Abstract

Toko obat pertanian menduduki peran penting terhadap sektor pertanian dalam mendukung kebutuhan obat pertanian. Saat ini usaha Toko Pertanian Borneo masih belum memiliki sistem untuk memprediksi stok obat pertanian. Sehingga toko pertanian saat ini menghadapi kondisi peningkatan permintaan obat yang belum dapat dipenuhi oleh toko pertanian. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian dengan menerapkan metode Regresi Linier Berganda untuk dapat memprediksi stok obat pertanian dengan RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) berdasarkan parameter yang digunakan dalam proses perhitungan adalah musim, bulan, jenis obat, total terjual. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan RMSE (Root Mean Square Error), data yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua yaitu 70% data pelatihan dan 30% data testing. Dengan menggunakan algoritma regresi linier berganda, hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini (musim, bulan, dan jenis obat) berpengaruh terhadap jumlah stok yang akan diprediksi. Dapat disimpulkan pada hasil penelitian ini, data yang diolah menghasilkan Root Mean Square Error sebesar 11.731 +/-0.000, dapat dilihat dari persyaratan RMSE jika menghasilkan nilai error <10% maka model dianggap baik dan cocok diterapkan pada prediksi stok obat pertanian borneo.

Abstract

Kondisi lingkungan saat ini cukup mengkhawatirkan dengan menumpuknya sampah plastik dikarenakan tingginya penggunaan plastik oleh masyarakat. Banyak upaya telah dilakukan, diantaranya adalah kampanye pengurangan plastik yang dilakukan melalui media sosial. Analisis sentimen pada kampanye yang dilakukan ini penting agar dapat mengidentifikasi respon masyarakat terhadap kampanye pengurangan plastik tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk mengembangkan suatu sistem yang dapat melakukan klasifikasi sentimen positif, negatif dan netral terhadap kampanye pengurangan plastik yang sudah dilakukan dalam bahasa indonesia berbasis website. Metodologi penelitian terdiri dari pengumpulan dan pra-pemrosesan data tweet, diikuti oleh pengembangan sistem klasifikasi. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data tweet kampanye pengurangan plastik. Hasil evaluasi pengujian 1555 data dengan menggunakan rasio 85% data latih dan 15% data uji diperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 70,64%. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa metode SVM cukup efektif dalam melakukan klasifikasi sentimen. Hasil ini juga dipengaruhi oleh jumlah data yang digunakan serta proses pra-pemrosesan data yang dilakukan

Ahmad Faisol, 2022. Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Profesionalisme SDM Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dimediasi Pengembangan Karir (Studi Pada PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Pabrik Garam Sampang). Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, penelitian ini menggunakan program SEM partial least square (PLS). Sampel penelitian adalah 45 orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana gambaran kompetensi SDM, profesionalisme, pengembangan karir dan kinerja karyawan PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Sampang. 2). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah kompetensi SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Sampang. 3). Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan smart PLS diperoleh hasil bahwa: 1). Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,485 dan p-values 0,000. 2). Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir dengan nilai original sample 0,539 dan p-values 0,000. 3). Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,417 dan p-values 0,001. 4). Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir dengan original sample value 0,338 dan p-values 0,006. 5). Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,629 dan p-values 0,000. 6). Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dan pengembangan karir karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,339 dan p-values 0,001. 7). Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengembangan karir dengan nilai original sample 0,212 dan p-values 0,012.

Abstract

This study examines the presence of the Monday effect in companies listed in the IDX30 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from February 2018 to January 2023. The Monday effect is a market anomaly where stock returns on Mondays tend to be systematically different from other trading days. This phenomenon, if proven, challenges the efficient market hypothesis. The main research problem is whether the Monday effect exists in IDX30 stocks during the specified period. The study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding this anomaly in the Indonesian stock market. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data in the form of daily stock closing prices. The sample consists of 15 companies that were consistently listed in the IDX30 index throughout the study period, selected through a purposive sampling method. The analysis is conducted using the One-Way ANOVA test with SPSS 27 statistical software to compare stock returns across different trading days. The findings confirm the presence of the Monday effect in IDX30-listed stocks, indicating that stock returns on Mondays exhibit statistically significant differences compared to other days. These results suggest that behavioral factors and market inefficiencies may influence stock price movements in the IDX30 index. This study contributes to the literature on stock market anomalies and provides insights for investors and policymakers regarding trading strategies and market efficiency in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research focuses on Kafe Lacosta in Kota Metro, examining its business strategy implementation using the Blue Ocean Strategy approach to navigate the increasingly competitive market landscape. The study aims to explore and evaluate how Kafe Lacosta applies the Blue Ocean Strategy framework to tackle the competition it faces. As competition in the café sector intensifies, business owners are required to adopt innovative strategies to sustain and grow their enterprises. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis is conducted through tools like the Four Actions Framework, the Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create (ERRC) grid, the Strategy Canvas, and the Blue Ocean Idea Index. The results indicate that Lacosta MSME has initiated the Blue Ocean Strategy, particularly through product innovation, service enhancement, and promotional activities. Nonetheless, pricing remains a challenge that needs further attention. In general, applying the Blue Ocean Strategy has enabled Lacosta to develop distinctive value propositions to address market competition, especially by offering affordable value to its customers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure on corporate financial performance, measured using Return on Assets (ROA), in companies listed in the IDX ESG Leaders Index for the 2021–2023 period. The independent variables in this study are the disclosure of Environmental, Social, and Governance aspects, while the control variables include firm size and leverage. Secondary data were obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports, resulting in 78 observations through purposive sampling. The results indicate that Environmental and Social disclosures have a positive and significant effect on financial performance, whereas Governance disclosure does not show a significant impact. Simultaneously, ESG variables significantly contribute to explaining ROA variability. This study implies that implementing sustainability principles through ESG disclosure can enhance financial performance, strengthen competitiveness, and improve legitimacy in the eyes of stakeholders. This research is expected to serve as a reference for companies, investors, and regulators in supporting sustainability implementation in the Indonesian business sector.

Abstract

This study examines Topten Printing, a printing company based in Metro City that offers diverse printing services characterized by competitive pricing, high-quality output, and efficient service. The research addresses the challenge of sustaining competitiveness amid rising market competition and evolving customer preferences. The objective is to analyze the company’s existing competitive strategies and propose viable alternatives for future growth. Employing a qualitative approach through a case study method, the research utilizes SWOT analysis and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to assess internal and external factors influencing the business. The results reveal that Topten Printing’s key strengths lie in its affordable pricing, reliable print quality, and prompt service delivery. However, the company also faces notable weaknesses, including a limited workforce and insufficient engagement on social media platforms. Opportunities exist in the growing demand for printed materials and government initiatives supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), whereas significant threats stem from digital transformation trends and raw material price volatility. The synthesis of findings indicates that to enhance its market position, Topten Printing should implement a growth-oriented strategy focused on increasing production capacity by hiring freelance workers and intensifying social media marketing efforts. In conclusion, strengthening human resources and expanding digital marketing activities are essential steps for Topten Printing to maintain competitiveness and seize market opportunities in an increasingly dynamic business environment.

Abstract

Current education has not fully paid attention to the development of students' personalities as a whole, with there still being a dichotomy between science, institutions, and educational concepts. Therefore, a holistic character education model is needed that integrates religious education with the general curriculum and emphasizes mastery of science and technology to produce students with character and develop as a whole. This study aims to analyze the concept, implementation, and impact of character-based holistic education in SMP Ar-Rohmah Islamic Boarding School (IBS) Malang. With a qualitative approach based on case studies, data was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using triangulation of data sources. The results of the study show that character-based holistic education at Ar-Rohmah IBS Junior High School includes: (1) Concepts formulated based on holistic education values as graduation standards; (2) Implementation consisting of three stages: planning (determining grades, teacher training, and providing facilities), implementation (integrating character values into lessons, methods, school programs, and communication between components), and evaluation through coordination meetings and integral report cards; (3) Positive impacts in the form of improving the quality of graduates who have strong faith, superior academic and non-academic achievements, and high independence, as well as increasing public trust in this institution. This educational model emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to produce a generation with character and able to compete in the modern era.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between ownership structure and dividend policy within the context of the LQ45 Index for the year 2021. Focusing on 33 constituent firms, the research analyzes the effects of public, institutional, and managerial ownership on corporate dividend decisions. Employing an Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression model, the analysis demonstrates a positive correlation between public ownership and dividend payouts, while revealing a negative association between institutional ownership and dividend policy. Conversely, the study finds no statistically significant impact of managerial ownership on dividend policy. This non-significance is potentially explained by the comparatively low average level of managerial ownership and a focus on reinvesting free cash flow. Additionally, the findings suggest a potential alignment between institutional and managerial ownership in favoring lower dividend distributions.

Abstract

The notion of a U-exact sequence is a generalization of the exact sequence. In this paper, we introduce a rough U-exact sequence in a rough group in an approximation space. Furthermore, we provide the properties of the rough U-exact sequence in a rough group.
