Abstract

This study aims to develop punctuation in Aksara Lontara. The addition of consonants has long been a heated debate between those who want to add punctuation to dead letters and those who refuse. They refused on the grounds that they wanted to preserve the culture as the original script. While those who want to develop on the grounds that everything can be developed to adjust the development of the times. It is also recalling that various script in this world experiencing development for example Latin and Arabic script. This research was carried out through Research and Development procedures, with field trials. The main objective of this study is to develop textbooks that contain writing techniques for Aksara Lontara, and the development of punctuation used as symbols of consonants. The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and conducting in-depth interviews with respondents including material experts, media experts and observers of the Aksara Lontara. The results of the study showed 89% of the respondents stated their agreement to develop the Aksara Lontara. Based on the results of the study, the researchers set a small "MA" letter is placed on the script as one of the development of punctuation, for example a small "MA" letter placed above "RA" will say "r". As a product, this study produces a standard about the process and practical steps for writing the Aksara Lontara.

Abstract

Abstract. The Entrepreneurship course is one of the compulsory subjects taught in the Fine Arts Education study program, Faculty of Art and Design, Makassar State University. After taking this course students are expected to be able to recognize their own potential, seek and create business opportunities, and have the courage to try entrepreneurship according to their abilities and the field they are in. In creating an entrepreneur, it can be started through entrepreneurship education taught in universities, but it will be faster if entrepreneurship education also begins to be applied from families, communities and educational institutions. This research will develop teaching materials for entrepreneurship courses and then measure the feasibility of teaching materials in terms of validity. This research refers to the development procedure developed by Borg & Gall which consists of ten steps that are systematically arranged, with easy-to-understand explanations, and can direct the developer from the beginning to the end of the research. In practice, it was only carried out up to the third step, namely from 1) preliminary study and data/information collection, 2) making plans, 3) developing initial drafts and validation tests or reviews by validators. The learning package components developed in this study are textbooks and media presentations. Entrepreneurship learning packages in the form of teaching materials and media presentations produced in this study are teaching materials that are appropriate for use in the learning process in Entrepreneurship courses in the Fine Arts Education Study Program, Department of Fine Arts and Crafts Education, Faculty of Art and Design, Makassar State University. Abstract

Forming the character of a student who has a critical nature towards various issues of art and how to understand, respond and provide comments on the works of art they encounter, can be started through Art Criticism courses taught at universities. Basically, the knowledge about art criticism obtained by students can be used as a bridge between artists as creators of works of art and critics as reviewers, so that a dialogue occurs between works of art created by artists and observers (appreciators). The Art Criticism course not only provides a theoretical basis for the concept of Art Criticism but shapes a student's attitudes, behavior and mindset. This is a capital investment to prepare students to start activities in their lives after studying at university. Through the integration of the experience, skills and knowledge they have acquired, students can develop themselves to become art observers or art critics. This research aims to evaluate the suitability of the Art Criticism textbook with the criteria for a good textbook prepared by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The product evaluated in this research is teaching material in the form of an Art Criticism textbook. The Art Criticism course is one of the mandatory courses for students of the Fine Arts Education study program, FSD Fine Arts Education study program, Makassar State University. This research evaluates the teaching materials of the Art Criticism textbook and then measures the appropriateness of the content, appropriateness of presentation, language and source material.

Abstract

Kemampuan menulis bagi guru sangat penting karena menjadi tuntutan profesi. Bagi pengembangan karir dan untuk tetap belajar, guru wajib memenuhi syarat menulis karya ilmiah. Syarat ini seringkali menjadi penghambat kenaikan jenjang pangkat bagi guru mengingat rendahnya kemampuan dan minat menulis di kalangan guru. Selain menjadi syarat bagi pengembangan karir, menulis juga menjadi sarana bagi pengembangan diri seorang guru. Guru memiliki banyak potensi dan potensi yang dimilikinya akan berkembang secara optimal dengan menulis. Hal ini didukung oleh banyaknya kondisi guru yang memperkuat peluang berkembangnya kemampuan menulis. Kesatu, guru selalu berinteraksi dengan ilmu pengetahuan yang bisa menjadi bahan untuk menulis. Kedua, guru selalu berinteraksi dengan siswa saat kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas yang dapat dijadikan sumber tulisan. Ketiga, guru sering berinteraksi dengan dunia pendidikan dan kebijakannya yang dinamis, selalu menuntut untuk berpikir kritis, mengeluarkan ide-ide inovatifnya. Keempat, banyak peluang                lomba menulis, baik yang diselenggarakan Dinas Pendidikan maupun Departemen Agama sebagai instansi yang menaunginya. Kelima, media massa menyediakan banyak rubrik pendidikan yang memungkinkan bagi guru untuk mengekspresikan gagasan- gagasan inovatifnya. Permasalahan yang tampak pada guru di sekolah menengah, khususnya di SMA Negeri 2 Majene adalah: 1) Pengetahuan guru tentang teknik pembuatan laporan dan pembuatan artIkel penelitian dalam penulisan karya ilmiah masih sangat kurang, 2) Banyak laporan dan artikel penelitian guru yang belum sepenuhnya menggunakan sistem APA, sehingga masih banyak ditemui referensi termuat dalam tubuh karangan, namun tidak ditemukan dalam daftar pustaka. 3) Laporan dan artikel penelitian guru banyak ditemukan menggunakan buku sebagai referensi rujukan, sehingga menyulitkan untuk dimuat di jurnal. 4) Maraknya isu plagiasi dan mudahnya mengakses berbagai informasi melalui dunia maya menjadi   kendala   yang   cukup   berat  bagi guru.    Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilaksanakan Program Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat  berupa pelatihan menulis karya ilmiah berupa pembuatan laporan hasil penelitian dan artikel bagi guru di SMA Negeri 2 Majene.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk dan fleksibilitas objek manekin kayu sebagai alat bantu ajar dalam pembelajaran menggambar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan fokus pada objek manekin kayu yang diproduksi oleh Mont Marte. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun manekin kayu Mont Marte didesain secara proporsional dengan ukuran manusia rata-rata, namun terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam bentuk kepala, leher, badan, panggul, dan pangkal paha jika dibandingkan dengan bentuk manusia sebenarnya. Selain itu, fleksibilitas objek manekin juga tidak sepenuhnya mencerminkan gerakan manusia secara alami, terutama dalam hal gerakan tangan, badan, dan kaki. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa objek manekin kayu sebagai alat bantu ajar tidak secara sempurna merepresentasikan bentuk dan fleksibilitas manusia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengembangkan objek manekin yang lebih akurat sebagai alat bantu ajar dalam pembelajaran seni rupa.

Abstract

The cosmologic view of the Buginese tribe assumes that this macrocosmos (the universe) is arranged into three levels: Boting langi’ (the upper world), Ale kawa (the middle world), Uri’ Li’yu’ (the Under world). As the centre from the three parts of this universe is Boting Langi (the highest sky), the place of Dewata SeuwaE (God) to lie down. This view is represented in the King’s Palace/traditional house building seen as the microcosmos. So, the King’s palace of the Buginese is devided also into three levels (stacks), those are: Rekkeang (top floor) viewed as the head of the human being, Alle bola (the body of the house) viewed as the body, and Awa bola (space underneath of the house) viewed as the leg of the human being. The three parts are centered at Posi’ bola or the house navel. This research tries to answer the problems: 1) whether the meaning form of the King’s Palace of the Buginese based on cosmology, and 2) how the symbol meaning of decorative art at the King’s Palace of the Buginese is. To identify and comprehend the meaning of decorative art on the King’s Palace of the Buginese, it is done through hermeneutic theory by Gadamer and the symbol meaning theory by Victor Turner. This research gives description that the happening of structural change and the style of decorated art at the kings’ palace of the Buginese of South Sulawesi, beside having much influence from the art of Dong-son and Chou Tua style, the decorated art at the Buginese tribe also got influence from Hinduism and Islam. In addition, the change of the art style is decided also by the one who has power in the society, either in the politic side or in the religion or culture. In this case, the existence of art style variation is caused by the existence of the levelling and groupping of the society.Keyword: Decorated art, Buginese tribe.

Abstract

Saat ini sistem pembelajaran sudah luring, dimana pembelajaran dilaksanakan tatap muka secara langsung antara guru dan siswa. Guru harus memastikan pembelajaran tetap terlaksana sebagaimana mestinya dan guru harus bisa mendesain media pembelajaran sehingga materi yang disampaikan guru bisa dimengerti dengan baik oleh siswa. Keberhasilan guru dalam melakukan pembelajaran daring maupun luring pasca Pandemi covid 19 merupakan kemampuan guru dalam berinovasi merancang penyajian materi dan guru dan siswa harus bisa memanfaatkan aplikasi – aplikasi yang sesuai dengan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan.Solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi guru adalah penggunaan media yang tepat untuk pembelajaran daring maupun luring. Salah satu dari banyaknya aplikasi yang telah hadir dalam dunia teknologi adalah Aplikasi Canva. Canva adalah program desain online yang menyediakan bermacam peralatan seperti presentasi, resume, poster, pamflet, brosur, grafik, infografis, spanduk, penanda buku, bulletin, dan lain sebagainya yang disediakan dalam aplikasi canva. Adapun jenis–jenis presentasi yang ada pada aplikasi canva seperti presentasi kreatif, pendidikan, bisnis, periklanan, teknologi, dan lain sebagainya.Berdasarkan hal tersebut, telah dilaksanakan Program Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat  berupa Pelatihan Penggunaan Aplikasi Canva sebagai Media Pembelajaran Bagi Guru dan Siswa Di SMP Negeri 4 Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development (RnD) dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan 4D Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), dan development (pengembangan). Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa observasi, angket validasi dari ahli materi, ahli media dan dokumentasi. Dari data yang terkumpul berdasarkan validasi ahli materi dan ahli media  kemudian  dikonversikan  dengan  Pendekatan  Acuan  Patokan   (PAP) merujuk pada Widoyoko (2009). Hasil penelitian yang dicapai setelah dianalisis yaitu: 1) Modul Pembelajaran Seni Lukis Mixed Media Berbahan Dasar Alam dengan rata-rata skor penilaian oleh ahli materi dari aspek yang dinilai yaitu aspek isi dan tujuan, dan kualitas instruksional adalah 4,5, kategori (sangat baik), dan dinyatakan layak digunakan dengan   revisi.   2)   Penilaian   oleh   ahli   media   dari   aspek   kualitas   teknik mendapatkan skor     (rata-rata skor yang diperoleh) sebesar 4,88, kategori (sangat baik), dan dinyatakan layak digunakan dengan revisi. Berdasarkan data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar menggambar motif hias ini layak digunakan sebagai penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 1 Tapalang.

Abstract

The three parts are centered at Posi bola or the house navel. The result of this research is hoped to enrich the knowledge treasury in the art sector, mainly the plastic arts related to the decorated arts obtained in the Buginese kings’ palace.
