Abstract

Pada penelitian ini peneliti ingin mengembangan bahan ajar fisika berbantuan Padlet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kelayakan, kepraktisan, serta keefektifan bahan ajar fisika berbantuan Padlet dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang mencakup lima tahapan, yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, penerapan, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 34 siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Ende. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket respon siswa, penilaian dari ahli media, penilaian dari ahli materi, serta tes pretest dan posttest. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji N-gain untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa setelah memanfaatkan bahan ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk bahan ajar fisika berbantuan Padlet layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan penilaian ahli media sebesar 94% dan ahli materi sebesar 98% yang termasuk dalam kriteria sangat layak. Uji coba terbatas kepada siswa juga menunjukkan respon positif dengan rata-rata penilaian sebesar 88,24% sehingga dinyatakan sangat layak. Selain itu, hasil uji N-gain diperoleh sebesar 0,72 dengan kategori tinggi yang menandakan adanya peningkatan signifikan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Uji efektivitas juga menunjukkan nilai 88% dengan kategori efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar fisika berbantuan Padlet tidak hanya valid dan efektif, tetapi juga mudah diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Produk ini dapat dijadikan pilihan inovatif bagi guru dalam menghadirkan media interaktif yang mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif, kreatif, serta terlibat dalam kegiatan belajar. Oleh karena itu, bahan ajar ini berpotensi mendukung tercapainya tujuan kurikulum, terutama dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa di tingkat SMA.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the leadership style of school principals in implementing school management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Ende. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Qualitative research examines participant perspectives with interactive and flexible strategies. A case study is a method of in-depth and detailed research into a particular entity, phenomenon, or context. These entities can be individuals, groups, organizations, events, programs, or policies. The aim of this research is for researchers to understand the leadership style of the principal of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Ende in implementing school management. Education Management is a management process in carrying out educational tasks by utilizing all resources efficiently to achieve goals effectively. School management means optimizing resources regarding school empowerment which is the most appropriate alternative for creating a school that is independent and has high excellence. Principal leadership is the principal's ability and actions to influence, mobilize and direct the resources available in the school (teachers, staff, students, parents and the environment) to achieve the educational goals that have been set. It covers various aspects, from curriculum development to creating a positive school climate. Based on the research results, it was found that the MAN Ende principal implemented a good management system and ensured that the school administration ran smoothly and efficiently, starting from financial management, staffing, to inventory.

Abstract

The performance of teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities will have a big impact on achieving the goals of an educational institution. This goal will be achieved if work performance is influenced by the school principal's leadership style. The principal's leadership style greatly influences the behavior of his subordinates, but the behavior of the subordinates may not necessarily influence the behavior of his superiors. The principal's leadership style is a consistent pattern of behavior shown by the leader and known to other parties when the leader tries to influence the activities of others. The aim of the research is to determine the leadership style of the principal of the SMP Negeri 2 Ende education unit, including: (1) Discipline; (2) Commitment; (3) Abilities and (4) Teacher responsibilities. Qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection techniques were carried out using interview guidelines observation guidelines, and documentation studies. The research subjects were the principal, teachers and supervisors at SMP Negeri 2 Ende. The research results found: (1) The principal's leadership style in improving teacher discipline is a telling style, apart from the telling style, the principal also applies a situational style; (2) The principal's leadership style in increasing teacher commitment is a selling (consultative) style by directing teachers to complete their tasks. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that the principal's leadership style and the work motivation of education teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Ende together have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The more appropriate the leadership style applied, the better the teachers' performance will be. Teacher performance can be improved when teachers have better work motivation.

Abstract

The principal, who is the highest official in the school's organizational structure, certainly has considerable influence in determining the direction of policies aimed at improving school competence in the classroom. The presence of the principal is very important because he functions as a motivating force for school resources, especially instructors, employees and students. A high quality   school is largely determined by the educational leadership carried out by the Principal. School principals must develop new programs as an innovation in managing the learning process in schools. This research aims to analyze the role of school principal leadership in improving the quality of education. This research uses qualitative research methods, the main techniques for collecting data are observation and in-depth interviews. The leadership role of school principals in improving the quality of education is very important and complex. School principals as educational leaders have the responsibility to coordinate efforts to improve quality learning in schools. The leadership of the principal at SMA Negeri 2 Ende has had a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, teacher motivation and student learning achievement. This increase in teacher performance, motivation and learning achievement has the potential to improve the quality of education in schools. Thus, effective leadership from the principal can create a productive school environment, which will ultimately influence the overall quality of education. This research shows the need for additional supervision programs to improve the quality of education and the performance of school principals in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Principal leadership is the ability to mobilize existing resources in a school which will be used optimally to achieve the expected goals. In this study, the main objective is to realize independent learning at SMAN Pemana under his leadership. Independent Learning is a program launched by the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. Independent Learning is an educational development concept where all stakeholders are expected to become agents of educational change. The role of the principal in leadership has a significant impact on improving teachers and all sudents at SMAN Pemana in realizing the independent learning that is applied. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to collect data such as: (1) the principal's leadership style in improving work discipline, (2) the principal's leadership style in realizing independent learning, (3) obstacles faced by the principal in realizing independent learning at SMAN Pemana. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of a scientific literacy-based physics e-module on the topic of work and energy to improve students’ learning outcomes.This is a research and development (R&D) study employing the ADDIE development design. The research subjects consisted of a four validators, comprising two lecturers as media experts and two science/physics teachers as material experts, as well as two science/physics teachers and 32 students of SMP Negeri 2 Ende. Data were collected using questionnaires and pretest–posttest. The data were analyzed using the N-gain test.The results of the study show that the developed product is highly feasible for use as a learning resource, with a media expert assessment score of 88.75% and a material expert assessment score of 95.00%, both falling under the “highly feasible” category. The trial results from subject teachers and students indicate that the developed scientific literacy-based physics e-module is highly feasible for use, with an average score of 100% from subject teachers and 81.33% from students. Learning science/physics using the scientific literacy-based physics e-module can positively influence students’ learning outcomes, as evidenced by the N-gain test result of 0.81, which falls under the “high” category. The effectiveness test result reached 100%, categorized as “highly effective.” These findings indicate that the scientific literacy-based physics e-module is both highly feasible and highly effective for use.

Abstract

Independent study is necessary for students, particularly when they are studying online. Due to the minimal contact between lecturers and students in online learning, particularly in science, students must study independently. The significance of individual learning during the CoVD-09 epidemic provides the context for this study. This research intends to identify the profile of junior high school students' independence in scientific learning throughout the academic year 2021-2022. This research is descriptive. This study's population consisted of 116 pupils enrolled in the eighth grade of junior high school. The sample for this research consisted of 37 eighth-grade SMP students selected using a simple random selection procedure. Furthermore, the data gathering approach employed a non-test technique, namely a questionnaire. The analysis of data was conducted using descriptive statistics. The findings indicated that the general average of pupils' freedom in learning was classified as very independent (81%). In addition, 14 students are in the very independent category, which is equal to (40%), 12 students are in the independent category, which is equal to (34%), and seven students are in the fairly independent category, which is equal to (20%), four students are in the less independent category that is equal to (12.9%), and no one is categorized as very less independent than 37 students. This shows that most class VIII students are very independent in their learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul praktikum gerak parabola dengan menggunakan kit pelontar fixed initial velocity yang layak digunakan sebagai sistem percobaan fisika kelas XI untuk mendukung pembelajaran berbasis projek berdasarkan karakteristik kurikulum Merdeka 2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui 5 tahapan ADDIE. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi dan angket siswa. Produk dikembangkan dan diuji validitas oleh 2 dosen sebagai ahli media dan 2 guru Mata pelajaran Fisika SMA sebagai ahli materi. Respon siswa sebanyak 36 orang digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat kepraktisan modul. Pedoman dalam pengambilan kesimpulan dari analisis data menggunakan skala kualifikasi untuk menentukan kesimpulan dari persentase validitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Modul praktikum gerak parabola dengan menggunakan kit pelontar fixed initial velocity dapat mendukung pembelajaran fisika di SMA kelas XI fase F karena layak secara media (92,75%, sangat valid, dapat digunakan tanpa revisi) dan layak secara materi (77,60%, valid, dapat digunakan namun perlu revisi). Modul praktikum gerak parabola ini juga memiliki kualitas instruksional dan praktis sebagai sistem percobaan fisika untuk digunakan oleh peserta didik, dengan rerata persentase sangat setuju sebesar 88,57%.Modul praktikum gerak parabola.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas dan kepraktisan instrumen soal High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) pada materi fluida statis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan menggunakan model Martin Tessmer yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap Preliminary, tahap Self Evaluation, dan tahap Prototyping (Validasi, Evaluasi, dan Revisi). Subjek penelitian ini yaitu uji coba dari 4 orang validator yaitu 2 dosen sebagai ahli evaluasi, 2 guru sebagai ahli materi dan 23 siswa SMA Negeri 1 Riung Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan lembar angket. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian instrumen soal HOTS oleh ahli evaluasi berkategori sangat valid (88%), instrumen soal HOTS dilihat dari materi berkategori sangat valid (87%) dan instrumen soal HOTS sangat praktis (90%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen Soal High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) pada materi fluida statis ini valid dan praktis untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Many applications of flipped learning have a huge impact on students' creative thinking ability in learning. However, no deep conclusions have been found and are still subjective. This study aims to determine the influence of flipped learning to improve students' creative thinking skills in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This type of research is a meta-analysis. The research data came from google scholar, Researchgaet, ScienceDirect and ERIC. The inclusion criteria in this study are research from SINTA and Scopus indexed journals; Research must be experimental or quasi-experimental; Research related to flipped learning models on students' creative thinking skills; Research published in 2020-2024; The study must have complete data to calculate the value of effect size; sample size (N) > 25 students. The results of the analysis of 15 journals concluded that there was a significant influence on students' creative thinking ability with a high mean effect size (ES = 1.12) criterion. These findings explain the application of flipped learning effectively helps teachers and students in improving creative thinking skills in the learning process.
