Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect of Perceived Value on Consumer Loyalty and Satisfaction, the effect of Satisfaction on Consumer Loyalty and whether Satisfaction mediates the effect of Perceived Value on Consumer Loyalty in Bang Ucup Ponorogo Chicken Noodles. This study uses a quantitative method of path analysis. There are 45 respondents. sampling using purposive sampling technique with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. From the results of data analysis, it is found that Perceived Value has an effect on Consumer Loyalty and Satisfaction. Satisfaction has an effect on Consumer Loyalty and mediates Perceived Value on Consumer Loyalty in Mie Ayam Bang Ucup Ponorogo. “

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) To find out how the ability to innovate, digital marketing capabilities and the covid-19 pandemic is carried out by MSME beverage brands in Bangunsari Ponorogo Village in the development of new products: 2) To find out what factors are the obstacles to MSME beverage brands in Kelurahan Bangunsari Ponorogo in carrying out new product development activities. This research uses quantitative research methods. The type of research used by this researcher is a type of quantitative research, namely research that is systematic scientific research on parts and phenomena and the causality of their relationships to avoid an unlimited scope. The subjects used in this study as respondents were MSME brand drinks in Bangunsari Ponorogo Village. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the ability to innovate as seen from the various new product developments in the UMKM beverage brand in Bangunsari Ponorogo Village can be said to be running well. 2) The process of digital marketing capabilities seen from the research results is seen to be still very good and masters all things digital. 3) the covid-19 pandemic on this variable does not affect the development of new products for the beverage brand UMKM in Bangunsari Ponorogo Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Word of Mouth and Perceived Value on Polygon Bike Purchase Decisions in Ponorogo. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data from this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires with written statements to respondents and analyzed using the SPSS 25 software application. The population in this study was the bicycle community in Ponorogo. The sample in Tian's research amounted to 100 using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is an influence between Brand Image on the decision of Polygon bicycles in Ponorogo. (2) There is an influence between Word of Mouth on the decision to purchase a Polygon bicycle in Ponorogo (3) There is an influence between Perceived Value on the decision to purchase a Polygon bicycle in Ponorogo. (4) There is an influence between Brand Image, Word Of Mouth and Perceived Value on the decision to purchase Polygon bicycles in Ponorogo

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work environment, and leadership style on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 1 Ponorogo. The population in this study were all teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Ponorogo, totaling 77 people. and the sample used was 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was Nonprobability Sampling using Saturated Sampling. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews/interviews, and questionnaires. To test the instrument using the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that 1) Job Stress has a negative effect on Job Satisfaction with a significance of 0.046. 2) Work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction with a significance of 0.014. 3) Leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000. 4) Job Stress, Work Environment, and Leadership Style simultaneously influence Job Satisfaction by 49.3% and the remaining 50.7% are influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the profit-sharing system and interest rates on the decisions of SME customers in taking credit as a business to develop their business, this research was conducted on BMT Insan Madani Magetan customers in financing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The testing technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, validity test, simultaneous test and the results show that the profit sharing system has no effect on credit making decisions by MSMEs. The interest rate variable has a significant effect on credit making decisions by MSMEs. With Variable X1 Profit Sharing System, Variable 2 Interest Rate and Variable Y is Credit Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and employee performance. This research was conducted on permanent employees of the Faculty of Economics, Bandung Islamic University. The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires, processed using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study show that organizational culture has no significant effect on performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on performance and OCB, finally, OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that can influence interest in entrepreneurship in oil palm entrepreneurship in the village of Green Valley 1, Ketapang district. The population used in this study were all village people who work as oil palm farmers with a sample of 75 respondents. In this study, the sampling method used is non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to village communities who work as oil palm farmers. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) Family business has a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship for oil palm smallholders in Lembah Hijau 1 Village, Ketapang Regency with a significance of 0.002. 2) Work experience has no effect on the interest in entrepreneurship for oil palm smallholders in Lembah Hijau 1 Village, Ketapang Regency with a significance of 0.354. 3) The social environment has a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship for oil palm smallholders in Lembah Hijau 1 Village, Ketapang Regency with a significance of 0.047. 4) the independent variables jointly affect the interest in entrepreneurship by 41.5% while the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Bonus Pack, Shopping Lifestyle dan Store Atmosphere terhadap Impulse Buying pada konsumen di Hypermart PCC Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Hypermart PCC Ponorogo sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Metode analisi data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Bonus Pack berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 8,485 > 1,984 dengan nilai sgnifikan 0,000 < 0,05 (2) Shopping Lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,453 > 1,984 dengan nilai sgnifikan 0,000 < 0,05 (3) Store Atmosphere terhadap Impulse Buying berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,239 > 1,984 dengan nilai sgnifikan 0,000 < 0,05

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh strategi harga dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing usaha sayuran hidroponik di kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha sayuran hidroponik di kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Penetapan harga penjualan memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. (2) Keuntungan yang diharapkan memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. (3) Inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. (4) Penetapan harga penjualan, keuntungan yang diharapkan, dan inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi digital marketing melalui media sosial sebagai upaya peningkatan penjualan pada UMKM toko Nariyah Bakery. . Objek sasaran penelitian ini adalah toko Nariyah Bakery Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan data primer diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik, karyawan bagian promosi dan bagian keuangan di UMKM Nariyah Bakery. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa implementasi strategi digital marketing melalui media sosial yang dilakukan toko Nariyah Bakery memberikan pengaruh positif berupa peningkatan hasil penjualan dan kemudahan dalam proses promosi, selain itu terdapat kendala dalam proses digital marketing yang dilakukan, seperti jaringan internet yang kurang stabil dan kurangnya pemahaman konsumen tentang digital marketing yang menyebabkan kehilangan sebagian target pasar.
