinance institute. PT. Esta Dana Ventura was established on February 9, 2015, EDV's first office is located at the BSD Junction shophouse Blok A No/11 Serpong Tangerang.  In this study, the authors took samples using a saturated sampling technique. Another term for saturated sample is census, where all members of the population are sampled, which is 42 people. This type of research is field research with quantitative descriptive methods, namely research that is intended to describe (describe) a problem. Based on the results of the research above, the results of the partial test (t test) have a tcount of 1.836 and a t-table of 2,02269 (tcount > ttable) with a significance value of 0.001 (sig. < 0.05), and the value of the partial test results (t-test) the value of tcount is 2,677 and ttable is 2,02269 (tcount > ttable) with a significance value of 0.001 (sig. <0.05). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the value of the simultaneous test results (F test) the Fcount value is 5.670 and Ftable is 3.24 (Fcount > Ftable) and with a significance value of 0.000 (sig. <0.05). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of this study can be concluded that the Transactional Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y), either partially or simultaneously at PT. Abstract

Writing textbooks, reference books, and monographs is indeed one of the lecturers' efforts to improve their competence, especially in the academic field. This is caused by various factors, such as lack of available time, lack of experience and knowledge in writing, and lack of motivation and passion to complete writing projects. The service activities that you mentioned have a very important purpose to improve lecturers' understanding and skills in writing textbooks, reference books and monographs. The methods used, namely lectures, discussions, practicals, and direct assistance in the training room, are effective ways to achieve this goal. With the method of realization and implementation of community service activities carried out in 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the training stage for writing books, and the monitoring and evaluation stage. This service activity was attended by 100 participants, consisting of lecturers from tertiary institutions, especially in Banten and participants who have successfully completed their book drafts. Although the participants were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity, only a few participants managed to complete their book drafts. However, the results obtained from this community service activity remained positive, namely the participants were able to publish a book with an ISBN. This shows that this service activity provides good benefits in increasing participants' understanding and skills in writing textbooks, reference books, and monographs. The participants wanted further training and intensive assistance to produce a book that was ready to be published
