Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of different cross-sectional areas of recirculation systems on water quality in tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) rearing. The method used is an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD), 4 treatments and 3 replications each. The treatments are P0 (conventional), P1 (2 cross-sectional units with an area of 1,087 cm2), P2 (4 section units with an area of 2,174 cm2), P3 (6 section units with an area of 3,261 cm2). Each treatment used the same filter, namely cotton, zeolite, pumice stone, and bio balls. The results of the research the highest absolute weight growth was obtained in the P3 treatment with an average value of 4.56 g and followed respectively P2 4.38 g, P2 3.03, P0 2.59 g. The highest absolute length growth rate was obtained in treatment P3 2.71 cm, P2 of 2.54 cm, P1 of 1.87 cm, and the lowest absolute length was found in treatment P0 of 1.62 cm. The highest feed conversion value was at P0 at 3.91, followed by P1 at 2.84, P2 at 2.06, and the lowest at P3 at 1.94. The highest survival value was P3 of 85.00, P2 r 83.33, P1 73.33 and the lowest was P0 of 55.00. The highest diversity coefficient value was obtained in treatment P0 of 17.58, followed respectively by treatment P1 of 16.05, P2 of 12.91 and the lowest coefficient of diversity found in treatment P3 of 12.69. The conclusion of this study is the use of different recirculation cross-sectional areas has a significant effect on absolute weight growth, absolute length growth, feed conversion ratio, survival, and water quality. The recirculation cross-sectional area in P3 treatment with a cross-sectional area of 3.261 cm2 gave good results for the survival of tilapia.

Abstract

The development of information technology continues to increase, driving people's need for fast and affordable internet access. However, rural communities often face obstacles such as weak GSM signals and expensive data plan fees. To overcome these challenges, fiber optic-based RT/RW Net networks are a promising solution, offering stability and high speed at a lower cost than wireless networks. Faqih Teknologi, a micro-enterprise, delivered the Internet Masuk Desa program in Karang Suraga. Despite initially using wireless technology, the company faced obstacles such as vulnerability to lightning, signal interference due to weather and geographical factors, and high maintenance costs. Switching to fiber optic overcame these issues, offering a more stable signal, lower susceptibility to weather, and more efficient maintenance costs. This research uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method to design a fiber optic-based internet network system. The NDLC stages include requirements analysis, network design, simulation, implementation, monitoring, and management. This approach ensures that the designed system is able to meet the needs of the community with optimal performance, while opening up new economic opportunities for the community through a partnership-based business model.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency is a form of digital currency that uses cryptographic technology for security and operates independently without a central bank. Cryptocurrencies offer several benefits compared to traditional currencies, including decentralization, security, anonymity, and accessibility. However, cryptocurrencies also carry some risks, including volatility, security, and regulation. This research aims to educate students about cryptocurrency and how they can get involved with cryptocurrency. The research method used is literature review, using library materials as the main source, meaning that the data is collected from the literature, whether in the form of journals, online media, books and others. Which is still related to cryptocurrency. The research results show that students can engage with cryptocurrencies by purchasing them, mining them, or accepting them as payment. However, students should also understand the risks associated with cryptocurrencies and do research before getting involved in cryptocurrency investments..

Abstract

The holy book of the Qur'an is the word of God, which means the word of God. The Qur'an is a miracle from God and was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad through the angel Gabriel to become a guide or as a guide throughout our lives. Method is something that is very much needed in the running of a learning process, without the existence of a teaching method, it will cause a learning not to run. The purpose of this article is to focus on how to apply the Qiroati Method to the running of a learning process at TPQ Al-Mubarok and what supports or hinders the application. The method used by the researcher is in the form of research. The target is TPQ leaders, teachers and students.Data collection techniques can be obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained in the study can be concluded as follows: 1) That the Qiro'ati Method has been proven to be very effective in its application. 2) Teachers who want to teach must have a shahadah certificate first because it is one of the supporting factors in a learning process.3. One of the obstacles at TPQ Al-Mubarok is students who do not pay attention to the material even until some are late to take part in the lessons. 4. The solution for students who are still often late is with parents dropping them off early before the lesson and using a motorized vehicle when the lesson time is approaching the lesson, and to overcome students who are naughty or do not want to pay attention to the teacher, namely with the teacher must pay special attention such as being told to be in front or if it is not successful to be given punishment such as being told to memorize short letters.

Abstract

Gardening is now a popular hobby and healthy lifestyle trend in Indonesia. However, traditional gardening methods often require a lot of time, effort, and large areas of land, thus deterring many people from growing crops. This research aims to design and develop an efficient and easy-to-use automatic watering system for home gardens by utilizing IoT technology. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) to produce and test the effectiveness of the product. The system is built using ESP8266, a DHT11 sensor to measure air temperature and humidity, and a soil moisture sensor to measure soil moisture. The system has two modes of operation: automatic and manual. In manual mode, users can control the pump through the Blynk app. The test results show that the developed Smart Garden system can control and measure soil moisture levels through the Blynk platform with a success rate of 100%. In addition, it is recommended for further research to add a manual system on the device to overcome the problem if the WIFI connection is lost.

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the effect of lighting and plant type on growth of hydroponic fodder to increase forage productivity. This study used a randomized complete factorial design. The first factor was plant type consisted of maize (Zea mays), mung bean (Vigna radiata L) and rice (Oryza sativa). The second factor was lighting treatment consisted of 12 hours and 24 hours. Each treatment was replicated 6 times. The variables measured were plant growth parameters consisted of plant height, leaves number, width of leave and length of leave. Data was analyzed using Analysis of Variety (ANOVA) and the difference between means was analyzed using Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The result showed that plant type increase in height, number of leaves, width and length of leave along with the ages plant. Maize showed the highest of plant height and numbers of leaves. Lighting 12 hours showed the best lighting to support plant height, then lighting 24 hours support to width of leaves. The conclusion of the study showed that the best growth results were corn plants with 12-hour lighting treatment.
