Abstract

Each child has their own differences and uniqueness, one of which is how their learning process occurs at school. Some children may immediately understand the lesson, but do not rule out the possibility that there are children who cannot understand the lesson given to them. It can be said that this child is a slow learner. Likewise with children who are Slow Learners. The hope of every inclusive school education is how and what factors are related to the learning process that each student has, one of which is interest in learning. In increasing students' interest in learning, several counseling approaches or techniques are used. One way is by using the token economy technique. The aim of this research is to increase the learning interest of slow learner children using token economy techniques in 6 grade at SDN 13 Gresik. The subjects involved in the research were 3 slow learner children in 6 grade at SDN 13 Gresik. This research uses a quantitative research method with a Pre-Experimental design and a one group pretest-posttest research design. In the results obtained above after carrying out treatment or implementing interventions using the token economy technique, it was found that the score results showed an increase in interest in learning in slow learner children.

Abstract

Metode membaca ujaran adalah salah satu metode pembelajaran yang efektif dilakukan untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa tuna rungu. Siswa tuna rungu mengalami keterbatasan dalam penguasaan kosa kata dan memaknai kata karena mereka tidak memiliki pembendaharaan kosakata dalam otaknya. Dengan menggunakan metode membaca ujaran akan memudahkan siswa tuna rungu dalam proses peningkatan minat belajar. Metode membaca ujaran merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran berbahasa bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus tunarungu yang bertujuan agar penderita mengerti pembicaran orang melalui gerak bibir lawan bicara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa tuna rungu dengan menggunakan metode membaca ujaran di UPT SDN 13 Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen Pre-Experimenal dan rancangan penelitian one group prettest-posttest. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, pretest dan posttest, pretest dan postets dilakukan dengan berpacu pada indikator minat baca milik Safari tahun 2003. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah gain score. Berdasarkan hasil analisis gain score menunjukan hasil bahwa metode membaca ujaran efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa tuna rungu di UPT SDN 13 Gresik, hal itu ditunjukan dengan adanya peningkatan minat baca pada subjek setelah dilaksanakan intervensi menggunakan metode membaca ujaran walaupun nilainya tidak begitu signifikan

Discipline is problem important in the teaching and learning process in school. With discipline student willing to submit And follow regulation certain And stay away prohibition certain . To overcome problem discipline Study need given the behavioral approach is wrong the other is by technique self-management . Technique This is to guide students in effort improve discipline Study And in a way aware desire to change his behavior Alone . Hopefully with technique change behavior can replace behavior correct student use to improve discipline Study. Technique Self-Management This done in stages assessment , stage intervention , follow up or follow carry on . On research this researcher using 9 students from 3 classes with scores low discipline. Researcher implement this program for 6 meetings . Based on results research conducted to 9 is obtained results enhancement discipline studied by students at SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean .

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV di SD Muhammadiyah 1 GKB, yang menunjukkan motivasi belajar rendah. Pentingnya penelitian ini terletak pada upaya untuk mengatasi masalah rendahnya motivasi belajar, yang dapat memengaruhi prestasi akademik siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan observasi, wawancara, dan pengamatan lapangan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Intervensi dilakukan melalui penerapan teknik Self-Regulated Learning yang meliputi penguatan diri, pengamatan model, efikasi diri, dan pembelajaran mandiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam motivasi belajar kedua subjek, yang ditandai dengan kemampuan mereka menyelesaikan tugas secara mandiri dan mengontrol proses belajar. Kesimpulannya, teknik Self-Regulated Learning terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya penerapan metode ini dalam lingkungan pendidikan untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan kemandirian dan motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Kemandirian anak merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan, yang perlu dibentuk sejak dini melalui bimbingan orang tua dan lingkungan. Ketidakmandirian, baik fisik maupun psikologis, dapat menghambat perkembangan kepribadian dan kemampuan sosialisasi anak. Teknik shaping, sebuah pendekatan psikologis yang diperkenalkan oleh B.F. Skinner, digunakan untuk melatih kemandirian anak melalui reinforcement bertahap. Program magang ini bertujuan menerapkan teknik shaping untuk meningkatkan kemandirian siswa kelas 1 SD Muhammadiyah 1 GKB. Shaping membantu anak membangun kemandirian dengan memecah perilaku yang diharapkan menjadi langkah-langkah kecil yang diperkuat secara bertahap. Proses ini melibatkan analisis perilaku dan penentuan reinforcement yang tepat, dengan observasi dan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemandirian anak, membangun keterampilan manajemen diri, serta meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar.

Abstract

Self efficacy adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi belajar dan suatu keyakinan seseorang untuk menangani situasi dengan cara yang menghasilkan hasil yang memuaskan, Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui secara lebih mendalam terkait dengan pengaruh Self efficacy dapat berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika pada siswa, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Self efficacy terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika siswa kelas XI SMK Semen Gresik.Kuantitatif adalah metode penelitian yang berlandaskan filsafat positivisme selain itu penelitian yang memiliki paham naturalistik (fenomenologis) tipe penelitian tersebut berdasarkan pertimbangan pada angka- angka atau statistik yang digunakan sebagai meneliti populasi atau sample tertentu Penggunaan tipe kuantitatif tidak dapat dilepaskan dari pemikiran positivisme. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji regresi linear sederhana diperoleh nilai sig 0.000. Artinya nilai signifikan 0,05, jadi dapat diketahui Self efficacy (x) mempengaruhi Prestasi Belajar Matematika pada siswa SMK Semen Gresik. Dari pembahasan diatas dapat diketahui bahwa “Terdapat Pengaruh Yang Signifikan Antara Self efficacy Dengan Prestasi Belajar”. Selain itu masih banyak faktor yang lain yang dapat mempengaruhi antara variabel tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai resgresi linear sederhana pada variabel Self efficacy terhadap Prestasi Belajar dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Dibandingkan dengan taraf signifikansi 0.05, nilai sig (2-tailed) ini lebih kecil yang artinya terdapat pengaruh variabel Self efficacy (X) terhadap Prestasi Belajar (Y). Hasil R Square (R^2) menunjukkan angka sebesar 0.343 yang berarti Self efficacy sebagian sebesar (0,343%) terhadap variabel Prestasi belajar sedangkan sisanya sebesar (99,657%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Guidance counseling is the process of providing assistance by counselors to students to help students become independent individuals and make appropriate decisions. This research aims to determine the benefits of counseling in solving obstacles or problems experienced by grade 12 students who have difficulty deciding on a major. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews in providing intervention techniques in the form of counseling guidance with individual or individual counseling services and using the Elective Counseling model which is aimed at 3 grade 12 students. The results show that two out of three students have gained new views regarding the appropriate choice of major. Meanwhile, another student was still not satisfied with the counseling that had been carried out.

Abstract

The highest level of alcohol consumption in education is among students. One of the factors causing the increase in alcohol consumption behavior and the rise in crime cases due to alcohol consumption is a lack of religiosity. Religiosity as the internalization of religious values related to belief in religious teachings. These beliefs are then actualized in human behavior. This research is included in the type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The conceptual boundaries of this research are religiosity, teenagers aged 18 - 21 years, and subjects who live in Village "X". The subjects in this research were teenagers who were alcoholics, both male and female, totaling 5 subjects. In this research, nonprobability sampling technique was used with purposive sampling. Subjects have a level of belief in God, religion and sin in their religion. Having high intentions can influence the subject's level of commitment to carrying out ritualistic activities. Subject knowledge regarding religious knowledge is fulfilled through developing digital media. Subjects' feelings towards ritual activities and their experiences of consuming alcohol vary. subject, no one mentioned behaving well because they were motivated by the teachings of their religion. All subjects felt comfortable with the circle of friends that the subjects were now living in. Factors that influence individuals to consume alcohol are environmental factors and the individual's own desires.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of communication intensity on relationship satisfaction among couples in long-distance relationships. The sample consisted of 184 respondents aged 18 to 25 years at the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik. According to Santrock, the age range of 18-25 is considered early adulthood, which is marked by identity exploration, transition to independence, and the development of deeper interpersonal relationships. This study used a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression design. The results of the analysis showed a strong significant relationship between communication intensity and relationship satisfaction, with a significant correlation value of 0.896 (p < 0.01). Reliability testing showed good consistency, with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.870 for communication intensity and 0.878 for relationship satisfaction. ANOVA analysis showed significant differences between respondent groups (F = 18.0, p < 0.001). Hypothesis testing revealed that communication intensity had a significant effect on relationship satisfaction (F = 18.0, p < 0.001), with an R² value of 0.32, indicating that 32% of the variation in relationship satisfaction can be explained by communication intensity. This finding supports the interpersonal communication theory, which emphasizes the importance of effective communication in building healthy relationships. This study provides valuable insights for couples in long-distance relationships, confirming that increasing communication intensity can contribute positively to relationship satisfaction.

Abstract

Adolescents undergo dynamic developmental changes, especially in the realm of interpersonal relationships. Not all these connections are positive; some adolescents experience unhealthy relationships, commonly referred to as toxic relationships, which may compromise their psychological well-being and academic functioning. Academic procrastination often emerges as a response to emotional and relational stress. This study involved 188 high school students and employed a quantitative survey approach to explore the extent to which toxic relationships contribute to academic procrastination. Instruments were developed based on validated theoretical dimensions, and data were analyzed using linear regression and partial correlation. The results indicated that toxic relationships significantly influence academic procrastination, though their contribution remains modest. The physical symptoms of such relationships demonstrated a stronger negative association with task delay compared to emotional and manipulative aspects. These findings highlight the need for intervention strategies focused on promoting healthy interpersonal dynamics and emotional regulation to mitigate procrastination behaviors among students.Remaja berada pada fase perkembangan yang penuh dinamika, termasuk dalam membangun hubungan interpersonal. Namun, tidak semua hubungan bersifat positif; sebagian remaja mengalami hubungan yang tidak sehat atau dikenal sebagai toxic relationship, yang dapat memengaruhi kondisi psikologis serta berdampak pada performa akademik individu. Dalam konteks ini, prokrastinasi akademik kerap muncul sebagai bentuk respons terhadap tekanan emosional dan relasional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 188 siswa SMA dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei untuk mengeksplorasi sejauh mana hubungan toksik berkontribusi terhadap perilaku prokrastinasi akademik. Instrumen disusun berdasarkan dimensi teoritis yang telah tervalidasi, dan analisis dilakukan melalui regresi linier dan korelasi parsial. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa toxic relationship memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi akademik, meskipun kontribusinya relatif kecil. Aspek fisik dari hubungan toksik menunjukkan kecenderungan hubungan negatif yang lebih kuat terhadap penundaan tugas dibandingkan aspek emosional dan manipulatif. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya strategi intervensi yang menargetkan penguatan relasi sehat dan pengelolaan emosi dalam upaya menekan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik di kalangan pelajar.
