This research is motivated by the problem of hardiness in parents who have mentally retarded children. The ability of individuals to survive and adapt to stress and challenges faced. Parents who have children with mentally retarded, they are faced with various challenges when caring their children. The purpose of this study is to find out how the description of parents' hardiness and the process of stages facing the reality of having a child with a mentally reterdation and to find out the factors that influence hardiness in parents who have mentally retarded children. This study used a qualitative approach and data collection was carried out using observation and interview techniques. The primary subjects in this study are parents who have mentally retarded children, while the secondary subjects are neighbors near the subject's residence, as well as the subject's cousin. The results of the research obtained that the three subjects experienced hardiness by having mentally retarded children. This can be seen from several aspects of hardiness that exist in the subject, namely commitment, control, and challenge. The factor that influences the three subjects is coping strategy.Keywords: Hardiness, parents, mentally retarded children

The development of financial technology (fintech) has significantly transformed the landscape of banking services in Indonesia, reshaping how customers interact with banks. This study aims to analyze the impact of fintech implementation on customer experience, focusing on aspects such as convenience, security, ease of use, and the evolving relationship between customers and banks. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews with customers from diverse backgrounds. The findings indicate that most customers experience increased convenience and accessibility through fintech services. However, digital literacy emerges as a crucial factor influencing user experience. Data security and trust are also major concerns, with customers expecting greater transparency and education from banks regarding personal data protection. While fintech enhances efficiency, there remains a need for personal interaction, particularly among elderly customers. This study recommends that banks not only pursue digital innovation but also prioritize digital inclusion and responsive customer service across all user segments. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for the development of more inclusive and customer-centered fintech services.

Radio is a telecommunication medium that still exists today. However, with the emergence of mastery of new information technology (New Media), it is possible that businesses engaged in this creative industry will experience setbacks. Therefore, all business people must have innovative work behavior in their employees. One important factor that can increase innovative work behavior in its employees is transformational leadership. This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on the innovative behavior of private radio broadcasters in Padang City. This study uses quantitative methods with simple regression analysis. The study population consisted of 82 broadcasters from private radio stations in the city of Padang, with the totality sampling technique being used as a sample. The results of this study indicate that the level of transformational leadership is in the moderate category with a percentage of 53.7% and innovative work behavior with a percentage of 68.3% is also included in the moderate category. The results of this study also show that transformational leadership has a significant effect on the innovative work behavior of private radio broadcasters in the city of Padang with a significance (<0.01) and a contribution of 48.5%. So the conclusion in this study is that transformational leadership has a significant effect on the innovative work behavior of private radio broadcasters in the city of Padang.

This research aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress of final students at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. The population in this study was 363 with a total sample of 191 final students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique uses a psychological scale that uses four answer choices on the self-efficacy scale and the academic stress scale. The results of the research show that the level of self-efficacy of final students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang is in the high category and academic stress is in the medium category with the results of hypothesis testing showing that there is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress of final students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This means that the higher the self-efficacy, the lower the academic stress of final students at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies at UIN Imam Bonjol Paang.

The productivity of oil palm plants is influenced by several factors, including the environment (soil and climate), genetics (type or variety of oil palm) and agronomic techniques that are able to support the growth of oil palm to achieve optimal production. The objective of this research was to study the effect of topography on the oil palm productivity. Purposive sampling was carried out through direct observation in the field at three different topographies, namely, flat-to-undulating, hilly, and hilly without terraces. Each topography consisted of 2 blocks with 30 samples each. The total number of samples was 180 trees of Dy×P Dumpy variety with the same planting years, namely 2006. The results showed that oil palm plants did not show significant differences in term agronomic characteristic. The productivity of oil palm plants planted in flat to undulating topography was 21.23 ton/ha, higher than those of hilly topography (17.09 ton/ha) and those of hilly without terraces (14.62 ton/ha). Agronomic characters that were positively correlated with bunch weight were plant height, stem diameter, and number of bunches (in flat-to-undulating lands); all agronomic characters in hilly land; and plant height and number of fronds in hilly land without terraces

Career adaptability is needed by fresh graduates to face various job tasks, and be able to adjust to changes and challenges that arise in the world of work. This study aims to determine the relationship between grit and career adaptability in fresh graduates of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The population in this study was 1,331 fresh graduates, with a sample size of 279 selected using random sampling technique. The research instrument used was the Career Adapt-Ability Scale (CAAS) developed by Savickas and Porfeli and has been adapted into Indonesian by Sulistiani. The grit scale used in this study was prepared by Duckworth and has been adapted into Indonesian by Priyohadi. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between grit and career adaptability in fresh graduates of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang, with the p-value obtained is 0.00 (p < 0.05). This means that by having high grit, fresh graduates are more able to adapt to the challenges of the world of work and do not give up easily in achieving career goals.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kurang melibatkan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga siswa kurang diberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya dan mengeluarkan pendapat, guru tidak menggunakan media pada proses pembelajaran, sehingga aktivitas pembelajaran kurang baik, siswa mudah lelah dalam mengerjakan soal, karena guru kurang memberikan metode dalam pembelajaran, siswa mudah bosan, karena pelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru kurang kreatif, siswa kurang gairah dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah aktivitas pembelajaran menggunakan model talking stick pada mata pelajaran pancasila meningkat atau tidak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang meliputi siklus II. Setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 03 Koto Balingka Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi dan pencatatan. Alat penelitiannya adalah lembar observasi keterlaksanaan, lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta lembar observasi aktivitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perbaikan dalam perencanaan. Peningkatan aktivitas belajar pada siklus I mencapai nilai rata-rata sebesar 61% dan pada siklus II mencapai nilai rata-rata sebesar 82%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa pada pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila dengan menggunakan model talking stick di kelas IV SDN 03 koto balingka kabupaten pasaman barat mengalami peningkatan pada nilai sangat baik (A).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bukti empiris dari Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) dan Financing to Deposit Rasio (FDR) terhadap Profitabilitas bank syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder laporan keuangan bank syariah periode Oktober 2019-September 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda meliputi uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan SPSS versi 22. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan DPK dan FDR tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA, DPK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, FDR tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Kata Kunci: DPK, FDR, ROA

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pendidikan inklusi, yang menjamin hak setiap individu untuk mendapatkan pendidikan tanpa diskriminasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah siswa slow learner di SDN 03 Alai, yang memiliki karakteristik akademik di bawah rata-rata dan memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan anak slow learner, menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap proses belajar di sekolah, memahami sejauh mana pemahaman guru tentang keberadaan anak slow learner, dan mengidentifikasi strategi pengajaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa slow learner membutuhkan waktu lebih lama untuk memahami dan mengasimilasi informasi, serta menghadapi tantangan dalam mata pelajaran inti. Guru perlu mengadopsi pendekatan pengajaran yang berbeda dan sensitif terhadap kebutuhan individual siswa, seperti penggunaan metode visual dan kinestetik, serta kolaborasi dengan konselor sekolah dan orang tua. Pendidikan inklusi tidak hanya menjadi prinsip tetapi juga komitmen untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan mendukung perkembangan optimal setiap siswa.

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pemahaman tentang perkembangan anak stunting dalam konteks pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia. Anak stunting, yang mengalami keterlambatan pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan akibat kekurangan gizi, menghadapi tantangan belajar yang unik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perkembangan anak stunting di SDN 17 Kayu Aro. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap proses belajar, memahami pemahaman guru tentang anak stunting, dan mengeksplorasi strategi pengajaran yang efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan, melibatkan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak stunting mengalami kesulitan dalam beradaptasi dengan kurikulum, memiliki respons yang terlambat terhadap instruksi, pemahaman konsep yang terbatas, dan memerlukan bantuan tambahan. Dukungan dari guru dan orang tua sangat penting untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar mereka, dan pendekatan pendidikan inklusif yang adaptif diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi mereka.
